背景技术
随着电子技术的发展和材料科学的进步,用于实现电致发光或者光电转化的电子元器件的应用范围越来越广泛。有机电致发光器件(OLED),通常包括相对设置的阴极和阳极,以及设置于阴极和阳极之间的功能层。该功能层由多层有机或者无机膜层组成,且一般包括有机发光层、空穴传输层、电子传输层等。当阴阳两极施加电压时,两电极产生电场,在电场的作用下,阴极侧的电子向电致发光层移动,阳极侧的空穴也向发光层移动,电子和空穴在电致发光层结合形成激子,激子处于激发态向外释放能量,进而使得电致发光层对外发光。
现有的有机电致发光器件中,最主要的问题体现在寿命和效率,随着显示器的大面积化,驱动电压也随之提高,发光效率及电流效率也需要提高,因此,有必要继续研发新的材料,以进一步提高有机电致发光器件的性能。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述问题,本申请的目的在于提供一种含氮化合物及包含其的电子元件和电子装置,该含氮化合物用于有机电致发光器件中,可以提高器件的性能。
根据本申请的第一方面,提供一种含氮化合物,所述含氮化合物具有由式1所示结构:

根据本申请的第三方面,提供了一种电子装置,包括第二方面所述的有机电致发光器件。
本申请化合物结构中包含苯并菲并噁唑/噻唑,其中苯并菲并噁唑/噻唑具有较大的共轭体系并且具有较强的分子间作用力,可提高化合物载流子迁移率。该母核分别连接三嗪/嘧啶类和芳胺类化合物,分别作为电子传输型主体材料和空穴传输型主体材料,均可以改善发光层中载流子平衡,拓宽载流子复合区域,提高激子生成和利用效率,提高器件发光效率和寿命。

本申请的第二方面,提供一种有机电致发光器件,包括阳极、阴极,以及设置在阳极与阴极之间的功能层;其中,功能层包含本申请第一方面所述的含氮化合物。
本申请所提供的含氮化合物可以用于形成功能层中的至少一个有机膜层,以改善有机电致发光器件的发光效率和寿命等特性。
可选地,所述功能层包括有机发光层,所述有机发光层包括所述含氮化合物。其中,有机发光层既可以由本申请所提供的含氮化合物组成,也可以由本申请所提供的含氮化合物和其他材料共同组成。
按照一种具体的实施方式,所述有机电致发光器件如图1所示,有机电致发光器件可以包括依次层叠设置的阳极100、空穴注入层310、第一空穴传输层321、第二空穴传输层(空穴辅助层)322、有机发光层330、电子传输层340、电子注入层350和阴极200。
本申请中,阳极100包括阳极材料,其优选地是有助于空穴注入至功能层中的具有大逸出功(功函数,work function)材料。阳极材料的具体实例包括:金属如镍、铂、钒、铬、铜、锌和金或它们的合金;金属氧化物如氧化锌、氧化铟、氧化铟锡(ITO)和氧化铟锌(IZO);组合的金属和氧化物如ZnO:Al或SnO2:Sb;或导电聚合物如聚(3-甲基噻吩)、聚[3,4-(亚乙基-1,2-二氧基)噻吩](PEDT)、聚吡咯和聚苯胺,但不限于此。优选包括包含氧化铟锡(铟锡氧化物,indium tin oxide)(ITO)作为阳极的透明电极。

