Abstract
Système de détection en temps réel dans un système d'assemblage intelligent d'un embrayage unidirectionnel. Le système d'assemblage intelligent de l'embrayage unidirectionnel comprend une ligne d'assemblage automatique (100) d'une roue en étoile (2) et d'un arbre de sortie (1) et une ligne d'assemblage automatique (200) d'un siège de ressort (7) et un siège de ressort d'encliquetage (8). Le système de détection comprend un dispositif de détection durant l'assemblage (800) et un dispositif de détection de post-assemblage (900). Le dispositif de détection durant l'assemblage (800) est disposé sur la ligne d'assemblage automatique (100) de la roue en étoile (2) et l'arbre de sortie (1), et le dispositif de détection de post-assemblage (900) est disposé à l'arrière de la ligne d'assemblage automatique (200) du siège de ressort (7) et du siège de ressort d'encliquetage (8). Selon le système de détection, le problème technique qu'une disqualification peut uniquement être trouvée après l'assemblage est résolu, de sorte qu'une fois qu'il existe un problème dans l'assemblage de l'embrayage unidirectionnel, il peut être trouvé à temps.
