需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本发明的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本发明。
如图1~图8所示,一种电子雾化器,包括主机10和雾化器20,所述主机10包括外壳1、开设于外壳1的配合插槽2、设于外壳1内并位于配合插槽2下方的电控组件3、及安装于外壳1一侧并与电控组件3电连接的电源13;所述雾化器20包括壳体4、设于壳体4内的储油腔5、设于外壳1内并连通于储油腔5的导油座6、连接于导油座6的雾化组件7、及密封底座8,所述密封底座8设有第一电极81,所述第一电极81与雾化组件7接触,所述导油座6两侧设有固定卡扣61;所述雾化组件7包括第一固定弹片71、第二固定弹片72、及雾化片73;所述第一固定弹片71设有第一固定卡槽711,所述第一固定卡槽711卡接于固定卡扣61,所述第一固定弹片71设有第一固定腔712,所述第一固定腔712设有储油棉74;所述第二固定弹片72设有第二固定卡槽721,所述第二固定卡槽721卡设于固定卡扣61并与第一固定卡槽711贴合,所述第二固定弹片72与第二固定弹片72之间设有第二固定腔722,所述第二固定腔722设有导油棉75,所述导油棉75与储油棉74贴合,所述第二固定弹片72位于导油棉75下侧设有安装托架723;所述雾化片73设于安装托架723、并与导油棉75贴合。
参阅图2所示,外壳1底部设有固定底板12,所述固定底板12将电控组件3固定在外壳1内部;所述电控组件3包括固定安装于外壳1内部并与固定底板12连接的固定支架32、安装于固定支架32的控制板33、及安装于控制板33的气动感应器34,所述气动感应器34连通于气动孔31;所述控制板33设有充电接口331,所述充电接口331延伸至固定底板12,所述充电接口331用于电源13充电,通过固定底板12将固定支架32固定在外壳1内部,并且控制板33固定在固定支架32上,结构稳定可靠,同时,气动感应器34用于感应气动雾化,触动效率高。
参阅图3~图4所示,壳体4一侧设有注油槽41,所述注油槽41安装有注油塞42;所述注油槽41开设有固定连接孔411及注油连接孔412,所述固定连接孔411与注油连接孔412均连通至储油腔5;所述注油塞42包括密封面板421、一体成型于密封面板421的装配连接部422、及开合密封部423,所述装配连接部422密封连接于固定连接孔411,所述开合密封部423密封装配于注油连接孔412;通过注油塞42将注油槽41密封,方便对储油腔5进行注油,实现循环使用。具体是,在使用中,可通过注油塞42将储油腔5密封,同时设置了装配连接部422用于固定连接,而开合连接部则可开合设置,用于开启储油腔5用于注油,整体结构简单,操作使用方便。
壳体4设有气嘴43,所述气嘴43连通有气道44,所述气道44延伸并连接至导油座6,所述雾化组件7与密封底座8之间形成有雾化腔,所述导油座6设有一导气槽,所述导气槽连通至气道44;通过雾化腔将雾化组件7所雾化后产生经过导气槽后的气体通过气道44导出。
参阅图5所示,导油座6包括座体62、及套设于座体62的密封外罩63,所述导油座6开设有导油槽64,所述导油槽64将储油腔5与雾化组件7连通;所述储油棉74置于导油槽64内;通过密封外罩63对结构进行密封,密封效果好。
参阅图6~图7所示,第一固定弹片71为一体冲压成型的金属弹片,所述第一固定卡槽711一体折弯形成于第一固定弹片71的两侧;所述第一固定卡槽711设有破边槽,所述破边槽连通至第一固定卡槽711;所述第一固定弹片71位于第一固定腔712两侧一体冲压有压紧弹片713,所述压紧弹片713将导油棉75压紧于第二固定腔722;采用金属弹片一体成型的结构,结构稳定可靠,并采用折弯形成的第一固定卡槽711,卡接稳定,结构可靠。破边槽使得第一固定卡槽711具有一定的弹性,装配卡入更加方便。通过压紧弹片713将导油棉75压紧贴合,保证了导油稳定性。压紧弹片713的作用下,可将导油棉75压紧贴合雾化片734,在雾化接触电极时不会被顶起。
