下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
本实施例公开一种应用于马鞍式窗机的运输包装,参照图1,马鞍式窗机包括位于室内侧的室内机200、位于室外侧的室外机100、以及连接室内机200和室外机100的鞍桥结构300。
马鞍式空调器为n型结构,室内机200和室外机100分别设于鞍桥结构300的两端、且位于鞍桥结构300的同侧,向鞍桥结构的下方延伸。
将马鞍式空调器安装至窗口上时,鞍桥结构300直接坐落在窗口上,室内机200位于室内侧,室外机100位于室外侧。
由于室内机200和室外机100均位于窗口的下方,所以该马鞍式空调器解决了现有一体式窗机安装后遮挡阳光的问题。
通过鞍桥结构300将室内机200与室外机100分离,有助于避免室外机100的噪音传到室内侧,提高用户使用舒适度。
室内机200主要包括机壳、室内换热器、接水盘、贯流风扇、风道等部件。
室外机100主要包括机壳、室外换热器、轴流风扇、压缩机等部件。
鞍桥结构300可以伸缩,以调节室内机200与室外机100之间的距离,适应不同厚度的墙体。
马鞍式窗机在运输时,使用图2和图3所示的运输包装进行运输,以避免马鞍式窗机在运输过中出现磕碰等情况,提高窗机的运输可靠性。
运输包装包括包装纸盒600、上垫块400以及下垫块500。
使用时,将下垫块500放置到包装纸盒600的底部,再将窗机放置到下垫块500上,下垫块500对窗机的底部进行防护,再将上垫块400扣在窗机的顶部,上垫块400对窗机的顶部进行防护,最后关闭包装纸盒600即可。
上垫块400、下垫块500与包装纸盒600之间紧密贴靠,避免晃动,提高窗机的运输可靠性。
图3所示为上垫块400、下垫块500与窗机的装配示意图,图4所示为窗机与下垫块500的装配示意图。
参照图3和图10,上垫块400包括上顶板410和设于上顶板410四周、且向下延伸的第一翻边420,上顶板410与第一翻边420为一体结构,窗机的上部轮廓位于上垫块400所围空间内,也即室外机100的顶部、室内机200的顶部以及鞍桥结构300的顶部均位于上垫块400所围空间内。
参照图5至图7、以及图9,下垫块500包括下底板510和设于下底板510四周、且向上延伸的第二翻边520,下底板510与第二翻边520为一体结构,下底板510上设有中隔部530,中隔部530内设有容纳空间,中隔部530将下垫块500所围空间分隔成第一空间541和第二空间542,室外机100坐落在第一空间541内,室内机200坐落在第二空间542内,中隔部530位于室外机100与室内机200之间,中隔部530的容纳空间内放置窗机附件。
通过中隔部530将室外机100与室内机200分隔开放置,中隔部530将室外机100与室内机200之间的空隙填充,有助于提高窗机的放置稳固性;中隔部530同时可以用来放置窗机附件,充分利用空间,结构更加紧凑;并且中空的中隔部530还有助减轻包装重量。
虽然上垫块400与下垫块500没有对窗机实现全方位包裹,但是上垫块400与下垫块500包裹于窗机的顶部和底部,窗机的周侧不与包装纸盒600接触,在保证窗机运输可靠性的同时,减小包装用料,节约成本。
本申请一些实施例中,参照图4,中隔部530的一侧与室外机100的后背板抵靠,中隔部530的另一侧与室内机200的的后背板抵靠,进一步提高窗机的运输可靠性,避免窗机晃动。
本申请一些实施例中,参照图7,中隔部530内设有支撑部550,支撑部550为硬性杆状结构,中隔部530的左右侧壁上设有供支撑部550伸出的开口532,支撑部550的一端与室外机100的后背板抵靠,支撑部550的另一端与室内机200的后背板抵靠,进一步提高室外机100与室内机200的放置稳固性,避免窗机在运输过程中发生晃动。
支撑部550为中空杆结构,减小包装重量。
参照图8,下底板510上设有镂空敞口511,支撑部550的底面从镂空敞口511露出,支撑部550的底面与下底板510的外底面平齐。
当下垫块500放置到包装纸盒600内后,下底板510和支撑部550的底面贴靠于包装纸盒600的底壁上,镂空敞口511有助于进一步减小下垫块500的重量,同时支撑部550位于镂空敞口511内,又不会降低下垫块500的结构强度。
本申请一些实施例中,参照图6和图7,中隔部530的容纳空间顶部敞口,容纳空间内设有附件盒810,附件盒810内放置窗机附件,支撑部550设于附件盒810的下部。
窗机附件包括密封条、安装支架等。
图5中,附件盒810的顶部放置密封泡沫板820,用于鞍桥结构300与窗框之间的密封,密封泡沫板820体积大,将中隔部530的顶部敞口封堵,对内部的附件盒810起到限位作用,避免附件盒810在窗机运输过程中上下窜动。
