技术领域
本申请涉及烹饪设备技术领域,具体涉及一种烹饪电器。
背景技术
具有抽油烟结构的微波烹饪装置,通常叫做OTR微波炉,OTR(over the range,位于炉灶上方)微波炉具有微波加热和抽吸油烟的功能,通常悬挂在灶台上方并通常高于人的头顶,可以对灶台产生的油烟进行抽吸,以防止油烟污染人体,相当于吸油烟机的功能。
现有的OTR微波炉通常在门体上方设置排风格栅,从OTR微波炉下方抽吸的油烟通常有两种排放通道,一种是从门体上方的排风格栅排到室内但高于人体头顶的位置,可以称之为内循环模式;另一种是在OTR微波炉箱体顶盖尾部设置开口,并在开口处连接排烟管道到室外,抽吸的油烟从开口、排烟管道排到室外,可以称之为外排放模式。
由于在门体上方设置了排风格栅,OTR微波炉的整体高度就相当于门体加排风格栅的总体高度,从而导致OTR微波炉的整体高度较高,占用的空间也比较大,不利于包装、运输和安装,成本也较高。
发明内容
因此,本申请要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术中的OTR微波炉整体高度较大的缺陷,从而提供一种能够降低整体高度的烹饪电器。

可选地,所述烹饪腔体与所述电气室邻近的腔壁上设有腔体入风孔,所述电气室与所述烹饪腔体通过所述腔体入风孔流体连通。
可选地,所述烹饪腔体的顶壁上设有腔体排气孔,所述腔体排气孔的上方设有导风罩,所述导风罩与所述排气口连通。
可选地,所述外壳包括底板,所述底板上设有进烟口,所述电气室的后侧设有第二风扇,所述烹饪腔体的另一侧设有第三风扇,所述进烟口由所述第二风扇的下侧延伸至所述第三风扇的下侧,所述第二风扇的出风口和所述第三风扇的出风口分别与所述排气口流体连通。
可选地,所述电气室内还设有安装板,所述安装板位于所述第一风扇的上方,所述安装板上设有滤波板,所述安装板上方的空间与所述冷却风进口、所述第二风扇的吸风口、所述排气口流体连通。
可选地,所述电气室中设有磁控管和第一隔板,所述第一隔板设置在所述烹饪腔体与所述外壳之间并沿竖直方向延伸,所述第一隔板与所述烹饪腔体的 连接处位于所示第二风扇靠近所述腔体入风孔的一侧,所述磁控管位于所述第一风扇的送风路径上。
可选地,所述排气口包括沿左右方向分布的第一排气口和第二排气口,所述烹饪腔体的顶壁上设有沿前后方向延伸的第二隔板和第三隔板,所述第二隔板与所述安装板相邻,所述第三隔板和所述第二隔板间隔设置,所述第二隔板与所述第三隔板之间的区域与所述第二排气口连通,所述导风罩位于所述第三隔板的远离所述第二隔板的一侧,所述第一排气口与所述第三风扇的出风口及所述导风罩连通,所述烹饪腔体的后侧还设有第四隔板,所述第四隔板沿竖直方向延伸设置在所述烹饪腔体与所述外壳之间且与所述第三隔板相接。
可选地,所述烹饪腔体的后侧还设有第五隔板,所述第五隔板倾斜设置,所述第五隔板的下端与所述第二风扇的出风口邻近设置,所述第五隔板的上端与所述第四隔板相接并靠近所述烹饪腔体的顶壁。
可选地,所述外壳包括底板,所述底板上设有进烟口,所述烹饪腔体与所述外壳之间还设有第三风扇,所述第三风扇和所述电气室分别位于所述烹饪腔体的左右两侧,所述第三风扇的进风口与所述进烟口连通,所述第三风扇的出风口与所述排气口邻近设置。
可选地,所述进烟口包括第一吸烟口和第二吸烟口,所述第一吸烟口和所述第二吸烟口分别位于所述底板的左右两侧,所述外壳包括后板,所述后板与所述烹饪腔体之间形成尾部风道,所述第一吸烟口邻近所述第三风扇的进风口且与所述第三风扇的进风口连通,所述第二吸烟口通过所述尾部风道与所述第三风扇的进风口连通。
本申请技术方案,具有如下优点:
本申请提供的烹饪电器,冷却风在第一风扇的抽吸作用下从门体和/或控制面板盒上的冷却风进口进入电气室中,可以对门体、控制面板盒、电气室起到 散热降温的作用,之后进入烹饪腔体内对烹饪腔体内部进行冷却降温,之后从排气口排出,烹饪电器正常工作时烹饪腔体内部产生的蒸汽也能够从排气口排出。通过将冷却风进口设置在门体和/或控制面板盒上,将排气口设在外壳的顶板上,与现有技术相比,可以去掉门体上方的排风格栅,从而能够降低烹饪电器的整体高度。

