为了避免拆装打滑,作为优选,在所述推板(21)的外侧面设有齿槽。
为了便于拆卸,作为优选,所述空腔结构的腔底对应第一插孔(11)的一侧设有缺口,该缺口与推板(21)之间合围形成第一拆卸槽(41),所述第一拆卸槽(41)与锁止器上的减重孔(272)相连通;该空腔结构的腔底对应第二插孔(12)的一侧与弧形板(3)之间合围形成第二拆卸槽(42)。
为了使定位卡的两个定位杆在拆卸时快速张开,作为优选,在所述空腔结构的腔顶对应第一定位凸台(311)以及第二定位凸台(321)的位置处均设有导向槽,第一定位凸台(311)和第二定位凸台(321)分别卡接在对应端的导向槽内,两个所述导向槽对应第一插孔(11)方向一侧的槽壁均为第二斜面壁(18),所述第二斜面壁(18)与第一斜面壁(17)的斜率相同。
有益效果
本发明在壳体连接固定有锁止器和定位卡,对阳插头的固定起到双重保护的作用,同时也便于观察安装状态,避免安装脱落的情况发生,结构简单,拆装便捷。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
由图1、图2、图3、图4、图5、图6、图7、图8、图9、图10和图11所示,本发明包括设有凸台的阳插头和壳体(1),在所述壳体(1)内设有空腔结构,所述空腔结构的一端设有第一插孔(11),另一端设有第二插孔(12),该壳体(1)上对应空腔结构的中部位置对称连通设有第一限位孔(13)和第二限位孔(14),两个所述限位孔的同一端孔壁的上部均设有第一斜面壁(17),该空腔结构内还设有定位块(15);在所述定位块(15)上对称设有两个第一卡块(151)以及两个第二卡块(152),对应端的第一卡块(151)、第二卡块(152)以及定位块(15)的对应位置合围形成卡槽(161),所述第二卡块(152)与定位块(15)的对应位置合围形成开口槽(162)。
在所述第一插孔(11)内插设有锁止器,所述锁止器包括推板(21),在所述推板(21)的外侧面设有齿槽;在所述推板(21)的上端设有限位块(22),下端设有水平伸出的第一卡条(23)和第二卡条(24),在所述限位块(22)的一侧设有与阳插头外径相适配的圆弧槽,在所述圆弧槽槽口的左、右两侧各设有一个让位槽(221),每个所述让位槽(221)的外侧均设有一个水平伸出的凸块(26),在每个所述凸块(26)上均设有一段让位斜段(261);在所述限位块(22)的下端设有固定块(27),所述固定块(27)与限位块(22)形成上宽下窄的台阶结构,在该固定块(27)上设有与圆弧槽同心的限位槽(271),该固定块(24)的下端面设有减重孔(272)。
在水平面上两个所述卡条伸出端的延长线相交;在所述第一卡条(23)的内侧壁上沿伸出方向依次设有第一触块(231)和第一定位块(232),该第一卡条(23)的外侧壁上设有第一防脱块(233),所述第一触块(231)的内侧壁设有第一凹槽(234),该第一触块(231)的上端设有一段第二斜段(25);在所述第二卡条(24)的内侧壁上沿伸出方向依次设有第二触块(241)和第二定位块(242),该第二卡条(23)的外侧壁上设有第二防脱块(243),所述第二触块(241)的内侧壁设有第二凹槽(244),该第二触块(241)的上端也设有一段第二斜段(25),锁止器伸入第一插孔(11),且第一卡条(23)和第二卡条(24)移动到定位块(15)的位置处时,所述第一定位块(232)和第二定位块(242)均插入对应端的卡槽(161)内预卡接。
所述第一触块(231)与第二触块(241)之间、第一凹槽(234)与第二凹槽(244)之间、两个第二斜段(25)之间以及第一防脱块(233)与第二防脱块(243)之间均为对称设置。
