本发明涉及电子烟领域,更具体地说,涉及一种电子烟。
背景技术
现有技术中,电子烟包括雾化组件和电池组件,其中,雾化组件主要用于雾化产生烟雾供使用者吸食,电池组件主要用于为雾化组件提供工作所需的电源。且雾化组件的一端设置有用于与电池组件电连接的雾化电极组件,电池组件的一端设置有用于与雾化组件电连接的电池电极组件。目前电子烟的雾化电极组件和电池电极组件均为相互嵌套的管状铜件,由于铜件的造价太高,质量较重,不利于用户携带。此外,上述电极组件的零件较多,装配复杂,不利于产品的自动化生产。
技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术中的上述缺陷,提供一种电子烟。

本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
提供一种电子烟,包括相互连接的电池组件和雾化组件,所述电池组件和雾化组件之间设置有相互连接的第一连接件和第二连接件,所述第一连接件与所述第二连接件为可拆卸的连接,以实现所述电池组件与所述雾化组件的可拆卸连接;
所述第一连接件内设置有贯穿所述第一连接件两端的穿孔,所述穿孔处设置有限位凸台,所述穿孔内设有用于电连接的pcb板,所述pcb板沿所述第一连接件的径向设置并抵持在所述限位凸台上,所述pcb板与所述穿孔靠近所述电池组件的一端围成有对接插槽,所述pcb板的面向所述对接插槽的表面设置有用于电连接的至少两个触点;
所述第二连接件内固定有至少两个分别与所述触点弹性抵接的弹性电极,所述弹性电极包括固定在所述第二连接件内的固定套,所述固定套设有开口槽,所述开口槽的一端活动插设有与所述触点抵接的导电件,所述开口槽内容置有用于向所述导电件施加朝向所述触点方向的弹力的弹性件,以使所述导电件弹性抵接至所述触点。

在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述第一连接件与所述第二连接件之间通过螺纹连接结构或插旋连接结构可拆卸的连接。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述插旋连接结构包括至少一个凸设在所述第一连接件外壁上的卡扣,及至少一个设置在所述第二连接件内壁上的与所述卡扣相适配的呈“L”型的卡槽。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述雾化组件包括雾化套,所述第一连接件设在所述雾化套用于与所述电池组件相连的一端,所述电池组件包括电池套,所述第二连接件设在所述电池套用于与所述雾化组件相连的一端。

在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述pcb板背离所述对接插槽的表面设有至少两个相互电性隔离且呈中空状的导电支架,所述导电支架的一端固定在所述pcb板上并与对应的所述触点电连接,所述导电支架的另一端穿过所述雾化座并朝靠近所述导油件的一侧延伸,所述电热丝的两端分别夹持在所述导电支架内并别通过两个所述导电支架与所述电池组件电连接。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述第一连接件与所述雾化套插接相连的位置处设置有紧固结构。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述紧固结构包括设置在所述第一连接件外侧壁上的环形凹槽,及凸设在所述雾化套内侧壁上的凸缘。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述电池套的外侧壁上或所述第一连接件与所述第二连接件的抵合面上设有供气流流入的进气孔。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述第二连接件内设有固定架,所述弹性电极固定在所述固定架上。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
图1示出了本发明较佳实施例之一提供的一种电子烟,所述电子烟包括相互连接的电池组件1和雾化组件2,电池组件1和雾化组件2之间设置有相互连接的第一连接件24和第二连接件13,且第一连接件24与第二连接件13间为可拆卸的连接,从而实现电池组件1与雾化组件2的可拆卸连接。
如图3所示,第一连接件24内设置有贯穿第一连接件24两端的穿孔241,穿孔241处设置有限位凸台242,穿孔241内设有用于电连接的pcb板25,pcb板25沿第一连接件24的径向设置并抵持在限位凸台242上,pcb板25与穿孔241靠近电池组件1 的一端围成有对接插槽(图上未标号),pcb板25面向所述对接插槽的表面设置有用于电连接的至少两个触点251。