本申请中,有机发光层330可以由单一发光材料组成,也可以包括主体材料和客体材料。可选地,有机发光层330由主体材料和客体材料组成,注入有机发光层330的空穴和注入有机发光层330的电子可以在有机发光层330复合而形成激子,激子将能量传递给主体材料,主体材料将能量传递给客体材料,进而使得客体材料能够发光。
有机发光层330的主体材料可以包含金属螯合类化合物、双苯乙烯基衍生物、芳香族胺衍生物、二苯并呋喃衍生物或者其他类型的材料。可选地,所述主体材料包含本申请的含氮化合物。
有机发光层330的客体材料可以为具有缩合芳基环的化合物或其衍生物、具有杂芳基环的化合物或其衍生物、芳香族胺衍生物或者其他材料,本申请对此不做特殊的限制。客体材料又称为掺杂材料或掺杂剂。按发光类型可以分为荧光掺杂剂和磷光掺杂剂。所述磷光掺杂剂的具体实例包括但不限于, (Ir(Mphq)3)。
在本申请的一种实施方式中,所述有机电致发光器件为红色有机电致发光器件。在一种实施方式中,有机发光层330的主体材料包含本申请的含氮化合物。客体材料例如为RD。
在一种实施方式中,有机发光层330的主体材料包含本申请的含氮化合物和(RH-P)。还在一种实施方式中,有机发光层330的主体材料包含本申请的含氮化合物和(RH-N)。
在本申请的一种实施方式中,所述有机电致发光器件为绿色有机电致发光器件。在一种更具体的实施方式中,有机发光层330的主体材料包含本申请的含氮化合物。
电子传输层340可以为单层结构,也可以为多层结构,其可以包括一种或者多种电子传输材料,电子传输材料可以选自但不限于,BTB、LiQ、苯并咪唑衍生物、噁二唑衍生物、喹喔啉衍生物或者其他电子传输材料,本申请对比不作特殊限定。所述电子传输层340的材料包含但不限于以下化合物:(ET-3)、(ET-2)、(BTB)、(ET-1)。
在本申请的一种实施方式中,电子传输层340可以由ET-1和LiQ组成,或者由ET-2和LiQ组成。
本申请中,阴极200可以包括阴极材料,其是有助于电子注入至功能层中的具有小逸出功的材料。阴极材料的具体实例包括但不限于,金属如镁、钙、钠、钾、钛、铟、钇、锂、钆、铝、银、锡和铅或它们的合金;或多层材料如LiF/Al、Liq/Al、LiO2/Al、LiF/Ca、LiF/Al和BaF2/Ca。可选地,包括包含镁和银的金属电极作为阴极。

按照一种实施方式,如图2所示,所提供的电子装置为电子装置400,其包括上述有机电致发光器 件。电子装置400例如可以为显示装置、照明装置、光通讯装置或者其他类型的电子装置,例如可以包括但不限于电脑屏幕、手机屏幕、电视机、电子纸、应急照明灯、光模块等。

氮气氛围下,向250mL三口瓶中依次加入2-溴-6-硝基苯酚(10.9g,50mmol),1-萘甲醇(10.28g,65mmol),1,1'-双(二苯基膦)二茂铁(0.83g,1.5mmol)和二甲苯(100mL),开启搅拌和加热,待体系升温至回流,搅拌反应48h。待体系冷却至室温后,用二氯甲烷萃取(100mL×3次),合并有机相并用无水硫酸镁干燥后,过滤后减压蒸馏除去溶剂,得粗品。用二氯甲烷/正庚烷作为流动相对粗品进行硅胶柱色谱提纯,得到灰白色固体Sub-a1(7.29g,收率45%)。
参照Sub-a1的合成,使用表1中所示的反应物A替代1-萘甲醇,合成Sub-a2至Sub-a4。

Sub-b1的合成:
氮气氛围下,向500mL三口瓶中,依次加入1-溴-6-氯-2-醛基萘(13.47g,50mmol),原甲酸三甲酯(6.36g,60mmol),甲醇(150mL)和一滴浓硫酸,开启搅拌和加热,升温至回流反应2h。待体系冷却至室温后,用甲醇钠中和反应液,减压蒸馏除去溶剂,得粗品。用正庚烷作为流动相对粗品进行硅胶柱色谱提纯,得到无色油状液体Sub-b1(14.52g,收率92%)。
参照Sub-b1的合成,使用表2中所示的反应物B替代1-溴-6-氯-2-醛基萘,合成Sub-b2至Sub-b5。

