第一锁身和第二锁身铰接相连可以避免在开放状态时第一锁身和第二锁身脱离,导致第一锁身和第二锁身中与架体脱离的一者容易丢失。
可以理解的是,第一锁身和第二锁身不限于铰接相连,在另一些实施例中,第一锁身为箱体,第二锁身为箱盖,锁定组件设在第一锁身形成箱体开口的一端,在闭合状态,第一锁身和第二锁身盖合,且锁定组件连接第二锁身以将第一锁身和第二锁身锁定,在开放状态,第一锁身和第二锁身分离。
在一些实施例中,锁定组件3还包括止抵件32和按压件33。止抵件32与锁芯31相连,且止抵件32在锁芯31的驱动下可绕锁芯31的中心轴线旋转。按压件33具有相对设置的插接端331和按压端332,按压件33的中部与第一锁身1的第二端通过第二铰轴6铰接以使按压件33相对于第一锁身1可旋转。在闭合状态,止抵件32止抵按压端332以使插接端331插设在插槽21内;在止抵件32移动至与按压端332之间具有容纳空间的位置时,按压端332可位于容纳空间内以使插接端331脱离插槽21,以使第一锁身1和第二锁身2在闭合状态和开放状态之间切换。
如图1-图3所示,止抵件32为一端与锁芯31相连的板体,止抵件32在锁芯31的驱动下可绕锁芯31的中心轴线旋转,按压件33为板件,其中部与第一锁身1的右端铰接相连,以使按压件33相对于第一锁身1可绕第二铰轴6旋转,按压件33的插接端331设有与插槽21适配的插头,插头用于在闭合状态时插入插槽21以限定第一锁身1和第二锁身2的相对位置,使安全锁能够锁定千斤顶,按压件33的按压端332用于接受外部按压以驱动按压件33旋转,使插接端331能够插入插槽21或从插槽21脱出,止抵件32用于限定按压件33的状态,当止抵件32与按压端332止抵时,按压端332在受压时也无法移动,从而使按压端332位置固定,插头既无法插入插槽21也无法从插槽21脱出,当止抵件32受驱动地旋转至与按压端332脱离的位置时,止抵件32与按压端332之间具有容纳空间,此时按压端332受压能够进入容纳空间,以使插接端331可相对于第一锁身1移动,以使插头在按压端332的带动下能够插入插槽21或者从插槽21脱出。
需要说明的是,在本公开的实施例中,由于在闭合状态下锁定组件连接第一锁身1和第二锁身2,因此,在锁定状态下,止抵件32与按压件33的位置是固定的,止抵件32必然止抵按压件33,且按压件33的插接端331必然插设在插槽21内;当第一锁身1和第二锁身2由闭合状态向开放状态切换时,止抵件32移动至与按压端332之间具有容纳空间的位置,按压件33可受压脱离第二锁身2,以使第二锁身2的右端能够相对于第一锁身1的右端移动;而在开放状态下,止抵件32可以止抵按压端332,也可以与按压端332之间具有容纳空间,当在开放状态下止抵件32止抵按压端332,且第一锁身1和第二锁身2由开放状态向闭合状态切换时,需要先将止抵件32移动至与按压端332之间具有容纳空间的位置,以使按压端332能够进而容纳空间,并使插接端331能够插入插槽21。
设置止抵件和按压件使得锁定组件脱离第二锁身时,除开启锁芯以外只需要按压按压件即可,操作方便。
可以理解的是,锁定组件不限于包括止抵件和按压件,在另一些实施例中,锁定组件不包括按压件,止抵件的一端与锁芯相连,止抵件的另一端设有与插槽适配的插头,锁芯能够驱动止抵件绕锁芯的中心轴线旋转以使插头能够插入插槽或者从插槽脱离。
在一些实施例中,第一铰轴5的中心轴线与第二铰轴6的中心轴线平行,锁芯31的中心轴线正交于第一铰轴5的轴线和第二铰轴6的轴线。
如图1-图3所示,第一铰轴5的中心轴线和第二铰轴6的中心轴线均垂直于纸面方向,锁芯31的中心轴线正交于第一铰轴5的轴线和第二铰轴6的轴线,且锁芯31的中心轴线正交于左右方向。