如图2所示,第二连接件13内固定有至少两个分别与触点251弹性抵接的弹性电极14,弹性电极14包括固定在第二连接件13内的固定套141,固定套141设有开口槽142,开口槽142的一端活动插设有与触点251抵接的导电件144,开口槽142内容置有用于向导电件144施加朝向触点251方向的弹力的弹性件143,以使导电件144弹性抵接至触点251。
本实施例中,电池组件1和雾化组件2之间通过pcb板25和弹性电极14来实现电池组件1和雾化组件2之间的电连接,相较于现有技术中用以实现电池组件1和雾化组件2之间电连接的相互嵌套的管状金属电极来说,本申请的pcb板25和弹性电极14结构更简单,简化了电子烟的装配步骤,且更加轻便,方便用户携带,且由于所述pcb板25沿所述第一连接件24的径向设置并抵持在所述限位凸台242上,因而不仅便于装配,而且使触点251与所述弹性电极14电连接更可靠。
进一步的,由于第一连接件24和第二连接件13不起导电的作用,故可以将第一连接件24和第二连接件13设置为不导电的塑胶制件,而塑件连接件和pcb板5相较于铜件造价更低廉,可以降低电子烟的生产成本。
本实施例中,第一连接件24设置在雾化组件2用于与电池组件1连接的一端,第二连接件13设置在电池组件1用于与雾化组件2连接的一端。可以理解的是,在其它实施例中,第一连接件24还可以设置在电池组件1上,第二连接件13还可以设置在雾化组件2上,本实施例并不限定第一连接件24和第二连接件13的具体位置,只要其为可拆卸的连接,并能实现电池组件1和雾化组件2之间的可拆卸连接即可。
结合图2、图3、图4、图5、图6和图7所示的实施例对第一连接件24和第二连接件13的具体结构进行详细说明。
如图3所示,第一连接件24大致为中空的管状结构,其一端插设在雾化套21的一端,第一连接件24延伸出雾化套21的一端用于与电池组件1可拆卸的连接。
其中,第一连接件24内设有沿第一连接件24的轴向贯穿的穿孔241,pcb板25固定在该穿孔241内。具体的,穿孔241的内壁设置有限位凸台242,pcb板25沿第 一连接件24的径向设置并抵持固定在限位凸台242上。
进一步的,pcb板25与第一连接件24靠近电池组件1的一端围成有对接插槽(图上未标号),电池组件2的弹性电极14延伸至该对接插槽内并与pcb板25弹性抵接。结合图4所示,pcb板25的中心处开设有供气流流通的通气孔254,且pcb板25面向电池组件1的表面设置有两个用于电连接的触点251。两个触点251分别为第一触点252和第二触点253,第一触点252和第二触点253用于分别于电池组件1上相对应的弹性电极14弹性相抵并电连接。本实施例中,第一触点252和第二触点253均为圆盘状,两个触点251关于所述通气孔254对称,并环绕通气孔254均匀分布在pcb板25的上,即所述通气孔254为两个触点251的对称中心。可以理解的是,所述通气孔254可以设置在PCB板25的其他位置,第一触点252、第二触点253和通气孔254的位置具体不做限定。
结合图5所示,pcb板25背离电池组件1的表面设有至少两个相互电性隔离的电连接件255。本实施例中,电连接件255包括两个,两个电连接件255分别于对应的触点252电连接,电热丝组件32的两端分别通过该电连接件255实现与电池组件1的电连接。
如图2所示,第二连接件13大致为中空的管状结构,第二连接件13的一端固定在电池套11内,另一端延伸出电池套11并与第一连接件24可拆卸的连接。
第二连接件13内设置有固定架15,至少两个弹性电极14相互间隔的固定在该固定架15上。本实施例中,弹性电极14包括两个,分别为第一弹性电极和第二弹性电极(图上均未标号),第一弹性电极和第二弹性电极用于分别与pcb板25上相对应的触点251弹性抵接并电连接。
如图2所示,弹性电极14包括固定套141、弹性件143和导电件144。其中,固定套141沿第二连接件13的轴向嵌设并固定在固定架15中,固定套141朝向pcb板25的一端设有开口槽142。弹性件143的一端固定连接在开口槽142的槽底处,弹性件143的另一端与导电件144固定连接,使得导电件144可活动的插设在开口槽142内,且弹性件143向导电件144施加朝向pcb板25方向的弹力,从而使得导电件144弹性抵接至pcb板25上的触点251。
结合图6所示,本实施例中,第一连接件24与第二连接件13之间通过插旋连接结构可拆卸的连接,该插旋连接结构包括相互扣合的卡扣243和卡槽131。其中,卡扣243凸设在第一连接件24的外壁上,卡槽131开设在第二连接件13的内壁上。
具体的,卡槽131呈“L”形,卡槽131包括相互光滑连接的插入通道132和旋转通道133,插入通道132开设在第二连接件13的端口处并沿第二连接件13的轴向朝远离卡扣243的一侧延伸,旋转通道133连接在插入通道132远离卡扣243的一端并沿第二连接件13的周向延伸。
