本实用新型提供一种足底按摩器,包括壳体1,所述壳体1内形成一容置腔,
还包括按摩装置;
所述按摩装置设置于该容置腔内,所述按摩装置包括驱动机构3、传动机构4、按摩头5和控制机构6;
所述传动机构4设置在所述驱动机构3外侧,所述按摩头5设置在所述传动机构4外侧,所述控制机构6的操作部分暴露于所述壳体1的外部;
所述驱动机构3包括座体8、电机11和传动组件10,所述电机11与所述座体8连接,所述电机11与所述传动组件10连接,所述传动组件10与所述传动机构4连接,所述传动组件10位于座体8的一侧,所述电机11位于所述座体8的另一侧。
在本实施方式中,在进行足底按摩时,使用者将脚放置在所述按摩头5上,所述控制机构6控制所述电机11启动,所述电机11提供动力,经所述传动组件10传递给所述按摩头5,使得所述按摩头5交替往复运动,从而能够对使用者进行足底按摩,增大了按摩力度,提高了理疗效果。
进一步的,所述座体8具有第一穿孔和第二穿孔,所述第一穿孔和所述第二穿孔相对设置,所述电机11位于所述第一穿孔所对应的座体8的外侧,所述传动组件10穿过所述第一穿孔与所述第二穿孔连接。
进一步的,所述传动组件10包括连杆15、轴承16和偏心轮17;所述轴承16外圈和所述连杆15固定连接;所述偏心轮17的输出轴和所述轴承16内圈固定连接;所述电机11输出端和所述偏心轮17固定连接,并位于所述偏心轮17侧边。
所述驱动机构3还包括转接件9;所述传动组件10为若干组,分别设置在 所述转接件9上,所述偏心轮17的输出轴穿过所述连杆15与所述转接件9连接。转接件9也可以为若干组,用户可以根据需要进行调整。如果转接件9为两组,则其与偏心轮17间隔设置,以实现多组传动组件10的传动。
在本实施方式中,通过所述电机11驱动所述偏心轮17转动,所述偏心轮17经所述轴承16带动所述连杆15转动,所述连杆15经所述转接件9带动远离所述电机11一侧的所述连杆15动作,所述连杆15分别经所述传动机构4带动所述按摩头5往复运动,从而对足底进行按摩。
进一步的,所述驱动机构3还包括第一磁环12、第一磁编码器电路板13和主电路板14;
所述第一磁环12和所述偏心轮17的输出轴固定连接,并位于所述偏心轮17侧边;所述第一磁编码器电路板13和所述座体8固定连接,并位于所述座体8侧边;所述主电路板14和所述第一磁编码器电路板13、所述电机11电连接。
在本实施方式中,所述第一磁编码器电路板13用于感应所述第一磁环12的位置变化,而所述第一磁环12的转速由所述电机11的转速确定,所述电机11转速变慢,所述第一磁环12的转速就变慢,所述电机11的转速变快,所述第一磁环12的转速就变快,由所述主电路板14能够控制所述电机11的启停。
进一步的,所述足底按摩器还包括若干个滚筒7和滚筒架71;所述滚筒7和所述滚筒架71对应设置,所述滚筒架71与所述壳体1固定连接,所述滚筒架71上设有滚动轴72,所述滚筒7与所述滚动轴72滚动连接,且部分暴露于所述壳体1的顶部。
在本实施方式中,使用者脚放置在所述滚筒7上,当脚底一个部位按摩完成后,水平移动脚部,借由所述滚筒7的转动,能够便于调节脚的位置,使不同的穴位能够与按摩头5接触。
进一步的,所述传动机构4包括限位套18、连接件19和减震套20;所述限位套18和所述连杆15连接,并位于所述连杆15远离所述偏心轮17一侧;所述连接件19分别与所述限位套18和所述按摩头5连接,并位于所述限位套18和所述按摩头5之间;所述减震套20设置在所述限位套18和所述连接件19之间。
在本实施方式中,所述连杆15经所述限位套18和所述连接件19带动所述按摩头5动作,对足底进行按摩;所述减震套20用于降低所述电机11运行时 带来的震动。
进一步的,所述控制机构6包括滚轮架21、滚轮控制键22、第二磁环23和第二磁编码器电路板24;
所述滚轮架21和所述壳体1连接;所述滚轮控制键22和所述滚轮架21固定连接,并位于所述滚轮架21的外周;所述第二磁环23和所述滚轮架21固定连接,并位于所述滚轮架21侧边;所述第二磁编码器电路板24和所述滚轮架21固定连接,且与所述主电路板14电连接,并位于所述第二磁环23侧边。
在本实施方式中,所述滚轮控制键22的操作部分暴露于所述壳体1的表面,使用者的脚部放置在按摩器上,通过用脚部来滚动暴露在所述壳体1外部的所述滚轮控制键22,所述滚轮控制键22带动所述滚轮架21运动,所述滚轮架21跟着运动,带动所述第二磁环23运动,所述第二磁编码器电路板24检测到所述第二磁环23的转动速度,由此来确定按摩器的转动档位或模式,反馈到所述主电路板14,所述主电路板14调节所述电机11的转速,使得所述电机11的转速与所述滚轮控制键22的转速一致,由此控制所述按摩头5的按摩档位或按摩模式。
