Description

现有的容器其口部一般通过螺纹或卡扣连接有封盖,使用前,需要手动将封盖打开才可以倒出容器内的物质,尤其是需要频繁打开使用的容器,因此,采用该结构设计,使用者使用时很不方便,对于频繁使用的情况下,非常的浪费时间。

如图1-5所示,本发明一种自动开闭盖组件,包括用于与容器口部连接的底座100,所述底座100上形成有出液嘴110,所述底座100上且位于出液嘴110内设有可与容器内腔连通的出液口111,所述出液嘴110内活动地设有用于封堵住出液口111的密封球112,所述出液嘴110内设有用于顶压密封球112封堵住出液口111的弹性件113,所述底座100上可转动或翻转地连接有用于盖合出液嘴110口部的上盖200,所述上盖200内侧设有上盖配重块210,当底座100处于水平或竖立时,可使上盖200自动地盖合出液嘴110口部和/或密封球112自动地封堵住出液口111,当出液嘴110口部向下倾斜时,可使上盖200自动地打开出液嘴110口部和/或密封球112自动地打开出液口111。因此使用者在使用时,则可以自动打开或闭合,为此,具有结构设计巧妙、密封性好、使用便捷和干净 卫生的特点。
为了提高密封性,所述出液嘴110内且位于出液口111上方形成有第二出液口114,所述出液嘴110内可破坏地设有用于封堵住第二出液口114的第二密封件115。
为了便于使用,所述第二密封件115上设有拉环或扳手,图中未标示出来。
为了使得上盖盖合底座时,能够稳定卡合,所述底座100与上盖200之间且远离上盖配重块210一侧设有当上盖200盖合底座100时而使得上盖200相对底座100稳定卡合的卡合结构。
根据设计需求,所述卡合结构为设在上盖200下边缘的凸环或凹槽220和设在底座100上边缘用于配合凸环或凹槽220卡合的凹槽或凸环120。
实施例1的工作原理:在使用时,使用者先作用第二密封件与出液嘴分离,而使得第二出液口打开,之后倾斜底座,即出液口向下倾斜时如图5所示,可使上盖打开出液嘴口部且密封球打开出液口,此时容器的液体可经过出液口、出液嘴内腔、第二出液口,最后从出液嘴口部倒取出来,当使用结束后,上盖盖合出液嘴口部及密封球封堵住出液口,有效保证了装有该盖组件的容器在被打翻在桌面或者地面上时,容器内的液体也不会流出来。
实施例2:
如图6-9所示,本发明一种自动开闭盖组件,包括用于与容器口部连接的底座100,所述底座100上形成有出液嘴110,所述底座100上且位于出液嘴110内设有可与容器内腔连通的出液口111,所述出液嘴110内活动地设有用于封堵住出液口111的密封球112,所述出液嘴110与密封球112之间设有限制密封球112只可相对出液嘴110上下运动的限定位结构300,所述底座100上可转动或翻转地连接有用于盖合出液嘴110口部的上盖200,所述上盖200内侧设有上盖配重块210,当底座100处于水平或竖立时,可使上盖200自动地盖合出液嘴110口部和/或密封球112自动地封堵住出液口111,当出液嘴110口部向下倾斜时,可使上盖200自动地打开出液嘴110口部和/或密封球112自动地打开出液口111。因此使用者在使用时,则可以自动打开或闭合,为此,具有结构设计巧妙、密封 性好、使用便捷和干净卫生的特点。
格局设计需求,所述限定位结构300包括设在出液嘴110内底壁上的限位孔套310和设在密封球112上可活动伸入限位孔套310以限制密封球112只可相对出液嘴110上下运动的限位柱320。
为了防止密封球与出液嘴脱离,所述限定位结构300还包括设在限位孔套310和限位柱320之间的限位件图中未表示出来。
为了提高密封性,所述出液嘴110内且位于出液口111上方形成有第二出液口114,所述出液嘴110内可破坏地设有用于封堵住第二出液口114的第二密封件115。
为了使用方便,所述第二密封件115上设有拉环或扳手。
为了使得上盖盖合底座时,能够稳定卡合,所述底座100与上盖200之间且远离上盖配重块210一侧设有当上盖200盖合底座100时而使得上盖200相对底座100稳定卡合的卡合结构。
根据设计需求,所述卡合结构为设在上盖200下边缘的凸环或凹槽220和设在底座100上边缘用于配合凸环或凹槽220卡合的凹槽或凸环120。