可以理解的是,第一铰轴的中心轴线与第二铰轴的中心轴线不限于平行设置,在另一些实施例中,第一锁身的右端设有并排设置的第一凸出部和第一凹槽,第二锁身的右端设有并排设置的第二凸出部和第二凹槽,在闭合状态,第一凸出部位于第二凹槽内,第二凸出部位于第一凹槽内,换言之,第一凸出部和第二凸出部并排排布,按压件通过第二铰轴与第一凸出部铰接相连,且第二铰轴的中心轴线正交于第一铰轴的中心轴线,换言之,第二铰轴的中心轴线正交于第一凸出部和第二凸出部的排布方向,第二凸出部的右端面设有插槽,按压件的插接端可插入插槽或脱离插槽。
在一些实施例中,锁定组件3还包括扭簧7,扭簧7套设在第二铰轴6上,扭簧7的一端抵接第一锁身1,扭簧7的另一端抵接按压件33的内壁面且邻近按压端332。
如图1和图3所示,扭簧7套设在第二铰轴6上,扭簧7的一端抵接第一锁身1的右端面,扭簧7的另一端抵接按压件33的左端面,且扭簧7的另一端与按压件33的抵接位置位于第二铰轴6和按压端332之间。
扭簧使按压件在不受按压时始终处于固定的位置,即与锁定状态下相同的位置,并能够使按压件在受压移动之后自动复位,从而使第一锁身和第二锁身由开放位置移动至锁定位置时,只需要按压按压端即可,插接端在扭簧的驱动下能够自动插入插槽,而无需使用者再按压插接端。
在一些实施例中,第二锁身2的另一端设有引导部,引导部位于插槽21朝向第一锁身1的一侧,引导部具有可与插接端331抵接的倾斜面22,倾斜面22沿由第二锁身2向第一锁身1的方向延伸,并沿由插槽21的开口向插槽21的槽底方向倾斜设置。
如图3所示,引导部和插槽21并排设置,且引导部位于插槽21朝向第一锁身1的一侧,当第一锁身1和第二锁身2由开放状态向锁定状态移动时,按压件33的插接端331首先与倾斜面22抵接并与倾斜面22产生相对滑动,在滑动过程中,插接端331受到倾斜面22阻挡而产生绕第二铰轴6的转动,并移动至插槽21的开口,然后插接端331在扭簧7的驱动下自动插入插槽21。
具有倾斜面的引导部与扭簧配合使第一锁身和第二锁身在由开放状态向锁定状态移动时,按压件的插接端能够自动插入插槽以连接第二锁身,无需使用者操作按压件,只需使用者驱动第一锁身和第二锁身相对移动即可,提升了使用的便捷性。
可以理解的是,在另一些实施例中,第二锁身也可以不设置引导部,此时需要使用者按压按压端,然后插接端在扭簧的驱动下插入插槽。
在一些实施例中,在闭合状态,第一锁身1和第二锁身2沿锁定空间的周向依次连接以形成环形锁身,第一锁身1的内壁面和第二锁身2的内壁面设有用于抵接千斤顶100的垫片8。
如图1、图2和图6所示,第一锁身1和第二锁身2分别为弯折的板体,在闭合状态,第一锁身1和第二锁身2沿锁定空间的周向依次连接以形成环形锁身以套设在千斤顶的外周面上,第一锁身1的内壁面和第二锁身2的内壁面设有垫片8,垫片8用于抵接千斤顶100,以避免千斤顶100从锁定空间脱出。垫片8优选为橡胶垫。
可以理解的是,第一锁身和第二锁身也可以不设有垫片,在另一些实施例中,第一锁身和第二锁身的材质为橡胶,此时无需设置垫片,第一锁身和第二锁身直接抵接千斤顶。
在一些实施例中,本公开实施例的固定支架还包括遮蔽件9,锁芯31穿设在第一锁身1上且至少部分伸入锁定空间内,遮蔽件9设在第一锁身1的内壁面上以遮蔽锁芯31,垫片8还设在遮蔽件9背离锁芯31的一侧。
如图1和图3所示,锁芯31的一端设有锁孔,锁芯31的另一端与止抵件32相连,锁芯31穿设在第一锁身1上,且锁芯31的一端位于锁定空间外,锁芯31的另一端位于锁定空间内,遮蔽件9设有容纳空间,遮蔽件9与第一锁身1的内壁面相连,且锁芯31的另一端位于容纳空间内,垫片8还设在遮蔽件9背离锁芯31的一侧。
遮蔽件用于遮蔽锁芯和止抵件,避免锁芯和止抵件与千斤顶产生碰撞而损坏。同时,遮蔽件与第一锁身设置为分体结构便于更换锁芯。
可以理解的是,固定支架不限于具有遮蔽件,在另一些实施例中,第一锁身具有一定的厚度并设有内腔,锁芯的另一端位于第一锁身的内腔,此时无需设置遮蔽件。