进一步的,所述容置腔内设有滚轮槽102,所述滚轮架21设置在所述滚轮槽102内;
所述滚轮架21包括第一固定件110、第二固定件111和转动件104,所述转动件104的中心设有转动轴112,所述第一固定件110设有第一连接孔,所述第二固定件111设有第二连接孔,所述转动轴112的一侧与所述第一连接孔转动连接,所述转动轴112的另一侧与所述第二连接孔转动连接;所述第一固定件110与所述壳体1连接,所述第二固定件111与所述壳体1连接;所述滚轮控制键22和所述转动件104固定连接;所述转动轴112的一侧连接所述第二磁环23。
进一步的,所述第一固定件11配合所述第二固定件111对所述转动件104提供支撑,使得所述滚轮控制键22能够进行转动。
进一步的,所述滚轮架21还包括弹片108和弹齿109;所述弹片108和所述第一固定件110固定连接,并位于所述第一固定件110的侧边;所述弹齿109位于所述滚轮架21靠近所述弹片108一侧,所述弹齿109和所述弹片108接触。
在本实施方式中,在所述滚轮105转动过程中会经所述滚轮架104带动所述弹齿109转动,所述弹片108与所述弹齿109接触,使得所述滚轮105滚动 具有阻尼感或顿挫感,使用者能够感知进行滚动滚轮105在进行档位或模式调节,提升滚动体验。
进一步的,所述控制机构6还包括按键连杆25和按键26;所述按键26通过所述按键连杆25与所述主电路板14电连接,并位于所述壳体1的外部。
在本实施方式中,通过按下所述按键26能够控制所述电机11转速和启停,调节按摩档位。
在使用本实用新型对足底进行按摩时,足底按摩器的开关开启,启动后,所述电机11驱动所述偏心轮17转动,所述偏心轮17的输出轴带动所述连杆15往复运动,所述连杆15带动所述连接件19往复运动,所述限位套18对所述连接件19进行限位,使得所述连接件19按照预定方向做往复运动,所述连接件19带动所述按摩头5进行运动;如果是单个按摩头5,那么驱动单个按摩头5做往复运动,如果是多个按摩头5,那么驱动多个按摩头5做交替的往复运动。足底按摩器开关开启后,可以用所述滚轮控制键22,控制按摩的档位或模式;具体的,使用者的脚部放置在所述滚轮控制键22上,通过用脚部来滚动暴露在所述壳体1外部的所述滚轮控制键22,所述滚轮控制键22带动所述滚轮架21运动,所述滚轮架21跟着运动,带动所述第二磁环23运动,所述第二磁编码器电路板24检测到所述第二磁环23的转动速度,由此来确定按摩器的转动档位或模式,反馈到所述主电路板14,所述主电路板14调节所述电机11的转速,使得所述电机11的转速与所述滚轮控制键22的转速一致,由此控制所述按摩头5的按摩档位或按摩模式;按摩模式包括击打模式和震动模式,击打模式对应的所述电机11的转速小于震动模式对应的所述电机11转速;本实用新型增大了按摩力度,提高了理疗效果;另外,如图11所示,本申请可根据需要设计为单脚使用的结构。有一些实施方式中,在壳体1的外部设置磁石,用于对足底进行按摩。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种足底按摩器,包括壳体(1),所述壳体(1)内形成一容置腔,其特征在于,
    还包括按摩装置;
    所述按摩装置设置于该容置腔内,所述按摩装置包括驱动机构(3)、传动机构(4)、按摩头(5)和控制机构(6);
    所述传动机构(4)设置在所述驱动机构(3)外侧,所述按摩头(5)设置在所述传动机构(4)外侧,所述控制机构(6)的操作部分暴露于所述壳体(1)的外部;
    所述驱动机构(3)包括座体(8)、电机(11)和传动组件(10),所述电机(11)与所述座体(8)连接,所述电机(11)与所述传动组件(10)连接,所述传动组件(10)与所述传动机构(4)连接,所述传动组件(10)位于所述座体(8)的一侧,所述电机(11)位于所述座体(8)的另一侧。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种足底按摩器,其特征在于,
    所述座体(8)具有第一穿孔和第二穿孔,所述第一穿孔和所述第二穿孔相对设置,所述电机(11)位于所述第一穿孔所对应的座体(8)的外侧,所述传动组件(10)穿过所述第一穿孔与所述第二穿孔连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种足底按摩器,其特征在于,
