Description

一种空间异型拱肋支撑调节装置 技术领域
本发明涉及拱肋施工设备领域,具体来说是一种空间异型拱肋支撑调节装置。
背景技术
在拱桥施工时,为了方便拱肋梁的施工,拱肋梁一般是由多段拱肋拼装而成;在实际施工时,一般是采用的吊装机构吊装各个对应的拱肋到达位置;通过拱肋与拱肋或者拱肋与拱座的连接最终拼装组成拱肋梁。
而拱肋在实际吊装时,当对应拱肋被吊装到设定位置后,一般就是直接放置在支撑结构架上;调整位置,再通过焊接等方式与相邻部件相连接。
在实际吊装操作中,因为吊装时拱肋呈悬空状态,所以无法保证拱肋吊装下落位置为设定位置,而拱肋因为自身结构较大,当拱肋放置位置与设定位置具有偏移量时;人工无法通过人力调整拱肋位置;还需要重复吊装改变拱肋位置。
另外,拱肋分为异型拱肋,而异型拱肋下端面不一定为平面,所以拱肋放置时,可能会因为放置位置不稳定而发生偏移,进而会影响后续拱肋与相邻部件的对接准确性,最终影响拱肋梁的施工质量。
所以为了改善或者解决上述问题,就需要一种具有调整和定位能力的辅助装置来辅助技术人员实现拱肋的安装操作。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能够实现拱肋稳定放置的支撑调节装置。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种空间异型拱肋支撑调节装置,包括纵向支撑机构,所述纵向支撑机构 包括钢管墩;所述钢管墩上设有支撑垫块。
所述支撑垫块包括设置在钢管墩上的底部连接板,所述底部连接板上设有垫块本体;所述垫块本体上设有支撑斜面。
所述拱肋支撑调节装置包括两个纵向支撑机构,两个所述纵向支撑机构呈间隔分布。
所述支撑垫块与底部连接板采用可拆卸式的连接方式相连接。
所述拱肋支撑调节装置还包括调节机构,所述调节机构包括千斤顶垫墩,所述千斤顶垫墩上设有三向千斤顶。
所述底部连接板水平投影面积大于支撑垫块水平投影面积。
所述拱肋支撑调节装置还包括限位机构,所述限位机构包括限位工架,所述限位工架包括工架本体,所述工架本体上设有定位斜面。
所述限位机构至少包括两个限位工架,两个所述限位工架相对间隔分布。
所述工架本体包括第一框架板、第二框架板以及第三框架板;所述第一框架板、第二框架板以及第三框架板;依次连接;所述第二框架板以及第三框架板分别布置在第一框架板的两端。
所述第二框架板与第一框架板之间还设有支撑框架板;所述支撑框架板一端与第一框架板相连接,另一端与第二框架板相连接;所述支撑框架板倾斜设置;所述支撑框架板与第三横向框架相互平行设置。