实施例1
现有的OTR微波炉由于在门体上方设置了排风格栅,OTR微波炉的整体高度就相当于门体加排风格栅的总体高度,从而导致OTR微波炉的整体高度较高,占用的空间也比较大,不利于包装、运输和安装,成本也较高。
为此,本实施例提供一种烹饪电器,该烹饪电器的整体高度可以降低,从而可有利于包装、运输和安装,进而能够降低成本。该烹饪电器具体可以是微波炉、光波炉、烤箱等。
在一个实施方式中,如图1至图6所示,烹饪电器包括箱体、门体1和控制面板盒2,箱体包括外壳3、位于外壳3内的烹饪腔体4、位于烹饪腔体4一侧的电气室5,外壳3包括顶板301,顶板301上设有排气口,电气室5中设有第一风扇6,门体1和控制面板盒2设置在烹饪腔体4的前侧,门体1和/或控制面板盒2上设有冷却风进口101,冷却风进口101、电气室5、烹饪腔体4和排气口之间流体连通。
在该实施方式中,冷却风在第一风扇6的抽吸作用下从门体1和/或控制面板盒2上的冷却风进口101进入电气室5中,可以对门体1、控制面板盒2、电气室5起到散热降温的作用,之后进入烹饪腔体4内对烹饪腔体4内部进行冷却降温,之后从排气口排出,烹饪电器正常工作时烹饪腔体4内部产生的蒸汽也能够从排气口排出。通过将冷却风进口101设置在门体1和/或控制面板盒2上,将排气口设在外壳3的顶板301上,与现有技术相比,可以去掉门体1上 方的排风格栅,从而能够降低烹饪电器的整体高度。
结合图1,烹饪电器在实际工作时,人体面对烹饪电器时人体的左侧为烹饪腔体4的左侧,人体面对烹饪电器时人体的右侧为烹饪腔体4的右侧,门体1所在的一侧为前侧,与门体1相对的一侧为后侧。具体在一个实施方式中,如图3和图4所示,电气室5位于烹饪腔体4的右侧。
具体在一个实施方式中,如图3至图5所示,门体1和控制面板盒2的顶部均设有冷却风进口101,烹饪腔体4具有腔体前板405,腔体前板405上具有开口4051,冷却风进口101通过开口4051与电气室5流体连通。当然,在其他可替换的实施方式中,可以仅在门体1或控制面板盒2的顶部设置冷却风进口101。
如图1所示,为便于开门,门体1的右侧设有门把手102。
在上述实施方式的基础上,在一个可选的实施方式中,烹饪腔体4与电气室5邻近的腔壁上设有腔体入风孔401,电气室5与烹饪腔体4通过腔体入风孔401流体连通。在该实施方式中,当冷却风对电气室5散热降温后即可通过腔体入风孔401进入烹饪腔体4内部,冷却风的流动路径较短,冷却效果好。在其他可替换的实施方式中,也可将腔体入风孔401设在烹饪腔体4的其余腔壁上,电气室5与腔体入风孔401通过风道或管道连通。
具体如图5所示,腔体入风孔401为多个网孔。
在上述实施方式的基础上,在一个可选的实施方式中,烹饪腔体4的顶壁404上设有腔体排气孔402,腔体排气孔402的上方设有导风罩7,导风罩7与排气口连通。在该实施方式中,冷却风对烹饪腔体4内部冷却后,或者是烹饪电器工作时烹饪腔体4内部产生的蒸汽经腔体排气孔402、导风罩7流动到排气口处,经排气口排到烹饪电器外部。通过设置导风罩7,能够更好地对蒸汽或空气进行导流。
如图3和图4所示,为使烹饪腔体4内的气压不至于过大,腔体排气孔402的面积较大,导风罩7罩设在腔体排气孔402上,导风罩7具有导风口701,导风罩7在烹饪腔体4上的投影面积大于导风口701的投影面积,蒸汽或空气先聚集在导风罩7,再通过到导风口701排出。
具体如图3所示,腔体排气孔402为多个网孔。