    所述传动组件(10)包括连杆(15)、轴承(16)和偏心轮(17);所述轴承(16)外圈和所述连杆(15)固定连接;所述偏心轮(17)的输出轴和所述轴承(16)内圈固定连接;所述电机(11)输出端和所述偏心轮(17)固定连接,并位于所述偏心轮(17)侧边。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种足底按摩器,其特征在于,
    所述驱动机构(3)还包括第一磁环(12)、第一磁编码器电路板(13)和主电路板(14);
    所述第一磁环(12)和所述偏心轮(17)的输出轴固定连接,并位于所述偏心轮(17)侧边;所述第一磁编码器电路板(13)和所述座体(8)固定连接,并位于所述座体(8)侧边;所述主电路板(14)和所述第一磁编码器电路板(13)、所述电机(11)电连接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种足底按摩器,其特征在于,
    所述足底按摩器还包括若干个滚筒(7)和滚筒架(71);所述滚筒(7)和所述滚筒架(71)对应设置,所述滚筒架(71)与所述壳体(1)固定连接,所述滚筒架(71)上设有滚动轴(72),所述滚筒(7)与所述滚动轴(72)滚动连接,且部分暴露于所述壳体(1)的顶部。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种足底按摩器,其特征在于,
    所述传动机构(4)包括限位套(18)、连接件(19)和减震套(20);
    所述限位套(18)和所述连杆(15)连接,并位于所述连杆(15)远离所述偏心轮(17)一侧;所述连接件(19)分别与所述限位套(18)和所述按摩头(5)连接,并位于所述限位套(18)和所述按摩头(5)之间;所述减震套(20)设置在所述限位套(18)和所述连接件(19)之间。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种足底按摩器,其特征在于,
    所述驱动机构(3)还包括转接件(9);
    所述传动组件(10)为若干组,分别设置在所述转接件(9)上,所述传动组件(10)为若干组,分别设置在所述转接件(9)上,所述偏心轮(17)的输出轴穿过所述连杆(15)与所述转接件(9)连接。
  8. 如权利要求4-7任一所述的一种足底按摩器,其特征在于,
    所述控制机构(6)包括滚轮架(21)、滚轮控制键(22)、第二磁环(23)和第二磁编码器电路板(24);
    所述滚轮架(21)和所述壳体(1)连接;所述滚轮控制键(22)和所述滚轮架(21)固定连接,并位于所述滚轮架(21)的外周;所述第二磁环(23)和所述滚轮架(21)固定连接,并位于所述滚轮架(21)侧边;所述第二磁编码器电路板(24)和所述滚轮架(21)固定连接,且与所述主电路板(14)电连接,并位于所述第二磁环(23)侧边。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的一种足底按摩器,其特征在于,所述容置腔内设有滚轮槽(102),所述滚轮架(21)设置在所述滚轮槽(102)内;
    所述滚轮架(21)包括第一固定件(110)、第二固定件(111)和转动件(104),所述转动件(104)的中心设有转动轴(112),所述第一固定件(110)设有第一连接孔,所述第二固定件(111)设有第二连接孔,所述转动轴(112)的一侧与所述第一连接孔转动连接,所述转动轴(112)的另一侧与所述第二连接孔转动连接;所述第一固定件(110)与所述壳体(1)连接,所述第二固定件(111) 与所述壳体(1)连接;所述滚轮控制键(22)和所述转动件(104)固定连接;所述转动轴(112)的一侧连接所述第二磁环(23)。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的一种足底按摩器,其特征在于,所述滚轮架(21)还包括弹片(108)和弹齿(109);所述弹片(108)和所述第一固定件(110)固定连接,并位于所述第一固定件(110)的侧边;所述弹齿(109)位于所述滚轮架(21)靠近所述弹片(108)一侧,所述弹齿(109)和所述弹片(108)接触。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的一种足底按摩器,其特征在于,所述控制机构(6)还包括按键连杆(25)和按键(26);所述按键(26)通过所述按键连杆(25)与所述主电路板(14)电连接,并位于所述壳体(1)的外部。