组装时,首先将第一连接件24上的卡扣243沿插入通道132移动至插入通道132的底端,然后旋转第一连接件24或第二连接件13,使得卡扣243移动至旋转通道133内,从而实现第一连接件24与第二连接件13的可拆卸连接。
本实施例中,卡扣243和卡槽131的数量为两个,且卡扣243设置在第一连接件24上,卡槽131设置在第二连接件13上。可以理解的是,本申请并不限定卡扣243和卡槽131的具体数量,且在其他实施例中,卡扣243还可以设置在第二连接件13上,卡槽131设置在第一连接件24上,只要其能实现第一连接件24与第二连接件13之间的插旋连接即可。通过相互扣合的卡扣243和卡槽131配合的方式能够较好的保证第一弹性电极和第二弹性电极分别与pcb板25上相对应的触点251弹性抵接,避免了通过螺纹等连接方式时容易产生触点与所述第一弹性电极和第二弹性电极错位的问题。
进一步的,第一连接件24和第二连接件13之间还可以通过螺纹连接结构可拆卸的连接。如图7示,第一连接件24延伸出雾化套21的一端开设有外螺纹结构,第二连接件13延伸出电池套11的一端设有与该外螺纹结构相适配的内螺纹结构。
结合图1和图3所示的实施例对雾化组件2的具体结构进行详细说明。
如图3所示,雾化组件2包括雾化套21、雾化座22、电热丝组件23、第一连接件24、pcb板25、通气管26、吸嘴27和紧固结构28。
其中,雾化套21大致为中空的圆筒状结构,第一连接件24和吸嘴27分别可拆卸的连接在雾化套21的两端。
雾化座22固定在雾化套21内,其包括相互连接的主体和连接管(图上均未标号 )。具体的,主体的外侧壁与雾化套21的内壁相互抵接,以使雾化座22固定在雾化套21内,且主体沿雾化套21的轴向开设有供气流流通的气孔(图上未标号),该气孔与pcb板25上的通气孔254相连通;连接管的一端固定在该气孔的周缘,另一端朝靠近吸嘴27的一侧延伸。
通气管26沿雾化套21的轴向固定在雾化套21内,其一端套设在连接管外,另一端朝靠近吸嘴27的一侧延伸,电热丝组件23架设在通气管26上,且通气管26用于将电热丝组件23雾化产生的烟雾从吸嘴27处排出。具体的,通气管26上开设有两个相对设置的安装孔(图上未标号),电热丝组件23的两端分别架设在两个安装孔处。
电热丝组件23包括导油件231和电热丝232。其中,导油件231由吸油材料制成,其两端分别架设在通气管26的安装孔内;电热丝232缠绕在导油件231上,并与pcb板25上的电连接件255(结合图5所示)电连接,电热丝232的两端通过两个所述电连接件255实现与电池组件1的电连接。由于电热丝组件23为现有技术的惯用手段,故其具体结构在此不再赘述。
吸嘴27插设在雾化套21远离电池组件1的一端,电热丝组件23雾化产生的烟雾经过通气管26后,从吸嘴27处被用户吸食。本实施例中,吸嘴27与雾化套21间为可拆卸的连接,以方便用户清理污垢。
紧固结构28设置在第一连接件24与雾化套21插接相连的位置处,其主要用于增强第一连接件24与雾化套21之间连接的稳定性,避免第一连接件24从雾化套21中脱落。具体的,紧固结构28包括开设在第一连接件24外侧壁上的环形凹槽(图上未标号),及凸设在雾化套21内侧壁上的与该环形凹槽相适配的凸缘(图上未标号),凸缘嵌设并固定在该环形凹槽内。
本实施例中,雾化组件2包括雾化套21,第一连接件24和吸嘴27分别可拆卸的连接在雾化套21的两端,雾化套21内固定有雾化座22,通气管26固定在雾化座22上,电热丝组件23架设在该通气管26上,且电热丝组件23的两端通过第一连接件24内的pcb板25实现与电池组件1的电连接。可以理解的是,本申请的雾化组件2并不限定于上述结构,还可以为其它结构,只要其能雾化烟油即可。
结合图1和图2所示的实施例对电池组件1的具体结构进行详细说明。
如图2所示,电池组件1主要包括电池套11、电池12、第二连接件13、弹性电极14、固定架15、气流传感器、控制单元和端盖(图上均未标号)。
电池套11大致为中空的圆筒状结构,第二连接件13和端盖分别连接在电池套11的两端。电池12固定在电池套11内,其主要为雾化组件2和控制单元提供工作所需的电源。
优选地,电池套11的外侧壁上或第一连接件24与第二连接件13的抵合面上设有供气流流入的进气孔(图上未标号),本实施例中,进气孔开设在电池套11远离吸嘴27一侧的外侧壁上。
固定架15固定在第二连接件13内,且固定架15上开设有供气流流通的过气孔151,该过气孔151与进气孔相连通。
