本发明涉及玩具技术领域,尤其是涉及一种玩具。
背景技术
相关技术中一种旋转玩具中,当转盘旋转到任意位置时相应的音乐就会响起。但该过程中转盘旋转时通过零部相互碰撞使音乐想起,导致玩具操作不顺畅,体验感比较差。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明的一个目的在于提出一种玩具,所述玩具能通过零部件感应触发,使发声件发出声音,玩具使用过程中操作顺畅不卡顿,可以提升用户体验。

根据本发明实施例的玩具,通过转盘组件上设置被测件,控制板上设置检测件,检测件电连接控制板,控制板可使发声件发出多种声音,检测件上设置多个检测位,使得转盘组件在转动过程中,被测件每经过一个检测位时可感应触发检测件,并使控制板控制发声件发出一种声音,被测件和检测件可以通过无接触感应使发声件发声,转盘组件在转动过程中轻松且不卡顿,使用起来更方便,可以提升用户体验。
一些实施例中,所述转盘组件包括:旋转盘,所述旋转盘上设有第一传动部;传动盘,所述传动盘设在所述旋转盘的靠近所述壳体中心的一侧,所述传动盘上设有第二传动部,所述第二传动部运动联动所述第一传动部,所述被测件设在所述传动盘上。
一些实施例中,所述检测件为围绕所述传动盘的转动中心设置的为环形检测件。
一些实施例中,所述环形检测件设在所述控制板的面向所述传动盘的一侧,所述被测件设在所述传动盘的面向所述控制板的一侧。
一些实施例中,所述第一传动部和所述第二传动部为齿轮。

如图1和图4所示,本发明实施例的玩具100包括:壳体10、发声件20、转盘组件30、控制板40。
发声件20设在壳体10上。转盘组件30可枢转地设在壳体10上,转盘组件30上设有被测件301。控制板40设在壳体10上并电连接发声件20,控制板40上设有检测件401,检测件401电连接控制板40,控制板40可使发声件20发出多种声音,检测件401上设有多个检测位(图未示出)。其中,转盘组件30在转动过程中,被测件301每经过一个检测位时可感应触发检测件401,并使控制板40控制发声件20发出一种声音。
发声件20是指能发出声音的部件,例如,发声件20可以是扬声器或喇叭。控制板40可以为PCB电路板或PLC,其上存储有多种声音,控制板40可以控制发声件20发出多种声音,该声音可以是指提示音或音乐。被测件301和检测件401为能相互感应的检测部件,彼此之间可以实现无接触感应。
具体地,多种声音可以与多个检测位一一对应,转盘组件30在转动一圈的过程中,被测件301每经过一个检测位时都可以使检测件401被感应触发,使控制板40控制发声件20发出一种声音,当转动至另一个位置时,被测件301与另一个检测位对应,此时控制板40控制发声件20发出另一种声音,以此类推……转盘组件30转动过程中,发声件20能发出多种声音响起,以声音为音乐为例,转盘组件30在转动过程中就能实现响起多种音乐,整体趣味性更好。
例如,控制板40可以使发声件20发出五种音乐,对应地,检测件401上设有五个检测位,转盘组件30转动一圈的行程可以划分五个区域,当转盘组件30在第一区域内转动时,被测件301经过第一检测位,控制板40使 发声件20发出第一种音乐;当转盘组件30在第二区域内转动时,被测件301经过第二检测位,控制板40使发声件20发出第二种音乐,以此类推……当转盘组件30在第五区域内转动时,被测件301经过第五检测位,控制板40使发声件20发出第五种音乐。
当然,上述只是举例说明,控制板40使发声件20发出的声音种类,以及检测位的设置数量不限于此,这里不再赘述。其次,多种声音也可以是部分与多个检测位一一对应,使其余的声音可以在其他触发条件下响起,进一步增加玩具100的趣味性。
根据本发明实施例的玩具100,通过转盘组件30上设置被测件301,控制板40上设置检测件401,检测件401电连接控制板40,控制板40可使发声件20发出多种声音,检测件401上设置多个检测位,使得转盘组件30在转动过程中,被测件301每经过一个检测位时可感应触发检测件401,并使控制板40控制发声件20发出一种声音,被测件301和检测件401可以通过无接触感应使发声件20发声,转盘组件30在转动过程中轻松且不卡顿,使用起来更方便,可以提升用户体验。
一些实施例中,如图1、图2、图3所示,转盘组件30包括旋转盘310和传动盘320,旋转盘310上设有第一传动部3101;传动盘320设在旋转盘310的靠近壳体10中心的一侧,传动盘320上设有第二传动部3201,第二传动部3201运动联动第一传动部3101,被测件301设在传动盘320上。旋转盘310为整个玩具100的触发部件,用户通过转动旋转盘310来操作玩具100,因此,通过传动盘320可以使旋转盘310和控制板40错开一定距离布置,例如,控制板40在壳体10上居中设置,旋转盘310设在壳体10的边缘位置,这样就能使壳体10的体积比较小,用料更省,同时也方便转动旋转盘310。
