一种加液结构 技术领域
本发明涉及卫浴领域,具体涉及一种加液结构。
背景技术
现有的泡沫盾加液结构,通常设有加液口和加液盖,加液盖与所述加液口通过螺纹旋接固定配合,加液时,将加液盖旋开打开加液口,再将加液瓶处的铝箔纸戳破,通过加液瓶将液体倒入加液口中,这样存在的缺陷有:
1.加液盖与所述加液口之间的螺纹结构,导致用户操作麻烦,加液费时费力;
2.加液瓶的铝箔纸需要另外的工具将铝箔纸戳破,不便于用户操作;
3.加液瓶将液体倒入加液口的过程中容易出现外溢的现象,导致用户体验感较差。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种加液结构,本方案通过设置顶出部,加液时,将加液瓶插接在进液接头的过程中,顶出部能够自动使第二密封部打开进液通道,同时能够驱动第一密封部打开进液通道,进而实现自动加液,操作方便,结构简单。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种加液结构,用于与加液瓶连接配合,加液瓶设有瓶口及设置于所述瓶口处的第二密封部,包括:
本体,具有储液腔和加液口;
进液接头,安装于所述加液口处,并具有与所述储液腔相连通的进液通道;所述进液接头远离所述储液腔的一侧设有顶出部;
连接件,设置于所述加液口处,所述连接件包括第一密封部,所述第一密封部在打开所述进液通道的打开位置和关闭所述进液通道的关闭位置之间活动;
其中,所述加液瓶与所述进液接头插接的过程中,所述第二密封部在所述顶出部的作用下打开所述瓶口,并且所述加液瓶驱动所述第一密封部活动至所述打开位置,使得所述加液瓶与所述进液通道相连通;所述加液瓶与所述进液接头分离后,所述第一密封部复位至所述关闭位置,使得所述进液通道关闭。
优选的,所述连接件还包括位于所述第一密封部两侧的第一固定部和第二固定部,所述第一固定部与是所述进液接头固定连接,所述第二固定部与所述本体固定连接。
优选的,所述加液瓶驱动所述第一密封部活动至所述打开位置时,所述第一密封部 与所述加液瓶的瓶口外壁相密封贴合。

其中,所述加液瓶与所述进液接头20插接的过程中,所述第二密封部在所述顶出部22的作用下打开所述瓶口,并且所述加液瓶驱动所述第一密封部31活动至所述打开位置,使得所述加液瓶与所述进液通道21相连通;所述加液瓶与所述进液接头20分离后,所述第一密封部31复位至所述关闭位置,使得所述进液通道21关闭。

加液瓶与进液接头20插接的过程中,第二密封部在顶出部22的作用下打开瓶口,并且加液瓶驱动第一密封部31活动至打开位置,使得加液瓶与进液通道21相连通;加液瓶与进液接头20分离后,第一密封部31复位至关闭位置,使得进液通道21关闭。
本方案通过设置顶出部22,加液时,将加液瓶插接在进液接头20的过程中,顶出部22能够自动使第二密封部打开进液通道21,同时能够驱动第一密封部31打开进液通道21,进而实现自动加液,操作方便,结构简单。

    连接件,设置于所述加液口处,所述连接件包括第一密封部,所述第一密封部在打开所述进液通道的打开位置和关闭所述进液通道的关闭位置之间活动;
    其中,所述加液瓶与所述进液接头插接的过程中,所述第二密封部在所述顶出部的作用下打开所述瓶口,并且所述加液瓶驱动所述第一密封部活动至所述打开位置,使得所述加液瓶与所述进液通道相连通;所述加液瓶与所述进液接头分离后,所述第一密封部复位至所述关闭位置,使得所述进液通道关闭。