在另一些实施例中,第一锁身1包括本体和防水盖11,防水盖11包括基座与盖体,基座与本体相连,且基座为绕锁芯31的中心轴线环绕一周的环形,锁芯31设有锁孔的一端位于基座内,盖体与基座可盖合的相连。
如图2所示,锁芯31的一端位于锁定空间外,环形的基座与本体的外壁面可拆卸地连接,且环形的基座环绕锁芯31的一端,盖体用于盖合或脱离基座,以避免锁芯31的锁孔受到雨水风沙的侵袭而锈蚀堵塞。
可以理解的是,在另一些实施例中,第一锁身也可以不具有防水盖。
在另一些实施例中,架体4包括第一架体41、第二架体42和第三架体43中的至少一个。
第一架体41适于设在车辆的尾门上,第一架体41的一端设有第一锁身1或第二锁身2,第一架体41的另一端具有用于抵接千斤顶100的第一底座411。
在一些具体实施例中,如图4-图6所示,第一架体41沿上下方向延伸,第一架体41的上端通过螺栓与安全锁的第二锁身2相连,且安全锁位于第一架体41上端的前侧,第一架体41的下端设有第一底座411,且第一底座411位于第一架体41下端的前侧。第一架体41在使用时,第一架体41安装在车辆的尾门上,千斤顶100穿设在安全锁内,且千斤顶100的底部与第一底座411抵接以避免千斤顶100窜动。
第二架体42包括第一构件421、第二构件422、第一连接件和第二连接件,第一构件421的一端设有第一锁身1或第二锁身2,第一构件421的另一端具有用于抵接千斤顶100的第二底座4211,第一构件421设有间隔设置的第一连接孔4212和第二连接孔4213,第二构件422设有间隔设置的至少第一安装孔4221、第二安装孔4222和第三安装孔4223,第一连接件可依次穿过至少第一安装孔4221、第二安装孔4222和第三安装孔4223中的任意一个与第一连接孔4212,第二连接件可依次穿过至少第一安装孔4221、第二安装孔4222和第三安装孔4223中的其余任意一个与第二连接孔4213,以连接第一构件421和第二构件422,第二构件422适于与车辆的备胎架200相连;
在一些具体实施例中,如图7和图8所示,第一构件421沿上下方向延伸,第一构件421的上端通过螺栓与安全锁的第二锁身2相连,且安全锁位于第一构件421上端的左侧,第一构件421的下端设有第二底座4211,且第二底座4211位于第一构件421下端的左侧,第一构件421设有在上下方向上间隔设置的第一连接孔4212和第二连接孔4213,第二构件422设有间隔设置的第一安装孔4221、第二安装孔4222、第三安装孔4223和第四安装孔4224,第一安装孔4221位于第二构件422的上前角,第二安装孔4222位于第二构件422的下前角,第三安装孔4223位于第二构件422的下后角,第四安装孔4224位于第二构件422的上后角,第一连接件和第二连接件优选为螺栓,第一连接件可依次穿过第一安装孔4221、第二安装孔4222、第三安装孔4223和第四安装孔4224中的任意一个与第一连接孔4212,第二连接件可依次穿过第一安装孔4221、第二安装孔4222、第三安装孔4223和第四安装孔4224其余任意一个与第二连接孔4213,以连接第一构件421和第二构件422,其中其余任意一个是指第一安装孔4221、第二安装孔4222、第三安装孔4223和第四安装孔4224中除了与第一连接件连接的另外三个安装孔中的一个,通过对第一安装孔4221、第二安装孔4222、第三安装孔4223和第四安装孔4224的选择能够调整第一构件421和第二构件422的相对角度。第二架体42在使用时,第二构件422安装在车辆的备胎架200上,千斤顶100穿设在安全锁内,且千斤顶100的底部与第二底座4211抵接以避免千斤顶100窜动,通过对第一安装孔4221、第二安装孔4222、第三安装孔4223和第四安装孔4224的选择能够调整千斤顶100相对于车辆及备胎架200的相对位置。
