技术问题
现有的市场上的电子雾化器的主机和雾化器一般包括一体式和分体式,分体式是可更换雾化器使用,而一体式一般多为可反复注油使用和一次性使用的;一体式的结构为固定连接。但内部雾化元件与主机接触位置需要使用导电元件,现有的导电元件在使用中容易出现断触现象,导致雾化不稳定等情况出现,故需要针对现有的接触结构做改进。

本发明用于雾化装置的雾化元件3与接电元件4接触导电,解决了现有雾化元件3与接电元件4之间容易出现断触的问题,在雾化装置使用时雾化稳定,不会出现断触问题,雾化效果好。具体是,设置了第一固定支架1,第二固定支架2,雾化元件3,接电元件4,所述第一固定支架1设有雾化仓11,所述雾化仓11的底面具有通孔12、及插槽13;所述第二固定支架2连接在第一固定支架1的上方、并对应雾化仓11设有安装位21;雾化元件3用于液体雾化,所述雾化元件3安装在所述安装位21、并朝向雾化仓11;接电元件4用于导电连接,所述接电元件4插设在插槽13内、并与雾化元件3接触,所述接电元件4包括接触端41、弹性固定端42、限位端43、及连接端44,所述弹性固定端42置于插槽13内、并套设有弹性元件421,弹性元件421使得接电元件4与雾化元件3接触,所述连接端44朝下延伸。接电元件4是通过弹性固定端42配合弹性元件421置于插槽13内,弹性元件421为弹簧,可用于将接电元件4顶起,顶起后使得接触端41与雾化元件3接触,进而两者接触稳定,在弹簧的作用下能够保持接触,不会出现断触现象。