在所述第二插孔(12)内插设有定位卡,所述定位卡包括弧形板(3),在所述弧形板(3)的上端设有水平伸出的第一定位杆(31)和第二定位杆(32),在水平面上两个所述定位杆伸出端的延长线相交;在所述第一定位杆(31)上设有第一定位凸台(311),该第一定位杆(31)伸出端的一侧设有一段第一斜段(33),另一侧设有斜向伸入第一限位孔(13)的第一延伸段(312),且该第一延伸段(312)与第一限位孔(13)内的第一斜面壁(17)贴合,在所述第一斜段(33)的一侧设有第一插块(313);在所述第二定位杆(32)上设有第二定位凸台(321),该第二定位杆(32)伸出端的一侧也设有一段第一斜段(33),另一侧设有斜向伸入第二限位孔(14)的第二延伸段(322),且该第二延伸段(322)与第二限位孔(14)内的第一斜面壁(17)贴合,在所述第一斜段(33)的一侧设有第二插块(323)。
所述第一定位凸台(311)与第一定位凸台(321)之间、两个第一斜段(33)之间、第一延伸段(313)与第二延伸段(323)之间以及第一插块(314)与第一插块(324)之间均为对称设置。所述定位卡包括第一定位杆(31)和第二定位杆(32),在两个所述定位杆上各设有一段第一斜段(33)。
所述空腔结构的腔底对应第一插孔(11)的一侧设有缺口,该缺口与推板(21)之间合围形成第一拆卸槽(41),所述第一拆卸槽(41)与锁止器上的减重孔(272)相连通;该空腔结构的腔底对应第二插孔(12)的一侧与弧形板(3)之间合围形成第二拆卸槽(42)。
在所述空腔结构的腔顶对应第一定位凸台(311)以及第二定位凸台(321)的位置处均设有导向槽,第一定位凸台(311)和第二定位凸台(321)分别卡接在对应端的导向槽内,两个所述导向槽对应第一插孔(11)方向一侧的槽壁均为第二斜面壁(18),所述第二斜面壁(18)与第一斜面壁(17)的斜率相同。
插入阳插头后,凸台从上往下移动并依次挤压第一斜段(33)和第二斜段(25),使两个卡条以及两个定位杆相继张开,待凸台下移到位后,定位卡的两个定位杆缩回且对应位置与阳插头的外侧壁贴合,两个卡条上的对应位置沿阳插头的外侧曲面滑动,并使两个卡条移动到定位块(15)的对应位置定位卡接,同时,凸台与限位块(22)的对应位置抵接限位;拆除时,先扳开两个卡条并拉出锁止器,接着扳开两个定位杆,给凸台让位即可抽出阳插头。
本发明的使用方法如下:
如图1到图11所示,使用时,锁止器从第一插孔11位置插入壳体1,第一卡条(23)和第二卡条(24)移动到定位块(15)的位置处时,所述第一定位块(232)和第二定位块(242)均插入对应端的卡槽(161)内预卡接;此时,再从第二插孔12位置插入定位卡,第一延伸段(312)伸入第一限位孔13,第二延伸段(322)伸入第二限位孔14,第一定位凸台(311)和第二定位凸台(321)分别卡接在对应端的导向槽内,两个定位杆的第一斜段33与限位块22合围形成供阳插头插入的孔状结构,同时,锁紧器上的两个第二斜段25也合围形成一个环孔状结构。
如图9中a到d的图示所示,插入阳插头后,凸台从上往下移动并挤压第一斜段33,使两个定位杆同时张开,第一延伸段313和第二延伸段323沿对应端的第一斜面壁17移动,同时第一定位凸台(311)和第二定位凸台(321)在导向槽内沿第二斜面壁18移动,待凸台下移到定位杆的位置时,两个定位杆回移,由于两个定位杆是对称斜置的,第一斜段33位置的内侧壁相对阳插头的外侧壁形成斜面,当两个第一斜面33回移到与阳插头的外侧壁贴合时,第一斜段33的内侧壁在阳插头的外侧壁上形成滑动的趋势,即定位卡自动向壳体内移动,也便于手动推送而实现加速锁止的目的,两个第一斜段(33)的内侧壁与阳插头外侧壁的对应位置贴合,此时,壳体1空腔结构的腔底对应第二插孔(12)的一侧与弧形板(3)之间合围形成第二拆卸槽(42)。
接着,阳插头继续向下移动,凸台挤压两个第二斜段25,并使两个卡条同时张开,第一定位块(232)和第二定位块(242)均移出对应端的卡槽(161),待凸台下移离开第二斜段25的位置处时,第一卡条23和第二卡条24回移,由于两个卡条是对称斜置的,第二斜段25的内侧壁相对阳插头的外侧壁形成斜面,当两个第二斜面25回移到与阳插头的外侧壁贴合时,第二斜段25的内侧壁在阳插头的外侧壁上形成滑动的趋势,即锁止器自动向壳体内移动,由于两个定位块均已离开卡槽161,故锁止器再向壳体内移动后,两个定位块移动并与对应端的开口槽162卡接定位,此时,第一插块(313)和第二插块(313)分别与对应端的让位槽(221)插接限位,固定块(27)与限位块(22)形成上宽下窄的台阶结构正好位于凸台的上方,也起到防脱限位的作用,而壳体1空腔结构的腔底对应第一插孔(11)的一侧设有缺口,该缺口与推板(21)之间合围形成第一拆卸槽41(如图3、图6、图11以及图9中的d图所示对应位置)。