第二固定弹片72为一体冲压成型的金属弹片,所述第二固定卡槽721一体折弯形成于第二固定弹片72的两侧;所述第二固定弹片72的两侧一体折弯形成有侧边抱爪724,所述侧边抱爪724将所述导油棉75的两侧固定;采用一体成型的金属弹片,结构可靠,并采用折弯形成的第二固定卡槽721,卡接稳定,结构可靠。通过侧边抱爪724可以将导油棉75的两侧抱紧固定,对导油棉75固定效果好。
安装托架723包括雾化放置槽723a、一体冲压成型于第二固定弹片72并延伸至雾化放置槽723a两侧的托架引脚723b、及靠近托架引脚723b的限位端板723c,所述雾化片73放置于雾化放置槽723a、并通过托架引脚723b托起;通过托架引脚723b作为底托,而限位端板723c和雾化放置槽723a形成用于雾化片73的放置槽,在组装使用中,通过压紧弹片713将导油棉75压紧,同时导油棉75也将雾化片73压紧再雾化放置槽723a内。
参阅图8所示,雾化片73为晶元发热体,所述雾化片73表面均布且贯通设有雾化微孔731、及设于雾化片73且背离导油棉75一面的发热线路732;采用晶元发热体作为雾化片73,对烟油雾化效果好,对人体无害,使用寿命长,不易糊芯。
密封底座8位于第一电极81两侧设有第一磁吸元件82,所述配合插槽2对应第一电极81设有第二电极21、对应第一磁吸元件82设有第二磁吸元件22,所述第二电极21与电控组件3电连接,所述配合插槽2底部设有进气间隙23,所述外壳1对应进气间隙23开设有进气孔11,所述密封底座8开设有导气孔83,所述导气孔83连通至雾化组件7,所述电控组件3开设有气动孔31,所述气动孔31连通至进气间隙23和进气孔11;在主机10与雾化器20之间配合位置设置了进气间隙23,将进气间隙23连通了雾化器20和主机10,在使用时可保证气体流动性,方便电控组件3控制雾化组件7加热形成烟雾,雾化效果好,雾化效率高。通过两组电极的接触实现电接触连接,方便控制雾化,同时设置磁吸元件进行吸附连接,结构连接稳定。
本发明通过第一固定弹片71和第二固定弹片72配合用于将储油棉74和导油棉75固定,并将雾化片73也直接设置在第二固定弹片72上,在使用中,结构连接稳定,配合雾化片73安装,导油稳定,雾化效果好;而且采用晶元发热体作用于雾化片73,对人体无害,使用寿命长,不易糊芯,雾化效果强,口感一致性强。具体是,设置了主机10和雾化器20,所述主机10包括外壳1、开设于外壳1的配合插槽2、设于外壳1内并位于配合插槽2下方的电控组件3、及安装于外壳1一侧并与电控组件3电连接的电源13;所述雾化器20包括壳体4、设于壳体4内的储油腔5、设于外壳1内并连通于储油腔5的导油座6、连接于导油座6的雾化组件7、及密封底座8,所述密封底座8设有第一电极81,所述第一电极81与雾化组件7接触,所述导油座6两侧设有固定卡扣61;所述雾化组件7包括第一固定弹片71、第二固定弹片72、及雾化片73;所述第一固定弹片71设有第一固定卡槽711,所述第一固定卡槽711卡接于固定卡扣61,所述第一固定弹片71设有第一固定腔712,所述第一固定腔712设有储油棉74;所述第二固定弹片72设有第二固定卡槽721,所述第二固定卡槽721卡设于固定卡扣61并与第一固定卡槽711贴合,所述第二固定弹片72与第二固定弹片72之间设有第二固定腔722,所述第二固定腔722设有导油棉75,所述导油棉75与储油棉74贴合,所述第二固定弹片72位于导油棉75下侧设有安装托架723;所述雾化片73设于安装托架723、并与导油棉75贴合。通过安装托架723配合雾化片73安装,杜绝了雾化片73出现干烧现象,使得雾化结构导油稳定,雾化效果好,雾化后的烟雾口感效果更佳。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 电子雾化器,其特征在于:包括
    主机,所述主机包括外壳、开设于外壳的配合插槽、设于外壳内并位于配合插槽下方的电控组件、及安装于外壳一侧并与电控组件电连接的电源;
