Description

一种可回流的打气盖 【技术领域】
本发明涉及包装容器,尤其是一种可回流的打气盖。
【背景技术】
现有技术中,充气盖的结构很多,但均存在不能调节回流。因此,人们在向容器内充气时,有可能会将容器内腔的物质过多地压入储液腔内,而由于人们实际使用时不需要过多的物质,因此,人们会将储液腔内的物质倒出其所需部分,剩余部分或直接倒回容器内腔内,这样的操作不仅存在卫生问题,还存在使用不方的缺点。
本发明即针对现有的缺陷进行研发而提出。
【发明内容】
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种可回流的打气盖,包括用于与容器口部连接的连接底座,连接底座形成并连通有储液腔,在储液腔内设于回流调节结构,当向容器内腔不断打气时,容器内腔的物质则相应进入储液腔内,若所进入储液腔内的物质超出使用者所需用量时,使用者可以通过作用回流调节结构即可将储液腔内过多的物质先回流至容器内腔,之后满足定量所需时,再关闭回流调节结构,最后可将所经过调节回流的储液腔内的物质倒出,因此,该结构设计具有简单合理,且操作使用便捷,以及具有卫生安全的特点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明一种可回流的打气盖,包括上下开口的连接底座1,所述连接底座1上开口连接有可弹性形变的打气膜腔2,所述打气膜腔2设有膜腔口部21,所述膜腔口部21可拆卸连接有旋盖41,所述连接底座1下开口用于与容器口部连接,所述连接底座1下开口内连接有置于容器内腔的储液腔3,所述储液腔3内设有下端与容器内腔连通的进气管31,所述储液腔3内还设有管接头32,所述管接头32上端伸入储液腔3内且侧面设有定回流口321,所述管接头32下端伸出储液腔3与容器内腔连通,所述管接头32上端可活动地连接有进液管322,所述进液管322下端侧面设有动回流口323,当打开旋盖41时,作用进液管322相对管接头32活动可使得动回流口323与定回流口321对齐导通以进行回流,所述进液管322上设有使得容器内腔的溶液单向进入储液腔3内的单向进液阀325。
如上所述一种可回流的打气盖,所述所述旋盖41上连接有止转钥匙22,所述进液管322上端设有止转角324,当打开旋盖41时,止转钥匙22与止转角324连接,进而带动进液管322活动,使得动回流口323与定回流口321对齐导通以进行回流。
如上所述一种可回流的打气盖,所述旋盖41和止转钥匙22为上下开口的中空结构,所述旋盖41或止转钥匙22上设有当旋盖41连接在膜腔口部21时,外界空气可单向进入储液腔3内的单向补气阀221。
如上所述一种可回流的打气盖,所述进气管31上设有使储液腔3内的气体单向进入容器内腔的单向进气阀311。
本发明还提供一种可回流的打气盖,包括连接底座1,所述连接底座1上下开口,所述连接底座1上下开口之间设有隔块5进而将连接底座1上部隔成储液腔3,所述连接底座1下开口用于与容器口部连接,所述连接底座1上开口连接有活动盖4,所述连接底座1上开口与活动盖4之间设有活塞环40,所述活动盖4上端开口且可拆卸连接有旋盖41,所述隔块5上设有可相对隔块5密封滑动的进气管31,所述进气管31上下端分别连通于储液腔3与容器内腔,所述隔块5上还设有下端与容器内腔连通且上端与置于储液腔3内的管接头32,所述管接头32上设有使得容器内腔的溶液单向进入储液腔3内的单向进液阀325,所述进气管31侧面上且位于储液腔3内设有通过调节进气管31上下滑动进而可调节储液腔3内的储液量的动回流口323。

本发明又一种可回流的打气盖,包括连接底座1,所述连接底座1上下开口,所述连接底座1上下开口之间设有隔块5进而将连接底座1上部隔成储液腔3,所述连接底座1下开口用于与容器口部连接,所述连接底座1上开口连接有活动盖4,所述连接底座1上开口与活动盖4之间设有活塞环40,所述活动盖4上端开口且可拆卸连接有旋盖41,所述隔块5上设有回流管套53,所述回流管套53上下端分别连通于储液腔3与容器内腔,所述隔块5上还设有下端与容器内腔连通且上端与置于储液腔3内的管接头32,所述管接头32上设有使得容器内腔的溶液单向进入储液腔3内的单向进液阀325,所述回流管套53侧面上且位于储液腔3内设有定回流口321,所述回流管套53上端可活动地连接有进气管31,所述进气管31下端侧面设有动回流口323,当旋盖41打开时,作用进气管31相对回流管套53活动可使得动回流口323与定回流口321对齐导通。