在上述实施方式的基础上,在一个可选的实施方式中,外壳3包括底板302,底板302上设有进烟口3021,电气室5的后侧设有第二风扇8,烹饪腔体4的另一侧设有第三风扇9,进烟口3021由第二风扇8的下侧延伸至第三风扇9的下侧,第二风扇8的出风口和第三风扇9的出风口分别与排气口流体连通。传统的外壳3的底板302上设有两个小的进烟口,吸烟范围很小,两个小的进烟口之间的烟气容易因为吸烟不及时而跑烟,吸烟效果较差,而本实施方式中的进烟口3021由第二风扇8的下侧延伸至第三风扇9的下侧,增大了吸烟面积,减少跑烟,能够提高吸烟效果。该烹饪电器进行抽油烟功能时,第二风扇8和第三风扇9工作,烟气经进烟口3021进入第二风扇8和第三风扇9中,之后分别从第二风扇8的出风口、第三风扇9的出风口流出后经排气口排到烹饪电器外部。
在上述实施方式的基础上,在一个可选的实施方式中,电气室5内还设有安装板10,安装板10位于第一风扇6的上方,安装板10上设有滤波板,安装板10上方的空间与冷却风进口101、第二风扇8的吸风口、排气口流体连通。在该实施方式中,冷却风从冷却风进口101进入后,除了能对电气室5冷却外,还能对滤波板进行散热冷却,散热后的冷却风最终被第二风扇8抽吸,与烟气混合后一并经排气口排到烹饪电器外部,由于烟气温度较高,冷却风与烟气混合后,可以对烟气起到一定的冷却作用,降低外排烟气的温度。
如图4至图6所示,安装板10上位于第二风扇8的上方的位置处设有过风 网孔1001,第二风扇8的进风口位于其顶部,冷却风对滤波板进行散热冷却后,经过风网孔1001进入第二风扇8中。
在上述实施方式的基础上,在一个可选的实施方式中,电气室5中设有磁控管11和第一隔板12,第一隔板12设置在烹饪腔体4与外壳3之间并沿竖直方向延伸,第一隔板12与烹饪腔体4的连接处位于所示第二风扇8靠近腔体入风孔401的一侧,磁控管11位于第一风扇6的送风路径上。在该实施方式中,冷却风能够对磁控管11进行散热降温,第一隔板12的设置可以防止底部的烟气进入电气室5中,减少烟气对电气室5中的电子元件的污染及高温影响,提高电气室5中电子元件的使用寿命。
具体如图5所示,磁控管11位于从第一风扇6到腔体入风孔401之间的气流流动路径上。
在上述实施方式的基础上,在一个可选的实施方式中,排气口包括沿左右方向分布的第一排气口3011和第二排气口3012,烹饪腔体4的顶壁404上设有沿前后方向延伸的第二隔板13和第三隔板14,第二隔板13与安装板10相邻,第三隔板14和第二隔板13间隔设置,第二隔板13与第三隔板14之间的区域与第二排气口3012连通,导风罩7位于第三隔板14的远离第二隔板13的一侧,第一排气口3011与第三风扇9的出风口及导风罩7连通,烹饪腔体4的后侧还设有第四隔板15,第四隔板15沿竖直方向延伸设置在烹饪腔体4与外壳3之间且与第三隔板14相接。在该实施方式中,顶板301、后板303、第二隔板13、第三隔板14、第四隔板15和烹饪腔体4的后壁403、顶壁404之间围成第一排烟风道,进烟口3021、第二风扇8、第一排烟风道、第二排气口3012之间流体连通,一部分烟气经进烟口3021被第二风扇8吸入,经第二风扇8的出风口流出后进入第一排烟风道,最终从第二排气口3012排出到烹饪腔体4的外部;顶板301、后板303、第三隔板14、第四隔板15和烹饪腔体4的后壁403、顶壁404之间围成第二排烟风道,第二排烟风道和第一排烟风道左 右间隔分布,进烟口3021、第三风扇9、第二排烟风道、第一排气口3011之间流体连通,导风罩7位于第二排烟风道中,另一部分烟气经吸烟口进入,被第三风扇9吸入,经第三风扇9的出风口流出后从第一排气口3011排出到烹饪腔体4的外部。分隔出两个排烟风道,第二风扇8和第三风扇9同时工作可提升排烟效率。
具体如图1、图3和图4所示,第一排气口3011位于顶板301的左侧且靠近前侧,第二排气口3012位于顶板301的中部且靠近前侧,第二排气口3012和第一排气口3011相邻。