本申请一些实施例中,参照图7,中隔部530在朝向第一空间541的侧壁上设有让位凹槽531,让位凹槽531为上下延伸的长条开口结构;参照图1,室外机100的后背板上设有调节螺栓110,当窗机在窗口上安装到位后,调节螺栓110与外侧墙体抵靠,提高窗机安装稳固性;窗机放置到下垫块500上后,调节螺栓110由上至下落入让位凹槽531内,避免调节螺栓110刮蹭下垫块500,同时结构更加紧凑。
本申请一些实施例中,参照图7,下底板510在位于第一空间541和第二空间542的部分都分别设有下镂空口560,减轻下垫块500的重量;参照图10,上顶板410上设有多个上镂空口430,减轻上垫块400的重量。
本申请一些实施例中,参照图9,围成第二空间542的其中一第二翻边520上设有顶部敞口的避让口521,参照图1,室内机200的一侧设有排水口210,排水口210位于避让口521内,防止排水口210在运输过程中撞击损坏。
本申请一些实施例中,位于第一空间541的下底板510上设有与室外机100的底面适配的压型,提高室外机100的放置稳固性。
本申请一些实施例中,参照图3和图10,上顶板410的靠边侧设有用于放置电源插头的放置槽440,靠近放置槽440的一第一翻边420上设有走线槽450。
放置槽440设有两个,用以兼容不同型号的电源插头。
本申请一些实施例中,上垫块400和下垫块500的角处分别设有护角700,增加结构强度。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种马鞍式窗机的运输包装,窗机包括位于室内侧的室内机、位于室外侧的室外机、以及连接所述室内机和所述室外机的鞍桥结构,所述室内机和所述室外机朝向所述鞍桥结构的下侧延伸;
    其特征在于,所述运输包装包括:
    上垫块,包括上顶板和设于所述上顶板四周、且向下延伸的第一翻边,窗机的上部轮廓位于所述上垫块所围空间内;
    下垫块,包括下底板和设于所述下底板四周、且向上延伸的第二翻边,所述下底板上设有中隔部,所述中隔部内设有容纳空间,所述中隔部将所述下垫块所围空间分隔成第一空间和第二空间,所述室外机坐落在所述第一空间内,所述室内机坐落在所述第二空间内,所述中隔部位于所述室外机与所述室内机之间,所述中隔部的容纳空间内放置窗机附件。
  2.  根据权利要求1所述的马鞍式窗机的运输包装,其特征在于,
    所述中隔部的一侧与所述室外机的后背板抵靠,所述中隔部的另一侧与所述室内机的的后背板抵靠。
  3.  根据权利要求2所述的马鞍式窗机的运输包装,其特征在于,
    所述中隔部内设有支撑部,所述中隔部的侧壁上设有供所述支撑部伸出的开口,所述支撑部的一端与所述室外机的后背板抵靠,所述支撑部的另一端与所述室内机的后背板抵靠。
  4.  根据权利要求3所述的马鞍式窗机的运输包装,其特征在于,
    所述下底板上设有镂空敞口,所述支撑部的底面从所述镂空敞口露出,所述支撑部的底面与所述下底板的外底面平齐。
  5.  根据权利要求3所述的马鞍式窗机的运输包装,其特征在于,
    所述中隔部的容纳空间顶部敞口,所述容纳空间内设有附件盒,所述附件盒内放置所述窗机附件,所述支撑部设于所述附件盒的下部。
  6.  根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的马鞍式窗机的运输包装,其特征在于,
    所述下底板在位于所述第一空间和所述第二空间的部分都分别设有下镂空口,所述上顶板上设有多个上镂空口。
  7.  根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的马鞍式窗机的运输包装,其特征在于,
    位于所述第一空间的所述下底板上设有与所述室外机的底面适配的压型。
  8.  根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的马鞍式窗机的运输包装,其特征在于,
    围成所述第二空间的其中一所述第二翻边上设有顶部敞口的避让口,所述室内机的一侧设有排水口,所述排水口位于所述避让口内。
  9.  根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的马鞍式窗机的运输包装,其特征在于,
    所述上顶板的靠边侧设有用于放置电源插头的放置槽,靠近所述放置槽的一所述第一翻边上设有走线槽。
  10.  根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的马鞍式窗机的运输包装,其特征在于,
    所述上垫块和所述下垫块的角处分别设有护角结构。
