对应一些如容器的封装,其需要采用内盖,即在容器口部安装内盖后再连接外盖。现有技术中,有直接采用硅胶一体制成的内盖/塞,然采用该结构使用时需要将内盖/塞取下,在取下内盖/塞的过程中,在开封使用后存在密封性能不好的问题。
另外,还有一种内盖结构,其由多个组件连接形成,但其存在组装及制造成本高,以及使用时出液效果不佳,同样在开封使用后,存在密封性能不理想的缺陷。
而且人们在需要倒取出容器内腔中物质时,需要将上盖取走脱离于容器口部,此时会产生上盖容易丢失或弄脏等问题,从而给人们造成诸多不便,例如:资源浪费和污染环境等问题。
为此,如何提供一种密封性能好、出液顺畅、操作便捷、干净卫生及成本低容器封盖是本发明研究的目的。

如上所述一种旋顶免开盖组件,其特征在于所述底座100与上盖200之间设有防止上盖200脱离底座100的限位件500。
如上所述一种旋顶免开盖组件,其特征在于所述底座100与上盖200之间通过螺纹连接或卡接;所述上盖200与活动塞300之间通过螺纹连接。
与现有技术相比较,本发明一种旋顶免开盖组件,当上盖连接在底座开口时,使得底座内具有多级密封结构可确保长时间保质保存容器内的溶液而不变质,而且出液套管与出液窗口配合使用可保证上盖不用脱离底座即可供使用者倒取容器本体内腔的物质,因此,本发明具有密封效果好、出液顺畅、操作便捷及方便卫生的特点,并且上盖不易丢失使得具有环保特点。
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细说明,其中:

下面结合附图1-10对本发明的实施方式作详细说明。
如图1-10所示,本发明一种旋顶免开盖组件,包括用于与容器本体口部连接的底座100,所述底座100两端开口且中空,所述底座100开口连接有上盖200,所述上盖200上设有出液窗口201,所述上盖200直接或间接地连接有可活动伸入底座100内腔的活动塞300,所述底座100内且位于活动塞300下方设有将底座100两端开口之间阻隔的密封件101,所述底座100侧壁上还设有用于将底座100内腔与外界连通且可配合出液窗口201使用的出液套管102;初始时,密封件101将底座100两端开口相互隔绝且出液套管102与出液窗口201错位,作用上盖200相对底座100活动时可使密封件101被活动塞300破坏而使底座100两端开口连通且可使出液套管102与出液窗口201对齐而使底座100内腔通过出液套管102与外界连通。使用时,使用者作用上盖相对底座活动可使密封件被活动塞破坏而使得底座两端开口连通,并且可使出液套管与出液窗口对齐使得底座内腔通过出液套管与外界连通,此时,使用者倾倒或作用于容器本体即可将容器本体内腔的物质从底座流过,最后从出液套管倒取出来,所以本发明中上盖不用与底座分离即可将容器本体内腔的物质倒取出来使用,因此,本发明具有密封效果好、出液顺畅、操作便捷及方便卫生的特点,并且上盖不易丢失使得具有环保特点。
其中出液套管的数量至少为一个。当出液套管数量为两个且相对设在底座上时如图1-10所示,在使用时,使用者作用容器本体使得物质可从其中一个出液套管倒取出,另一个出液套管相应地形成进气通道,以配合用于倒取出物质的储物套管快速将物质取出。
如图1-4所示,所述底座100内壁向中心延伸形成有可配合活动塞300使用的倒液口103,所述密封件101可破坏设在倒液口103上,初始时,所述活动塞300自由端伸入或抵触于倒液口103且将倒液口103封堵住,能够在使用前保证容器本体内腔的密封性及延长填装在其内腔中物质的使用期限,以达到使用安全;作用上盖200使得活动塞300相对底座100向下运动可使活动塞300自由端将密封件101破坏,作用上盖200使得活动塞300相对底座100向上运动可使 活动塞300自由端脱离倒液口103而使底座100两端开口连通;当使用者第一次使用将密封件破坏时,使用者还可继续作用活动塞与倒液口配合将底座两端开口连通或隔绝,具有重复使用的特点,以达到节约资源的目的。或者,初始时,活动塞300自由端远离或抵触于倒液口103,作用上盖200使得活动塞300相对底座100向下运动可使密封件101破坏而使底座100两端开口连通。