如上所述一种可回流的打气盖,所述旋盖41上设有止转钥匙22,所述进气管31上端设有当旋盖41打开时用于与止转钥匙22连接进而带动进气管31活动使得动回流口323与定回流口321对齐导通的止转角324。
如上所述一种可回流的打气盖,所述旋盖41及止转钥匙22为上下开口的中空结构,所述旋盖41或止转钥匙22上设有当旋盖41连接在活动盖4上端口部时外界空气可单向进入储液腔3内的单向补气阀221。

如上所述一种可回流的打气盖,或者所述旋盖41内设有止转钥匙22,所述回流调节管54上端设有止转角324,当活动盖4相对连接底座1向下运动时,止转钥匙22可与止转角324连接,旋转旋盖41则可带动回流调节管54活动进而使得动回流口323与定回流口321对齐导通。
与现有技术相比较,本发明在储液腔内设于回流调节结构,该回流结构可以为相互配合的动回流口与定回流口,或一个动回流口。当向容器内腔不断打气时,容器内腔的物质则相应进入储液腔内,若所进入储液腔内的物质超出使用者所需用量时,使用者可以通过作用回流调节结构即可将储液腔内过多的物质先回流至容器内腔,之后满足定量所需时,再关闭回流调节结构,最后可将所经过调节回流的储液腔内的物质倒出,因此,该结构设计具有简单合理,且操作使用便捷,以及具有卫生安全的特点。

为对进气管上下活动进行限位,故可避免进气管与隔块相脱离,即在所述进气管31上设有限位凸起312。
如图5-8所示,本实施例中所述限位凸起312设在进气管31中部和下端部,所述进气管31上端始终伸出于活动盖4上端开口,使用时,打开旋盖,使用者即可作用进气管31上端,将动回流口323调节至相应的位置以进行回流。
如图9-10所示,所述限位凸起312设在进气管31中部和下端部,所述旋盖41上连接有可伸入活动盖4上开口内的调节柱411,所述进气管31上端与调节柱411端部之间相应设有相互配合的连接结构412以使得旋盖41脱离活动盖4上开口后调节柱411可与进气管31配合连接进而可上下调节进气管31中动回流口323的位置,该连接结构为螺纹,打开旋盖,调节柱端部与进气管端部则通过螺纹进行连接,为此便于人们对进液管上的动回流口进行调节。
为确保密封可靠,在所述隔块5向上延伸形成有位于储液腔3内的内环套51,所述内环套51外侧壁与活动盖4内侧壁之间设有密封环52。
如图11、12所示,本发明又一种可回流的打气盖,包括连接底座1,所述连接底座1上下开口,所述连接底座1上下开口之间设有隔块5进而将连接底座1上部隔成储液腔3,所述连接底座1下开口用于与容器口部连接,所述连接底座1上开口连接有活动盖4,所述连接底座1上开口与活动盖4之间设有活塞环40,所述活动盖4上端开口且可拆卸连接有旋盖41,所述隔块5上设有回流管套53,所述回流管套53上下端分别连通于储液腔3与容器内腔,所述隔块5上还设有下端与容器内腔连通且上端与置于储液腔3内的管接头32,所述管接头32上设有使得容器内腔的溶液单向进入储液腔3内的单向进液阀325,所述回流管套53侧面上且位于储液腔3内设有定回流口321,所述回流管套53上端可活动地连接有进气管31,所述进气管31下端侧面设有动回流口323,当旋盖41打开时,作用进气管31相对回流管套53活动可使得动回流口323与定回流口321对齐导通。使用时,上下作用活动盖而向容器内腔不断打气时,容器内腔的物质则相应进入储液腔内,若所进入储液腔内的物质超出使用者所需用量时,使用者可以通过作用回流调节结构,即将旋盖打开,作用进气管31相对回流管套53活动可使得动回流口323与定回流口321对齐导通,可将储液腔内过多的物质先回流至容器内腔,之后满足定量所需时,再关闭回流调节结构,最后可将所经过调节回流的储液腔内的物质倒出。
为了使容器内腔在初始状态时具有良好的密封性能,在所述进气管31上设有使储液腔3内的气体单向进入容器内腔的单向进气阀311。
