本发明还提供一种可辅助倒取的盖组件,包括用于与容器开口连接的底座100和抽液装置500,所述底座100上设有用于将容器内腔与外部导通的出液管110,所述出液管110两端开口且中空,所述抽液装置500包括下端封堵且上端开口的抽液筒510和活动连接在抽液筒510内的抽液塞520,所述抽液筒510下端设有进液/出液套筒511,所述进液/出液套筒511一端与出液管110可拆卸地连接且连通,所述进液/出液套筒511另一端与抽液筒510内腔连通,所述盖组件还包括用于给容器内腔进气的进气结构300。
如上所述一种可辅助倒取的盖组件,其特征在于所述底座100上且位于出液管110外周侧设有连接筒120,相应地所述抽液筒510下端设有与连接筒120可拆卸连接的连接柱512,所述进气结构300为连接筒120内壁和出液管110外壁之间间隔形成的进气过道,所述进气过道将容器内腔与外部导通。
如上所述一种可辅助倒取的盖组件,其特征在于所述抽液塞520中空且两端开口;所述抽液装置500还包括下端开口且上端密封的内抽液筒530,所述内抽液筒530活动连接在抽液筒510内,所述抽液塞520套接在内抽液筒530周壁上,所述内抽液筒530上端设有单向补气阀600。
如上所述一种可辅助倒取的盖组件,其特征在于所述抽液筒510内腔形成有定量腔,所述抽液筒510的外壁上设有标识刻度。
如上所述一种可辅助倒取的盖组件,其特征在于所述抽液筒510和内抽 液筒530之间内腔形成有定量腔,所述抽液筒510的外壁上设有标识刻度。
与现有技术相比,本发明一种可辅助倒取的盖组件具有如下优点:
1、本发明一种可辅助倒取的盖组件,包括用于与容器开口连接的底座,所述底座上设有用于将容器内腔与外部导通的出液管,所述出液管两端开口且中空,所述出液管下部向容器内腔方向延伸,所述出液管上部相对底座的上端面露出,所述出液管上部可拆卸地连接有盖合出液管上开口的上盖,或者所述出液管上部可破坏设有封堵住出液管上开口的密封件,所述盖组件还包括用于给容器内腔进气的进气结构;使用者通过控制进气结构的开启,可使得容器内腔的压力与外部的压力平衡,进而便于将容器内腔的液体倒取出来,从而具有结构简洁、出液顺畅和使用方便特点。
2、本发明包括用于与容器开口连接的底座和抽液装置,所述底座上设有用于将容器内腔与外部导通的出液管,所述出液管两端开口且中空,所述抽液装置包括下端封堵且上端开口的抽液筒和活动连接在抽液筒内的抽液塞,所述抽液筒下端设有进液/出液套筒,所述进液/出液套筒一端与出液管可拆卸地连接且连通,所述进液/出液套筒另一端与抽液筒内腔连通,所述盖组件还包括用于给容器内腔进气的进气结构;通过作用抽液装置和进气结构,使用者无需将容器倾斜或翻转即可得到所需液体,为此,具有结构简洁、出液顺畅和使用方便的特点。
3、为了能够定量倒取液体和方便倒取,所述抽液筒内腔形成有定量腔,所述抽液筒的外壁上设有标识刻度。
4、为了便于倒取和提供多种不同的抽液结构,抽液塞中空且两端开口;所述抽液装置还包括下端开口且上端密封的内抽液筒,所述内抽液筒活动连接在抽液筒内,所述抽液塞套接在内抽液筒周壁上,所述内抽液筒上端设有单向补气阀。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图1-14对本发明的实施方式作详细说明。
如图1-9所示,本发明一种可辅助倒取的盖组件,包括用于与容器开口连接的底座100,所述底座100上设有用于将容器内腔与外部导通的出液管110,所述出液管110两端开口且中空,所述出液管110下部向容器内腔方向延伸,所述出液管110上部相对底座100的上端面露出,所述出液管110上部可拆卸地连接有盖合出液管110上开口的上盖200,或者所述出液管110上部可破坏设有封堵住出液管110上开口的密封件,所述盖组件还包括用于给容器内腔进气的进气结构300。在使用时,使用者打开上盖和将进气结构开启,可使得进气结构、容器内腔与出液管之间形成进气通道,即使得容器内腔的压力与外部的压力平衡,进而作用容器可使填装在容器内腔的液体从出液管倒取出来,为此,具有结构简洁、出液顺畅和使用方便的特点。
如图1-7所示,为了提供多种进气结构方式,所述底座100上且位于出液管110外周侧设有连接筒120,所述上盖200连接于连接筒120上;所述进气结构300为连接筒120内壁和出液管110外壁之间间隔形成的进气过道。在使用时,使用者将上盖打开,即可同时将出液管和进气过道打开,而使得进气过道、容器内腔与出液管之间形成进气通道,即使得容器内腔的压力与外部的压力平衡,进而作用容器可使填装在容器内腔的液体从出液管倒取出来,为此具有操作步骤少、出液顺畅和使用方便的特点。
如图8、9所示,所述进气结构300包括设在底座100上的进气管310和连接在进气管310外端口的进气盖320,所述进气管310内端口用于与容器内腔连通。在使用时,使用者将上盖打开,即出液管打开,同时将进气盖打开,即进气管连通外部与容器内腔,而使得进气管、容器内腔与出液管之间形成进气过道,即使得容器内腔的压力与外部的压力平衡,进而作用容器可使填装在容器内腔的液体从出液管倒取出来,为此,结构简洁、出液顺畅和使用方便的特点。