第一传动部3101和第二传动部3201彼此联动能使旋转盘310带动传动盘320转动,例如,第一传动部3101和第二传动部3201均为齿轮。或者,第一传动部3101和第二传动部3201为摩擦轮,通过摩擦力使旋转盘310能带动传动盘320转动。
一些实施例中,如图2所示,检测件401为围绕传动盘320的转动中心设置的为环形检测件。例如,环形检测件为感应带,感应带上设置多个检测位,旋转盘310转动时,带动传动盘320转动,期间,传动盘320上的被测件301经过环形检测件上的检测位,使控制板40控制发声件20发声。采用该方式通过单个检测件401就能完成多个位置的检测,结构简单,可以减少玩具100的零部件数量,降低装配复杂度。
一些实施例中,如图1、图2、图3所示,环形检测件设在控制板40的面向传动盘320的一侧,被测件301设在传动盘320的面向控制板40的一侧。也就是说,环形检测件和被测件301面对面设置,彼此距离比较近,可以使环形检测件和被测件301之间的感应比较灵敏,同时也能降低对环形检测件和被测件301的要求。
一些实施例中,如图2和图3所示,第一传动部3101和第二传动部3201为齿轮,采用齿轮啮合这种方式联动旋转盘310和传动盘320,结构比较简单,传动也比较稳定,成本比较低。
一些实施例中,如图2和图3所示,壳体10的内部形成有安装腔(图未示出),壳体10上设有连通安装腔的敞口10a,控制板40和传动盘320设在安装腔内,旋转盘310的部分穿过敞口10a并设在壳体10上。旋转盘310的部分穿过敞口10a用于用户操作转动,另一部分和控制板40共同隐藏放置在安装腔内,既能起到美观作用,同时也能起到保护旋转盘310和控制板40的作用。
一些实施例中,如图1、图2、图3所示,壳体10包括下壳体110和上壳体120,敞口10a和旋转盘310设在下壳体110上;上壳体120设在下壳体110上,且与下壳体110共同限定出安装腔,控制板40设在上壳体120上,控制板40上设有避让孔40a,传动盘320的转轴穿设在避让孔40a内并设在上壳体120上。下壳体110和上壳体120彼此可相互拆卸,从而打开安装腔方便安装旋转盘310和控制板40。避让孔40a起到避让作用,控制板40和传动盘320安装时不用错开,这样就能使控制板40、传动盘320和旋转盘310三者能够布局的更加紧凑,节省空间,有利于减小玩具100的体积。
一些实施例中,如图1、图2、图3所示,旋转盘310上有第三传动部3102,安装腔内设有第四传动部5001,第四传动部5001运动联动第三传动部3102,上壳体120的外侧上设有活动部件50,活动部件50运动联动第四传动部5001。活动部件50可以是指可活动的部件,例如,可转动或摆动的部件,也就是说,旋转盘310除了具备转动引发发声件20发声的功能外,同时还能触发活动部件50活动,进一步增加趣味性。
例如,如图2、图3所示,活动部件50可以为齿轮组,包括第一齿轮501、第二齿轮502、第三齿轮503、第四齿轮504、第五齿轮505,此时,第三传动部3102为形成在旋转盘310周向上的多个齿部,第四传动部5001为齿轮,第三传动部3102可以与第四传动部5001啮合,第四传动部5001与第一齿轮501啮合,第一齿轮501与第二齿轮502、第三齿轮503、第四齿轮504、第五齿轮505啮合。
当旋转盘310转动时,通过第三传动部3102和第四传动部5001能带动第一齿轮501转动,最终带动第二齿轮 502、第三齿轮503、第四齿轮504、第五齿轮505转动,用户在上壳体120的外侧能观察到齿轮运动,增加感官上的愉悦感,从而增加趣味性。
当然,上述只是举例说明,活动部件50为齿轮组时,齿轮的数量和布置方式不限于此,这里不再一一赘述。
又例如,活动部件50可以为摆动件,如摆臂,摆臂可转动地设在上壳体120上,第三传动部3102可以为设在旋转盘310上的驱动柱(图未示出),摆臂的一端设有安装孔(图未示出),驱动柱设在安装孔内,摆臂和旋转盘310共同构成曲柄滑块机构,旋转盘310转动时就能带动摆臂摆动,用户在上壳体120的外侧能观察到摆臂运动,增加感官上的愉悦感,从而增加趣味性。
一些实施例中,如图2所示,上壳体120上设有凹槽120a,活动部件50设在凹槽120a内,上壳体120上设有可视面板60,且可视面板60封闭在凹槽120a上。可视面板60可以是指透明面板,例如,透明塑料面板或玻璃面板,通过这种方式在保证用户能观察到活动部件50运动的前提下还能提高用户的使用安全性。