气流传感器与控制单元分别纳置在电池套11内,气流传感器主要用于检测气流信号并生成脉冲信号,控制单元分别与气流传感器和电池12电连接。控制单元主要用于接收气流传感器发出的信号、并根据接收的信号控制雾化组件2的工作状态。当然,也可以用按键开关代替所述气流传感器和控制单元以控制电池12是否为所述雾化组件2供电,在此不作限定。
本实施例中,电池组件1包括分别套设在电池套11内的电池12、气流传感器和控制单元,以及连接在电池套11两端的第二连接件13和端盖,可以理解的是本申请的电池组件1并不限定于上述结构,还可以为其它结构,只要其能为雾化组件2提供工作所需电源即可。
图8和图9示出了本发明较佳实施例之二提供的一种电子烟,其与实施例一的不同之处在于pcb板25的结构不同。
如图9所示,pcb板25面向电池组件1的表面设置有两个用于电连接的触点251,两个触点251分别为第一触点252和第二触点253,第一触点252和第二触点253用于分别与电池组件1上相对应的弹性电极14弹性相抵并电连接。
其中,第一触点252为圆盘状,其位于pcb板25的轴心线上,第二触点253为圆环状并环绕第一触点252分布在pcb板25上,而通气孔254开设在第一触点252和第二触点252间。
弹性电极14包括两个,两个弹性电极14分别为第一弹性电极和第二弹性电极, 第一弹性电极位于第二连接件13的轴心线上并与第一触点252弹性相抵,第二弹性电极用于与第二触点253弹性相抵,以使在将电池组件1和雾化组件2插接相连时,能够保证两个弹性电极14分别与pcb板25上对应的两个触点251电连接。
图10示出了本发明较佳实施例之三提供的一种电子烟,其与实施例一的不同之处在于pcb板25的结构不同。
本实施例中,pcb板25面向电池组件1的表面设置有两个用于电连接的触点251。两个触点251分别为第一触点252和第二触点253,第一触点252和第二触点253用于分别于电池组件1上相对应的弹性电极14弹性相抵并电连接。其中,第一触点252和第二触点253均为圆盘状,并环绕通气孔254均匀分布在pcb板25的上。可以理解的是,所述通气孔254、第一触点252、第二触点253可以设置在pcb板25的其他位置上,此处不做具体限定。
结合图10所示,pcb板25背离对接插槽的表面设有至少两个相互电性隔离的导电支架256,导电支架256为中空状结构,导电支架256的一端固定在pcb板25上,并与对应的触点251电连接,导电支架256的另一端穿过雾化座22并朝靠近导油件231的一侧延伸,电热丝232的两端分别夹持在导电支架256内,使得电热丝232的两端分别通过两个导电支架256实现与电池组件1的电连接。
综上所示,实施本发明的电子烟,具有以下有益效果:
(1)电池组件和雾化组件之间通过pcb板和弹性电极来实现电池组件和雾化组件之间的电连接,相较于现有技术中用以实现电池组件和雾化组件之间电连接的相互嵌套的管状金属电极来说,本申请的pcb板和弹性电极结构更简单,简化了电子烟的装配步骤,且更加轻便,方便用户携带,且由于所述pcb板沿所述第一连接件的径向设置并抵持在所述限位凸台上,因而不仅便于装配,而且使触点与所述弹性电极电连接更可靠。
(2)由于第一连接件和第二连接件不起导电的作用,故可以将第一连接件和第二连接件设置为不导电的塑胶制件,而塑件连接件和pcb板都比铜件便宜,可以降低电子烟的生产成本。
(3)本申请装配简单,可减少装配时间,提高效率。

  1. 一种电子烟,包括相互连接的电池组件(1)和雾化组件(2),其特征在于,所述电池组件(1)和雾化组件(2)之间设置有相互连接的第一连接件(24)和第二连接件(13),所述第一连接件(24)与所述第二连接件(13)为可拆卸的连接,以实现所述电池组件(1)与所述雾化组件(2)的可拆卸连接;所述第一连接件(24)内设置有贯穿所述第一连接件(24)两端的穿孔(241),所述穿孔(241)处设置有限位凸台(242),所述穿孔(241)内设有用于电连接的pcb板(25),所述pcb板(25)沿所述第一连接件(24)的径向设置并抵持在所述限位凸台(242)上,所述pcb板(25)与所述穿孔(241)靠近所述电池组件(1)的一端围成有对接插槽,所述pcb板(25)的面向所述对接插槽的表面设置有用于电连接的至少两个触点(251);所述第二连接件(13)内固定有至少两个分别与所述触点(251)弹性抵接的弹性电极(14),所述弹性电极(14)包括固定在所述第二连接件(13)内的固定套(141),所述固定套(141)设有开口槽(142),所述开口槽(142)的一端活动插设有与所述触点(251)抵接的导电件(144),所述开口槽(142)内容置有用于向所述导电件(144)施加朝向所述触点(251)方向的弹力的弹性件(143),以使所述导电件(144)弹性抵接至所述触点(251)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,两个所述触点(251)分别为第一触点(252)和第二触点(253),所述第一触点(252)为圆盘状,所述第二触点(253)为圆环状并环绕所述第一触点(252)分布在所述pcb板(25)上,所述pcb板(25)上设有供气流流通的通气孔(254);
