本发明属于煤输送设备技术领域,具体为一种发电厂用上煤装置。
背景技术
火力发电是一种利用可燃物在燃烧时产生的热能,通过发电动力装置转换成电能的一种发电方式。
但是现有技术中,现有发电厂用上煤设备多只能单一进行煤块的移动输送,进而容易导致过多较大规格煤块堆积投入,进而影响实际煤块的燃烧效果,导致设备实际使用效果欠佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种能够根据实际燃烧情况有效进行煤块规格的调节,进而确保煤块能够根据实际燃烧需求进行充分燃烧的一种发电厂用上煤装置。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种发电厂用上煤装置,包括:筛分机构,所述筛分机构包括筛分框和驱动部件,所述筛分框内部底面转动连接有连动轴,所述连动轴外表面套设有导框,所述导框外表面套设有两个输送盘,所述筛分框一侧外表面固定连接有连接框,所述驱动部件设置于筛分框上;
调节机构,所述调节机构包括顶框,所述顶框固定连接于筛分框和连接框顶部之间,所述顶框一侧外表面贯穿有滑框,所述滑框内部滑动插设有移动块,所述移动块一侧外表面转动连接有转轴,所述转轴外表面套设有压轮和第二锥形齿轮,所述移动块底部固定连接有螺纹杆; 
输送机构,所述输送机构包括输送框,所述输送框连通设置于连接框一侧,所述输送框内部底面固定连接有两个安装架,每个所述安装架两侧相对内表壁之间均转动连接有两个支撑轴,每个所述支撑轴外表面均套设有连动辊,四个所述连动辊共分为两组,每组两个所述连动辊外表面之间均套设有输送带;以及

其中,所述驱动部件包括减速器本体和驱动电机,所述减速器本体和驱动电机均固定连接于筛分框内部底面,所述减速器本体的输出端也套设有第一锥形齿轮,两个所述第一锥形齿轮啮合,所述减速器本体的输入端套设有连动齿轮,所述驱动电机的输出端也套设有驱动齿轮,两个所述驱动齿轮啮合。

本发明中,使用时,通过控制启动驱动电机,进而使驱动电机能够通过连动齿轮有效带动减速器本体运行,进而使减速器本体能够通过第一锥形齿轮有效带动连动轴进行旋转,进而使连动轴能够有效通过导框带动输送盘进行旋转,此时通过注料框向导框内部注入适量煤块,在连动轴的带动下使顶杆能够有效带动防护管进行旋转,进而使旋转的防护管能够通过卡片有效带动旋转架进行旋转,进而在支撑弹簧的支撑下使旋转架能够在限位圈的位置限制下进行起伏移动,进而使移动杆能够有效带动抵盘进行高度的起伏,较小煤块能够通过过料槽有效进入导框内部,进而在抵盘配合导向圈能够间隔投放较大煤块,进而有效防止煤块阻塞分料圈,进而在分料圈的初步阻隔下,使煤块能够有效分隔成两种规格,较大规格煤块通过导框达到上方的输送盘内部,较小规格煤块通过导框到达下方的输送盘内部,进而在输送盘旋转作用下,使煤块能够通过第一连接口和第二连接口有效输送至对应隔板顶部,进而在隔板的引导下使不同规格煤块能够有效输送至对应输送带顶部,进而通过控制启动输送电机,进而使输送电机能够通过第三锥形齿轮、皮带轮和皮带能够有效带动对应两个支撑轴进行旋转,进而使支撑轴能够带动对应连动辊进行旋转,进而使连动辊能够有效带动输送带进行煤块的输送,进而使不同规格的煤块能够通过排料口和排料框有效输送至指定使用位置,同时根据实际燃烧情况,能够通过控制旋转调节蜗杆,进而使蜗杆能够通过蜗轮有效带动转管进行旋转,进而使旋转的转管能够有效调节螺纹杆使用高度,进而使螺纹杆能够有效调节移动块使用高度,使移动块能够通过转轴有效调节压轮和对应输送盘之间间距,进而通过控制启动旋转电机,进而使旋转电机能够通过第二锥形齿轮能够有效带动转轴进行旋转,进而使转轴能够带动压轮进行有效旋转,进而使旋转的转轴能够配合旋转的输送盘进行煤块规格的挤压调节,进而有效控制调节大规格和小规格煤块的输出的比例,进而有效提高实际燃烧效果,使设备能够高效进行应有功能的实现。

  8. 如权利要求7所述的一种发电厂用上煤装置,其特征在于:所述滑框(204)底部转动连接有转管(207),所述转管(207)和螺纹杆(206)螺纹连接,所述转管(207)外表面套设有蜗轮(209),所述滑框(204)底部转动连接有蜗杆(208),所述蜗杆(208)和蜗轮(209)啮合,所述滑框(204)两侧外表面均开设有移动口。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的一种发电厂用上煤装置,其特征在于:所述移动块(205)顶部固定连接有载板(212),所述载板(212)一侧外表面固定连接有旋转电机(213),所述旋转电机(213)的输出端也套设有第二锥形齿轮,两个所述第二锥形齿轮啮合。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的一种发电厂用上煤装置,其特征在于:每组其中一个所述支撑轴外表面均套设有皮带轮,两个所述皮带轮外表面之间套设有皮带,其中一个所述支撑轴外表面套设有第三锥形齿轮,其中一个所述安装架(302)一侧外表面固定连接有输送电机(308),所述输送电机(308)的输出端也套设有第三锥形齿轮,两个所述第三锥形齿轮啮合,所述输送框(301)内部底面固定连接有限位架(305),所述限位架(305)两侧内表壁均固定连接有两个安装条(306),每个所述安装条(306)一侧外表面均等距转动连接有多个限位轴,每个所述限位轴外表面均套设有限位辊(307),所述输送框(301)一侧外表面开设有排料口,所述输送框(301)一侧外表面固定连接有排料框(309)。