一些实施例中,旋转盘310上设有多个标识部,标识部和检测位的数量相等且一一对应。标识部可以为数字、颜色和图案中的一种,例如,标识部为数字标识,如前文所述,检测位的数量为五个,对应地,标识部为五个数字,围绕旋转盘310的周向依次设置,且依次为“1”、“2”、“3”、“4”、“5”,通过标识部方便用户知晓旋转盘310的转动位置。例如,当旋转盘310转动至“1”的位置时,发声件20发出第一种音乐;当旋转盘310转动至“2”的位置时,发声件20发出第二种音乐,以此类推……当旋转盘310转动至“5”的位置时,发声件20发出第五种音乐。
一些实施例中,传动盘320顺时针转动时发声件20发出的声音与传动盘320逆时针转动时发声件20发出的声音不同。也就是说,发声件20发出的声音种类可以是检测位的两倍,参考前文,传动盘320顺时针转动时依次经过“1”、“2”、“3”、“4”、“5”的位置,当旋转盘310逆时针转动时,旋转盘310由“5”转动至“4”的位置时,发声件20可以发出第六种音乐,旋转盘310由“4”转动至“3”的位置时,发声件20可以发出第七种音乐,以此类推……旋转盘310由“1”转动至最开始位置时,发声件20可以发出第十种音乐。通过这种方式玩具100能发出更多种类的声音,在不增加结构部件的前提下,功能更强,趣味性也更强。
一些实施例中,如图1和图3所示,玩具100还包括电源件70,电源件70电连接控制板40,用于提供控制板40和发声件20的用电。具体地,电源件70可以是电池,并设在安装腔内。
一些实施例中,如图2和图3所示,上壳体120上设有电源开关1201,电源开关1201电连接电源件70,用于控制电源件70的电量输出或关闭。
一些实施例中,如图3所示,上壳体120上设有发光件1202,发光件1202电连接控制板40,控制板40控制发声件20发声使可控制发光件1202发光,且不同种类的声音对应不同类型的灯光。通过这种方式可以进一步增加趣味性。
一些实施例中,上壳体120上设有多个触发件,多个触发件电连接控制板40,每个触发件被触发时可使控制板40控制发声件20发声,通过这种方式可以进一步增加趣味性。
一些实施例中,如图2和图3所示,多个触发件包括:第一按压件1203、第二按压件1204和外拉件1205,第一按压件1203、第二按压件1204设在上壳体120的相对两端,外拉件1205设在上壳体120的与旋转盘310相对的另一端。当第一按压件1203和第二按压件1204按下或松开时,均可使控制板40控制发声件20发声,当外拉件1205被拉出时,可使控制板40控制发声件20发声。
下面结合附图,描述本发明玩具100的一个具体实施例。
如图1至图3所示,玩具100包括:壳体10、发声件20、转盘组件30、控制板40、活动部件50、可视面板60、电源件70。
发声件20设在壳体10上。转盘组件30可枢转地设在壳体10上,转盘组件30上设有被测件301。控制板40设在壳体10上并电连接发声件20,控制板40上设有检测件401,检测件401电连接控制板40,控制板40可使发声件20发出五种声音,检测件401上设有五个检测位。其中,转盘组件30在转动过程中,被测件301每经过一个检测位时可感应触发检测件401,并使控制板40控制发声件20发出一种声音。
转盘组件30包括旋转盘310和传动盘320,旋转盘310上设有第一传动部3101;传动盘320设在旋转盘310的靠近壳体10中心的一侧,传动盘320上设有第二传动部3201,第二传动部3201运动联动第一传动部3101,被测件301设在传动盘320上。
第一传动部3101和第二传动部3201为齿轮。
检测件401为围绕传动盘320的转动中心设置的为环形感应带,环形感应带设在控制板40的面向传动盘320 的一侧,被测件301设在传动盘320的面向控制板40的一侧。
壳体10的内部形成有安装腔,壳体10上设有连通安装腔的敞口10a,控制板40和传动盘320设在安装腔内,旋转盘310的部分穿过敞口10a并设在壳体10上。
壳体10包括下壳体110和上壳体120,敞口10a和旋转盘310设在下壳体110上;上壳体120设在下壳体110上,且与下壳体110共同限定出安装腔,控制板40设在上壳体120上,控制板40上设有避让孔40a,传动盘320的转轴穿设在避让孔40a内并设在上壳体120上。
旋转盘310上有第三传动部3102,安装腔内设有第四传动部5001,第四传动部5001运动联动第三传动部3102,上壳体120的外侧上设有活动部件50,活动部件50运动联动第四传动部5001。
活动部件50可以为齿轮组,包括第一齿轮501、第二齿轮502、第三齿轮503、第四齿轮504、第五齿轮505,此时,第三传动部3102为形成在旋转盘310周向上的多个齿部,第四传动部5001为齿轮,第三传动部3102与第四传动部5001啮合,其中,第四传动部5001与第一齿轮501啮合,第一齿轮501与第二齿轮502、第三齿轮503、第四齿轮504、第五齿轮505啮合。