实施例2的工作原理:在使用时,使用者先作用第二密封件与出液嘴分离,而使得第二出液口打开,之后倾斜底座,即出液口向下倾斜时如图9所示,可使上盖打开出液嘴口部且密封球打开出液口,此时容器的液体可经过出液口、出液嘴内腔、第二出液口,最后从出液嘴口部倒取出来,当使用结束后,上盖盖合出液嘴口部及密封球封堵住出液口,有效保证了装有该盖组件的容器在被打翻在桌面或者地面上时,容器内的液体也不会流出来。
Claims (11)
- 一种自动开闭盖组件,其特征在于包括用于与容器口部连接的底座(100),所述底座(100)上形成有出液嘴(110),所述底座(100)上且位于出液嘴(110)内设有可与容器内腔连通的出液口(111),所述出液嘴(110)内活动地设有用于封堵住出液口(111)的密封球(112),所述出液嘴(100)内设有用于顶压密封球(112)封堵住出液口(111)的弹性件(113),所述底座(100)上可转动或翻转地连接有用于盖合出液嘴(110)口部的上盖(200),所述上盖(200)内侧设有上盖配重块(210),当底座(100)处于水平或竖立时,可使上盖(200)自动地盖合出液嘴(110)口部和/或密封球(112)自动地封堵住出液口(111),当出液嘴(110)口部向下倾斜时,可使上盖(200)自动地打开出液嘴(110)口部和/或密封球(112)自动地打开出液口(111)。
- 根据权利要求1所述一种自动开闭盖组件,其特征在于所述出液嘴(110)内且位于出液口(111)上方形成有第二出液口(114),所述出液嘴(110)内可破坏地设有用于封堵住第二出液口(114)的第二密封件(115)。
- 根据权利要求2所述一种自动开闭盖组件,其特征在于所述第二密封件(115)上设有拉环或扳手。
- 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述一种自动开闭盖组件,其特征在于所述底座(100)与上盖(200)之间且远离上盖配重块(210)一侧设有当上盖(200)盖合底座(100)时而使得上盖(200)相对底座(100)稳定卡合的卡合结构。
- 根据权利要求4所述一种自动开闭盖组件,其特征在于所述卡合结构为设在上盖(200)下边缘的凸环或凹槽(220)和设在底座(100)上边缘用于配合凸环或凹槽(220)卡合的凹槽或凸环(120)。
- 一种自动开闭盖组件,其特征在于包括用于与容器口部连接的底座(100),所述底座(100)上形成有出液嘴(110),所述底座(100)上且位于出液嘴(110)内设有可与容器内腔连通的出液口(111),所述出液嘴(110)内活动地设有用于封堵住出液口(111)的密封球(112),所述出液嘴(110)与密封球(112)之间设有限制密封球(112)只可相对出液嘴(110)上下运动的限定位结构(300),所述底座(100)上可转动或翻转地连接有用于盖合出液嘴(110)口部的上盖(200),所述上盖(200)内侧设有上盖配重块(210),当底座(100)处于水平或竖立时,可使上盖(200)自动地盖合出液嘴(110)口部和/或密封球(112) 自动地封堵住出液口(111),当出液嘴(110)口部向下倾斜时,可使上盖(200)自动地打开出液嘴(110)口部和/或密封球(112)自动地打开出液口(111)。
- 根据权利要求6所述一种自动开闭盖组件,其特征在于所述限定位结构(300)包括设在出液嘴(110)内底壁上的限位孔套(310)和设在密封球(112)上可活动伸入限位孔套(310)以限制密封球(112)只可相对出液嘴(110)上下运动的限位柱(320)。
- 根据权利要求7所述一种自动开闭盖组件,其特征在于所述出液嘴(110)内且位于出液口(111)上方形成有第二出液口(114),所述出液嘴(110)内可破坏地设有用于封堵住第二出液口(114)的第二密封件(115)。
- 根据权利要求8所述一种自动开闭盖组件,其特征在于所述第二密封件(115)上设有拉环或扳手。
- 根据权利要求6-9任一项所述一种自动开闭盖组件,其特征在于所述底座(100)与上盖(200)之间且远离上盖配重块(210)一侧设有当上盖(200)盖合底座(100)时而使得上盖(200)相对底座(100)稳定卡合的卡合结构。
- 根据权利要求10所述一种自动开闭盖组件,其特征在于所述卡合结构为设在上盖(200)下边缘的凸环或凹槽(220)和设在底座(100)上边缘用于配合凸环或凹槽(220)卡合的凹槽或凸环(120)。