为便于使用者调节回流,在所述旋盖41上设有止转钥匙22,所述进气管31上端设有当旋盖41打开时用于与止转钥匙22连接进而带动进气管31活动使得动回流口323与定回流口321对齐导通的止转角324。
为了提高打气效率及补气效率,在所述旋盖41及止转钥匙22为上下开口的中空结构,所述旋盖41或止转钥匙22上设有当旋盖41连接在活动盖4上端口部时外界空气可单向进入储液腔3内的单向补气阀221,当活动盖向上活动时。外界的空气则可经过单向补气阀221快速进入储液腔内。
如图13-14所示,本发明又一种可回流的打气盖,包括连接底座1,所述连接底座1上下开口,所述连接底座1上下开口之间设有隔块5进而将连接底座1上部隔成储液腔3,所述连接底座1下开口用于与容器口部连接,所述连接底 座1上开口连接有活动盖4,所述连接底座1上开口与活动盖4之间设有活塞环40,所述活动盖4上端开口且可拆卸连接有旋盖41,所述隔块5上设有回流管套53,所述回流管套53上端堵住且下端与容器内腔连通,所述隔块5上还设有下端与容器内腔连通且上端与置于储液腔3内的管接头32,所述管接头32上设有使得容器内腔的溶液单向进入储液腔3内的单向进液阀325,所述回流管套53侧面上且位于储液腔3内设有定回流口321,所述回流管套53上端可活动地连接有回流调节管54,所述回流调节管54下端侧面设有动回流口323,当旋盖41打开时,作用回流调节管54相对回流管套53活动可使得动回流口323与定回流口321对齐导通,所述隔块5上还设有上端向上延伸且下端与容器内腔连通的进气管31。当上下作用活动盖而向容器内腔不断打气时,容器内腔的物质则相应进入储液腔内,若所进入储液腔内的物质超出使用者所需用量时,使用者可以通过作用回流调节结构,即将旋盖打开,作用回流调节管54相对回流管套53活动可使得动回流口323与定回流口321对齐导通,可将储液腔内过多的物质先回流至容器内腔,之后满足定量所需时,再关闭回流调节结构,最后可将所经过调节回流的储液腔内的物质倒出。
同样地,为了使容器内腔在初始状态时具有良好的密封性能,所述进气管31上端设有使储液腔3内的气体单向进入容器内腔的单向进气阀311。
为了提高打气效率及补气效率,所述旋盖41上设有设有当旋盖41连接在活动盖4上端口部时,外界空气可单向进入储液腔3内的单向补气阀221。
为了便于使用者调节回流,所述活动盖4上端开口或旋盖41连接有止转钥匙22,止转钥匙22可以通过连接带连接在一体连接在旋盖上,或通过连接带可活动地系在活动盖上端开口,所述回流调节管54上端设有当旋盖41打开时用于与止转钥匙22连接进而带动回流调节管54活动使得动回流口323与定回流口321对齐导通的止转角324,如此可避免止转钥匙丢失,方便使用者调节。
如图15-19所示,本发明再提供一种可回流的打气盖,包括连接底座1,所述连接底座1上下开口,所述连接底座1上下开口之间设有隔块5进而将连接底座1上部隔成储液腔3,所述连接底座1下开口用于与容器口部连接,所述连接底座1上开口连接有活动盖4,所述连接底座1上开口与活动盖4之间设有活塞环40,所述活动盖4上端开口且可拆卸连接有旋盖41,所述隔块5上设有回 流管套53,所述回流管套53上下端分别连通于储液腔3与容器内腔,所述回流管套53侧面上且位于储液腔3内设有定回流口321,所述回流管套53上端可活动地连接有上下开口的回流调节管54,所述回流调节管54下端侧面设有动回流口323,当旋盖41打开时,作用进气管31相对回流管套53活动可使得动回流口323与定回流口321对齐导通,所述回流调节管54上且位于动回流口323上方设有使得容器内腔的溶液单向进入储液腔3内的单向进液阀325,所述隔块5上还设有上端向上延伸且下端与容器内腔连通的进气管31。
同样地,为了使容器内腔在初始状态时具有良好的密封性能,所述进气管31上设有使储液腔3内的气体单向进入容器内腔的单向进气阀311。为了打气顺畅,在回流调节管54的侧面且在单向进气阀311上方设有补气侧口,当活动盖下压至底部时,储液腔内的空气可从补气侧口进入回流调节管54进而透过单向进气阀311再进入容器内腔。