在上述实施方式的基础上,在一个可选的实施方式中,烹饪腔体4的后侧还设有第五隔板16,第五隔板16倾斜设置,第五隔板16的下端与第二风扇8的出风口邻近设置,第五隔板16的上端与第四隔板15相接并靠近烹饪腔体4的顶壁404。在该实施方式中,通过将第五隔板16倾斜设置,从第二风扇8吹出的风直接沿着第五隔板16流动至烹饪腔体4的顶部,缩短了第一排烟风道的距离,能够加快烟气的排出。
在上述实施方式的基础上,在一个可选的实施方式中,烹饪腔体4与后板303之间还设有第六隔板17,第六隔板17沿竖直方向延伸,第六隔板17与烹饪腔体4的左侧壁相接,第六隔板17上设有过烟口1701,第六隔板17与第四隔板15之间的烟气可以穿过过烟口1701被第三风机吸走。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种烹饪电器。
本实施例的烹饪电器与上述实施例中提供的烹饪电器的区别在于,如图7和图8所示,外壳3包括底板302,底板302上设有进烟口,烹饪腔体4与外壳3之间还设有第三风扇9,第三风扇9和电气室5分别位于烹饪腔体4的左右两侧,第三风扇9的进风口与进烟口连通,第三风扇9的出风口与排气口邻 近设置。
在本实施例中,不设置第二风扇8,烟气从进烟口进入后,均被第三风扇9吸入,从第三风扇9的出风口流出后从排气口排到烹饪电器的外部,由于第三风扇9的出风口与排气口邻近设置,缩减了风道长度,从而能够减少油烟在流动过程中的阻力,提高了排烟效果。
具体地,第三风扇9的出风口与第一排气口3011邻近设置。
其中,进烟口可以和上述实施例中的进烟口相同,也可以是包括第一吸烟口30200和第二吸烟口30201,第一吸烟口30200和第二吸烟口30201分别位于底板302的左右两侧,外壳3包括后板303,后板303与烹饪腔体4之间形成尾部风道20,第一吸烟口30200邻近第三风扇9的进风口且与第三风扇9的进风口连通,第二吸烟口30201通过尾部风道20与第三风扇9的进风口连通。
具体结合图7和图8,第一吸烟口30200位于底板302的右侧,第二吸烟口30201位于底板302的左侧,烹饪腔体4具有后壁403,烹饪腔体4的顶部与后板303之间设有盖板21,盖板21与底板302、后壁403、后板303之间围成尾部风道20,为支撑盖板21,盖板21与底板302之间设置有若干个支撑隔板22,支撑隔板22上设有供油烟流通的流通孔2201。在该实施方式中,通过在底板302的左右两侧设置第一吸烟口30200和第二吸烟口30201,可以均匀的吸走烹饪电器下方的油烟,增加吸烟量,提高吸烟效果,且只设置一个吸气风机,在保证吸油烟效果的前提下可以减少吸气风机的数量,减少整个烹饪电器的成本和重量。

  1. 一种烹饪电器,其特征在于,包括箱体、门体(1)和控制面板盒(2),所述箱体包括外壳(3)、位于所述外壳(3)内的烹饪腔体(4)、位于所述烹饪腔体(4)一侧的电气室(5),所述外壳(3)包括顶板(301),所述顶板(301)上设有排气口,所述电气室(5)中设有第一风扇(6),所述门体(1)和所述控制面板盒(2)设置在所述烹饪腔体(4)的前侧,所述门体(1)和/或所述控制面板盒(2)上设有冷却风进口(101),所述冷却风进口(101)、所述电气室(5)、所述烹饪腔体(4)和所述排气口之间流体连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烹饪电器,其特征在于,所述烹饪腔体(4)与所述电气室(5)邻近的腔壁上设有腔体入风孔(401),所述电气室(5)与所述烹饪腔体(4)通过所述腔体入风孔(401)流体连通。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的烹饪电器,其特征在于,所述烹饪腔体(4)的顶壁(404)上设有腔体排气孔(402),所述腔体排气孔(402)的上方设有导风罩(7),所述导风罩(7)与所述排气口连通。