Sub-c1的合成:
氮气氛围下,向500mL三口瓶中加入Sub-b1(22.1g,70mmol)和四氢呋喃(干燥,220mL);将体系降温至-78℃,滴加正丁基锂溶液(2.0M正己烷溶液,38.5mL,77mmol),滴加完毕后保温(-78℃)搅拌1小时;保持-78℃,滴加硼酸三甲酯(10.91g,105mmol),滴加完毕后继续保温(-78℃)1小时,然后让体系自然升温至室温;向反应液中滴加稀盐酸(2M,58mL),搅拌30分钟;二氯甲烷萃取(100mL×3次),合并有机相并用无水硫酸镁干燥后,过滤后减压蒸馏除去溶剂,得油状粗品。向粗品中加入25mL去离子水和三滴浓盐酸,将体系升温至70℃搅拌15分钟。待体系冷却至室温后,用二氯甲烷萃取(25mL×3次),合并有机相并用无水硫酸镁干燥后,过滤后减压蒸馏除去溶剂,得固体粗品。粗品用正庚烷打浆,过滤得到白色固体产物Sub-c1(10.17g,收率62%)。
参照Sub-c1使用表3中所示的反应物C替代Sub-b1,合成Sub-c2至Sub-c5。

Sub-d1的合成:
氮气氛围下,向500mL三口瓶中,依次加入7-溴-2-苯基苯并噁唑(13.71g,50mmol),Sub-c1(12.9g,55mmol),四(三苯基膦)钯(0.58g,0.5mmol),无水碳酸钠(10.60g,100mmol),甲苯(140mL),无水乙醇(35mL)和去离子水(35mL),开启搅拌和加热,升温至回流反应8h。待体系冷却至室温后,用二氯甲烷萃取(100mL×3次),合并有机相并用无水硫酸镁干燥,过滤后减压蒸馏除去溶剂,得粗品。用二氯甲烷/正庚烷作为流动相对粗品进行硅胶柱色谱提纯,得到橙黄色固体Sub-d1(14.78g,收率77%)。
参照Sub-d1的合成,使用表4中所示的反应物D替代7-溴-2-苯基苯并噁唑,反应物E替代Sub-c1,合成Sub-d2至Sub-d12。

Sub-e1的合成:
氮气氛围下,向1000mL三口瓶中,依次加入Sub-d1(49.9g,130mmol),(甲氧基甲基)三苯基氯化鏻(74.38g,217mmol)和无水四氢呋喃(500mL),用冰水浴将体系降温至0℃;然后向体系中缓慢滴加叔丁醇钾的无水四氢呋喃溶液(1M,220mL);滴加完成后让体系缓慢升温至室温,继续搅拌反应6h。将反应液倒入1000mL去离子水中,用乙酸乙酯萃取(250mL×3次),合并有机相并用无水硫酸镁干燥后,过滤后减压蒸馏除去溶剂,得粗品。用正庚烷作为流动相对粗品进行硅胶柱色谱提纯,得到固体Sub-e1(47.12g,收率88%)。
参照Sub-e1的合成,使用表5中所示的反应物F替代Sub-d1,合成Sub-e2至Sub-e12。

Sub-f1的合成:
氮气氛围下,向1000mL三口瓶中,依次加入Sub-e1(49.0g,119mmol),伊顿试剂(4.5mL)和氯苯(500mL),升温至回流继续搅拌反应4h。待反应体系将至室温后,将反应液倒入1000ml去离子水中,用饱和的氢氧化钠溶液中和,接着用二氯甲烷萃取(250mL×3次),合并有机相并用无水硫酸镁干燥后,过滤后减压蒸馏除去溶剂,得粗品。用二氯甲烷/正庚烷作为流动相对粗品进行硅胶柱色谱提纯,得到固体Sub-f1(33.0g,收率73%)。
参照Sub-f1的合成,使用表6中所示的反应物G替代Sub-e1,合成Sub-f2至Sub-f12.

