本发明涉及汽车领域,具体涉及一种车灯及汽车。
背景技术
智能交互灯包括由多个光源组成的阵列,各光源能够独立控制,通过点亮特定位置的光源能够使车灯整体点亮区域呈现出不同的轮廓,进而满足车灯外观的个性化需求,同时还能够通过智能交互车灯的形状变化与外界进行信息交互。
然而现有市面上的智能交互灯,清晰度低,像素间距大,边界模糊,静态观察感知不良,近距离无法清晰识别交互图案、交互文字、交互动画。
发明内容
鉴于以上现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种车灯及汽车,以改善智能交互灯清晰度低、像素间距大、边界模糊、无法清晰识别的问题。
为实现上述目的及其它相关目的,本发明提供一种车灯,包括:
光源组件,所述光源组件包括由多个光源组成的光源阵列;
导光元件,包括多个与各所述光源对应设置光通道,各所述光通道被配置为能够将各所述光源发出的光束相互隔离。
在本发明的一可选实施例中,所述导光元件包括格栅,所述格栅包括多个相互交叉设置的遮光壁,各所述遮光壁之间围合成的镂空区域构成所述光通道。
在本发明的一可选实施例中,所述导光元件包括厚壁导光体,所述厚壁导光体至少包括深色区域和浅色区域,其中所述深色区域将所述浅色区域分隔为多个独立的单元,各所述独立的单元构成所述光通道。
在本发明的一可选实施例中,所述光源包括LED灯珠,所述LED灯珠为单色灯珠或RGB灯珠。
在本发明的一可选实施例中,还包括内配光镜,所述内配光镜位于所述导光元件的外侧,所述内配光镜由透明材料或光扩散材料制成。
在本发明的一可选实施例中,所述内配光镜的内表面或外表面设有掩光层。
在本发明的一可选实施例中,还包括装饰框,所述装饰框位于所述内配光镜的外侧。
在本发明的一可选实施例中,还包括外配光镜,所述外配光镜位于所述装饰框的外侧。
在本发明的一可选实施例中,还包括灯壳,所述灯壳与所述外配光镜连接,所述光源组件、所述导光元件、所述内配光镜以及所述装饰框分别容置于由所述灯壳和所述外配光镜围合成的空腔内。
为实现上述目的及其它相关目的,本发明还提供一种汽车,包括所述的车灯。
综上所述,本发明的导光元件分隔出多个独立的光通道,能够使光源的边界更清晰、锐利,同时光通道能够抑制光束的散射,避免光束外溢至未点亮区域,进而避免出现漏光、白斑等现象,提高显示图形的对比度;同一个光源的各LED灯珠可以同时点亮,也可以单独点亮,或者以不同的明暗程度点亮,以满足不同的灯光颜色需求;内配光镜由透明材料或光扩散材料制成,能够使光效更均匀,避免出现亮斑;掩光层能够进一步修饰点亮区域的轮廓,使其边界更清晰,进一步提升显示效果;装饰框能够使每个像素呈现出不同的外观样式。

请参阅图1-4所示,一种车灯,包括光源组件10和导光元件20,所述光源组件10包括由多个光源11组成的光源阵列;所述导光元件20包括多个与各所述光源11对应设置光通道,各所述光通道被配置为能够将各所述光源11发出的光束相互隔离;在具体实施例中,各光源11可以阵列布置在平面或曲面上;每个光源11例如可以独立控制,这些光源11的控制可以通过预先设置的算法来实现,使车辆在不同场景下通过车灯与外界进行信息交互,例如车辆在转弯过程中,车灯可以播放箭头动画,以提示前车或后侧进行避让;又或者用户可以根据个人喜好设置车灯的静态显示效果,这些静态展示效果可以是从系统预设中选择的,也可以是用户自定义的。
可以理解的是,本发明的导光元件20分隔出多个独立的光通道,能够使光源11的边界更清晰、锐利,同时光通道能够抑制光束的散射,如图5所示,避免光束外溢至未点亮区域,进而避免出现漏光、白斑等现象,提高显示图形的对比度。
请参阅图2、3所示,在本发明的一可选实施例中,所述导光元件20包括格栅21,所述格栅21包括多个相互交叉设置的遮光壁,各所述遮光壁之间围合成的镂空区域部构成所述光通道。在具体实施例中,所述格栅21例如可以采用非透明材料制成,格栅21沿光束出射方向应当具有一定厚度,以便充分遮挡散射光,格栅21的厚度例如可以大于10mm。可以理解 的是,相互交叉的遮光壁形成网格状结构,图示实施例中,网格单元为正方形,在一些实施例中,网格单元也可以是其它形状,例如菱形、圆形、V形等,同一格栅21上不同网格单元的形状也可以不同,例如可以将格栅21分为多个区域,每个区域采用不同形状的网格单元,以满足更加多样化的外观需求。
请参阅图4所示,在本发明的另一可选实施例中,所述导光元件20包括厚壁导光体22,所述厚壁导光体22至少包括深色区域221和浅色区域222,其中所述深色区域221将所述浅色区域222分隔为多个独立的单元,各所述独立的单元构成所述光通道。可以理解的是,厚壁导光体22是一种能够供光束在其内部传播的光学元件,厚壁导光体22例如可以选用PC材质,PC材质具有耐冲击、使用温度范围广、透明度高、易于染色、成形收缩率低、尺寸安定性良好等优点,本实施例采用双色厚壁导光体22,其中深色区域221呈网格状分布,浅色区域222分布在深色区域221围成的网格单元内;所述深色区域221和浅色区域222例如可以是分体式结构,例如将深色区域221和浅色区域222分别预制成型,然后将浅色区域222嵌入深色区域221的网孔内,在其它一些实施例中,深色区域221和浅色区域222也可以是一体式结构,例如采用双色注塑工艺,使深色区域221和浅色区域222一体式成型。