如阳插头没有安装到位,一种情况是,两个定位杆在两个限位孔中相比较初始位置而处于张开状态时,定位卡是松动的,另一个情况是,阳插头的凸台迈过定位杆位置,但卡条与定位块未从预卡接移动到卡接定位的位置,从壳体外部就能看到锁止器的两个卡条是朝外张开的,即锁止器是松动的,两个限位孔位置便于检查安装状态,由此可以目测检查,方便快效。
拆除时,先从第二拆卸槽(42)位置用辅助工具扳开两个卡条并拉出锁止器,移动到与定位块预卡接的位置,能避免锁止器滑落(如图9中d到a的图示所示),接着,再在两个限位孔位置同时扳开两个定位杆,两个定位杆呈张开状,定位卡向内移动一段,两个定位杆上的两个延伸段和两个定位凸块分别沿第一斜面壁17和第二斜面壁18滑动,给凸台让位即可抽出阳插头,结构简单紧凑,整个拆装过程简捷快速。
为了保证使用强度和拆装的弹性要求,锁止器和定位卡由尼龙66材料一体注塑成型,材料为现有技术,在此不再赘述。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,第二斜面壁18与第一斜面壁17的斜率相同并不具有唯一性,依据使用要求和结构设置,对应位置的斜率设置应以方便拆装为宜。
本发明未描述部分与现有技术一致,在此不再赘述。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种防错双锁止快速连接器,包括设有凸台的阳插头和壳体(1),其特征在于:在所述壳体(1)内设有空腔结构,所述空腔结构的一端设有第一插孔(11),另一端设有第二插孔(12),该壳体(1)上对应空腔结构的中部位置对称连通设有第一限位孔(13)和第二限位孔(14),两个所述限位孔的同一端孔壁的上部均设有第一斜面壁(17),该空腔结构内还设有定位块(15),在所述定位块(15)上对称设有两个第一卡块(151)以及两个第二卡块(152),对应端的第一卡块(151)、第二卡块(152)以及定位块(15)的对应位置合围形成卡槽(161),所述第二卡块(152)与定位块(15)的对应位置合围形成开口槽(162);在所述第一插孔(11)内插设有锁止器,所述锁止器包括推板(21),在所述推板(21)的上端设有限位块(22),下端设有第一卡条(23)和第二卡条(24),两个所述卡条上各设有一段第二斜段(25),两个该卡条的对应位置与卡槽(161)位置预卡接;在所述第二插孔(12)内插设有定位卡,所述定位卡包括第一定位杆(31)和第二定位杆(32),在两个所述定位杆上各设有一段第一斜段(33);插入阳插头后,凸台从上往下移动并依次挤压第一斜段(33)和第二斜段(25),使两个卡条以及两个定位杆相继张开,待凸台下移到位后,定位卡的两个定位杆缩回且对应位置与阳插头的外侧壁贴合,两个卡条上的对应位置沿阳插头的外侧曲面滑动,并使两个卡条移动到开口槽(162)位置定位卡接,同时,凸台与限位块(22)的对应位置抵接限位;拆除时,先扳开两个卡条并拉出锁止器,接着扳开两个定位杆,给凸台让位即可抽出阳插头。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防错双锁止快速连接器,其特征在于:在所述限位块(22)的一侧设有与阳插头外径相适配的圆弧槽,在所述圆弧槽槽口的左、右两侧各设有一个让位槽(221),每个所述让位槽(221)的外侧均设有一个水平伸出的凸块(26),在每个所述凸块(26)上均设有一段让位斜段(261);在所述限位块(22)的下端设有固定块(27),所述固定块(27)与限位块(22)形成上宽下窄的台阶结构,在该固定块(27)上设有与圆弧槽同心的限位槽(271),该固定块(24)的下端面设有减重孔(272)