在一些实施例中,为了提升第一构件421和第二构件422连接的稳固性,第一连接孔4212和第二连接孔4213分别包括沿前后方向间隔排布的两个第一孔,第一安装孔4221、 第二安装孔4222、第三安装孔4223和第四安装孔4224分别包括间隔排布的四个第二孔,第一连接件和第二连接件分别设有两个,在第一构件421和第二构件422连接时,两个第一连接件一一对应的穿设在两个第一孔内,且两个第一连接件与第一安装孔4221、第二安装孔4222、第三安装孔4223和第四安装孔4224中的任一个的两个第二孔连接,两个第二连接件一一对应的穿设在两个第二孔内,且两个第二连接件与第一安装孔4221、第二安装孔4222、第三安装孔4223和第四安装孔4224中其余任意一个的两个第二孔连接。
可以理解的是,第二构件422上的安装孔不限于设置为第一安装孔4221、第二安装孔4222、第三安装孔4223和第四安装孔4224,在另一些实施例中,第二构件422上的安装孔仅需设有第一安装孔4221、第二安装孔4222和第三安装孔4223即可,此时,第一安装孔4221、第二安装孔4222和第三安装孔4223成三角形的三个尖端位置排布设置,当然,安装孔也可以设置为四个以上,例如设置有五个安装孔,五个安装孔呈五边形的五个尖端位置排布设置。
第三架体43包括沿第一方向(如图9所示的左右方向)顺序连接的第一连接板431、第二连接板432、第三连接板433、第四连接板434和第五连接板435,第三连接板433与第一连接板431在第二方向(如图9所示的上下方向)上间隔设置,第三连接板433与第五连接板435在第二方向上间隔设置,且第三连接板433位于第一连接板431和第五连接板435在第二方向上的同一侧,第二方向正交于第一方向,第三连接板433设有第一锁身1或第二锁身2,第一连接板431和第三连接板433适于设在车顶的行李架300上。
在一些具体实施例中,如图9-图10所示,第三架体43包括沿左右方向依次连接的第一连接板431、第二连接板432、第三连接板433、第四连接板434和第五连接板435,第三连接板433位于第一连接板431和第五连接板435的上方,且第三连接板433与第一连接板431和第五连接板435均间隔设置,第二连接板432沿由第一连接板431向第三连接板433的方向延伸并向上倾斜设置,第四连接板434沿由第五连接板435向第三连接板433的方向延伸并向上倾斜设置,安全锁的第二锁身2通过螺栓设在第三连接板433上。可以理解的是,在另一些实施例中,第二连接板432和第四连接板434也可以沿上下方向竖直延伸。使用时,第一连接板431和第三连接板433与车顶的行李架300相连,千斤顶100穿设在安全锁上。
可以理解的是,安全锁与第一架体、第二架体和第三架体的连接方式不限于通过螺栓连接第二锁身,在另一些实施例中,第一架体、第二架体和第三架体也可以与第二锁身相连,第一锁身或第二锁身也可以与第一架体、第二架体和第三架体焊接相连。
在一些实施例中,第一架体41设有用于穿设第一固定件的第一固定孔412,以使第一固定件连接第一架体41和车辆的尾门。
在一些具体实施例中,如图4和图6所示,第一架体41设有沿上下方向间隔设置的多组第一固定孔412,每组第一固定孔412包括沿左右方向间隔设置的多个第一固定孔412, 第一固定件优选为螺栓,第一架体41在安装时,第一固定件穿设在对应的第一固定孔412上并与车辆的尾门相连。
可以理解的是,第一架体与尾门不限于通过第一固定件连接,在另一些实施例中,第一架体与尾门焊接相连。
第二构件422包括第一支撑板4225、第二支撑板4226和支撑架4227,支撑架4227位于第一支撑板4225和第二支撑板4226之间,且支撑架4227的一端连接第一支撑板4225的一个端面,支撑架4227的另一端连接第二支撑板4226的一个端面,至少第一安装孔4221、第二安装孔4222和第三安装孔4223设在第一支撑板4225上,第二支撑板4226设有用于穿设轮毂螺栓的第二固定孔4228,以使轮毂螺栓连接第二支撑板4226和车辆的备胎架200。
