【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图1-13对本发明的实施方式作详细说明。
如图1-5所示,本发明一种密封盖组件组件,包括用于与容器口部连接的底座100,所述底座100上形成有出液控制嘴110,所述底座100上且位于出液控制嘴110内设有可与容器内腔连通的第一出液口111,所述出液控制嘴110内活动地设有用于封堵第一出液口111的第一密封件112,所述出液控制嘴100内形成有位于第一出液口111上方的第二出液口113,所述出液控制嘴110上可破坏地设有用于封堵第二出液口113的第二密封件114,具有防假特点,所述底座100或出液控制嘴110上连接有盖合出液控制嘴110口部的上盖200。在使用时,使用者作用上盖开启,进而作用第二密封件与出液控制嘴脱离,可使得第二出液口开启,而使得第一出液口与出液控制嘴口部之间导通,之后作用底座倾斜,可使得第一密封件与第一出液口分离,而使得第一出液口开启,此时容器内腔的液体可经过第一出液口、出液控制嘴内腔、第二出液口,最后从出液控制嘴口部倒取出来;当倒取结束后,第一密封件封堵第一出液口和上盖盖合出液控制嘴口部,为此,具有结构设计巧妙、使用便捷、结构简洁和密封性好的特点,同时还具有重复密封的功能。
根据设计需求,为了提高密封性,所述容器口部与底座之间和/或底座与上盖之间均相应地设有密封结构,图中未表示出来。
如图1、2所示,为了使得第一密封件稳定、精确的封堵住第一出液口,以进一步提高密封效果,所述出液控制嘴110内底壁连接有定位杆115,所述第一密封件112上设有供定位杆115贯穿以使得第一密封件112可沿定位杆115运动的孔套116。
如图1、2所示,为了防止第一密封件与定位杆脱离,所述定位杆115上端设有限制第一密封件112与定位杆115脱离的限位块1151。
为了便于使用,所述第二密封件114上设有拉环或扳手,具有使用方便的特点。
为了便于使用,所述上盖200内底上相对应于出液控制嘴110设有用于开启第二密封件114的开启柱201。
为了提供多种连接方式和满足不同容器口部与底座之间的连接需求,所述底座100或出液控制嘴110与上盖200之间通过螺纹连接或扣接或铰接。
为了提高密封性,所述上盖200内底上形成有扣入出液控制嘴110口部的上盖内塞,图中未表示出来。
如图6、7所示,本发明一种密封盖组件组件,包括用于与容器口部连接的底座100,所述底座100上形成有出液控制嘴110,所述底座100上且位于出液控制嘴110内设有可与容器内腔连通的第一出液口111,所述出液控制嘴110内活动地设有用于封堵第一出液口111的第一密封件112,所述底座100或出液控制嘴110上连接有盖合出液控制嘴110口部的上盖200,所述上盖200内底上设有当上盖200盖合出液控制嘴110时而顶压第一密封件112封堵住第一出液口111的上盖杆件210。在使用时,使用者作用上盖开启,可使出液控制嘴口部打开,进而倾斜底座,可使第一密封件与第一出液口分离,而使得第一出液口开启,此时容器内腔的液体可经过第一出液口、出液控制嘴内腔,最后从出液控制嘴口部倒取出来;当倒取结束后,第一密封件封堵第一出液口和上盖盖合出液控制嘴口部,为此,具有结构设计巧妙、使用便捷、结构简洁和密封性好的特点,同时还具有重复密封的功能。
根据设计需求,为了提高密封性,所述容器口部与底座之间和/或底座与上盖之间均相应地设有密封结构,图中未表示出来。
并且通过在上盖200内底上设有当上盖200盖合出液控制嘴110时而顶压第一密封件112封堵住第一出液口111的上盖杆件210,在使用前或使用结束后,能够保证第一密封件将将第一出液口封堵住,从而提高密封效果。
如图6、7所示,为了提高密封性,所述出液控制嘴110内可破坏地设有封堵住第一出液口111的出液密封件1101,具有防假特点。
如图6、7所示,为了防止第一密封件与出液控制嘴脱离,所述出液控制嘴110与第一密封件112之间设有限制第一密封件112与出液控制嘴110脱离的限位结构117。
如图6、7所示,为了提高密封性,所述上盖200内底上形成有扣入出液 控制嘴110口部的上盖内塞220。
为了提供多种连接方式和满足不同容器口部与底座之间的连接需求,所述底座100或出液控制嘴110与上盖200之间通过螺纹连接或扣接或铰接。本实施例中底座100或出液控制嘴110与上盖200之间可翻转地连接,能够防止上盖掉落、丢失,具有干净卫生和安全的特点。
如图8-10所示,本发明一种密封盖组件组件,包括用于与容器口部连接的底座100,所述底座100上形成有出液控制嘴110,所述底座100上且位于出液控制嘴110内设有可与容器内腔连通的第一出液口111,所述出液控制嘴110内活动地设有用于封堵第一出液口111的第一密封件112,所述出液控制嘴110内壁上设有限制第一密封件112与出液控制嘴110脱离的限位件118,所述底座100或出液控制嘴110上连接有盖合出液控制嘴110口部的上盖200。在使用时,使用者作用上盖开启,可使出液控制嘴口部打开,进而倾斜底座,可使第一密封件与第一出液口分离,而使得第一出液口开启,此时容器内腔的液体可经过第一出液口、出液控制嘴内腔,最后从出液控制嘴口部倒取出来;当倒取结束后,第一密封件封堵第一出液口和上盖盖合出液控制嘴口部,为此,具有结构设计巧妙、使用便捷、结构简洁和密封性好的特点,同时还具有重复密封的功能。

根据设计需求,为了提高密封性,所述容器口部上盖之间相应地设有密封结构,图中未表示出来。
如图11、12所示,为了使得上盖密封件232稳定、精确的封堵住盖出液口231,以进一步提高密封效果,所述上盖200内底上且位于出液控制腔230内设有上盖杆柱234,所述上盖密封件232上设有供上盖密封件232活动套接于上盖杆柱234的上盖密封件孔套235。