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的防错双锁止快速连接器,其特征在于:在所述限位块(22)上设有水平伸出的第一卡条(23)和第二卡条(24),在水平面上两个所述卡条伸出端的延长线相交;在所述第一卡条(23)的内侧壁上沿伸出方向依次设有第一触块(231)和第一定位块(232),该第一卡条(23)的外侧壁上设有第一防脱块(233),所述第一触块(231)的内侧壁设有第一凹槽(234),该第一触块(231)的上端设有一段第二斜段(25);在所述第二卡条(24)的内侧壁上沿伸出方向依次设有第二触块(241)和第二定位块(242),该第二卡条(23)的外侧壁上设有第二防脱块(243),所述第二触块(241)的内侧壁设有第二凹槽(244),该第二触块(241)的上端也设有一段第二斜段(25),锁止器伸入第一插孔(11),且第一卡条(23)和第二卡条(24)移动到定位块(15)的位置处时,所述第一定位块(232)和第二定位块(242)均插入对应端的卡槽(161)内预卡接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的防错双锁止快速连接器,其特征在于:所述第一触块(231)与第二触块(241)之间、第一凹槽(234)与第二凹槽(244)之间、两个第二斜段(25)之间以及第一防脱块(233)与第二防脱块(243)之间均为对称设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的防错双锁止快速连接器,其特征在于:所述定位卡包括弧形板(3),在所述弧形板(3)的上端设有水平伸出的第一定位杆(31)和第二定位杆(32),在水平面上两个所述定位杆伸出端的延长线相交;在所述第一定位杆(31)上设有第一定位凸台(311),该第一定位杆(31)伸出端的一侧设有一段第一斜段(33),另一侧设有斜向伸入第一限位孔(13)的第一延伸段(312),且该第一延伸段(312)与第一限位孔(13)内的第一斜面壁(17)贴合,在所述第一斜段(33)的一侧设有第一插块(313);在所述第二定位杆(32)上设有第二定位凸台(321),该第二定位杆(32)伸出端的一侧也设有一段第一斜段(33),另一侧设有斜向伸入第二限位孔(14)的第二延伸段(322),且该第二延伸段(322)与第二限位孔(14)内的第一斜面壁(17)贴合,在所述第一斜段(33)的一侧设有第二插块(323)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的防错双锁止快速连接器,其特征在于:所述第一定位凸台(311)与第一定位凸台(321)之间、两个第一斜段(33)之间、第一延伸段(313)与第二延伸段(323)之间以及第一插块(314)与第一插块(324)之间均为对称设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的防错双锁止快速连接器,其特征在于:在所述推板(21)的外侧面设有齿槽。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的防错双锁止快速连接器,其特征在于:所述空腔结构的腔底对应第一插孔(11)的一侧设有缺口,该缺口与推板(21)之间合围形成第一拆卸槽(41),所述第一拆卸槽(41)与锁止器上的减重孔(272)相连通;该空腔结构的腔底对应第二插孔(12)的一侧与弧形板(3)之间合围形成第二拆卸槽(42)。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的防错双锁止快速连接器,其特征在于:在所述空腔结构的腔顶对应第一定位凸台(311)以及第二定位凸台(321)的位置处均设有导向槽,所述第一定位凸台(311)和第二定位凸台(321)分别卡接在对应端的导向槽内,两个所述导向槽对应第一插孔(11)方向一侧的槽壁均为第二斜面壁(18),所述第二斜面壁(18)与第一斜面壁(17)的斜率相同。