为了提高打气效率及补气效率,所述旋盖41上设有设有当旋盖41连接在活动盖4上端口部时,外界空气可单向进入储液腔3内的单向补气阀221。
如图15-16所示,为了便于使用者调节回流,在所述活动盖4上端开口或旋盖41连接有止转钥匙22,止转钥匙22可以通过连接带连接在一体连接在旋盖上,或通过连接带可活动地系在活动盖上端开口,所述回流调节管54上端设有止转角324,当旋盖41打开时,用止转钥匙22与止转角324连接,进而可带动回流调节管54活动使得动回流口323与定回流口321对齐导通的,如此可避免止转钥匙丢失,方便使用者调节。
如图18所示,所述旋盖41内设有止转钥匙22,所述回流调节管54上端设有止转角324,当活动盖4相对连接底座1向下运动时,止转钥匙22可与止转角324连接,旋转旋盖41则可带动回流调节管54活动进而使得动回流口323与定回流口321对齐导通。
以上所有实施例中,根据需要可以储液腔侧壁相应设置刻度标识,使用者通过该刻度标识即可对所需要进入储液腔内的物质进行定量。对于本发明中的容器,其所盛装的物质包括所有适合于本发明产品使用的溶液、胶体等。

Claims (22)

  1. 一种可回流的打气盖,其特征在于包括上下开口的连接底座(1),所述连接底座(1)上开口连接有可弹性形变的打气膜腔(2),所述打气膜腔(2)设有膜腔口部(21),所述膜腔口部(21)可拆卸连接有旋盖(41),所述连接底座(1)下开口用于与容器口部连接,所述连接底座(1)下开口内连接有置于容器内腔的储液腔(3),所述储液腔(3)内设有下端与容器内腔连通的进气管(31),所述储液腔(3)内还设有管接头(32),所述管接头(32)上端伸入储液腔(3)内且侧面设有定回流口(321),所述管接头(32)下端伸出储液腔(3)与容器内腔连通,所述管接头(32)上端可活动地连接有进液管(322),所述进液管(322)下端侧面设有动回流口(323),当打开旋盖(41)时,作用进液管(322)相对管接头(32)活动可使得动回流口(323)与定回流口(321)对齐导通以进行回流,所述进液管(322)上设有使得容器内腔的溶液单向进入储液腔(3)内的单向进液阀(325)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种可回流的打气盖,其特征在于所述所述旋盖(41)上连接有止转钥匙(22),所述进液管(322)上端设有止转角(324),当打开旋盖(41)时,止转钥匙(22)与止转角(324)连接,进而带动进液管(322)活动,使得动回流口(323)与定回流口(321)对齐导通以进行回流。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述一种可回流的打气盖,其特征在于所述旋盖(41)和止转钥匙(22)为上下开口的中空结构,所述旋盖(41)或止转钥匙(22)上设有当旋盖(41)连接在膜腔口部(21)时,外界空气可单向进入储液腔(3)内的单向补气阀(221)。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述一种可回流的打气盖,其特征在于所述进气管(31)上设有使储液腔(3)内的气体单向进入容器内腔的单向进气阀(311)。
  5. 一种可回流的打气盖,其特征在于包括连接底座(1),所述连接底座(1)上下开口,所述连接底座(1)上下开口之间设有隔块(5)进而将连接底座(1)上部隔成储液腔(3),所述连接底座(1)下开口用于与容器口部连接,所述连接底座(1)上开口连接有活动盖(4),所述连接底座(1)上开口与活动盖(4)之间设有活塞环(40),所述活动盖(4)上端开口且可拆卸连接有旋盖(41),所述隔块(5)上设有可相对隔块(5)密封滑动的进气管(31),所述进气管(31)上下端分别连通于储液腔(3)与容器内腔,所述隔块(5)上还设有下端与容器 