请参阅图2或4所示,在本具体实施例中,所述光源11包括LED灯珠,LED灯珠安装在PCB板12上,所述LED灯珠为单色灯珠或RGB灯珠。需要说明的是,本发明所述的一个光源11并不一定只有一个LED灯珠,一个光源11可以包括一个LED灯珠,也可以包括多个LED灯珠,例如一个光源11可以包括红、黄两种不同颜色的LED灯珠,同一个光源11的各LED灯珠可以同时点亮,也可以单独点亮,或者以不同的明暗程度点亮,以满足不同的灯光颜色需求。
请参阅图2、4所示,在具体实施例中,还包括内配光镜30,所述内配光镜30位于所述导光元件20的外侧,所述内配光镜30由透明材料或光扩散材料制成,所述内配光镜30能够使光效更均匀,避免出现亮斑。
请参阅图2、4所示,所述内配光镜30的内表面或外表面设有掩光层31,在具体实施例中,所述掩光层31的分布区域例如可以与导光元件20的暗部重合,掩光层31能够进一步修饰点亮区域的轮廓,使其边界更清晰,进一步提升显示效果,所述掩光层31例如可以采用喷漆加镭雕的工艺制作。
请参阅图2、4所示,本发明还包括装饰框40,所述装饰框40位于所述内配光镜30的外侧。在具体实施例中,所述装饰框40例如可以包括多个遮挡单元,各遮挡单元分别对应一个光源11的点亮区域,这些遮挡单元可以设置成不同形状的镂空结构,以使每个像素呈现出不同的外观样式,请参阅图6(a)、6(b)、6(c)6(d)所示,所述遮挡单元的镂空区域 例如可以是药丸形、三角形、方形或圆形。
请参阅图1所示,本发明还包括外配光镜50和灯壳60,所述外配光镜50位于所述装饰框40的外侧;所述灯壳60与所述外配光镜50连接,所述光源组件10、所述导光元件20、所述内配光镜30以及所述装饰框40分别容置于由所述灯壳60和所述外配光镜50围合成的空腔内。
基于上述车灯,本发明还提供一种具有上述车灯结构的汽车。
综上所述,本发明的导光元件20分隔出多个独立的光通道,能够使光源11的边界更清晰、锐利,同时光通道能够抑制光束的散射,避免光束外溢至未点亮区域,进而避免出现漏光、白斑等现象,提高显示图形的对比度;同一个光源11的各LED灯珠可以同时点亮,也可以单独点亮,或者以不同的明暗程度点亮,以满足不同的灯光颜色需求;内配光镜30由透明材料或光扩散材料制成,能够使光效更均匀,避免出现亮斑;掩光层31能够进一步修饰点亮区域的轮廓,使其边界更清晰,进一步提升显示效果;装饰框40能够使每个像素呈现出不同的外观样式。所以,本发明有效克服了现有技术中的一些实际问题从而有很高的利用价值和使用意义。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种车灯,其特征在于,包括:
    光源组件,所述光源组件包括由多个光源组成的光源阵列;
    导光元件,包括多个与各所述光源对应设置光通道,各所述光通道被配置为能够将各所述光源发出的光束相互隔离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车灯,其特征在于,所述导光元件包括格栅,所述格栅包括多个相互交叉设置的遮光壁,各所述遮光壁之间围合成的镂空区域构成所述光通道。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的车灯,其特征在于,所述导光元件包括厚壁导光体,所述厚壁导光体至少包括深色区域和浅色区域,其中所述深色区域将所述浅色区域分隔为多个独立的单元,各所述独立的单元构成所述光通道。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的车灯,其特征在于,所述光源包括LED灯珠,所述LED灯珠为单色灯珠或RGB灯珠。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的车灯,其特征在于,还包括内配光镜,所述内配光镜位于所述导光元件的外侧,所述内配光镜由透明材料或光扩散材料制成。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的车灯,其特征在于,所述内配光镜的内表面或外表面设有掩光层。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的车灯,其特征在于,还包括装饰框,所述装饰框位于所述内配光镜的外侧。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的车灯,其特征在于,还包括外配光镜,所述外配光镜位于所述装饰框的外侧。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的车灯,其特征在于,还包括灯壳,所述灯壳与所述外配光镜连接,所述光源组件、所述导光元件、所述内配光镜以及所述装饰框分别容置于由所述灯壳和所述外配光镜围合成的空腔内。
  10. 一种汽车,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至9任意一项所述的车灯。