如图1-3所示,所述底座100内设有用于限制活动塞300转动的止转件104,在使用时,使用者作用上盖200使得活动塞300只可相对底座100上下运动,以提高工作效率。为了配合止转件使用,其活动塞上可设有供止转件贯穿的通孔图中未表示出来,以便活动塞能够稳定沿止转件轴向运动,即相对底座上下运动。
如图5-8所示,所述底座100内壁向中心延伸形成有可配合活动塞300使用的倒液口103;所述活动塞300中空且具有开口端与密封端,所述活动塞300开口端向上盖200延伸且可配合出液套管102使用,所述活动塞300密封端向倒液口103延伸且将倒液口103封堵住,所述活动塞300上设有活动倒液口301,初始时,活动倒液口301位于倒液口103上方使得底座100两端开口隔绝,能够在使用前保证容器本体内腔的密封性及延长填装在其内腔中物质的使用期限,以达到使用安全;作用上盖200使得活动塞300相对底座100活动可使活动倒液口301位于倒液口103下方,进而使得底座100两端开口连通。使用时,使用者作用上盖联动活动塞相对底座活动,使得出液窗口与出液套管对齐而使出液套管将底座内腔与外界连通、并且使得活动倒液口从倒液口上方运动至倒液口下方而使底座两端开口连通,此时,使用者倾斜容器本体使得容器本体内腔的物质经过活动倒液口,最后从出液套管倒出使用。倒取结束后,使用者作用上盖相对底座活动使得出液窗口与出液套管错位而将底座与外界隔绝,并且使得活动倒液口从倒液口下方运动至倒液口上方而将底座两端开口隔绝。
如图7所示,所述活动塞300与倒液口103之间设有限制活动塞300转动的止转件104,作用上盖200时,所述活动塞300只可相对底座100上下运动,进而限制活动塞随上盖转动而转动,从而提高工作效率。
如图9、10所示,所述底座100内壁向中心延伸形成有可配合活动塞300使用的倒液口103,所述密封件101可破坏设在倒液口103上,所述密封件101 呈倾斜设置,初始时,所述活动塞300自由端设置在倒液口103与密封件101形成的低位处,作用上盖200使得活动塞300相对底座100转动可使密封件101破坏,从而使得底座100两端开口连通。使用时,使用者作用上盖相对底座转动使得活动塞将密封件破坏,同时出液窗口与出液套管对齐,此时,使用者倾斜容器本体可将容器本体内腔的物质经过倒液口而从出液套管倒出使用。
如图9、10所示,为了节省制造成本且提高上盖与活动塞两者间的稳定,所述上盖200与活动塞300一体成型设置。
如图1-10所示,所述底座100与上盖200之间设有防盗件400,所述防盗件400一端与底座100连接,所述防盗件400另一端与上盖200可破坏连接。使用者第一次作用上盖相对底座活动时,上盖与防盗件被破坏,从而具有防假的作用。
如图1-10所示,在使用时,为了防止上盖脱离底座,以保证上盖不易丢失,从而具有环保的特点,所述底座100与上盖200之间设有防止上盖200脱离底座100的限位件500,或者底座100与上盖200之间形成有限制上盖100脱离底座200的限位空间。
为了提供多种使用方式和使得底座与上盖能够稳定连接,所述底座100与上盖200之间通过螺纹连接如图1-10所示或卡接图中未表示出来。
如图1-6、8所示,为了加强上盖与活动塞的稳定连接和提供不同的使用方式,所述上盖200与活动塞300之间通过螺纹连接。
Claims (10)