如图13所示,根据设计需求,所述上盖密封件232为上盖密封球。
根据设计需求,所述上盖200与容器口部之间螺纹连接或扣接或卡接。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种密封盖组件,其特征在于包括用于与容器口部连接的底座(100),所述底座(100)上形成有出液控制嘴(110),所述底座(100)上且位于出液控制嘴(110)内设有可与容器内腔连通的第一出液口(111),所述出液控制嘴(110)内活动地设有用于封堵第一出液口(111)的第一密封件(112),所述出液控制嘴(100)内形成有位于第一出液口(111)上方的第二出液口(113),所述出液控制嘴(110)上可破坏地设有用于封堵第二出液口(113)的第二密封件(114),所述底座(100)或出液控制嘴(110)上连接有盖合出液控制嘴(110)口部的上盖(200)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种密封盖组件,其特征在于所述出液控制嘴(110)内底壁连接有定位杆(115),所述第一密封件(112)上设有供定位杆(115)贯穿以使得第一密封件(112)可沿定位杆(115)运动的孔套(116)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述一种密封盖组件,其特征在于所述定位杆(115)上端设有限制第一密封件(112)与定位杆(115)脱离的限位块(1151)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述一种密封盖组件,其特征在于所述第二密封件(114)上设有拉环或扳手。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述一种密封盖组件,其特征在于所述上盖(200)内底上相对应于出液控制嘴(110)设有用于开启第二密封件(114)的开启柱(201)。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述一种密封盖组件,其特征在于所述底座(100)或出液控制嘴(110)与上盖(200)之间通过螺纹连接或扣接或铰接。
  7. 一种密封盖组件,其特征在于包括用于与容器口部连接的底座(100),所述底座(100)上形成有出液控制嘴(110),所述底座(100)上且位于出液控制嘴(110)内设有可与容器内腔连通的第一出液口(111),所述出液控制嘴(110)内活动地设有用于封堵第一出液口(111)的第一密封件(112),所述底座(100)或出液控制嘴(110)上连接有盖合出液控制嘴(110)口部的上盖(200),所述上盖(200)内底上设有当上盖(200)盖合出液控制嘴(110)时而顶压第一密封件(112)封堵住第一出液口(111)的上盖杆件(210)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述一种密封盖组件,其特征在于所述出液控制嘴(110)内可破坏地设有封堵住第一出液口(111)的出液密封件(1101)。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述一种密封盖组件,其特征在于所述出液控制嘴(110)与 第一密封件(112)之间设有限制第一密封件(112)与出液控制嘴(110)脱离的限位结构(117)。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述一种密封盖组件,其特征相在于所述上盖(200)内底上形成有扣入出液控制嘴(110)口部的上盖内塞(220)。
  11. 根据权利要求7-10任一项所述一种密封盖组件,其特征在于所述底座(100)或出液控制嘴(110)与上盖(200)之间通过螺纹连接或扣接或铰接。
  12. 一种密封盖组件,其特征在于包括用于与容器口部连接的底座(100),所述底座(100)上形成有出液控制嘴(110),所述底座(100)上且位于出液控制嘴(110)内设有可与容器内腔连通的第一出液口(111),所述出液控制嘴(110)内活动地设有用于封堵第一出液口(111)的第一密封件(112),所述出液控制嘴(110)内壁上设有限制第一密封件(112)与出液控制嘴(110)脱离的限位件(118),所述底座(100)或出液控制嘴(110)上连接有盖合出液控制嘴(110)口部的上盖(200)。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述一种密封盖组件,其特征在于所述底座(100)或出液控制嘴(110)与上盖(200)之间通过螺纹连接或扣接或铰接。
  14. 根据权利要求12或13所述一种密封盖组件,其特征在于所述底座(100)或出液控制嘴(110)与上盖(200)之间设有撕裂件(202)。
  15. 一种密封盖组件,其特征在于包括用于与容器口部连接的上盖(200),所述上盖(200)上设有出液控制腔(230),所述上盖(200)上且位于出液控制腔(230)内设有连通出液控制腔(230)与容器内腔的上盖出液口(231),所述出液控制腔(230)内活动地设有封堵住上盖出液口(231)的上盖密封件(232),所述上盖(200)或出液控制腔(230)上还设有将出液控制腔(230)与外部导通的上盖出液管(233)。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述一种密封盖组件,其特征在于所述上盖(200)内底上且位于出液控制腔(230)内设有上盖杆柱(234),所述上盖密封件(232)上设有供上盖密封件(232)活动套接于上盖杆柱(234)的上盖密封件孔套(235)。