一种空间异型拱肋支撑调节装置,包括纵向支撑机构2,所述纵向支撑机构2包括钢管墩21;所述钢管墩21上设有支撑垫块22;本发明公开了一种空间异型拱肋支撑调节装置,本发明公开的拱肋支撑调节装置1可以实现拱肋5安装的支撑放置,同时可以保证拱肋5吊装放置位置的准确性,方便后续的装配操作。
本发明公开的拱肋5后支撑调节装置主要是用于拱肋5安装时的支撑定位,保证拱肋5安装时的稳定性。
具体;本发明公开的拱肋支撑调节装置1主要包括纵向支撑机构2,在本发明中纵向支撑机构2沿纵向布置,可以对拱肋5进行架高支撑,保证吊装后拱肋5放置的稳定性,另外,在本发明中纵向支撑机构2包括钢管墩21;钢管墩21起到基础支撑架高作用,在后续使用时,可以根据拱肋5异型程度选取不同高度的钢管墩21,另外,在钢管墩21上设有支撑垫块22;支撑垫块22起到很好的支撑防护作用,避免了钢管墩21与拱肋5间的直接相互接触;在实际使用时支撑垫块22可以选用尼龙块或者其他结构,主要是为了避免钢管墩21与拱 肋5之间的直接接触,比曼钢管墩21对拱肋5的划伤。
进一步的,在本发明中所述支撑垫块22包括设置在钢管墩21上的底部连接板221,所述底部连接板221上设有垫块本体222;所述垫块本体222上设有支撑斜面223;在本发明中底部连接板221起到很好的桥接作用,方便了支撑垫块22在钢管墩21上的布置,另外,在底部连接板221上设有垫块本体222,垫块本体222上设有斜面,斜面的设置,增加了支撑垫块22与待支撑拱肋5的接触面积,继而能够保证支撑垫块22与拱肋5之间布置的稳定性,另外,在本发明中垫块本体222与底部连接板221可以是一体结构;这样的设置,可以保证支撑垫块22的整体结构强度,当然具体材料可以根据需要进行选用。
进一步的,在本发明中所述拱肋支撑调节装置1包括两个纵向支撑机构2,两个所述纵向支撑机构2呈间隔分布;本发明设置两个间隔分布的纵向支撑机构2,这里设置两个纵向支撑机构2,是至少设置两个纵向支撑机构2,本发明通过上述布置方式,可以使得拱肋5下端具有多处纵向支撑,从而可以保证拱肋支撑调节装置1在纵向对拱肋5支撑的稳定性。
进一步的,在本发明中所述支撑垫块22与底部连接板221采用可拆卸式的连接方式相连接;本发明通过拆卸式的连接方式,具有可以采用螺栓等结构进行连接,基于这样的设置;可以在实际使用时,根据需要更换支撑垫块22与钢管墩21的配合,继而使得本发明公开的纵向支撑机构2可以适配多种拱肋5结构;进而增加本发明的适用范围。

进一步的,在本发明中所述限位机构4至少包括两个限位工架4-1,两个所述限位工架4-1相对间隔分布;这里设置两个限位工架4-1,在实际布置时布置在待安装拱肋5的两侧,可以对拱肋5两侧起到很好的限位作用;继而保证拱肋5安装时位置的稳定性。
进一步的,在本发明中所述工架本体包括第一框架板41、第二框架板42以及第三框架板43;所述第一框架板41、第二框架板42以及第三框架板43;依次连接;所述第二框架板42以及第三框架板43分别布置在第一框架板41的两端;本发明通过上述布置方式,使得工架本体自身组成一个竖直截面呈三角形的结构,具有很好的自身稳定性,在后续使用时,工架本体抵靠在待安装拱肋5侧面,起到很好的限定作用,避免拱肋5偏移。
进一步的,在本发明中所述第二框架板42与第一框架板41之间还设有支撑框架板44;所述支撑框架板44一端与第一框架板41相连接,另一端与第二 框架板42相连接;所述支撑框架板44倾斜设置;所述支撑框架板44与第三横向框架相互平行设置;本发明第一框架板41与第二框架板42之间设有支撑框架板44,支撑框架板44为一个加强板件结构;有利于增加工架本体的整体结构强度。
进一步的,在本发明中所述支撑框架板44两端分别与第一框架板41和第二框架板42相贴合;本发明通过这样的设计;方便了支撑框架板44与第一框架板41与第二框架板42之间的连接;同时,支撑框架板44与第一框架板41和第二框架板42相贴合;保证了支撑框架板44与第一框架板41和第二框架板42的接触面积,继而保证支撑框架板44与相邻部件连接的稳定性。

  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种空间异型拱肋支撑调节装置,其特征在于,所述限位机构至少包括两个限位工架,两个所述限位工架相对间隔分布。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的一种空间异型拱肋支撑调节装置,其特征在于,所述工架本体包括第一框架板、第二框架板以及第三框架板;所述第一框架板、第二框架板以及第三框架板;依次连接;所述第二框架板以及第三框架板分 别布置在第一框架板的两端。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种空间异型拱肋支撑调节装置,其特征在于,所述第二框架板与第一框架板之间还设有支撑框架板;所述支撑框架板一端与第一框架板相连接,另一端与第二框架板相连接;所述支撑框架板倾斜设置;所述支撑框架板与第三横向框架相互平行设置。