如图8、9所示,为了连接稳定和提供多种连接方式,所述进气管310与进气盖320之间通过螺纹连接或扣接或卡接。
为了提高密封性,所述进气盖320内底设有相对进气管310上开口的进气盖内塞,当进气盖320盖合于进气管310时,所述进气盖内塞密封插入进气管310内。
进一步地,为了提高密封性,所述进气盖内塞与进气管310之间设有进气盖内塞密封环,当进气盖320盖合于进气管310时,所述进气盖内塞密封环密封抵触于进气管310内壁。
为进一步提高密封效果,所述进气盖内塞密封环由软质材料制成,如橡胶、硅胶。
如图1-9所示,初次使用时,使用者作用上盖相对出液管或连接筒活动,而使得上盖与防假圈相对破坏,所述上盖200下边缘可破坏连接有防假圈210,所述防假圈210与出液管110或连接筒120之间设有防止防假圈210与出液管110或连接筒120分离的防假结构400,为此,具有防假特点。
如图4、7所示,所述防假结构400包括设在出液管110或连接筒120外周壁上的单向止转扣410和设在防假圈210内周壁上且配合单向止转扣410使用的止转扣420。当转动盖合上盖时,上盖可带动防假圈转动;反之,则破坏上盖与防假圈。其中单向止转扣410和/或止转扣420有弹性材料制成。
进一步地,所述上盖200与防假圈210之间通过可撕断的连接点连接。
进一步地,为了提高密封性,所述上盖200内底设有相对出液管110上开口的上盖出液密封塞220和/或上盖200内底设有相对进气过道的上盖进气密封塞230。
进一步地,为了提高密封性,所述上盖出液密封塞220与出液管110之 间设有上盖出液密封环,当上盖盖合出液管时,所述上盖出液密封环密封抵触于出液管。
进一步地,为了提高密封性,上盖进气密封塞230与进气过道之间设有上盖进气密封环,当上盖盖合进气过道时,所述上盖进气密封环密封抵触于进气过道。
进一步地,根据设计需求,所述上盖200与出液管110或连接筒120之间螺纹连接。
进一步地,根据设计需求和提供多种连接方式,所述底座100与容器开口之间通过螺纹连接或扣接。
进一步地,为了提高密封性,所述底座100上设有相对容器开口的底座内塞,当底座100连接在容器开口时,所述底座内塞插入容器开口内,能够起到密封、稳定连接作用。
如图10-14所示,本发明一种可辅助倒取的盖组件,包括用于与容器开口连接的底座100和抽液装置500,所述底座100上设有用于将容器内腔与外部导通的出液管110,所述出液管110两端开口且中空,所述抽液装置500包括下端封堵且上端开口的抽液筒510和活动连接在抽液筒510内的抽液塞520,所述抽液筒510下端设有进液/出液套筒511,所述进液/出液套筒511一端与出液管110可拆卸地连接且连通,所述进液/出液套筒511另一端与抽液筒510内腔连通,所述盖组件还包括用于给容器内腔进气的进气结构300。在使用时,使用者先作用进气结构打开,而使得容器内腔的压力与外部压力平衡,然而作用抽液塞相对抽液筒向上运动,可使填装在容器内腔的液体经过出液管和进液/出液套筒511而抽入抽液筒内,待达所需用量时,将抽液装置与底座分离,再继续作用抽液塞相对抽液筒向下运动,可使抽液筒的液体从进液/出液套筒511倒取出来,为此,使用者无需将容器倾斜或翻转即可得到所需液体,且具有结构简洁、出液顺畅和使用方便的特点。
如图10所示,为了提供多种进气结构方式,所述底座100上且位于出液管110外周侧设有连接筒120,相应地所述抽液筒510下端设有与连接筒120可拆卸连接的连接柱512,所述进气结构300为连接筒120内壁和出液管110外壁之间间隔形成的进气过道,所述进气过道将容器内腔与外部导通。
如图11、12所示,所述进气结构300设在容器外壁上。
如图13、14所示,为了便于倒取和提供多种不同的抽液结构,所述抽液塞520中空且两端开口;所述抽液装置500还包括下端开口且上端密封的内抽液筒530,所述内抽液筒530活动连接在抽液筒510内,所述抽液塞520套接在内抽液筒530周壁上,所述内抽液筒530上端设有单向补气阀600。在使用时,使用者先作用进气结构打开,而使得容器内腔的压力与外部压力平衡,然而作用内抽液筒530相对抽液筒510向上运动,可使填装在容器内腔的液体经过出液管和进液/出液套筒511而抽入由抽液筒510和内抽液筒530组合构成的内腔,待达所需用量时,将抽液装置与底座分离,进而可作用单向补气阀600打开,而使得单向补气阀600、抽液筒和内抽液筒的内腔和进液/出液套筒511形成导通的出液过道,即液体可从进液/出液套筒511倒取出来,例如:使用者根据需要来控制单向补气阀600的开启或关闭,而控制液体从进液/出液套筒511流出或停止流出,为此,使用者无需将容器倾斜或翻转即可得到所需液体,且具有结构简洁、出液顺畅和使用方便的特点。
进一步地,为了便于定量倒取和方便定量,所述抽液筒510内腔形成有定量腔,所述抽液筒510的外壁上设有标识刻度。
进一步地,为了便于定量倒取和方便定量,所述抽液筒510和内抽液筒530之间内腔形成有定量腔,所述抽液筒510的外壁上设有标识刻度。