Sub-f13的合成:
氮气氛围下,向100mL三口瓶加入Sub-f3(9.49g,25mmol)和200mL苯-D6,升温至60℃后向其中添加三氟甲磺酸(22.51g,150mmol),继续升温至沸腾搅拌反应24小时。待反应体系冷却至室温后,向其中添加50mL重水,搅拌10分钟后加入饱和K3PO4水溶液中和反应液。用二氯甲烷萃取有机层(50mL×3次),合并有机相并用无水硫酸钠干燥,过滤后减压蒸馏除去溶剂,得粗品。使用正庚烷/二氯甲烷作为流动相对粗品进行硅胶柱色谱提纯,得到白色固体Sub-f13(5.39g,收率55%)。
Sub-g1的合成:
氮气氛围下,向500mL三口瓶中依次加入Sub-f1(16.7g,44mmol),联硼酸频那醇酯(12.28g,48.4mmol),醋酸钾(9.50g,96.8mmol)和1,4-二氧六环(120mL),开启搅拌和加热,待体系升温至40℃,迅速加入三(二亚苄基丙酮)二钯(0.40g,0.44mmol)和(2-二环己基膦-2',4',6'三异丙基联苯)(0.42g,0.88mmol),继续升温至回流,搅拌反应过夜。待体系冷却至室温后,向体系中加入200mL水,充分搅拌30min,减压抽滤,滤饼用去离子水洗至中性,再用100mL无水乙醇淋洗,得灰色固体;粗品用正庚烷打浆一次,再用200mL甲苯溶清后过硅胶柱,除去催化剂,浓缩后得白色固体Sub-g1(15.14g,收率73%)。
参照Sub-g1的合成,使用表7中所示的反应物H替代Sub-f1,合成Sub-g2至Sub-g12。

Sub-h1的合成:
氮气氛围下,向500mL三口瓶中,依次加入间氯溴苯(4.78g,25mmol),Sub-g3(12.96g,27.5mmol),四(三苯基膦)钯(0.29g,0.25mmol),无水碳酸钾(6.9g,100mmol),甲苯(140mL),无水乙醇(35mL)和去离子水(35mL),开启搅拌和加热,升温至回流反应16h。待体系冷却至室温后,用二氯甲烷萃取(100mL×3次),合并有机相并用无水硫酸镁干燥后,过滤后减压蒸馏除去溶剂,得粗品。用正庚烷作为流动相对粗品进行硅胶柱色谱提纯,得到白色固体Sub-h1(9.8g,收率86%)。
参照Sub-h1的合成,使用表8中所示的反应物J替代间氯溴苯,反应物K替代Sub-g3,合成Sub-h2至Sub-4。

化合物A3的合成:
氮气氛围下,向250mL三口瓶中,依次加入Sub-g1(11.78g,25mmol),RM-1(CAS:2737218-48-1,9.0g,25mmol),四(三苯基膦)钯(0.29g,0.25mmol),无水碳酸钾(6.9g,50mmol),四丁基溴化铵(0.8g,2.5mmol),甲苯(120mL),四氢呋喃(30mL)和去离子水(30mL),开启搅拌和加热,升温至回流反应16h。待体系冷却至室温后,用二氯甲烷萃取(100mL×3次),合并有机相并用无水硫酸镁干燥后,过滤后减压蒸馏除去溶剂,得粗品。用二氯甲烷/正庚烷作为流动相对粗品进行硅胶柱色谱提纯,得到白色固体化合物A3(12.24g,收率73%,m/z=671.2[M+H]+)。
参照化合物A3的合成,使用表9中所示的反应物L替代Sub-g1,反应物M替代RM-1,合成表9中的本申请化合物。

化合物B6的合成:
氮气氛围下,向500mL三口瓶中依次加入Sub-f1(9.50g,25mmol),RM-2(CAS:1326137-97-6,9.04g,25mmol),三(二亚苄基丙酮)二钯(0.916g,0.5mmol),(2-二环己基膦-2',4',6'三异丙基联苯)(0.95g,1mmol),叔丁醇钠(9.61g,50mmol)和二甲苯(250mL),升温至回流,搅拌反应过夜;待体系降温至室温后,用二氯甲烷萃取(100mL×3次),合并有机相并用无水硫酸钠干燥后,过滤后减压蒸馏除去溶剂,得粗品。用正庚烷/二氯甲烷作为流动相对粗品进行硅胶柱色谱提纯,得灰白色固 体化合物B6(14.45g;收率82%,m/z=705.3[M+H]+)。
参照化合物B6的合成,使用表10中所示的反应物O替代Sub-f1,反应物P替代RM-2,合成表10中的本申请化合物。

