本发明涉及一种屏蔽电机大重量吊耳拆装工装装置,固定基座(2)上部安装丝块(6),丝块(6)上部带有螺柱(7),固定基座(2)上的丝块(6)与移动车体(1)上的丝孔(8)配合安装,托扶垫板(3)与调整垫片(5)安装在移动车体(1)上表面上的沉槽(9)中,用于填充大型吊耳(10)把合螺栓(11)与移动车体(1)之间的缝隙,车轮(4)安装在移动车体(1)上的轮架(12)上并固定。本发明满足超大型吊耳在不具备起重设备或起重设备不能满足作业工况的情况下,向下垂直拆装超大型吊耳的工作,此工装装置体积小,移动灵活,使用方便,极大的解放了车间的起重设备与降低吊耳的拆装难度。

屏蔽电机大重量吊耳拆装工装装置 技术领域:
本发明涉及屏蔽电机大重量吊耳拆装工装装置。
背景技术:
随着社会的发展与进步,电机的生产制造技术越发的精益求精,为满足电机的使用性能需求,电机的外形与尺寸日益增加,为满足大型电机的生产制造,其配套的专用吊具尺寸也逐渐增加,因为电机的外观或者形状设计需求,某些专用吊装工具的拆装,因工位的需求或者其他原因,不能够直接使用起重设备吊扶,而吊耳的重量人力不能够搬运,故需要一种工装装置来满足无起吊设备或不能使用起吊设备的大型吊耳的拆装工作。传统的拆装方法为用千斤顶直接顶在吊耳上,因需要拆装把合螺栓,千斤顶只能顶在吊耳的凸起部位,吊耳凸起部位为斜面,千斤顶顶紧后不牢固,容易脱落砸伤操作人员,造成安全事故,而本工装装置完美的解决了此类问题,预留出螺栓的拆装空间后,亦能进行完美的支撑,不会发生工件脱落风险,且操作简便,节省空间,吊耳拆除后转运简易,能够完美的满足大型吊耳的拆装需求。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种屏蔽电机大重量吊耳拆装工装装置,满足大型吊耳在无起重设备或起重设备不能运用的工况下的拆装工作,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种屏蔽电机大重量吊耳拆装工装装置,该工装装置由移动车体(1)、固定基座(2)、托扶垫板(3)、车轮(4)和调整垫片(5)组合安装而成,移动车体(1)由组件焊接而成,固定基座(2)上部安装丝块(6),丝块(6)上部带有螺柱(7),固定基座(2)上的丝块(6)与移动车体(1)上的丝孔(8)配合安装,托扶垫板(3)与调整垫片(5)安装在移动车体(1)上表面上的沉槽(9)中,用于填充大型吊耳(10)把合螺栓(11)与移动车体(1)之间的缝隙,车轮(4)安装在移动车体(1)上的轮架(12)上并固定。
移动车体(1)由顶板(13)、前端竖板(14)、背部竖板(15)、立柱(16)、轮架(12)、把手(17)和底板(18)组装焊接构成,其中顶板(13)与垂直方向的前端竖板(14)连接,顶板(13)另一端与垂直方向的背部竖板(15)连接,顶板(13)与底板(18)通过数根立柱(16)连接,轮架(12)安装在底板(18)下部,顶板(13)一端平面安装固定把手(17),底板(18)的固定基座(2)上带有丝孔(8),在顶板(13)上加工托扶垫板(3)与调整垫片(5)安装用沉槽(9),前端竖板(14)焊接时预留出大型吊耳(10)凸起滑动裆 距,便于吊耳与移动车体(1)的安装配合。
本发明的工作原理是:
吊耳拆除时,首先将各个零件组装成为一个整体,将吊耳拆装工装装置的固定基座调节高于车轮,将小车推至吊耳的正下方,小车上的沉槽与吊耳的把合螺栓一一对齐后,调节固定基座,将小车顶起车轮离开地面不能够自由移动且将车体上表面调整到水平后,将固定基座锁死,用托扶垫板与调整垫片填充好沉槽与安装螺栓之间的缝隙后,先拆除其中一个螺栓,同样用托扶垫板与调整垫片填充好沉槽与拆除安装螺母后的吊耳下端面,然后重复上述操作,将其于的螺栓依次拆除后,将固定基座调下,小车与吊耳一同推离。
吊耳安装时,将小车与吊耳一同推至工件下方,将吊耳与工件上的安装位置对齐后,调节固定基座,使吊耳与工件完全贴合后,撤出一个把合螺栓的垫片,安装螺栓后,垫入托扶垫板与调整垫片,重复上述步骤,依次将其余螺栓安装后,将小车推离。
工具具体使用过程可参照以下示例:吊耳拆除时,首先将各个零件组装成为一个整体,将吊耳拆装工装装置的固定基座调节高于车轮,将小车推至吊耳的正下方,小车上的沉槽与吊耳的把合螺栓一一对齐后,调节固定基座,将小车顶起车轮离开地面不能够自由移动且上表面水平后,将固定基座锁死,用托扶垫板与调整垫片填充好沉槽 与安装螺栓之间的缝隙后,先拆除其中一个螺栓,同样用托扶垫板与调整垫片填充好沉槽与拆除安装螺母后的吊耳下端面,然后重复上述操作,将其于的螺栓依次拆除后,将固定基座调下,小车与吊耳一同推离。
吊耳安装时,将小车与吊耳一同推至工件下方,将吊耳与工件上的安装位置对齐后,调节固定基座,使吊耳与工件完全贴合后,撤出一个把合螺栓的垫片,安装螺栓后,垫入托扶垫板与调整垫片,重复上述步骤,依次将其余螺栓安装后,将小车推离。
本发明的有益效果是:
采用可自由移动的安装车,可在无起重设备或者起重设备无法使用的工况下,满足大型吊耳拆装的工装装置,此装置不仅解放了起重设备的限制,而且操作简单方便,体积小重量轻,可随时进行作业,减轻操作者工作难度,降低了操作时间,且此工装装置也可作为吊耳的存储工位器具,可人力自由转运,避免了因吊耳尺寸过大、过重而不方面转运存储的问题。
传统的拆装方法为用千斤顶直接顶在吊耳上,因需要拆装把合螺栓,千斤顶只能顶在吊耳的凸起部位,吊耳凸起部位为斜面,千斤顶顶紧后不牢固,容易脱落砸伤操作人员,造成安全事故,而本工装装置完美的解决了此类问题,预留出螺栓的拆装空间后,亦能进行完美 的支撑,不会发生工件脱落风险,且操作简便,节省空间,吊耳拆除后转运简易,能够完美的满足大型吊耳的拆装需求。

