Claims (16)
- 유동셀을 고정하는 마운트 유닛; 그리고상기 마운트 유닛의 뒤에 배치되고, 전후로 개방된 공명 공간을 형성하는, 공명 유닛을 포함하고,상기 공명 유닛은,상기 마운트 유닛의 뒤에 배치되어 상기 공명 공간을 형성하는 케이스; 그리고상기 케이스의 내부에 위치하며, 상기 공명 공간의 형상과 크기 중 적어도 하나를 조절하는, 공명 공간 조절 모듈을 포함하는,입자 측정 디바이스.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 공명 공간 조절 모듈은,상기 케이스의 내측면에 이동 가능하게 결합되는 공명 공간 조절 플레이트를 포함하는,입자 측정 디바이스.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 공명 공간 조절 플레이트가 이동하면, 상기 공명 공간의 상기 형상과 상기 크기 중 적어도 하나가 조절되는,입자 측정 디바이스.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 공명 공간 조절 모듈은,상기 케이스에 고정되고, 상기 공명 공간 조절 플레이트에 결합되어 상기 공명 공간 조절 플레이트를 이동시키는, 플레이트 무버를 포함하는,입자 측정 디바이스.
- 제4항에 있어서,플레이트 무버는,상기 케이스에 고정되는 연결 축을 포함하고,상기 플레이트 무버는 상기 연결 축에 이동 가능하게 결합되는,입자 측정 디바이스.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 공명 공간 조절 플레이트는,서로 마주하는 제1 공명 공간 조절 플레이트와 제2 공명 공간 조절 플레이트를 포함하는,입자 측정 디바이스.
- 제6항에 있어서,제1 공명 공간 조절 플레이트와 제2 공명 공간 조절 플레이트는,서로 가까워지거나 멀어지도록 이동 가능한,입자 측정 디바이스.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 공명 공간 조절 플레이트의 적어도 일부는,상기 공명 공간을 향하여 이동 가능한,입자 측정 디바이스.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 공명 공간 조절 플레이트는,상기 공명 공간을 향하여 볼록하게 굽힘 가능한,입자 측정 디바이스.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 공명 공간 조절 플레이트는,서로 연결된, 전방 공명 공간 조절 플레이트 및 후방 공명 공간 조절 플레이트를 포함하는,입자 측정 디바이스.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 공명 공간 조절 플레이트는,상기 전방 공명 공간 조절 플레이트와 상기 후방 공명 공간 조절 플레이트 사이의 경계에서 굽힘 가능한,입자 측정 디바이스.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 공명 공간 조절 플레이트는,상기 케이스의 내측면을 따라 이동 가능한,입자 측정 디바이스.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 케이스는,서로 이어져 각도를 형성하는 제1 케이스와 제2 케이스를 포함하고,상기 공명 공간 조절 플레이트의 일단부는 상기 제1 케이스에 이동 가능하게 접하고,상기 공명 공간 조절 플레이트의 타단부는 상기 제2 케이스에 이동 가능하게 접하는,입자 측정 디바이스.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 공명 공간 조절 플레이트는,상기 케이스의 내측면을 따라 이동하면, 상기 케이스를 기준으로 자세(attitude)를 변경하는,입자 측정 디바이스.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 케이스는,서로 이어져 각도를 형성하는 제1 케이스와 제2 케이스를 포함하고,상기 공명 공간 조절 플레이트의 일단부는 상기 제1 케이스에 고정되고,상기 공명 공간 조절 플레이트의 타단부는 상기 제2 케이스에 이동 가능하게 접하는,입자 측정 디바이스.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 공명 공간 조절 플레이트는 신축성을 가지는,입자 측정 디바이스.