有机电致发光器件制备及评估:
实施例1:红色有机电致发光器件的制备
先通过以下过程进行阳极预处理:在厚度依次为的ITO/Ag/ITO基板上,利用紫外臭氧以及O2:N2等离子进行表面处理,以增加阳极的功函数,也可采用有机溶剂清洗ITO基板表面,以清除ITO基板表面的杂质及油污。
在实验基板(阳极)上,将PD:α-NPD以2%:98%的蒸镀速率比例进行共同蒸镀,形成厚度为 的空穴注入层(HIL),然后在空穴注入层上真空蒸镀α-NPD,形成厚度为的空穴传输层。在第一空穴传输层上真空蒸镀化合物HT-1,形成厚度为的第二空穴传输层。
接着,在第二空穴传输层上,将化合物A3:RH-P:RD以49%:49%:2%的比例进行共同蒸镀,形成厚度为的红光发光层(EML)。
在发光层上,将化合物ET-1和LiQ以1:1的蒸镀速率比例进行共同蒸镀形成厚的电子传输层(ETL),将Yb蒸镀在电子传输层上以形成厚度为的电子注入层(EIL),然后将镁(Mg)和银(Ag)以1:9的蒸镀速率混合,真空蒸镀在电子注入层上,形成厚度为的阴极。
此外,在上述阴极上真空蒸镀厚度为的CP,从而完成红色有机电致发光器件的制造。
实施例2~33
除了在制作发光层时,以下表11中的化合物代替实施例1中的化合物A3之外,利用与实施例1相同的方法制备有机电致发光器件。
比较例1~3
除了在制作发光层时,分别以化合物A、化合物B、化合物C代替实施例1中的化合物A3之外,利用与实施例1相同的方法制备有机电致发光器件。
对实施例1~33和比较例1~3制备所得的红色有机电致发光器件进行性能测试,具体在10mA/cm2的条件下测试了器件的IVL性能,T95器件寿命在20mA/cm2的条件下进行测试,测试结果见表11。
其中,在各实施例及比较例中,所用的主要材料的结构如下。

参考上表11可知,将本发明化合物用做红色有机电致发光器件的发光层主体材料中的电子传输型主体材料时,发光效率至少提高10.4%,寿命至少提高了15.7%。
实施例34:红色有机电致发光器件
先通过以下过程进行阳极预处理:在厚度依次为的ITO/Ag/ITO基板上,利用紫外臭氧以及O2:N2等离子进行表面处理,以增加阳极的功函数,也可采用有机溶剂清洗ITO基板表面,以清除ITO基板表面的杂质及油污。
在实验基板(阳极)上,将PD:α-NPD以2%:98%的蒸镀速率比例进行共同蒸镀,形成厚度为 的空穴注入层(HIL),然后在空穴注入层上真空蒸镀α-NPD,形成厚度为的空穴传输层。在第一空穴传输层上真空蒸镀化合物HT-1,形成厚度为的第二空穴传输层。
接着,在第二空穴传输层上,将化合物B6:RH-N:RD以49%:49%:2%的比例进行共同蒸镀,形成厚度为的红光发光层(EML)。
在发光层上,将化合物ET-2和LiQ以1:1的蒸镀速率比例进行共同蒸镀形成厚的电子传输层(ETL),将Yb蒸镀在电子传输层上以形成厚度为的电子注入层(EIL),然后将镁(Mg)和银(Ag)以1:9的蒸镀速率混合,真空蒸镀在电子注入层上,形成厚度为的阴极。
此外,在上述阴极上真空蒸镀厚度为的CP,从而完成红色有机电致发光器件的制造。
实施例35~60
除了在制作发光层时,以下表12中的化合物Y代替实施例34中的化合物B6之外,利用与实施例34相同的方法制备有机电致发光器件。
比较例4~6
除了在制作发光层时,分别以化合物D、化合物E、化合物F代替实施例34中的化合物B6之外,利用与实施例34相同的方法制备有机电致发光器件。
其中,在制备各实施例及比较例时,所用的化合物结构如下。
对实施例34~60和比较例4~6制备所得的红色有机电致发光器件进行性能测试,具体在10mA/cm2的条件下测试了器件的IVL性能,T95器件寿命在20mA/cm2的条件下进行测试,测试结果见表12。