在一些具体实施例中,如图7和图8所示,第一支撑板4225和第二支撑板4226在左右方向间隔间隔设置,且第一支撑板4225的板面与第二支撑板4226的板面平行,支撑架4227沿左右方向延伸并连接在第一支撑板4225和第二支撑板4226之间,第一安装孔4221、第二安装孔4222、第三安装孔4223和第四安装孔4224设在第一支撑板4225上,第二支撑板4226设有用于穿设轮毂螺栓的第二固定孔4228,第二固定孔4228优选为间隔设置的多个,支撑架4227能够避免第一连接件和第二连接件与轮毂螺栓碰撞,同时也提供了第一连接件、第二连接件和轮毂螺栓的安装空间。第二架体42在安装时,轮毂螺栓依次穿过第二支撑板4226和备胎架200以将第二架体42设在备胎架200上,当备胎架200上设有轮胎时,轮毂螺栓为依次穿过第二支撑板4226、轮胎和备胎架200。
可以理解的是,第二构件与备胎架不限于通过轮毂螺栓连接,在另一些实施例中,备胎架的用于穿设轮胎的安装杆上设有外螺纹,第二构件的第二支撑板上设有与外螺纹适配的内螺纹孔,从而将第二支撑板与备胎架螺纹连接。
第一连接板431和第五连接板435分别设有用于穿设第二固定件的第三固定孔436,以使第二固定件连接第三架体43和行李架300。
在一些具体实施例中,如图9和图10所示,第一连接板431和第五连接板435分别设有沿前后方向间隔设置的多个第三固定孔436,第二固定件优选为螺栓,在第三架体43安装时,第二固定件穿设在第三架体43上并与行李架300可拆卸连接。
可以理解的是,第三架体和行李架不限于通过第二固定件连接,在另一些实施例中,第三架体和行李架焊接相连。
在一些实施例中,第一底座411和/或第二底座4211上设有限位件4111,限位件4111适于连接千斤顶100。
如图4、图5、图6和图8所示,第一底座411上设有对应的限位件4111,第二底座4211上也设有对应的限位件4111,限位件4111优选为限位螺栓,千斤顶100的底座设有与限位螺栓适配的限位孔,当千斤顶100的底座抵接第一底座411时,位于第一底座411上的限位件4111位于该千斤顶100的底座的限位孔内,以避免该千斤顶100转动,当千斤 顶100的底座抵接第二底座4211时,位于第二底座4211上的限位件4111位于该千斤顶100的底座的限位孔内,以避免该千斤顶100转动。
可以理解的是,在另一些实施例中,第一底座和第二底座上也可以不设有限位件。
在一些实施例中,第二架体42还包括号牌安装架423,号牌安装架423包括安装端4231和连接端4232,连接端4232与第二构件422连接,安全锁位于安装端4231与第一构件421之间,安装端4231适于设置车辆号牌400。
如图7和图8所示,号牌安装架423包括安装端4231和连接端4232,安装端4231沿前后方向延伸并适于设置车辆号牌400,连接端4232为沿左右方向延伸的插杆,第二构件422的左端面设有向左延伸的套杆,套杆位于第一安装孔4221、第二安装孔4222、第三安装孔4223和第四安装孔4224的相同一侧,且套杆与第一安装孔4221、第二安装孔4222、第三安装孔4223和第四安装孔4224之间均具有一定距离,以避免第一构件421与套杆干涉,插杆适于插设在套杆内以将号牌安装架423与第二构件422连接,且安全锁位于安装端4231与第一构件421之间,以避免安全锁和千斤顶100中的任一个与车辆号牌400和安装端4231中的任一个干涉。
号牌安装架使第二架体同时能够安装千斤顶和车辆号牌,以避免车辆号牌设在尾门上受到位于备胎架上的千斤顶遮挡。
可以理解的是,号牌安装架不限于与第二构件插接相连,在另一些实施例中,号牌安装架与第二构件通过螺栓相连。
