本发明涉及容器封盖,具体涉及一种水龙头盖。
【背景技术】
在现有技术中,安装于容器口部或管端口部的水龙头式盖,包括盖座和出液管,并在盖座顶部上固定有圆柱套筒,出液管则可转动地安装于圆柱套筒内,采用该结构,在制造时,盖座与圆柱套筒一体注塑成型,然由于盖座与圆柱套筒连接结构较为复杂,致使用于该结构的开模模具结构也相应复杂,故存在生产制造成本较高的缺点;另外,由于圆柱套筒与出液管之间的配合为密封配合,故该尺寸精度要求较高,使之工艺成本也相应上升。
同时,现有水龙头盖在首次使用时,出液管不便于将用于封堵作用的密封片撕裂,造成使用不安全卫生和出液不顺畅。
为此,本发明即针对现有技术的不足而研究提出。
【发明内容】
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种水龙头盖,包括连接座和阀门杆,连接座上部设有套管,该阀门杆通过导向机构与连接座上的套管连接,当阀门杆相对套管转动时,阀门杆在导向机构的作用下,可相应地沿套管轴向运动,初次使用时,可将第一密封件和第二密封件顶压撕裂,使得出液口敞开,再反向转动阀门杆则远离出液端孔而轴向移动,使得出液端孔与出液口导通,当转动阀门杆使之沿出液端孔轴向移动时,则将出液口密封堵住,因此采用本发明结构,具有结构简单、制造成本低、操纵使用便捷、使用安全卫生、出液顺畅,以及使用后仍能密封保存的特点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明一种水龙头盖,包括连接座1和阀门杆2,所述连接座1用于与容器口部或管端口部连接,所述连接座1上部设有套管3,所述套管3两端开口且分别为连接端孔31和出液端孔32,所述连接座1上部与套管3之间设有出液口11,所述套管3上且位于连接端孔31与出液口11之间可撕裂设有第一密封件33,所述套管3上且位于出液端孔32与出液口11之间可撕裂设有第二密封件34,所述阀门杆2可从连接端孔31插入套管3内,所述阀门杆2与套管3之间设有当阀门杆2相对套管3转动时可相应沿套管3轴向运 动的导向机构。
如上所述一种水龙头盖,其特征在于所述导向机构包括设在相应阀门杆2和套管3上互相配合的导向凸起35和螺旋导向槽21。
如上所述一种水龙头盖,其特征在于所述导向凸起35设在套管3内壁上,相应地所述螺旋导向槽21设在阀门杆2上。
如上所述一种水龙头盖,其特征在于所述套管3沿横向设在连接座1上部。
如上所述一种水龙头盖,其特征在于所述连接座1上设有用于容纳放置阀门杆2的存放空间4。
如上所述一种水龙头盖,其特征在于所述存放空间4为靠近于连接端孔31且沿竖向设在连接座1上的盲孔。
如上所述一种水龙头盖,其特征在于所述阀门杆2外端上设有扳手22。
如上所述一种水龙头盖,其特征在于所述连接座1上部与套管3之间设有进气孔12,所述进气孔12上密封连接有可撕裂的进气密封件121。

与现有技术相比较,本发明一种水龙头盖,具有以下优点:
1、本发明的阀门杆与套管之间通过导向凸起和螺旋导向槽配合连接,故阀门杆转动时,可相对套管轴向运动,相应顶压撕裂第一密封件和第二密封件,使出液口敞开,或使阀门杆远离出液端孔而轴向移动以将出液口与出液端孔导通,或使阀门杆抵近出液端孔而轴向移动以将出液口密封堵住,具有操纵便捷及结构简单的特点;同时,通过将第一密封件和第二密封件设在套管上,即设在阀门杆沿套管轴向运动路径上,则便于阀门杆作用第一密封件和第二密封件撕裂,及在连接座上部与套管之间或连接座上部设有进气口,为此具有使用安全卫生和出液顺畅的特点。