内腔连通且上端与置于储液腔(3)内的管接头(32),所述管接头(32)上设有使得容器内腔的溶液单向进入储液腔(3)内的单向进液阀(325),所述进气管(31)侧面上且位于储液腔(3)内设有通过调节进气管(31)上下滑动进而可调节储液腔(3)内的储液量的动回流口(323)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述一种可回流的打气盖,其特征在于所述进气管(31)上设有限位凸起(312)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述一种可回流的打气盖,其特征在于所述限位凸起(312)设在进气管(31)中部和下端部,所述进气管(31)上端始终伸出于活动盖(4)上端开口。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述一种可回流的打气盖,其特征在于所述限位凸起(312)设在进气管(31)中部和下端部,所述旋盖(41)上连接有可伸入活动盖(4)上开口内的调节柱(411),所述进气管(31)上端与调节柱(411)端部之间相应设有相互配合的连接结构(412)以使得旋盖(41)脱离活动盖(4)上开口后调节柱(411)可与进气管(31)配合连接进而可上下调节进气管(31)中动回流口(323)的位置。
  9. 根据权利要求5-8任意一项所述一种可回流的打气盖,其特征在于所述隔块(5)向上延伸形成有位于储液腔(3)内的内环套(51),所述内环套(51)外侧壁与活动盖(4)内侧壁之间设有密封环(52)。
  10. 一种可回流的打气盖,其特征在于包括连接底座(1),所述连接底座(1)上下开口,所述连接底座(1)上下开口之间设有隔块(5)进而将连接底座(1)上部隔成储液腔(3),所述连接底座(1)下开口用于与容器口部连接,所述连接底座(1)上开口连接有活动盖(4),所述连接底座(1)上开口与活动盖(4)之间设有活塞环(40),所述活动盖(4)上端开口且可拆卸连接有旋盖(41),所述隔块(5)上设有回流管套(53),所述回流管套(53)上下端分别连通于储液腔(3)与容器内腔,所述隔块(5)上还设有下端与容器内腔连通且上端与置于储液腔(3)内的管接头(32),所述管接头(32)上设有使得容器内腔的溶液单向进入储液腔(3)内的单向进液阀(325),所述回流管套(53)侧面上且位于储液腔(3)内设有定回流口(321),所述回流管套(53)上端可活动地连接有进气管(31),所述进气管(31)下端侧面设有动回流口(323),当旋盖(41) 打开时,作用进气管(31)相对回流管套(53)活动可使得动回流口(323)与定回流口(321)对齐导通。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述一种可回流的打气盖,其特征在于所述进气管(31)上设有使储液腔(3)内的气体单向进入容器内腔的单向进气阀(311)。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述一种可回流的打气盖,其特征在于所述旋盖(41)上设有止转钥匙(22),所述进气管(31)上端设有当旋盖(41)打开时用于与止转钥匙(22)连接进而带动进气管(31)活动使得动回流口(323)与定回流口(321)对齐导通的止转角(324)。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述一种可回流的打气盖,其特征在于所述旋盖(41)及止转钥匙(22)为上下开口的中空结构,所述旋盖(41)或止转钥匙(22)上设有当旋盖(41)连接在活动盖(4)上端口部时外界空气可单向进入储液腔(3)内的单向补气阀(221)。
