Abstract

本发明提供了一种扬声器,其包括盆架以及固定于所述盆架上的振动系统和磁路系统,所述振动系统包括振膜和驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈,所述磁路系统包括下夹板以及固定于所述下夹板且间隔设置的中心磁体和副磁钢,所述副磁钢环绕所述中心磁体并形成磁间隙,所述音圈置于所述磁间隙,所述中心磁体包括主磁体和围绕所述主磁体的加强部,所述音圈沿所述振膜振动方向的投影至少部分位于所述加强部。本发明的扬声器提高了音圈的BL值。

技术领域
本发明涉及电声转换领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器。
背景技术
随着移动互联网时代的到来,电子产品的更新换代越来越快,人们对电子产品的各方面性能的要求也越来越高,其中之一便是高品质的音乐功能,因此,电声系统需要不断的提升性能,高品质的扬声器便是实现这个高品质音乐功能的必备条件之一。
相关技术的扬声器通常包括盆架以及固定于所述盆架上的振动系统和磁路系统,所述振动系统包括振膜和驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈,所述磁路系统包括下夹板以及固定于所述下夹板且间隔设置的主磁钢和副磁钢,所述副磁钢环绕所述主磁钢并形成磁间隙,所述音圈置于所述磁间隙中,音圈沿振膜振动方向的投影位于下夹板,音圈与下夹板之间的距离比较长,影响了音圈的BL值(即磁力值,为磁通密度B与音圈线长L的乘积)。音圈的BL值越高,在同等电压下振膜的位移越大,从而扬声器的声压级和灵敏度越高。
因此,实有必要提供一种新的扬声器解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述技术问题,提供一种提高了音圈的BL值的扬声器。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种扬声器,其包括盆架以及固定于所述盆架上的振动系统和磁路系统,所述振动系统包括振膜和驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈,所述磁路系统包括下夹板以及固定于所述下夹板且间隔设置的中心磁体和副磁钢,所述副磁钢环绕所述中心磁体并形成磁间隙,所述音圈置于所述磁间隙,所述中心磁体包括主磁体和围绕所述主磁体的加强部,所述音圈沿所述振膜振动方向的投影至少部分位于所述加强部。
优选的,所述加强部为中空环状结构并环绕所述主磁体。
优选的,所述加强部和主磁体均为磁钢,并且加强部和主磁体为一体或分体结构。
优选的,所述加强部为导磁环,所述主磁体为磁钢。
优选的,所述主磁体包括固定于所述下夹板的第一主磁体和贴附于所述第一主磁体远离所述下夹板一侧的第二主磁体,所述第一主磁体和加强部为一体结构。
优选的,所述第一主磁体、第二主磁体以及加强部均为磁钢。
优选的,所述第一主磁体和第二主磁体为一体或分体结构。
优选的,所述第一主磁体和加强部为导磁板,所述第二主磁体为磁钢。
优选的,所述第一主磁体和下夹板为一体或分体结构。
优选的,所述音圈包括球顶部以及连接所述球顶部和盆架的折环部,所述球顶部位于所述折环部靠近所述磁路系统的一侧,所述音圈与所述球顶部固定连接。
本发明的扬声器在音圈下方设置磁体结构,提升了音圈的BL值。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本发明领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例一
请参阅图1-3所示,本发明提供一种扬声器100,所述扬声器100包括盆架10以及固定于所述盆架10上的振动系统20和磁路系统30。
所述振动系统20包括振膜21和驱动所述振膜21振动发声的音圈22。所述振膜21包括球顶部211以及与所述盆架10和球顶211固定的折环部212,所述球顶部211位于所述折环部212靠近所述磁路系统30的一侧,所述音圈22与球顶部211固定连接。
所述磁路系统30包括下夹板31、固定于所述下夹板31且间隔设置的中心磁体321和副磁钢322、贴附于所述中心磁体321的主极芯331以及贴附于所述副磁钢322的副极芯332,所述副磁钢322环绕所述中心磁体321并形成磁间隙301,所述音圈22置于所述磁间隙301中。所述中心磁体321包括主磁体3210和围绕所述主磁体3210的加强部3211,所述音圈22沿所述振膜21振动方向的投影至少部分位于所述加强部3211。在本实施方式中,由于音圈22下方添加了磁体结构,提升了音圈22的BL值。
具体的,主磁体3210与所述下夹板31固定连接,加强部3211为中空环状结构并环绕主磁体3210设置,主磁体3210的高度大于所述加强部3211的高度,即主磁体3210比加强部3211更靠近所述振膜21,音圈22位于主磁体3210的侧边。在本实施方式中,加强部3211和主磁体3210均为磁钢,并且加强部3211和主磁体3210可以为一体结构,也可以为分体结构。在其它实施方式中,主磁体可以为磁钢,加强部也可以为导磁环,主磁体和加强部为分体结构。
另外,所述扬声器100还设有固定所述振膜21的上盖50和盖设在所述上盖50的透气隔离件40。
实施例二
如图4所示,为本发明型实施例二的扬声器200,实施例二与实施例一的区别特征仅在于:中心磁体321’的结构不同。在实施例二中,主磁体3210’包括固定于下夹板31’的第一主磁体3212’和贴附于所述第一主磁体3212’远离下夹板31’一侧的第二主磁体3213’,第一主磁体3212’和加强部3211’为一体结构。第一主磁体3212’、第二主磁体3213’以及加强部3211’均为磁钢,第一主磁体3212’和第二主磁体3213’为一体或分体结构。在其它实施方式中,第一主磁体和加强部也可为导磁板,第二主磁体为磁钢,第一主磁体和下夹板为一体或分体结构。
本发明的扬声器在音圈下方设置磁体结构,提升了音圈的BL值。
以上所述的仅是本发明的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本发明领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种扬声器,其包括盆架以及固定于所述盆架上的振动系统和磁路系统,所述振动系统包括振膜和驱动所述振膜振动发声的音圈,所述磁路系统包括下夹板以及固定于所述下夹板且间隔设置的中心磁体和副磁钢,所述副磁钢环绕所述中心磁体并形成磁间隙,所述音圈置于所述磁间隙,其特征在于,所述中心磁体包括主磁体和围绕所述主磁体的加强部,所述音圈沿所述振膜振动方向的投影至少部分位于所述加强部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述加强部为中空环状结构并环绕所述主磁体。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述加强部和主磁体均为磁钢,并且加强部和主磁体为一体或分体结构。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述加强部为导磁环,所述主磁体为磁钢。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述主磁体包括固定于所述下夹板的第一主磁体和贴附于所述第一主磁体远离所述下夹板一侧的第二主磁体,所述第一主磁体和加强部为一体结构。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一主磁体、第二主磁体以及加强部均为磁钢。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一主磁体和第二主磁体为一体或分体结构。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一主磁体和加强部为导磁板,所述第二主磁体为磁钢。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述第一主磁体和下夹板为一体或分体结构。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的扬声器,其特征在于,所述音圈包括球顶部以及连接所述球顶部和盆架的折环部,所述球顶部位于所述折环部靠近所述磁路系统的一侧,所述音圈与所述球顶部固定连接。
