优选的,连接柱的一侧侧壁固定连接有固定杆的一端端部,固定杆远离连接柱的一端端部穿过限位槽并延伸至连接板的外侧,限位槽开设在连接板的外侧侧壁,且限位槽的内部和第二收纳槽的内部相通,限位槽的大小和连接板相匹配,限位槽的一侧设置有收纳块,收纳块固定设置在连接板的侧壁,收纳块靠近限位槽的一侧侧壁中心对称位置开设有第一收纳槽,第一收纳槽的内部插接有限位块,限位块的大小和第一收纳槽相匹配,且限位块远离固定杆的一端端部中心对称位置固定连接有拉杆的一端,拉杆远离第一收纳槽的一端端部滑动穿过收纳块的侧壁并延伸至收纳块的外侧,拉杆的外表面套设有第一复位弹簧,第一复位弹簧固定设置在收纳块的侧壁和拉杆的端部之间。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提出的一种铝塑膜生产用涂层喷涂装置,在第二复位弹簧的作用下,固定杆向下抵持铝箔卷,从而使铝箔卷始终处于紧绷状态,启动涂层喷涂支架,铝箔卷进行移动,铝箔卷的移动带动清洁套进行转动,转动同时能够将铝箔卷的上表面进行清洁,喷涂设备在铝箔卷的上表面进行喷涂,且设置在连接板一侧的加热装置,加热装置能够保证铝箔卷上表面的温度,保证喷涂的胶水能够快速冷却固定。

涂层喷涂支架1,涂层喷涂支架1的一端上表面固定设置有固定套10,固定套10的横截面呈弧形结构,固定套10设置有两组,两组固定套10以涂层喷涂支架1为中心进行对称分布,且两组固定套10之间设置有支撑杆11,支撑杆11的两端分别通过轴承转动卡接在两组固定套10的内部,支撑杆11的外表面套设有铝箔卷5,铝箔卷5的大小和涂层喷涂支架1的内部大小相匹配,铝箔卷5通过支撑杆11转动设置在两组固定套10之间,且铝箔卷5的正下方设置有固定板4,固定板4的上表面呈弧形结构,固定板4的大小和铝箔卷5相匹配,固定板4远离铝箔卷5的一侧侧壁固定连接在升降装置3的上表面,升降装置3的底部滑动设置在轨道2的上表面,轨道2固定设置在涂层喷涂支架1的一端底部,铝箔卷5通过升降装置3在轨道2的上表面往复移动,涂层喷涂支架1的中心对称位置转动设置有压辊9,压辊9位于铝箔卷5远离轨道2的一侧,压辊9远离铝箔卷5的一侧侧壁转动设置有支撑卷辊8,支撑卷辊8转动设置在涂层喷涂支架1的内部,且支撑卷辊8的表面和压辊9的表面相互贴合,支撑卷辊8的上表面设置有喷涂设备7,喷涂设备7位于支撑卷辊8和压辊9之间,且喷涂设备7的两端分别固定设置在涂层喷涂支架1的内壁两侧侧壁;
固定块12,固定块12固定设置在涂层喷涂支架1的一侧侧壁中心对称位置,固定块12的上表面固定设置有支撑架6,固定块12固定设置在压辊9和铝箔卷5之间,固定块12设置有两组,两组固定块12以涂层喷涂支架1为中心进行对称分布,两组固定块12的正上方设置有支撑架6,支撑架6的横截面呈“匚”型结构,支撑架6的两侧侧壁低端分别固定连接在两组固定块12的上表面中心对称位置,且支撑架6的中心壁的底部中心对称位置固定设 置有连接块13,连接块13设置有两组,两组连接块13以支撑架6为中心进行对称分布,两组连接块13之间设置有支杆23,支杆23的两端分别连接在两组连接块13的相对侧壁中心对称位置,支杆23的外表面固定套设有连接板14,连接板14套设在支杆23的中心对称位置,连接板14呈矩形结构,连接板14的大小和两组连接块13之间的间距大小相匹配,连接板14通过支杆23固定设置在两组连接块13之间,且连接板14的底部靠近铝箔卷5的一侧侧壁固定设置有卡接块18,卡接块18设置有两组,两组卡接块18以连接板14为中心进行对称分布,且两组卡接块18之间设置有加热装置19,加热装置19的长度和两组卡接块18之间的间距相匹配,加热装置19的两端分别固定连接在两组卡接块18额相对侧壁中心对称位置;
连接柱17,连接柱17插接在第二收纳槽29的内部,第二收纳槽29开设在连接板14的一侧侧壁,连接板14设置在支撑架6的正下方,第二收纳槽29开设在连接板14远离支杆23的一端端部,第二收纳槽29开设有两组,两组第二收纳槽29以连接板14为中心进行对称分布,且两组第二收纳槽29的内部均插接有连接柱17,连接柱17的大小和第二收纳槽29相匹配,两组连接柱17之间设置有连接杆25,连接杆25的两端通过轴承转动插接在两组连接柱17的相对侧壁中心对称位置,连接杆25的外表面固定套设有清洁套24,清洁套24的长度和铝箔卷5的长度相匹配,清洁套24通过连接杆25转动设置在两组连接柱17之间,两组连接柱17远离连接杆25的一端侧壁固定设置有滑块28,滑块28设置有两组,两组滑块28以连接柱17为中心进行对称分布,两组滑块28分别滑动插接在两组滑槽30的内部,滑槽30的大小和滑块28相匹配,两组滑槽30分别开设在第二收纳槽29内部的两侧侧壁中心对称位置,且第二收纳槽29的内部顶壁固定设置有第二复位弹簧31,第二复位弹簧31固定设置在第二收纳槽29的内部顶壁和连接柱17的端部之间,连接柱17通过第二复位弹簧31弹性插接在第二收纳槽29的内部,连接柱17的一侧 