可以理解的是,再另一些实施例中,第二架体也可以不具有号牌安装架。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种固定支架,用于固定千斤顶(100),其特征在于,包括架体(4)和安全锁,所述安全锁设在所述架体(4)上,所述安全锁包括:
    第一锁身(1);
    第二锁身(2),所述第二锁身(2)与所述第一锁身(1)可开合地连接,以使所述第一锁身(1)和所述第二锁身(2)具有形成锁定空间的闭合状态和解除锁定空间的开放状态,所述锁定空间可容纳千斤顶(100)的至少部分;
    锁定组件(3),所述锁定组件(3)包括锁芯(31),所述锁定组件(3)设在所述第一锁身(1)上,在所述闭合状态,所述锁定组件(3)连接所述第二锁身(2)以限定所述第一锁身(1)和所述第二锁身(2)的相对位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的固定支架,其特征在于,所述第一锁身(1)的第一端和所述第二锁身(2)的第一端通过第一铰轴(5)铰接,所述第二锁身(2)的第二端设有插槽(21),所述锁定组件(3)设在所述第一锁身(1)的第二端,在所述闭合状态,所述锁定组件(3)的部分位于所述插槽(21)内以限定所述第一锁身(1)和所述第二锁身(2)的相对位置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的固定支架,其特征在于,所述锁定组件(3)还包括:
    止抵件(32),所述止抵件(32)与所述锁芯(31)相连,且所述止抵件(32)在所述锁芯(31)的驱动下可绕所述锁芯(31)的中心轴线旋转;
    按压件(33),所述按压件(33)具有相对设置的插接端(331)和按压端(332),所述按压件(33)的中部与所述第一锁身(1)的第二端通过第二铰轴(6)铰接以使所述按压件(33)相对于所述第一锁身(1)可旋转;
    在所述闭合状态,所述止抵件(32)止抵所述按压端(332)以使所述插接端(331)插设在所述插槽(21)内;在所述止抵件(32)移动至与所述按压端(332)之间具有容纳空间的位置时,所述按压端(332)可位于所述容纳空间内以使所述插接端(331)脱离所述插槽(21),以使所述第一锁身(1)和所述第二锁身(2)在所述闭合状态和所述开放状态之间切换。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的固定支架,其特征在于,所述第一铰轴(5)的中心轴线与所述第二铰轴(6)的中心轴线平行,所述锁芯(31)的中心轴线正交于所述第一铰轴(5)的轴线和所述第二铰轴(6)的轴线。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的固定支架,其特征在于,所述锁定组件(3)还包括扭簧(7),所述扭簧(7)套设在所述第二铰轴(6)上,所述扭簧(7)的一端抵接所述第一锁身(1),所述扭簧(7)的另一端抵接所述按压件(33)的内壁面且邻近所述按压端(332)。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的固定支架,其特征在于,在所述闭合状态,所述第一锁身(1)和所述第二锁身(2)沿所述锁定空间的周向依次连接以形成环形锁身,所述第一锁身(1)的内壁面和所述第二锁身(2)的内壁面设有用于抵接所述千斤顶(100)的垫片(8)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的固定支架,其特征在于,还包括遮蔽件(9),所述锁芯(31)穿设在所述第一锁身(1)上且至少部分伸入所述锁定空间内,所述遮蔽件(9)设在所述第一锁身(1)的内壁面上以遮蔽所述锁芯(31),所述垫片(8)还设在所述遮蔽件(9)背离所述锁芯(31)的一侧。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的固定支架,其特征在于,所述架体(4)包括第一架体(41)、第二架体(42)和第三架体(43)中的至少一个;