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的烹饪电器,其特征在于,所述外壳(3)包括底板(302),所述底板(302)上设有进烟口(3021),所述电气室(5)的后侧设有第二风扇(8),所述烹饪腔体(4)的另一侧设有第三风扇(9),所述进烟口(3021)由所述第二风扇(8)的下侧延伸至所述第三风扇(9)的下侧,所述第二风扇(8)的出风口和所述第三风扇(9)的出风口分别与所述排气口流体连通。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的烹饪电器,其特征在于,所述电气室(5)内还设有安装板(10),所述安装板(10)位于所述第一风扇(6)的上方,所述安装板(10)上设有滤波板,所述安装板(10)上方的空间与所述冷却风进口(101)、所述第二风扇(8)的吸风口、所述排气口流体连通。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的烹饪电器,其特征在于,所述电气室(5)中设有磁控管(11)和第一隔板(12),所述第一隔板(12)设置在所述烹饪腔体(4)与所述外壳(3)之间并沿竖直方向延伸,所述第一隔板(12)与所述烹饪腔体(4)的连接处位于所示第二风扇(8)靠近所述腔体入风孔(401)的一侧,所述磁控管(11)位于所述第一风扇(6)的送风路径上。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的烹饪电器,其特征在于,所述排气口包括沿左右方向分布的第一排气口(3011)和第二排气口(3012),所述烹饪腔体(4)的顶壁(404)上设有沿前后方向延伸的第二隔板(13)和第三隔板(14),所述第二隔板(13)与所述安装板(10)相邻,所述第三隔板(14)和所述第二隔板(13)间隔设置,所述第二隔板(13)与所述第三隔板(14)之间的区域与所述第二排气口(3012)连通,所述导风罩(7)位于所述第三隔板(14)的远离所述第二隔板(13)的一侧,所述第一排气口(3011)与所述第三风扇(9)的出风口及所述导风罩(7)连通,所述烹饪腔体(4)的后侧还设有第四隔板(15),所述第四隔板(15)沿竖直方向延伸设置在所述烹饪腔体(4)与所述外壳(3)之间且与所述第三隔板(14)相接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的烹饪电器,其特征在于,所述烹饪腔体(4)的后侧还设有第五隔板(16),所述第五隔板(16)倾斜设置,所述第五隔板(16)的下端与所述第二风扇(8)的出风口邻近设置,所述第五隔板(16)的上端与所述第四隔板(15)相接并靠近所述烹饪腔体(4)的顶壁(404)。
  9. 根据权利要求1-3中任一所述的烹饪电器,其特征在于,所述外壳(3)包括底板(302),所述底板(302)上设有进烟口,所述烹饪腔体(4)与所述外壳(3)之间还设有第三风扇(9),所述第三风扇(9)和所述电气室(5)分别位于所述烹饪腔体(4)的左右两侧,所述第三风扇(9)的进风口与所述进烟口连通,所述第三风扇(9)的出风口与所述排气口邻近设置。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的烹饪电器,其特征在于,所述进烟口包括第一吸烟口(30200)和第二吸烟口(30201),所述第一吸烟口(30200)和所述第二吸烟口(30201)分别位于所述底板(302)的左右两侧,所述外壳(3)包括后板(303),所述后板(303)与所述烹饪腔体(4)之间形成尾部风道(20),所述第一吸烟口(30200)邻近所述第三风扇(9)的进风口且与所述第三风扇(9)的进风口连通,所述第二吸烟口(30201)通过所述尾部风道(20)与所述第三风扇(9)的进风口连通。