    所述弹性电极(14)包括两个,两个所述弹性电极(14)分别为第一弹性电极和第二弹性电极,所述第一弹性电极位于所述第二 连接件(13)的轴心线上并与所述第一触点(252)弹性相抵,所述第二弹性电极用于与所述第二触点(253)弹性相抵,以使在将所述电池组件(1)和所述雾化组件(2)插接相连时,能够保证两个所述弹性电极(14)分别与所述pcb板(25)上对应的两个所述触点(251)电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述pcb板(25)的中心处开设有供气流流通的通气孔(254),两个所述触点(251)为圆盘状并关于所述通气孔(254)对称,两个所述触点(251)分别为第一触点(252)和第二触点(253);所述弹性电极(14)包括用于与所述第一触点(252)弹性相抵的第一弹性电极及用于与所述第二触点(253)弹性相抵的第二弹性电极,以使在将所述电池组件(1)和所述雾化组件(2)插接相连时,能够保证两个所述弹性电极(14)分别与所述pcb板(25)上对应的两个所述触点(251)电连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一连接件(24)与所述第二连接件(13)之间通过螺纹连接结构或插旋连接结构可拆卸的连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述插旋连接结构包括至少一个凸设在所述第一连接件(24)外壁上的卡扣(243),及至少一个设置在所述第二连接件(13)内壁上的与所述卡扣(243)相适配的呈“L”型的卡槽(131)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化组件(2)包括雾化套(21),所述第一连接件(24)设在所述雾化套(21)用于与所述电池组件(1)相连的一端,所述电池组件(1)包括电池套(11),所述第二连接件(13)设在所述电池套(11)用于与所述雾化组件(2)相连的一端。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述雾化套(21)内还设置有雾化座(22),所述雾化座(22)上固定设置有电热丝 组件(23);所述电热丝组件(23)包括用于吸附烟油的导油件(231),及缠绕在所述导油件(231)上并用于雾化所述导油件(231)上烟油的电热丝(232),所述电热丝(232)的两端分别与所述电池组件(1)电连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述pcb板(25)背离所述对接插槽的表面设有两个相互电性隔离的电连接件(255),两个所述电连接件(255)分别与对应的所述触点(251)电连接;所述电热丝(232)的两端分别通过两个所述电连接件(255)与所述电池组件(1)电连接。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述pcb板(25)背离所述对接插槽的表面设有至少两个相互电性隔离且呈中空状的导电支架(256),所述导电支架(256)的一端固定在所述pcb板(25)上并与对应的所述触点(251)电连接,所述导电支架(256)的另一端穿过所述雾化座(22)并朝靠近所述导油件(231)的一侧延伸,所述电热丝(232)的两端分别夹持在所述导电支架(256)内并别通过两个所述导电支架(256)与所述电池组件(1)电连接。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第一连接件(24)与所述雾化套(21)插接相连的位置处设置有紧固结构(28)。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述紧固结构(28)包括设置在所述第一连接件(24)外侧壁上的环形凹槽,及凸设在所述雾化套(21)内侧壁上的凸缘。
  12. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述电池套(11)的外侧壁上或所述第一连接件(24)与所述第二连接件(13)的抵合面上设有供气流流入的进气孔。
  13. 根据权利要求6所述的电子烟,其特征在于,所述第二连接件(13)内设有固定架(15),所述弹性电极(14)固定在所述固定架 (15)上。
