3、为了便于倒取和防止上盖丢失、掉落,上盖包括与容器本体口部连接的连接部和翻盖,所述翻盖可翻转地与连接部连接且盖合容器本体开口,为此,具有干净卫生的特点。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图1-12对本发明的实施方式作详细说明。
如图1-6所示,本发明一种便于倒灌定量容器,包括容器本体1,所述容器本体1口部连接有可伸入容器本体1内腔的底座2,所述底座2上端开口且中空,所述底座2上开口活动地连接有上盖3,所述底座2与上盖3之间形成有定量腔4,所述底座2与上盖3之间设有控制定量腔4与外部导通或隔绝的出液控制结构5;所述定量腔4内活动地设有活动塞41,所述活动塞41与上盖3之间设有联动结构6;所述容器本体1内腔与定量腔4之间设有当活动塞41活动时可控制容器本体1内腔与定量腔4导通或隔绝的进液控制结构7。在使用,使用者作用上盖相对底座活动,即活动塞相对定量腔活动,而使得出液控制结构将定量腔与外部隔绝且进液控制结构将容器本体内腔与定量腔导通,待达到所需用量时,继续作用上盖相对底座活动,可使得出液控制结构将定量腔与外部导通且进液控制结构将容器本体内腔与定量腔隔绝,进而使得定量腔内的液体倒取出来;为此,本发明具有设计合理,结构简洁、使用便捷和定量倒取的特点,同时,还具有生产成本低的优点。
初次使用时或使用结束后,出液控制结构和进液控制结构均关闭,以保障容器本体内腔和定量腔的密封性。
如图1-6所示,根据设计需求和提供多种出液控制结构方式,所述出液控制结构5包括设在底座2上且与定量腔4连通的静出液口51和设在上盖3上且配合静出液口31使用的动出液口52。
如图1-4所示,根据设计需求,所述进液控制结构7包括设在底座2上且与容器本体1内腔连通的静进液口71和设在活动塞41上且配合静进液口71使用的动进液口72。在使用时,使用者作用上盖相对底座活动,即活动塞相对定量腔活动,可使动进液口与静进液口对齐连通,而使得容器本体内腔的液体流入定量腔内,且动出液口与静出液口错位封堵,而使得定量腔与外部隔绝,待达到 所需用量时,继续作用上盖相对底座活动,可使动进液口与静进液口错位封堵住,而使得容器本体内腔与定量腔隔绝,且动出液口与静出液口对齐连通,而使得定量腔的液体从动出液口、静出液口倒取出来,为此,具有设计合理,结构简洁、使用便捷和定量倒取的特点,同时,还具有生产成本低的优点。
根据设计需求和提供多种进液控制结构方式,所述动进液口72设在相对静进液口71下方或上方的活动塞41上。如图3、4所示,当动进液口72设在相对静进液口71下方的活动塞41上时;在使用时,使用者作用上盖相对底座活动,即活动塞相对定量腔向上运动,可使动进液口与静进液口对齐连通,而使得定量腔与容器本体内腔导通,且而使得容器本体内腔的液体流入定量腔内,且动出液口与静出液口错位封堵,而使得定量腔与外部隔绝,待达到所需用量时,继续作用上盖相对底座活动,即活动塞相对定量腔向下运动,可使动进液口与静进液口错位封堵住,而使得容器本体内腔与定量腔隔绝,且动出液口与静出液口对齐连通,而使得定量腔的液体从动出液口、静出液口倒取出来,为此,具有设计合理,结构简洁、使用便捷和定量倒取的特点,同时,还具有生产成本低的优点。
当动进液口72设在相对静进液口71上方的活动塞41上时,该工作原理与当动进液口72设在相对静进液口71下方的活动塞41上时的工作原理相反图中为表现出来。
如图5、6所示,根据设计需求和提供多种进液控制结构方式,所述进液控制结构7为设在底座2上且与容器本体1内腔连通的静进液口71。在使用时,使用者作用上盖相对底座活动,即活动塞相对定量腔活动,可使活动塞与静进液口71分离,而使得容器本体内腔的液体从静进液口71流入定量腔,且动出液口与静出液口错位封堵,而使得定量腔与外部隔绝,待达到所需用量时,继续作用上盖相对底座活动,可使活动塞封堵住静进液口71,而使得容器本体内腔与定量腔隔绝,且动出液口与静出液口对齐连通,而使得定量腔的液体从动出液口、静出液口倒取出来,为此,具有设计合理,结构简洁、使用便捷和定量倒取的特点,同时,还具有生产成本低的优点。
根据设计需求和为了提供多种连接方式,所述底座2与上盖3之间螺纹连接或扣接或卡接,如图1-6所示,本发明中的底座与上盖之间采用扣接方式连接。

如图7-12所示,本发明一种便于倒灌定量容器,包括容器本体1和与容器本体1口部活动连接的上盖3,所述容器本体1内腔设有上端开口且下端封堵的套管8,所述套管8上部与容器本体1口部连接,所述上盖3与套管8之间形成有定量腔4,所述定量腔4内活动地设有活动塞41,所述活动塞41与上盖3之间设有联动结构6;所述容器本体1内腔与定量腔4之间设有当活动塞41活动时可控制容器本体1内腔与定量腔4导通或隔绝的进液控制结构7。在使用时,使用者作用上盖相对容器本体活动,即活动塞相对定量腔活动,可使进液控制结构开启,而使得容器本体内腔的液体流入定量腔,待达到所需用量时,继续作用上盖相对容器本体活动,可使进液控制结构关闭,而使得容器本体内腔与定量腔隔绝,之后取走上盖,即可将定量腔的液体从容器本体开口或定量腔上开口倒取出来,为此,具有设计合理,结构简洁、使用便捷和定量倒取的特点,同时,还具有生产成本低的优点。
如图7-12所示,根据设计需求和提供多种进液控制结构方式,所述进液控制结构7包括设在套管8上且与容器本体1内腔连通的静进液口71和设在活动塞41上且配合静进液口71使用的动进液口72。在使用时,使用者作用上盖相对容器本体活动,即活动塞相对定量腔活动,可使动进液口与静进液口对齐连通或错位封堵,而使得容器本体内腔与定量腔的导通或隔绝,为此,具有使用便捷的特点。