如图1-12所示,本发明一种水龙头盖,包括连接座1和阀门杆2,所述连接座1用于与容器口部或管端口部连接,所述连接座1上部设有套管3,所述套管3两端开口且分别为连接端孔31和出液端孔32,所述连接座1上部与套管3之间设有出液口11,所述套管3上且位于连接端孔31与出液口11之间可撕裂设有第一密封件33,所述套管3上且位于出液端孔32与出液口11之间可撕裂设有第二密封件34,所述阀门杆2可从连接端孔31插入套管3内,所述阀门杆2与套管3之间设有当阀门杆2相对套管3转动时可相应沿套管3轴向运动的导向机构。所述阀门杆首次插入套管前,阀门杆可拆卸连接于连接座上,且当阀门 杆首次插入套管沿一方向转动时,阀门杆同时向出液端孔轴向移动并顶压撕裂第一密封件和第二密封件而致使出液口敞开,当阀门杆沿另一方向转动时阀门杆同时沿连接端孔轴向移动并使得出液口与出液端孔导通。如图1-2所示,在使用前,阀门杆插放于连接座上,使用者首次使用时,则将可拆卸连接在连接座上的阀门杆取下,然后通过导向机构将阀门杆旋入套管内,旋入后的阀门杆外侧壁与套管的内侧壁则密封接触,故能将敞开的出液口密封堵住。因此采用本发明结构,具有结构简单、制造成本低、操纵使用便捷、使用安全卫生、出液顺畅,以及使用后仍能密封保存的特点。
根据设计需求,所述导向机构包括设在相应阀门杆2和套管3上互相配合的导向凸起35和螺旋导向槽21。
如图1-12所示,所述导向凸起35设在套管3内壁上,相应地所述螺旋导向槽21设在阀门杆2上。转动阀门杆时,螺旋导向槽21则沿着导向凸起35滑动,故阀门杆可相应地沿套管的轴向移动。

如图1-6所示,为了便于放置阀门杆,所述连接座1上设有用于容纳放置阀门杆1的存放空间4。

第一具体实施例的工作原理:如图1-6所示,所述阀门杆首次插入套管前,阀门杆可拆卸连接于连接座上,为了便于驱动阀门杆转动,在阀门杆外端上设有扳手,且当阀门杆首次插入套管内时,作用扳手,阀门杆可转动并向出液端孔轴向移动使得进气密封件、第一密封件和第二密封件被撕裂,相应地出液口和进气口则敞开,当阀门杆沿另一方向转动时,该阀门杆同时沿连接端孔轴向移动并使得出液口与出液端孔导通,进气口同时与外界及容器内腔连通。故进行倒液时,外界的空气则通过进气口进入容器内腔,出液口及出液端孔均可以顺畅地流出。
待倒取结束后,则可旋转阀门杆使其向出液端孔方向移动而将进气口、出液口和出液端孔封堵住,为此具有重复密封使用的特点,同时确保开启使用后仍能密封存放。

  1. 一种水龙头盖,其特征在于包括连接座(1)和阀门杆(2),所述连接座(1)用于与容器口部或管端口部连接,所述连接座(1)上部设有套管(3),所述套管(3)两端开口且分别为连接端孔(31)和出液端孔(32),所述连接座(1)上部与套管(3)之间设有出液口(11),所述套管(3)上且位于连接端孔(31)与出液口(11)之间可撕裂设有第一密封件(33),所述套管(3)上且位于出液端孔(32)与出液口(11)之间可撕裂设有第二密封件(34),所述阀门杆(2)可从连接端孔(31)插入套管(3)内,所述阀门杆(2)与套管(3)之间设有当阀门杆(2)相对套管(3)转动时可相应沿套管(3)轴向运动的导向机构。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种水龙头盖,其特征在于所述导向机构包括设在相应阀门杆(2)和套管(3)上互相配合的导向凸起(35)和螺旋导向槽(21)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述一种水龙头盖,其特征在于所述导向凸起(35)设在套管(3)内壁上,相应地所述螺旋导向槽(21)设在阀门杆(2)上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述一种水龙头盖,其特征在于所述套管(3)沿横向设在连接座(1)上部。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述一种水龙头盖,其特征在于所述连接座(1)上设有用于容纳放置阀门杆(2)的存放空间(4)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述一种水龙头盖,其特征在于所述存放空间(4)为靠近于连接端孔(31)且沿竖向设在连接座(1)上的盲孔。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述一种水龙头盖,其特征在于所述阀门杆(2)外端上设有扳手(22)。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述一种水龙头盖,其特征在于所述连接座(1)上部与套管(3)之间设有进气孔(12),所述进气孔(12)上密封连接有可撕裂的进气密封件(121)。
  9. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述一种水龙头盖,其特征在于所述连接座(1)上部位于连接端孔(31)一侧设有进气孔(12),所述进气孔(12)上密封连接有可撕裂的进气密封件(121),所述阀门杆(2)上设有用于撕裂进气密封件(121)的破坏进气结构。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述一种水龙头盖,其特征在于所述破坏进气结构为设在阀门杆(2)外端上的进气开启件(23)。