  14. 一种可回流的打气盖,其特征在于包括连接底座(1),所述连接底座(1)上下开口,所述连接底座(1)上下开口之间设有隔块(5)进而将连接底座(1)上部隔成储液腔(3),所述连接底座(1)下开口用于与容器口部连接,所述连接底座(1)上开口连接有活动盖(4),所述连接底座(1)上开口与活动盖(4)之间设有活塞环(40),所述活动盖(4)上端开口且可拆卸连接有旋盖(41),所述隔块(5)上设有回流管套(53),所述回流管套(53)上端堵住且下端与容器内腔连通,所述隔块(5)上还设有下端与容器内腔连通且上端与置于储液腔(3)内的管接头(32),所述管接头(32)上设有使得容器内腔的溶液单向进入储液腔(3)内的单向进液阀(325),所述回流管套(53)侧面上且位于储液腔(3)内设有定回流口(321),所述回流管套(53)上端可活动地连接有回流调节管(54),所述回流调节管(54)下端侧面设有动回流口(323),当旋盖(41)打开时,作用回流调节管(54)相对回流管套(53)活动可使得动回流口(323)与定回流口(321)对齐导通,所述隔块(5)上还设有上端向上延伸且下端与容器内腔连通的进气管(31)。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述一种可回流的打气盖,其特征在于所述进气管(31)上端设有使储液腔(3)内的气体单向进入容器内腔的单向进气阀(311)。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述一种可回流的打气盖,其特征在于所述旋盖(41)上 设有设有当旋盖(41)连接在活动盖(4)上端口部时,外界空气可单向进入储液腔(3)内的单向补气阀(221)。
  17. 根据权利要求14-16所述一种可回流的打气盖,其特征在于所述活动盖(4)上端开口或旋盖(41)连接有止转钥匙(22),所述回流调节管(54)上端设有当旋盖(41)打开时用于与止转钥匙(22)连接进而带动回流调节管(54)活动使得动回流口(323)与定回流口(321)对齐导通的止转角(324)。
  18. 一种可回流的打气盖,其特征在于包括连接底座(1),所述连接底座(1)上下开口,所述连接底座(1)上下开口之间设有隔块(5)进而将连接底座(1)上部隔成储液腔(3),所述连接底座(1)下开口用于与容器口部连接,所述连接底座(1)上开口连接有活动盖(4),所述连接底座(1)上开口与活动盖(4)之间设有活塞环(40),所述活动盖(4)上端开口且可拆卸连接有旋盖(41),所述隔块(5)上设有回流管套(53),所述回流管套(53)上下端分别连通于储液腔(3)与容器内腔,所述回流管套(53)侧面上且位于储液腔(3)内设有定回流口(321),所述回流管套(53)上端可活动地连接有上下开口的回流调节管(54),所述回流调节管(54)下端侧面设有动回流口(323),当旋盖(41)打开时,作用进气管(31)相对回流管套(53)活动可使得动回流口(323)与定回流口(321)对齐导通,所述回流调节管(54)上且位于动回流口(323)上方设有使得容器内腔的溶液单向进入储液腔(3)内的单向进液阀(325),所述隔块(5)上还设有上端向上延伸且下端与容器内腔连通的进气管(31)。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述一种可回流的打气盖,其特征在于所述进气管(31)上设有使储液腔(3)内的气体单向进入容器内腔的单向进气阀(311)。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述一种可回流的打气盖,其特征在于所述旋盖(41)上设有设有当旋盖(41)连接在活动盖(4)上端口部时,外界空气可单向进入储液腔(3)内的单向补气阀(221)。
  21. 根据权利要求18-20所述一种可回流的打气盖,其特征在于所述活动盖(4)上端开口或旋盖(41)连接有止转钥匙(22),所述回流调节管(54)上端设有止转角(324),当旋盖(41)打开时,用止转钥匙(22)与止转角(324)连接,进而可带动回流调节管(54)活动使得动回流口(323)与定回流口(321)对齐导通的。
  22. 根据权利要求18-20所述一种可回流的打气盖,其特征在于所述旋盖(41)内设有止转钥匙(22),所述回流调节管(54)上端设有止转角(324),当活动盖(4)相对连接底座(1)向下运动时,止转钥匙(22)可与止转角(324)连接,旋转旋盖(41)则可带动回流调节管(54)活动进而使得动回流口(323)与定回流口(321)对齐导通。