上壳体120上设有凹槽120a,活动部件50设在凹槽120a内,上壳体120上设有可视面板60,且可视面板60封闭在凹槽120a上。
旋转盘310上设有五个标识部,标识部和检测位的数量相等且一一对应。标识部为五个数字,依次为“1”、“2”、“3”、“4”、“5”,通过标识部方便用户知晓旋转盘310的转动位置。当旋转盘310转动至“1”的位置时,发声件20发出第一种音乐;当旋转盘310转动至“2”的位置时,发声件20发出第二种音乐,以此类推……当旋转盘310转动至“5”的位置时,发声件20发出第五种音乐。
传动盘320顺时针转动时发声件20发出的声音与传动盘320逆时针转动时发声件20发出的声音不同。发声件20发出的声音种类可以是检测位的两倍,参考前文,传动盘320顺时针转动时依次经过“1”、“2”、“3”、“4”、“5”的位置,当旋转盘310逆时针转动时,旋转盘310由“5”转动至“4”的位置时,发声件20可以发出第六种音乐,旋转盘310由“4”转动至“3”的位置时,发声件20可以发出第七种音乐,以此类推……旋转盘310由“1”转动至最开始位置时,发声件20可以发出第十种音乐。
玩具100还包括电源件70,电源件70电连接控制板40,用于提供控制板40和发声件20的用电。具体地,电源件70可以是电池,并设在安装腔内。

  1. 一种玩具,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体;
    发声件,所述发声件设在所述壳体上;
    转盘组件,所述转盘组件可枢转地设在所述壳体上,所述转盘组件上设有被测件;
    控制板,所述控制板设在所述壳体上并电连接所述发声件,所述控制板可使所述发声件发出多种声音,所述控制板上设有检测件,所述检测件电连接所述控制板,所述检测件上设有多个检测位;
    其中,所述转盘组件在转动过程中,所述被测件每经过一个所述检测位时可感应触发所述检测件,并使所述控制板控制所述发声件发出一种所述声音。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的玩具,其特征在于,所述转盘组件包括:
    旋转盘,所述旋转盘上设有第一传动部;
    传动盘,所述传动盘设在所述旋转盘的靠近所述壳体中心的一侧,所述传动盘上设有第二传动部,所述第二传动部运动联动所述第一传动部,所述被测件设在所述传动盘上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的玩具,其特征在于,所述检测件为围绕所述传动盘的转动中心设置的为环形检测件。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的玩具,其特征在于,所述环形检测件设在所述控制板的面向所述传动盘的一侧,所述被测件设在所述传动盘的面向所述控制板的一侧。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的玩具,其特征在于,所述第一传动部和所述第二传动部的为齿轮。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的玩具,其特征在于,所述壳体的内部形成有安装腔,所述壳体上设有连通所述安装腔的敞口,所述控制板和所述传动盘设在所述安装腔内,所述旋转盘的部分穿过所述敞口并设在所述壳体上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的玩具,其特征在于,所述壳体包括:
    下壳体,所述敞口和所述旋转盘设在所述下壳体上;
    上壳体,所述上壳体设在所述下壳体上,且与所述下壳体共同限定出所述安装腔,所述控制板设在所述上壳体上,所述控制板上设有避让孔,所述传动盘的转轴穿设在所述避让孔内并设在所述上壳体上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的玩具,其特征在于,所述旋转盘上设有第三传动部,所述安装腔内设有第四传动部,所述第四传动部运动联动所述第三传动部,所述上壳体的外侧上设有活动部件,所述活动部件运动联动所述第四传动部。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的玩具,其特征在于,所述旋转盘上设有多个标识部,所述标识部和所述检测位的数量相等且一一对应。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的玩具,其特征在于,所述传动盘顺时针转动时所述发声件发出的所述声音与所述传动盘逆时针转动时所述发声件发出的声音不同。
