Abstract
本发明公开了一种快速3D打印用硅树脂及其制备方法和应用,属于3D打印材料技术领域。快速3D打印用硅树脂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:S1.制备单分散纳米二氧化硅粒子的制备:硅源水溶液水解得到溶液A;S2.硅树脂预聚物的制备:将冰醋酸和醇水溶液加入到溶液A中,再加入硅源和具有碳碳双键的硅烷偶联剂,水解、共聚反应制备成活性预聚物;冷却后加入饱和碳酸氢钠溶液,通过分液、干燥、旋蒸,得到硅树脂预聚物;S3.快速3D打印用硅树脂的制备:将光引发剂与S2中的硅树脂预聚物混合均匀,得到3D打印用树脂。本发明通过调整硅源和具有碳碳双键的硅烷偶联剂的比例,提高其固化速度来达到快速打印的目的。