侧壁固定连接有固定杆16的一端端部,固定杆16远离连接柱17的一端端部穿过限位槽15并延伸至连接板14的外侧,限位槽15开设在连接板14的外侧侧壁,且限位槽15的内部和第二收纳槽29的内部相通,限位槽15的大小和连接板14相匹配,限位槽15的一侧设置有收纳块20,收纳块20固定设置在连接板14的侧壁,收纳块20靠近限位槽15的一侧侧壁中心对称位置开设有第一收纳槽22,第一收纳槽22的内部插接有限位块21,限位块21的大小和第一收纳槽22相匹配,且限位块21远离固定杆16的一端端部中心对称位置固定连接有拉杆26的一端,拉杆26远离第一收纳槽22的一端端部滑动穿过收纳块20的侧壁并延伸至收纳块20的外侧,拉杆26的外表面套设有第一复位弹簧27,第一复位弹簧27固定设置在收纳块20的侧壁和拉杆26的端部之间。
使用时,先通过固定杆16提起连接柱17,连接柱17带动清洁套24上升,上升到一定距离后,弹性设置的限位块21将对固定杆16进行限位,防止连接柱17下弹,从而对清洁套24的高度进行限位,然后将支撑杆11插接进铝箔卷5的内部,然后将铝箔卷5放置在固定板4的内部,通过升降装置3将支撑杆11的两端分别卡接在两组固定套10的内部,然后将铝箔卷5的一端依次穿过清洁套24、压辊9和支撑卷辊8之间、支撑卷辊8和喷涂设备7之间,然后连接到铝箔收卷设备上,铝箔卷5铺设完成后,向外抽拉拉杆26,拉杆26带动限位块21向一侧移动,当限位块21不在对固定杆16进行限位时,在第二复位弹簧31的作用下,固定杆16向下抵持铝箔卷5,从而使铝箔卷5始终处于紧绷状态,启动涂层喷涂支架1,铝箔卷5进行移动,铝箔卷5的移动带动清洁套24进行转动,转动同时能够将铝箔卷5的上表面进行清洁,喷涂设备7在铝箔卷5的上表面进行喷涂,且设置在连接板14一侧的加热装置19,加热装置19能够保证铝箔卷5上表面的温度,保证喷涂的胶水能够快速冷却固定。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种铝塑膜生产用涂层喷涂装置,其特征在于:所述铝塑膜生产用涂层喷涂装置包括:
    涂层喷涂支架(1),涂层喷涂支架(1)的一端上表面固定设置有固定套(10),固定套(10)的横截面呈弧形结构;
    固定块(12),固定块(12)固定设置在涂层喷涂支架(1)的一侧侧壁中心对称位置,固定块(12)的上表面固定设置有支撑架(6);
    连接柱(17),连接柱(17)插接在第二收纳槽(29)的内部,第二收纳槽(29)开设在连接板(14)的一侧侧壁,连接板(14)设置在支撑架(6)的正下方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种铝塑膜生产用涂层喷涂装置,其特征在于:所述固定套(10)设置有两组,两组固定套(10)以涂层喷涂支架(1)为中心进行对称分布,且两组固定套(10)之间设置有支撑杆(11),支撑杆(11)的两端分别通过轴承转动卡接在两组固定套(10)的内部,支撑杆(11)的外表面套设有铝箔卷(5),铝箔卷(5)的大小和涂层喷涂支架(1)的内部大小相匹配。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种铝塑膜生产用涂层喷涂装置,其特征在于:所述铝箔卷(5)通过支撑杆(11)转动设置在两组固定套(10)之间,且铝箔卷(5)的正下方设置有固定板(4),固定板(4)的上表面呈弧形结构,固定板(4)的大小和铝箔卷(5)相匹配,固定板(4)远离铝箔卷(5)的一侧侧壁固定连接在升降装置(3)的上表面,升降装置(3)的底部滑动设置在轨道(2)的上表面,轨道(2)固定设置在涂层喷涂支架(1)的一端底部,铝箔卷(5)通过升降装置(3)在轨道(2)的上表面往复移动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种铝塑膜生产用涂层喷涂装置,其特征在于:所述涂层喷涂支架(1)的中心对称位置转动设置有压辊(9),压辊(9)位于铝箔卷(5)远离轨道(2)的一侧,压辊(9)远离铝箔卷(5)的一侧侧 壁转动设置有支撑卷辊(8),支撑卷辊(8)转动设置在涂层喷涂支架(1)的内部,且支撑卷辊(8)的表面和压辊(9)的表面相互贴合,支撑卷辊(8)的上表面设置有喷涂设备(7),喷涂设备(7)位于支撑卷辊(8)和压辊(9)之间,且喷涂设备(7)的两端分别固定设置在涂层喷涂支架(1)的内壁两侧侧壁。