参考上表12可知,将本发明化合物用做红色有机电致发光器件发光层主体材料中的空穴传输型主体材料时,发光效率至少提高13.1%,寿命至少提高了9.9%。
以上结合附图详细描述了本发明的优选实施方式,但是,本发明并不限于上述实施方式中的具体细节,在本发明的技术构思范围内,可以对本发明的技术方案进行多种简单变型,这些简单变型均属于本 发明的保护范围。

Claims (16)

  1. 含氮化合物,其特征在于,所述含氮化合物具有由式1所示结构:
    其中,基团A选自式A-1或A-2:
    X和Y中的一者为—N=,另一者为O或S;
    Z1和Z3为N,Z2选自C(H)或N;或者Z1和Z2为N,Z3选自C(H)或N;
    L、L1、L2、L3和L4相同或不同,且各自独立地选自单键、碳原子数为6~30的取代或未取代的亚芳基、碳原子数为3~30的取代或未取代的亚杂芳基;
    Ar、Ar1、Ar2、Ar3或Ar4相同或不同,且各自独立地选自碳原子数为6~40的取代或未取代的芳基、碳原子数为3~40的取代或未取代的杂芳基;
    L、L1、L2、L3、L4、Ar、Ar1、Ar2、Ar3和Ar4中的取代基相同或不同,且各自独立地选自氘、氰基、卤素基团、碳原子数为1~10的烷基、碳原子数为1~10的卤代烷基、碳原子数为1~10的氘代烷基、碳原子数为3~12的三烷基硅基、三苯基硅基、碳原子数为6~20的芳基、碳原子数为6~20的氘代芳基、碳原子数为3~20的杂芳基、碳原子数为3~10的环烷基、碳原子数为1~10的烷氧基、碳原子数为1~10的烷硫基、碳原子数为6~20的芳氧基或碳原子数为6~20的芳硫基;任选地,任意两个相邻的取代基形成环;
    各R1、R2和R3相同或不同,且各自独立地选自氢、氘、氰基、卤素基团、碳原子数为1~10的烷基、碳原子数为1~10的卤代烷基、碳原子数为1~10的氘代烷基、碳原子数为3~12的三烷基硅基、三苯基硅基、碳原子数为6~20的芳基、碳原子数为3~20的杂芳基或碳原子数为3~10的环烷基;n1和n2各自独立地选自0、1或2,n3选自0、1、2、3、4、5或6。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的含氮化合物,其中,含氮化合物选自以下式(1-1)~(1-16)所示结构:

    可选地,Ar、Ar1、Ar2、Ar3或Ar4中的取代基各自独立地选自氘、卤素基团、氰基、碳原子数为1~4的卤代烷基、碳原子数为1~4的氘代烷基、碳原子数为1~4的烷基、碳原子数为5~10的环烷基、碳原子数为6~15的芳基、碳原子数为5~12的杂芳基、碳原子数为3~8的三烷基硅基或碳原子数为6~15的氘代芳基,任选地,任意两个相邻的取代基形成苯环或芴环。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的含氮化合物,其中,Ar、Ar1、Ar2、Ar3和Ar4相同或不同,且各自独立地选自取代或未取代的基团W;其中,所述未取代的基团W选自如下基团构成的组:
    取代的基团W中具有一个或两个以上取代基,取代基各自独立地选自氘、氟、氰基、三氘代甲基、三甲基硅基、三氟甲基、环戊基、环己基、金刚烷基、甲基、乙基、异丙基、叔丁基、苯基、萘基、吡啶基、二苯并呋喃基、二苯并噻吩基或咔唑基,且当基团W上的取代基个数大于1时,各取代基相同 或不同。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的含氮化合物,其中,Ar选自取代或未取代的苯基、取代或未取代的联苯基、取代或未取代的三联苯基、取代或未取代的萘基、取代或未取代的菲基、取代或未取代的芴基、取代或未取代的三亚苯基、取代或未取代的二苯并噻吩基、取代或未取代的二苯并呋喃基、取代或未取代的咔唑基;
    可选地,Ar中的取代基各自独立地选自氘、氟、氰基、三氘代甲基、三甲基硅基、三氟甲基、甲基、乙基、异丙基、叔丁基、苯基、萘基或氘代苯基。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的含氮化合物,其中,Ar1、Ar2、Ar3和Ar4相同或不同,且各自独立地选自以下基团构成的组:
