Description
本发明属于家电技术领域,具体涉及一种多功能空气炸锅。
现在市面上比较流行的空气炸锅,其原理是,通过大功率风扇使密闭空间内经内置加热元件加热后的空气在空间内形成循环热风涡流,使热量充分与食物表面接触并达到煎炸的效果。其优点为:通过快速循环的热风带走食物内部的水分和油脂,在不加或少加油的情况下,在食物表面形成金黄酥脆的表层,达到煎炸的外观和口感,其油脂更低、口感更好、食用更健康等优点深受人们喜爱。
但传统的空气炸锅结构单一、除了炸锅能活动单独移动外,机体的上部和底部都是连在一起不能分开或都是不能转动的,不可同时实现煎炸和煎烤(煮)的特点使其具有很大的局限性。除增加购买厨房电器的成本外,也不能满足用户的多样需求。
有鉴于此,为了解决现有技术中的问题,本发明提出一种多功能空气炸锅,本发明所要解决的技术问题是:如何在同一炸锅中实现煎、炸、煮等功能。
本发明通过以下技术手段解决上述问题:
一种多功能空气炸锅,包括:
加热组件,所述加热组件包括炸锅本体和发热管,所述发热管安装于炸锅本体的表面;
底座,所述底座位于所述加热组件的下方,所述底座与加热组件设置有支撑杆;
旋转组件,所述旋转组件安装于支撑杆与加热组件之间,所述加热组件转动连接于旋转组件上,所述支撑杆固定连接于旋转组件上;
锅具,当所述加热组件的发热管朝下时,所述加热组件与所述底座之间可放置锅具;当所述加热组件通过旋转组件将发热管旋转至朝上时,所述发热管的上方可放置锅具。

所述旋转模块包括连接轴、旋转轮和旋转轴,所述旋转轮的周侧设置有若干卡槽,所述连接轴的一端与旋转轮固定连接,连接轴的另一端穿过壳体与炸锅本体固定连接;
所述卡紧模块包括底杆、第一弹簧和卡紧块,所述卡紧块上设置有滑动孔,所述底杆的一端固定于壳体上,所述底杆的另一端滑动连接于滑动孔内,所述卡紧块上设置有卡块,所述卡块卡接于卡槽上,所述第一弹簧穿过底杆,第一弹簧的一端与壳体相抵接,第一弹簧的另一端与卡紧块的下侧面相抵接;所述卡紧块的两侧设置有凸起部;

如图10-11所示,本实施例中,所述加热组件1还包括外壳27、顶盖28和安装座29,所述安装座29安装于外壳27内,所述安装座29用于安装电器控制部件,所述发热管 3安装于安装座29上,所述顶盖28固定于外壳27远离发热管 3的表面。该结构中,安装座29用于安装电器控制部件,电器控制部件用于控制发热管 3工作,并调节发热管 3发热量大小。
如图10-11所示,本实施例中,本实施例中,所述外壳27上设置有出风口30。该结构中,外壳27上设置出风口30,散发外壳27内的热量,保护电器控制部件安全工作。
如图1所示,本实施例中,所述锅具为炸锅31,当所述加热组件1的发热管 3朝下时,所述炸锅31放置于炸锅本体2与所述底座4之间,用于炸食物。该结构中,加热组件1的发热管 3朝下时,炸锅31放置于炸锅本体2与所述底座4之间,食物放置于炸锅31内,实现煎炸功能。
如图1所示,本实施例中,所述炸锅31的材质为金属或钢化玻璃。所述炸锅31上设置有把手32。如图12所示,作为另一种实施例,炸锅设置有两个把手
如图4-5所示,本实施例中,所述锅具为煎锅33,当所述加热组件1通过旋转组件7将发热管 3旋转至朝上时,所述煎锅33放置于发热管 3上方,用于煎煮食物。该结构中,加热组件1通过旋转组件7将发热管 3旋转至朝上时,煎锅33放置于发热管 3上方,食物放置于煎锅33内,实现煎煮功能。
如图4-5所示,本实施例中,所述外壳27设设置有若干个插孔34,所述煎锅33的底部设置有若干个与插孔34相对应的插杆35,所述煎锅33通过插杆35插接于外壳27的插孔34上。该结构中,煎锅33通过插杆35插接于外壳27的插孔34上,保证煎锅33固定牢靠,在煎煮食物时,有效防止煎锅33掉落。

Claims (10)
- 一种多功能空气炸锅,其特征在于,包括:加热组件(1),所述加热组件(1)包括炸锅本体(2)和发热管( 3),所述发热管( 3)安装于炸锅本体(2)的表面;底座(4),所述底座(4)位于所述加热组件(1)的下方,所述底座(4)与加热组件(1)设置有支撑杆(5);旋转组件(7),所述旋转组件(7)安装于支撑杆(5)与加热组件(1)之间,所述加热组件(1)转动连接于旋转组件(7)上,所述支撑杆(5)固定连接于旋转组件(7)上;锅具,当所述加热组件(1)的发热管( 3)朝下时,所述加热组件(1)与所述底座(4)之间可放置锅具;当所述加热组件(1)通过旋转组件(7)将发热管( 3)旋转至朝上时,所述发热管( 3)的上方可放置锅具。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能空气炸锅,其特征在于,所述旋转组件(7)包括壳体(8)、旋转模块(9)、卡紧模块(10)和压杆模块(11),所述旋转模块(9)、卡紧模块(10)和压杆模块(11)均安装于壳体(8)内;所述旋转模块(9)包括连接轴(12)、旋转轮(13)和旋转轴(14),所述旋转轮(13)的周侧设置有若干卡槽(15),所述连接轴(12)的一端与旋转轮(13)固定连接,连接轴(12)的另一端穿过壳体(8)与炸锅本体(2)固定连接;所述卡紧模块(10)包括底杆(16)、第一弹簧(17)和卡紧块(18),所述卡紧块(18)上设置有滑动孔,所述底杆(16)的一端固定于壳体(8)上,所述底杆(16)的另一端滑动连接于滑动孔内,所述卡紧块(18)上设置有卡块(19),所述卡块(19)卡接于卡槽(15)上,所述第一弹簧(17)穿过底杆(16),第一弹簧(17)的一端与壳体(8)相抵接,第一弹簧(17)的另一端与卡紧块(18)的下侧面相抵接;所述卡紧块(18)的两侧设置有凸起部(20);所述压杆(22)模块(11)包括承台(21)、压杆(22)、连接杆(23)、第二弹簧(24)和连接块(25),所述承台(21)固定于壳体(8)内,所述壳体(8)上设置有穿孔,所述压杆(22)内设置有圆柱孔,所述连接杆(23)的一端固定于所述承台(21)上,连接杆(23)的另一端延伸至圆柱孔内并与压杆(22)滑动连接,所述第二弹簧(24)穿过连接杆(23),所述第二弹簧(24)的一端与承台(21)相抵接,第二弹簧(24)的另一端与压杆(22)的底部相抵接;所述连接块(25)位于壳体(8)内且固定连接于压杆(22)上,连接块(25)的两端设置有与凸起部(20)相对应的顶杆(26)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种多功能空气炸锅,其特征在于,所述第一弹簧(17)和第二弹簧(24)均为压缩状态下的弹簧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能空气炸锅,其特征在于,所述加热组件(1)还包括外壳(27)、顶盖(28)和安装座(29),所述安装座(29)安装于外壳(27)内,所述安装座(29)用于安装电器控制部件,所述发热管( 3)安装于安装座(29)上,所述顶盖(28)固定于外壳(27)远离发热管( 3)的表面。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种多功能空气炸锅,其特征在于,所述外壳(27)上设置有出风口(30)。
- 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的一种多功能空气炸锅,其特征在于,所述锅具为炸锅(31),当所述加热组件(1)的发热管( 3)朝下时,所述炸锅(31)放置于炸锅本体(2)与所述底座(4)之间,用于炸食物。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种多功能空气炸锅,其特征在于,所述炸锅(31)的材质为金属或钢化玻璃。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种多功能空气炸锅,其特征在于,所述炸锅(31)上设置有把手(32)。
- 根据权利要求4任一项所述的一种多功能空气炸锅,其特征在于,所述锅具为煎锅(33),当所述加热组件(1)通过旋转组件(7)将发热管( 3)旋转至朝上时,所述煎锅(33)放置于发热管( 3)上方,用于煎煮食物。
- 根据权利要求9所述的一种多功能空气炸锅,其特征在于,所述外壳(27)设置有若干个插孔(34),所述煎锅(33)的底部设置有若干个与插孔(34)相对应的插杆(35),所述煎锅(33)通过插杆(35)插接于外壳(27)的插孔(34)上。