如图7-12所示,为了使得动进液口与静进液口处于同一水平线上,以便使用者两者对齐连通,所述套管8内壁上设有限位活动塞41以使得静进液口71和动进液口72处于同一水平线上的限位凸环81。
如图9、10所示,为了便于倒取和防止上盖的丢失、掉落,所述上盖3包括与容器本体1口部连接的连接部31和翻盖32,所述翻盖32可翻转地与连接部31连接且盖合容器本体1开口,为此,具有干净卫生的特点。
如图10所示,为了提高密封性,所述容器本体1与连接部31之间可破坏地设有封堵容器本体1开口或定量腔4上开口的密封件35,如薄膜。
为了使用便捷,所述密封件35连接有可破坏密封件的拉手部图中未表示出来,如拉环、板手。
如图11、12所示,为了便于倒取和提高密封性,所述上盖3上端向上延伸形成有与定量腔4连通的出液嘴33,所述出液嘴33连接有封盖34和/或可破坏地连接有封堵出液嘴33的密封件35。
如图7-12所示,根据设计需求和提供多种连接方式,容器本体1口部与上盖3或上盖3的连接部31之间螺纹连接或卡接或扣接。
根据设计需求和提供多种连接方式,所述出液嘴33与封盖34之间螺纹连接如图11、12所示或卡接或扣接。
本发明中,容器本体与底座之间、容器本体与上盖之间、底座与上盖之间、活动塞与定量腔之间、套管与容器本体之间均可设有密封环、密封圈,以提高密封性。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种便于倒灌定量容器,其特征在于包括容器本体(1),所述容器本体(1)口部连接有可伸入容器本体(1)内腔的底座(2),所述底座(2)上端开口且中空,所述底座(2)上开口活动地连接有上盖(3),所述底座(2)与上盖(3)之间形成有定量腔(4),所述底座(2)与上盖(3)之间设有控制定量腔(4)与外部导通或隔绝的出液控制结构(5);所述定量腔(4)内活动地设有活动塞(41),所述活动塞(41)与上盖(3)之间设有联动结构(6);所述容器本体(1)内腔与定量腔(4)之间设有当活动塞(41)活动时可控制容器本体(1)内腔与定量腔(4)导通或隔绝的进液控制结构(7)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种便于倒灌定量容器,其特征在于所述出液控制结构(5)包括设在底座(2)上且与定量腔(4)连通的静出液口(51)和设在上盖(3)上且配合静出液口(31)使用的动出液口(52)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述一种便于倒灌定量容器,其特征在于所述进液控制结构(7)包括设在底座(2)上且与容器本体(1)内腔连通的静进液口(71)和设在活动塞(41)上且配合静进液口(71)使用的动进液口(72)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述一种便于倒灌定量容器,其特征在于所述动进液口(72)设在相对静进液口(71)下方或上方的活动塞(41)上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述一种便于倒灌定量容器,其特征在于所述进液控制结构(7)为设在底座(2)上且与容器本体(1)内腔连通的静进液口(71)。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述一种便于倒灌定量容器,其特征在于所述底座(2)与上盖(3)之间螺纹连接或扣接或卡接。
  7. 一种便于倒灌定量容器,其特征在于包括容器本体(1)和与容器本体(1)口部活动连接的上盖(3),所述容器本体(1)内腔设有上端开口且下端封堵的套管(8),所述套管(8)上部与容器本体(1)口部连接,所述上盖(3)与套管(8)之间形成有定量腔(4),所述定量腔(4)内活动地设有活动塞(41),所述活动塞(41)与上盖(3)之间设有联动结构(6);所述容器本体(1)内腔与定量腔(4)之间设有当活动塞(41)活动时可控制容器本体(1)内腔与定量腔(4)导通或隔绝的进液控制结构(7)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述一种便于倒灌定量容器,其特征在于所述进液控制结构(7)包括设在套管(8)上且与容器本体(1)内腔连通的静进液口(71)和设 在活动塞(41)上且配合静进液口(71)使用的动进液口(72)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述一种便于倒灌定量容器,其特征在于所述套管(8)内壁上设有限位活动塞(41)以使得静进液口(71)和动进液口(72)处于同一水平线上的限位凸环(81)。
  10. 根据权利要求7-9任一项所述一种便于倒灌定量容器,其特征在于所述上盖(3)包括与容器本体(1)口部连接的连接部(31)和翻盖(32),所述翻盖(32)可翻转地与连接部(31)连接且盖合容器本体(1)开口。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述一种便于倒灌定量容器,其特征在于所述容器本体(1)与连接部(31)之间可破坏地设有封堵容器本体(1)开口或定量腔(4)上开口的密封件(35)。
  12. 根据权利要求7-9任一项所述一种便于倒灌定量容器,其特征在于所述上盖(3)上端向上延伸形成有与定量腔(4)连通的出液嘴(33),所述出液嘴(33)连接有封盖(34)和/或可破坏地连接有封堵出液嘴(33)的密封件(35)。