进一步地,根据设计需求,所述出液管110下部可拆卸地连接且连通有套管,所述套管一端向容器内腔底部延伸;或者所述出液管110下端直接向容器内腔底部延伸。
进一步地,为了便于使用者作用抽液塞相对抽液筒运动,所述抽液塞520上连接有用于供使用者把握的手拉部。其手拉部为拉环、扳手。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种可辅助倒取的盖组件,其特征在于包括用于与容器开口连接的底座(100),所述底座(100)上设有用于将容器内腔与外部导通的出液管(110),所述出液管(110)两端开口且中空,所述出液管(110)下部向容器内腔方向延伸,所述出液管(110)上部相对底座(100)的上端面露出,所述出液管(110)上部可拆卸地连接有盖合出液管(110)上开口的上盖(200),或者所述出液管(110)上部可破坏设有封堵住出液管(110)上开口的密封件,所述盖组件还包括用于给容器内腔进气的进气结构(300)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种可辅助倒取的盖组件,其特征在于所述底座(100)上且位于出液管(110)外周侧设有连接筒(120),所述上盖(200)连接于连接筒(120)上;所述进气结构(300)为连接筒(120)内壁和出液管(110)外壁之间间隔形成的进气过道。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述一种可辅助倒取的盖组件,其特征在于所述进气结构(300)包括设在底座(100)上的进气管(310)和连接在进气管(310)外端口的进气盖(320),所述进气管(310)内端口用于与容器内腔连通。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述一种可辅助倒取的盖组件,其特征在于所述上盖(200)下边缘可破坏连接有防假圈(210),所述防假圈(210)与出液管(110)或连接筒(120)之间设有防止防假圈(210)与出液管(110)或连接筒(120)分离的防假结构(400)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述一种可辅助倒取的盖组件,其特征在于所述防假结构(400)包括设在出液管(110)或连接筒(120)外周壁上的单向止转扣(410)和设在防假圈(210)内周壁上且配合单向止转扣(410)使用的止转扣(420)。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述一种可辅助倒取的盖组件,其特征在于所述上盖(200)内底设有相对出液管(110)上开口的上盖出液密封塞(220)和/或上盖(200)内底设有相对进气过道的上盖进气密封塞(230)。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述一种可辅助倒取的盖组件,其特征在于所述上盖(200)与出液管(110)或连接筒(120)之间螺纹连接。
  8. 一种可辅助倒取的盖组件,其特征在于包括用于与容器开口连接的底座(100)和抽液装置(500),所述底座(100)上设有用于将容器内腔与外部导通的出液管(110),所述出液管(110)两端开口且中空,所述抽液装置(500)包括下端 封堵且上端开口的抽液筒(510)和活动连接在抽液筒(510)内的抽液塞(520),所述抽液筒(510)下端设有进液/出液套筒(511),所述进液/出液套筒(511)一端与出液管(110)可拆卸地连接且连通,所述进液/出液套筒(511)另一端与抽液筒(510)内腔连通,所述盖组件还包括用于给容器内腔进气的进气结构(300)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述一种可辅助倒取的盖组件,其特征在于所述底座(100)上且位于出液管(110)外周侧设有连接筒(120),相应地所述抽液筒(510)下端设有与连接筒(120)可拆卸连接的连接柱(512),所述进气结构(300)为连接筒(120)内壁和出液管(110)外壁之间间隔形成的进气过道,所述进气过道将容器内腔与外部导通。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述一种可辅助倒取的盖组件,其特征在于所述抽液塞(520)中空且两端开口;所述抽液装置(500)还包括下端开口且上端密封的内抽液筒(530),所述内抽液筒(530)活动连接在抽液筒(510)内,所述抽液塞(520)套接在内抽液筒(530)周壁上,所述内抽液筒(530)上端设有单向补气阀(600)。
  11. 根据权利要求8或9所述一种可辅助倒取的盖组件,其特征在于所述抽液筒(510)内腔形成有定量腔,所述抽液筒(510)的外壁上设有标识刻度。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述一种可辅助倒取的盖组件,其特征在于所述抽液筒(510)和内抽液筒(530)之间内腔形成有定量腔,所述抽液筒(510)的外壁上设有标识刻度。