- 一种旋顶免开盖组件,其特征在于包括用于与容器本体口部连接的底座(100),所述底座(100)两端开口且中空,所述底座(100)开口连接有上盖(200),所述上盖(200)上设有出液窗口(201),所述上盖(200)直接或间接地连接有可活动伸入底座(100)内腔的活动塞(300),所述底座(100)内且位于活动塞(300)下方设有将底座(100)两端开口之间阻隔的密封件(101),所述底座(100)侧壁上还设有用于将底座(100)内腔与外界连通且可配合出液窗口(201)使用的出液套管(102);初始时,密封件(101)将底座(100)两端开口相互隔绝且出液套管(102)与出液窗口(201)错位,作用上盖(200)相对底座(100)活动时可使密封件(101)被活动塞(300)破坏而使底座(100)两端开口连通且可使出液套管(102)与出液窗口(201)对齐而使底座(100)内腔通过出液套管(102)与外界连通。
- 根据权利要求1所述一种旋顶免开盖组件,其特征在于所述底座(100)内壁向中心延伸形成有可配合活动塞(300)使用的倒液口(103),所述密封件(101)可破坏设在倒液口(103)上,初始时,所述活动塞(300)自由端伸入或抵触于倒液口(103)且将倒液口(103)封堵住,作用上盖(200)使得活动塞(300)相对底座(100)向下运动可使活动塞(300)自由端将密封件(101)破坏,作用上盖(200)使得活动塞(300)相对底座(100)向上运动可使活动塞(300)自由端脱离倒液口(103)而使底座(100)两端开口连通;或者,初始时,活动塞(300)自由端远离或抵触于倒液口(103),作用上盖(200)使得活动塞(300)相对底座(100)向下运动可使密封件(101)破坏而使底座(100)两端开口连通。
- 根据权利要求2所述一种旋顶免开盖组件,其特征在于所述底座(100)内设有用于限制活动塞(300)转动的止转件(104),作用上盖(200)时,所述活动塞(300)只可相对底座(100)上下运动。
- 根据权利要求1所述一种旋顶免开盖组件,其特征在于所述底座(100)内壁向中心延伸形成有可配合活动塞(300)使用的倒液口(103);所述活动塞(300)中空且具有开口端与密封端,所述活动塞(300)开口端向上盖(200)延伸且可配合出液套管(102)使用,所述活动塞(300)密封端向倒液口(103)延伸且将倒液口(103)封堵住,所述活动塞(300)上设有活动倒液口(301),初始 时,活动倒液口(301)位于倒液口(103)上方使得底座(100)两端开口隔绝,作用上盖(200)使得活动塞(300)相对底座(100)活动可使活动倒液口(301)位于倒液口(103)下方,进而使得底座(100)两端开口连通。
- 根据权利要求4所述一种旋顶免开盖组件,其特征在于所述活动塞(300)与倒液口(103)之间设有限制活动塞(300)转动的止转件(104),作用上盖(200)时,所述活动塞(300)只可相对底座(100)上下运动。
- 根据权利要求1所述一种旋顶免开盖组件,其特征在于所述底座(100)内壁向中心延伸形成有可配合活动塞(300)使用的倒液口(103),所述密封件(101)可破坏设在倒液口(103)上,所述密封件(101)呈倾斜设置,初始时,所述活动塞(300)自由端设置在倒液口(103)与密封件(101)形成的低位处,作用上盖(200)使得活动塞(300)相对底座(100)转动可使密封件(101)破坏,从而使得底座(100)两端开口连通。
- 根据权利要求6所述一种旋顶免开盖组件,其特征在于所述上盖(200)与活动塞(300)一体成型设置。
- 根据权利要求1-7任意一项所述一种旋顶免开盖组件,其特征在于所述底座(100)与上盖(200)之间设有防盗件(400),所述防盗件(400)一端与底座(100)连接,所述防盗件(400)另一端与上盖(200)可破坏连接。
- 根据权利要求8所述一种旋顶免开盖组件,其特征在于所述底座(100)与上盖(200)之间设有防止上盖(200)脱离底座(100)的限位件(500)。
- 根据权利要求1所述一种旋顶免开盖组件,其特征在于所述底座(100)与上盖(200)之间通过螺纹连接或卡接;所述上盖(200)与活动塞(300)之间通过螺纹连接。