具体实施方式
如图1所示屏蔽电机大重量吊耳拆装工装装置,该工装装置由移动车体1、固定基座2、托扶垫板3、车轮4和调整垫片5组合安装而成,移动车体1由组件焊接而成,固定基座2包含丝块6与螺柱7,固定基座2通过移动车体1上的丝孔8配合安装,并用于工装的整体调平和固定,托扶垫板3与调整垫片5安装在移动车体1上表面上的沉槽9中,用于填充大型吊耳10把合螺栓11与移动车体1之间的缝隙,车轮4安装在移动车体1上的轮架12上并固定,用于工装的整体移动。
移动车体1由顶板13、前端竖板14、背部竖板15、立柱16、轮架12、把手17和底板18组装焊接而成,焊接完后才能后,在底板18加工上固定基座2安装用丝孔8,在顶板13上加工托扶垫板3与调整垫片5安装用沉槽9,前端竖板14焊接时预留出大型吊耳10凸起滑动裆距,便于吊耳与移动车体1的安装配合。
如图2所示屏蔽电机大重量吊耳拆装工装装置,该工装装置由移动车体1、固定基座2、托扶垫板3、车轮4和调整垫片5组合安装而成,移动车体1由组件焊接而成,固定基座2上部安装丝块6,丝块6上部带有螺柱7,固定基座2上的丝块6与移动车体1上的丝孔8配合安装,托扶垫板3与调整垫片5安装在移动车体1上表面上的沉槽9中,用于填充大型吊耳10把合螺栓11与移动车体1之间的缝隙,车轮4安装在移动车体1上的轮架12上并固定。
移动车体1由顶板13、前端竖板14、背部竖板15、立柱16、轮架12、把手17和底板18组装焊接构成,其中顶板13与垂直方向的前端竖板14连接,顶板13另一端与垂直方向的背部竖板15连接,顶板13与底板18通过数根立柱16连接,轮架12安装在底板18下部,顶板13一端平面安装固定把手17,底板18的固定基座2上带有丝孔8,在顶板13上加工托扶垫板3与调整垫片5安装用沉槽9,前端竖板14焊接时预留出大型吊耳10凸起滑动裆距,便于吊耳与移动车体1的安装配合。

  1. 屏蔽电机大重量吊耳拆装工装装置,其特征是:该工装装置由移动车体(1)、固定基座(2)、托扶垫板(3)、车轮(4)和调整垫片(5)组合安装而成,移动车体(1)由组件焊接而成,固定基座(2)上部安装丝块(6),丝块(6)上部带有螺柱(7),固定基座(2)上的丝块(6)与移动车体(1)上的丝孔(8)配合安装,托扶垫板(3)与调整垫片(5)安装在移动车体(1)上表面上的沉槽(9)中,用于填充大型吊耳(10)把合螺栓(11)与移动车体(1)之间的缝隙,车轮(4)安装在移动车体(1)上的轮架(12)上并固定。
