Description

水壺蓋
本新型是有關於一種蓋體,特別是指一種安裝於水壺的水壺蓋體。
由於環保意識抬頭,現在許多人出門活動時,都會隨身攜帶水壺,並利用活動地點之飲水設備進行補水,以減少瓶裝水的使用量。這類水壺大致包括一用以裝水之壺身,及一可拆離地螺鎖蓋設在該壺身上的水壺蓋,當需要飲水時,可將該水壺蓋旋鬆拆離該壺身,使壺身之出水口外露以便倒水飲用。但這種需要開啟水壺蓋以倒水的設計,容易造成大量的水倒出而沾濕衣物,而對於雙手不便開啟水壺蓋的人來說更是不便,例如自行車車手,因此對於目前的水壺蓋設計上有改進的空間。
因此,本新型之目的,即在提供一種方便使用之水壺蓋。
於是,本新型水壺蓋,包含一壺蓋本體,及一安裝在壺蓋本體且由矽膠一體成型之出水栓。該壺蓋本體包括一穿設有一上下貫穿之中心孔的頂壁、一自該頂壁外周緣往下突伸之環狀的圍壁、一自該頂壁頂面內周緣往上突伸而與該中心孔連通之環狀的組接環壁、二間隔相向地自該頂壁底面內周緣往下突伸之銜接壁,及一固接於該等銜接壁底端間而間隔位於該頂壁下方的阻塞塊,且該等銜接壁、 頂壁與該阻塞塊相配合界定出二水平相向且與中心孔連通之連通孔,該阻塞塊具有一往上朝該中心孔突伸之塞塊部。該出水栓包括一氣密塞裝於該組接環壁內並往下貫穿該中心孔而往下氣密套置於該塞塊部外之矽膠管部、二分別自該矽膠管部底端徑向往外突伸且可上下位移地分別穿設於該等連通孔中之限位部,及一同體固接於該矽膠管部內周面而封閉該矽膠管部的矽膠膜部,該矽膠膜部具有一上下貫穿且可於其被徑向擠壓變形時,變形張開而導通該矽膠管部的切割縫。該出水栓可相對壺蓋本體在一出水位置與一封閉位置間上下位移,當該出水拴位於該出水位置時,該矽膠管部是上移脫離該塞塊部,而往上局部突伸出組接環壁外,且該等限位部是往上限位靠抵於該頂壁底面。
本新型之功效:透過該出水拴與該壺蓋本體之組合結構設計,僅需單手握持該壺身,就可透過嘴巴推拉開啟或封閉該出水栓,相當方便實用,且藉由該出水栓由矽膠一體成型的結構設計,使得該水壺蓋的組裝製造也相當簡便。
有關本新型之前述及其他技術內容、特點與功效,在以下配合參考圖式之一個較佳實施例的詳細說明中,將可清楚的呈現。
如圖1、2、3所示,本新型水壺蓋之較佳實施例,適用於螺鎖安裝在一壺身900,而用以蓋封該壺身900出水口。該水壺蓋包含一用以螺鎖安裝在該壺身900的壺蓋本體3 、一可上下位移地氣密插裝在該壺蓋本體3的出水栓4,及一安裝固定於該出水栓4頂端部的出水頭5。
如圖2、3、4所示,該壺蓋本體3包括一具有一上下貫穿之中心孔310的頂壁31、一自該頂壁31外周緣往下突伸且內周面設有螺紋之環狀圍壁32、一自該頂壁31頂面內周緣往上突伸而與該中心孔310連通之環狀組接環壁33、二間隔相向地自該頂壁31底面內周緣往下突伸之片狀銜接壁34,及一跨接在該等銜接壁34底端間而間隔位於該頂壁31下方的阻塞塊35,且該等銜接壁34、頂壁31與阻塞壁35相配合界定出二水平間隔相向之連通孔340。該阻塞塊35具有一固接於該等銜接壁34間之環狀的靠抵部351,及一自該靠抵部351內周緣往上朝該中心孔310方向凸起之塞塊部352。
該壺蓋本體3還具有多個凹設於該頂壁31頂面與該圍壁32外周面,並繞該中心孔310間隔分佈之止滑凹槽30。
如圖2、3、5所示,該出水栓4是由彈性矽膠材料一體成型製成,包括一上下延伸地塞裝於該組接環壁33中並往下貫穿該中心孔310的管狀矽膠管部41、二分別自該矽膠管部41底端徑向往外突伸且可上下位移地分別穿設於該等連通孔340中之限位凸部42、一同體固接於該矽膠管部41內周面而封閉該矽膠管部41的矽膠膜部43,及多個上下間隔地突設於該矽膠管部41外周面並氣密靠抵於該組接環壁33內周面之環狀氣密環部44。該矽膠膜部43具有一上下貫穿之十字型切割縫430,且該矽膠膜部43可於該矽 膠管部41被徑向擠壓變形時,被連動變形而使其切割縫430變形張開,進而使該矽膠管部41導通。
該出水頭5是套設固定在該矽膠管部41頂段,而外露於該壺蓋本體3外,且具有一上下貫穿連通於該矽膠管部41,而孔徑小於該矽膠管部41內徑的出水孔50。
