    雾化组件设置在机台(2)的顶部;雾化组件包括雾化器(3)、软管(5)和安装板(6);雾化器(3)内置水箱,安装板(6)上等间距设置有多个喷头(61),喷头(61)朝向机台(2)内侧喷出水雾;安装板(6)内置供水管道,软管(5)的两端分别与雾化器(3)和安装板(6)中的供水管道连接;
    机台(2)上设置有便于安装打磨组件(4)的安装槽;打磨组件(4)位于雾化组件的一侧;
    底座(1)上设置有滑轨(8),机台(2)将滑轨(8)罩住;机台(2)上设置有与滑轨(8)平行的丝杆(7),丝杆(7)位于滑轨(8)的上方;机台(2)的一侧设置有驱动电机(10),驱动电机(10)驱动丝杆(7)转动;丝杆(7)上设置有可左右移动的活动台(9),活动台(9)与丝杆(7)啮合传动连接;夹持组件设置在活动台(9)的台面上;夹持组件包括定位杆(91)和夹板(92);夹板(92)设置两组,且对称设置在定位杆(91)上,两组夹板(92)之间设置有螺杆(93);螺杆(93)上设置有配套的调节螺母。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的医疗器械生产用的加工打磨装置,其特征在于,打磨组件(4)包括基板(43)、限位座(42)、限位板(47)和打磨头(48);限位座(42)设置在基板(43)的顶部,限位板(47)设置在基板(43)的底部;限位座(42)与机台(2)的顶部保持限位,限位板(47)与机台(2)的底部保持限位;基板(43)插在机台(2)上;打磨头(48)安装在限位板(47) 上,限位板(47)的内部设置有驱动打磨头(48)转动的电机。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的医疗器械生产用的加工打磨装置,其特征在于,限位座(42)的顶部设置有凸出的把手(41);把手(41)的外周上设置有防滑橡胶套。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的医疗器械生产用的加工打磨装置,其特征在于,基板(43)的中部设置有滑槽(44),滑槽(44)中设置有上下滑动的滑块(45),滑块(45)上安装有转轴(46),转轴(46)卡在机台(2)的安装槽中,并与机台(2)保持转动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的医疗器械生产用的加工打磨装置,其特征在于,底座(1)上设置有多个便于与工作台固定的定位孔。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的医疗器械生产用的加工打磨装置,其特征在于,驱动电机(10)内置减速机,且驱动电机(10)上集成有数控模块。