    所述第一架体(41)适于设在车辆的尾门上,所述第一架体(41)的一端设有所述第一锁身(1)或所述第二锁身(2),所述第一架体(41)的另一端具有用于抵接所述千斤顶(100)的第一底座(411);
    所述第二架体(42)包括第一构件(421)、第二构件(422)、第一连接件和第二连接件,所述第一构件(421)的一端设有所述第一锁身(1)或所述第二锁身(2),所述第一构件(421)的另一端具有用于抵接所述千斤顶(100)的第二底座(4211),所述第一构件(421)设有间隔设置的第一连接孔(4212)和第二连接孔(4213),第二构件(422)设有间隔设置的至少第一安装孔(4221)、第二安装孔(4222)和第三安装孔(4223),所述第一连接件可依次穿过所述至少第一安装孔(4221)、第二安装孔(4222)和第三安装孔(4223)中的任意一个与所述第一连接孔(4212),所述第二连接件可依次穿过所述至少第一安装孔(4221)、第二安装孔(4222)和第三安装孔(4223)中的其余任意一个与所述第二连接孔(4213),以连接所述第一构件(421)和所述第二构件(422),所述第二构件(422)适于与车辆的备胎架(200)相连;
    所述第三架体(43)包括沿第一方向顺序连接的第一连接板(431)、第二连接板(432)、第三连接板(433)、第四连接板(434)和第五连接板(435),所述第三连接板(433)与所述第一连接板(431)在第二方向上间隔设置,所述第三连接板(433)与所述第五连接板(435)在第二方向上间隔设置,且所述第三连接板(433)位于所述第一连接板(431)和所述第五连接板(435)在第二方向上的同一侧,所述第二方向正交于所述第一方向,所述第三连接板(433)设有所述第一锁身(1)或所述第二锁身(2),所述第一连接板(431)和所述第三连接板(433)适于设在车顶的行李架(300)上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的固定支架,其特征在于,所述第一架体(41)设有用于穿设第一固定件的第一固定孔(412),以使所述第一固定件连接所述第一架体(41)和所述车辆的尾门;
    所述第二构件(422)包括第一支撑板(4225)、第二支撑板(4226)和支撑架(4227),所述支撑架(4227)位于所述第一支撑板(4225)和所述第二支撑板(4226)之间,且所 述支撑架(4227)的一端连接所述第一支撑板(4225)的一个端面,所述支撑架(4227)的另一端连接所述第二支撑板(4226)的一个端面,所述至少第一安装孔(4221)、第二安装孔(4222)和第三安装孔(4223)设在所述第一支撑板(4225)上,所述第二支撑板(4226)设有用于穿设轮毂螺栓的第二固定孔(4228),以使轮毂螺栓连接所述第二支撑板(4226)和所述车辆的备胎架(200);
    所述第一连接板(431)和所述第五连接板(435)分别设有用于穿设第二固定件的第三固定孔(436),以使第二固定件连接所述第三架体(43)和所述行李架(300)。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的固定支架,其特征在于,所述第二架体(42)还包括号牌安装架(423),所述号牌安装架(423)包括安装端(4231)和连接端(4232),所述连接端(4232)与所述第二构件(422)连接,所述安全锁位于所述安装端(4231)与所述第一构件(421)之间,所述安装端(4231)适于设置车辆号牌(400)。