    雾化器,所述雾化器包括壳体、设于壳体内的储油腔、设于外壳内并连通于储油腔的导油座、连接于导油座的雾化组件、及密封底座,所述密封底座设有第一电极,所述第一电极与雾化组件接触,所述导油座两侧设有固定卡扣;
    所述雾化组件包括第一固定弹片、第二固定弹片、及雾化片;所述第一固定弹片设有第一固定卡槽,所述第一固定卡槽卡接于固定卡扣,所述第一固定弹片设有第一固定腔,所述第一固定腔设有储油棉;所述第二固定弹片设有第二固定卡槽,所述第二固定卡槽卡设于固定卡扣并与第一固定卡槽贴合,所述第二固定弹片与第二固定弹片之间设有第二固定腔,所述第二固定腔设有导油棉,所述导油棉与储油棉贴合,所述第二固定弹片位于导油棉下侧设有安装托架;所述雾化片设于安装托架、并与导油棉贴合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于:所述密封底座位于第一电极两侧设有第一磁吸元件,所述配合插槽对应第一电极设有第二电极、对应第一磁吸元件设有第二磁吸元件,所述第二电极与电控组件电连接,所述配合插槽底部设有进气间隙,所述外壳对应进气间隙开设有进气孔,所述密封底座开设有导气孔,所述导气孔连通至雾化组件,所述电控组件开设有气动孔,所述气动孔连通至进气间隙和进气孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于:所述外壳底部设有固定底板,所述固定底板将电控组件固定在外壳内部;所述电控组件包括固定安装于外壳内部并与固定底板连接的固定支架、安装于固定支架的控制板、及安装于控制板的气动感应器,所述气动感应器连通于气动孔;所述控制板设有充电接口,所述充电接口延伸至固定底板,所述充电接口用于电源充电。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于:所述壳体一侧设有注油槽,所述注油槽安装有注油塞;所述注油槽开设有固定连接孔及注油连接孔,所述固定连接孔与注油连接孔均连通至储油腔;所述注油塞包括密封面板、一体成型于密封面板的装配连接部、及开合密封部,所述装配连接部密封连接于固定连接孔,所述开合密封部密封装配于注油连接孔。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于:所述壳体设有气嘴,所述气嘴连通有气道,所述气道延伸并连接至导油座,所述雾化组件与密封底座之间形成有雾化腔,所述导油座设有一导气槽,所述导气槽连通至气道。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于:所述导油座包括座体、及套设于座体的密封外罩,所述导油座开设有导油槽,所述导油槽将储油腔与雾化组件连通;所述储油棉置于导油槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于:所述第一固定弹片为一体冲压成型的金属弹片,所述第一固定卡槽一体折弯形成于第一固定弹片的两侧;所述第一固定卡槽设有破边槽,所述破边槽连通至第一固定卡槽;所述第一固定弹片位于第一固定腔两侧一体冲压有压紧弹片,所述压紧弹片将导油棉压紧于第二固定腔。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于:所述第二固定弹片为一体冲压成型的金属弹片,所述第二固定卡槽一体折弯形成于第二固定弹片的两侧;所述第二固定弹片的两侧一体折弯形成有侧边抱爪,所述侧边抱爪将所述导油棉的两侧固定。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于:所述安装托架包括雾化放置槽、一体冲压成型于第二固定弹片并延伸至雾化放置槽两侧的托架引脚、及靠近托架引脚的限位端板,所述雾化片放置于雾化放置槽、并通过托架引脚托起。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的电子雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化片为晶元发热体,所述雾化片表面均布且贯通设有雾化微孔、及设于雾化片且背离导油棉一面的发热线路。