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种铝塑膜生产用涂层喷涂装置,其特征在于:所述固定块(12)固定设置在压辊(9)和铝箔卷(5)之间,固定块(12)设置有两组,两组固定块(12)以涂层喷涂支架(1)为中心进行对称分布,两组固定块(12)的正上方设置有支撑架(6),支撑架(6)的横截面呈“匚”型结构,支撑架(6)的两侧侧壁低端分别固定连接在两组固定块(12)的上表面中心对称位置,且支撑架(6)的中心壁的底部中心对称位置固定设置有连接块(13),连接块(13)设置有两组,两组连接块(13)以支撑架(6)为中心进行对称分布。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种铝塑膜生产用涂层喷涂装置,其特征在于:两组所述连接块(13)之间设置有支杆(23),支杆(23)的两端分别连接在两组连接块(13)的相对侧壁中心对称位置,支杆(23)的外表面固定套设有连接板(14),连接板(14)套设在支杆(23)的中心对称位置,连接板(14)呈矩形结构,连接板(14)的大小和两组连接块(13)之间的间距大小相匹配。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种铝塑膜生产用涂层喷涂装置,其特征在于:所述连接板(14)通过支杆(23)固定设置在两组连接块(13)之间,且连接板(14)的底部靠近铝箔卷(5)的一侧侧壁固定设置有卡接块(18),卡接块(18)设置有两组,两组卡接块(18)以连接板(14)为中心进行对称分布,且两组卡接块(18)之间设置有加热装置(19),加热装置(19)的长度和两组卡接块(18)之间的间距相匹配,加热装置(19)的两端分别固 定连接在两组卡接块(18)额相对侧壁中心对称位置。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种铝塑膜生产用涂层喷涂装置,其特征在于:所述第二收纳槽(29)开设在连接板(14)远离支杆(23)的一端端部,第二收纳槽(29)开设有两组,两组第二收纳槽(29)以连接板(14)为中心进行对称分布,且两组第二收纳槽(29)的内部均插接有连接柱(17),连接柱(17)的大小和第二收纳槽(29)相匹配,两组连接柱(17)之间设置有连接杆(25),连接杆(25)的两端通过轴承转动插接在两组连接柱(17)的相对侧壁中心对称位置,连接杆(25)的外表面固定套设有清洁套(24),清洁套(24)的长度和铝箔卷(5)的长度相匹配,清洁套(24)通过连接杆(25)转动设置在两组连接柱(17)之间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种铝塑膜生产用涂层喷涂装置,其特征在于:两组所述连接柱(17)远离连接杆(25)的一端侧壁固定设置有滑块(28),滑块(28)设置有两组,两组滑块(28)以连接柱(17)为中心进行对称分布,两组滑块(28)分别滑动插接在两组滑槽(30)的内部,滑槽(30)的大小和滑块(28)相匹配,两组滑槽(30)分别开设在第二收纳槽(29)内部的两侧侧壁中心对称位置,且第二收纳槽(29)的内部顶壁固定设置有第二复位弹簧(31),第二复位弹簧(31)固定设置在第二收纳槽(29)的内部顶壁和连接柱(17)的端部之间,连接柱(17)通过第二复位弹簧(31)弹性插接在第二收纳槽(29)的内部。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种铝塑膜生产用涂层喷涂装置,其特征在于:所述连接柱(17)的一侧侧壁固定连接有固定杆(16)的一端端部,固定杆(16)远离连接柱(17)的一端端部穿过限位槽(15)并延伸至连接板(14)的外侧,限位槽(15)开设在连接板(14)的外侧侧壁,且限位槽(15)的内部和第二收纳槽(29)的内部相通,限位槽(15)的大小和连接板(14)相匹配,限位槽(15)的一侧设置有收纳块(20),收纳块(20)固定设置 在连接板(14)的侧壁,收纳块(20)靠近限位槽(15)的一侧侧壁中心对称位置开设有第一收纳槽(22),第一收纳槽(22)的内部插接有限位块(21),限位块(21)的大小和第一收纳槽(22)相匹配,且限位块(21)远离固定杆(16)的一端端部中心对称位置固定连接有拉杆(26)的一端,拉杆(26)远离第一收纳槽(22)的一端端部滑动穿过收纳块(20)的侧壁并延伸至收纳块(20)的外侧,拉杆(26)的外表面套设有第一复位弹簧(27),第一复位弹簧(27)固定设置在收纳块(20)的侧壁和拉杆(26)的端部之间。