如圖3、5、6所示,本新型水壺蓋可安裝在一壺身900使用,該出水栓4可被驅動而相對該壺蓋本體3上下位移,進而在一封閉位置與一開啟位置間變化。當該出水栓4在該封閉位置時,該矽膠管部41是以其周緣往下限位疊靠於該靠抵部351頂面,而氣密套設於該塞塊部352外,且該出水頭5是往下靠抵於該組接環壁33頂緣。此時,該矽膠管部41無法與該等連通孔340連通,所以壺身900內的水無法經由該等連通孔340進入該矽膠管部41內,壺身900容裝的水倒不出來。
當需要飲水時,可相對該壺蓋本體3往上拉移該出水栓4,驅使該出水栓4自該封閉位置上移至該開啟位置,該矽膠管部41會上移脫離該塞塊部352,連動該等限位部42沿該等連通孔340上移,而限位靠抵於該頂壁31底面。此時,該矽膠管部41會經由該等連通孔340而連通於該壺身900,但該矽膠膜部43之切割縫430仍處於封閉狀態,飲水時,可將該矽膠管部41含在嘴巴中,並對該矽膠管部41內部施予負壓吸力,或者是彈性咬擠該矽膠管部41,就可迫使該矽膠膜部43彈性變形,而驅使該切割縫430變形張開,使水可通過該矽膠管部41流出供飲用,或者是擠壓該 壺身900,迫使壺身900內之水彈性衝開該矽膠膜部43的切割縫430,而自該矽膠管部41流出供飲用。一但停止對該矽膠管部41施予負壓吸力或咬擠,或者是停止擠壓壺身900,該矽膠膜部43就會彈性復形而再次封閉該矽膠管部41,可方便暫時停止出水。當要完全封閉該出水栓4時,僅需再將該出水栓4往下推移縮入該組接環壁33內,而變化至氣密套設於該塞塊部352的封閉位置,就可完全阻止水流出,相當方便。
綜上所述,透過該出水拴4與該壺蓋本體3之結構設計,當需要飲用壺身900內的水時,僅需單手握持該壺身900,然後透過嘴巴咬住該出水栓4或出水頭5,並將該出水栓4往外拉移至該開啟位置,就可透過咬擠或抽吸該矽膠管部41的方式,或者是擠壓壺身900的方式取水飲用,且也可僅利用嘴巴就將該出水栓4內推縮回壺蓋本體3,而再次全封閉該出水栓4,相當方便。此外,藉由該出水栓4由矽膠一體成型的結構設計,使得該水壺蓋的組裝製造也相當簡便。因此,確實能達成本新型之目的。
惟以上所述者,僅為本新型之較佳實施例而已,當不能以此限定本新型實施之範圍,即大凡依本新型申請專利範圍及新型說明內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本新型專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (4)

  1. 一種水壺蓋,包含:一壺蓋本體,包括一穿設有一上下貫穿之中心孔的頂壁、一自該頂壁外周緣往下突伸之環狀的圍壁、一自該頂壁頂面內周緣往上突伸而與該中心孔連通之環狀的組接環壁、二間隔相向地自該頂壁底面內周緣往下突伸之銜接壁,及一固接於該等銜接壁底端間而間隔位於該頂壁下方的阻塞塊,且該等銜接壁、該頂壁與該阻塞塊相配合界定出二水平相向且與中心孔連通之連通孔,該阻塞塊具有一往上朝該中心孔突伸之塞塊部;及一由矽膠一體成型的出水栓,包括一氣密塞裝於該組接環壁內並往下貫穿該中心孔而往下氣密套置於該塞塊部外之矽膠管部、二分別自該矽膠管部底端徑向往外突伸且可上下位移地分別穿設於該等連通孔中之限位部,及一同體固接於該矽膠管部內周面而封閉該矽膠管部的矽膠膜部,該矽膠膜部具有一上下貫穿且可於其被徑向擠壓變形時,變形張開而導通該矽膠管部的切割縫;該出水栓可相對壺蓋本體在一出水位置與一封閉位置間上下位移,當該出水栓位於該出水位置時,該矽膠管部是上移脫離該塞塊部,而往上局部突伸出組接環壁外,且該等限位部是往上限位靠抵於該頂壁底面。
  2. 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之水壺蓋,其中,該出水栓還具有至少一徑向突設於該矽膠管部外周面,且氣密靠抵於該組接環壁內周面的氣密環部。
  3. 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之水壺蓋,還包含一套接固定於該矽膠管部頂端且可往下限位靠抵於該組接環壁頂緣的出水頭,該出水頭具有一上下貫穿且與矽膠管部連通而孔徑小於該矽膠管部內徑的出水口。
  4. 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之水壺蓋,其中,該壺蓋本體還具有多個凹設於該頂壁頂面與該圍壁外周面且繞該中心孔間隔分佈之止滑凹槽。
