Abstract
Description
本開示の目的は、製造容易なコネクタ、及びワイヤハーネスを提供することにある。
最初に本開示の実施態様を列記して説明する。
本開示のコネクタは、
[1]芯線と該芯線の外周を覆う絶縁被覆と該絶縁被覆の外周を覆うシールド部材とを有するシールド電線の端部に固定されるとともに、取付対象に対して固定されることで、前記シールド部材を前記取付対象に電気的に接続するコネクタであって、前記芯線及び前記絶縁被覆が通されるとともに前記シールド部材が接続される金属パイプと、前記金属パイプの外周面に固定され、前記取付対象に固定される金属固定部材と、を備える。
同構成によれば、鋳造品に比べ、金属固定部材を容易に製造できる。
[4]上記[1]から上記[3]のいずれか1つにおいて、前記金属パイプに外嵌される第1ゴムリングを備えることが好ましい。
[5]上記[4]において、前記金属パイプは、前記第1ゴムリングが外嵌される第1縮管部を有することが好ましい。
[6]上記[1]から上記[5]のいずれか1つにおいて、前記金属パイプに内嵌される第2ゴムリングを備えることが好ましい。
[7]上記[6]において、前記金属パイプは、前記第2ゴムリングが内嵌される第2拡管部を有することが好ましい。
[8]上記[1]から上記[7]のいずれか1つにおいて、前記金属パイプは、前記絶縁被覆に圧接される第2縮管部を有することが好ましい。
[9]上記[1]から上記[8]のいずれか1つにおいて、前記シールド電線は、前記芯線及び前記絶縁被覆を複数有するとともに、前記シールド部材が前記複数の絶縁被覆をまとめて覆う多芯一括シールド電線であり、前記芯線及び前記絶縁被覆がセットで1つずつ通される前記金属パイプを複数備え、前記金属固定部材は、前記複数の金属パイプの軸線同士が平行となるように前記複数の金属パイプの少なくとも1つに固定されており、前記複数の金属パイプの外周面同士の隙間を埋めるように設けられるとともに、前記シールド部材が接続される接続部材を備えることが好ましい。
[11]上記[1]から上記[10]のいずれか1つのコネクタと、前記シールド電線とを備える。
[12]上記[9]または上記[10]のコネクタと、前記シールド電線と、を備えたワイヤハーネスであって、前記接続部材に前記シールド部材をかしめ固定するかしめ部材を備える。
[本開示の実施形態の詳細]
本開示のワイヤハーネスの具体例を、以下に図面を参照しつつ説明する。各図面では、説明の便宜上、構成の一部を誇張又は簡略化して示す場合がある。また、各部分の寸法比率については各図面で異なる場合がある。本明細書における「平行」や「直交」や「真円」は、厳密に平行や直交や真円の場合のみでなく、本実施形態における作用効果を奏する範囲内で概ね平行や直交や真円の場合も含まれる。なお、本発明はこれらの例示に限定されるものではなく、特許請求の範囲によって示され、特許請求の範囲と均等の意味及び範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれることが意図される。
図1に示すように、ワイヤハーネス10は、シールド電線としての多芯一括シールド電線20と、コネクタ30とを備える。
図1から図3に示すように、多芯一括シールド電線20は、電線21と、シールド部材22とを有する。本実施形態の多芯一括シールド電線20は、3本の電線21を有する。
図2に示すように、コネクタ30は、多芯一括シールド電線20の端部に固定されるとともに、取付対象としての電気機器のハウジング50に対して固定されるものである。
金属固定部材32は、板材によって構成されている。詳しくは、金属固定部材32は、金属製の板材を打ち抜き加工することなどにより構成されている。
金属パイプ31は、パイプ材によって構成されている。詳しくは、金属パイプ31は、径が一定の金属製のパイプ材に径を広げる拡管加工や径を縮める縮管加工が施されることなどにより構成されている。
また、金属パイプ31は、第2拡管部31eを有する。第2拡管部31eは、金属パイプ31において長さ方向に隣り合う部位よりも径が拡大された部位である。第2拡管部31eは、第1拡管部31aよりも第2端部31d側に、第1拡管部31aと間隔を有して設けられている。なお、第1拡管部31aと第2拡管部31eとの間には、拡管加工や縮管加工が施されずに、金属パイプ31を構成するパイプ材の径のままの状態が維持された基本部31fが設けられている。
電線21は、金属パイプ31に通される。電線21が金属パイプ31に通された状態で、第2ゴムリング34は、絶縁被覆24の外周面と金属パイプ31の内周面との間に圧縮された状態で介在される。
図2に示すように、取付対象としての電気機器のハウジング50は、取付孔50aと、締結部50bとを備える。電気機器のハウジング50は、金属製である。そして、コネクタ30は、端子38及び金属パイプ31の第1端部31c側が取付孔50aに挿入されるように電気機器のハウジング50に固定される。
多芯一括シールド電線20は、シールド部材22が複数の電線21の絶縁被覆24をまとめて覆っている。よって、シールド部材22が覆っている部分での芯線23からの電磁波の放射が抑えられる。また、コネクタ30が電気機器のハウジング50に対して固定されることで、シールド部材22は電気機器のハウジング50に電気的に接続される。そして、コネクタ30においては、電線21は金属パイプ31に覆われている。よって、コネクタ30の部分での芯線23からの電磁波の放射が抑えられる。
(1)コネクタ30において、芯線23は金属パイプ31に覆われる。また、シールド部材22は、金属パイプ31及び金属固定部材32を介して電気機器のハウジング50に接続される。よって、芯線23からの電磁波の放射を抑えることができる。そして、金属パイプ31と金属固定部材32とは、それぞれ別体で製造後に互いに固定されるため、各々を容易に得ることができる。実施形態のコネクタ30は、従来技術のコネクタに備えられていた樹脂ハウジングのような樹脂成形品を必要とせず、ひいては、当該樹脂成形品を成形するための金型も必要としない。したがって、実施形態のコネクタ30は容易に製造できる。
(3)金属パイプ31は、パイプ固定孔32cの内面に結合される第1拡管部31aを有し、金属パイプ31に拡管加工を施してパイプ固定孔32cの内面に結合できる。よって、例えば、溶接に比べ、固定作業が容易となる。
本実施形態は、以下のように変更して実施することができる。本実施形態及び以下の変更例は、技術的に矛盾しない範囲で互いに組み合わせて実施することができる。
前記金属ハウジング(50)の前記取付孔(50a)に位置合わせされるパイプ固定孔(32c)を有する金属固定部材(32)であって、前記金属ハウジング(50)の前記導電性のコネクタ受け面に固定される前記金属固定部材(32)と、
先端部を有する導電性の芯線(23)と、前記芯線(23)の前記先端部を露出させるように該芯線(23)を被覆する絶縁被覆(24)と、前記芯線(23)の前記先端部を露出させかつ前記絶縁被覆(24)の一端部を露出させるように前記絶縁被覆(24)を被覆する導電性のシールド部材(22)とを有するシールド電線(20)と、
前記シールド電線(20)が貫通することを許容する金属パイプ(31)であって、実施形態の第2縮管部(31g)であり得る第1の長さ部分と、実施形態の第2拡管部(31e)であり得る第2の長さ部分と、実施形態の第1拡管部(31a)であり得る第3の長さ部分と、実施形態の第1縮管部(31b)であり得る第4の長さ部分とを有する前記金属パイプ(31)とを含むことができ、
前記金属パイプ(31)の前記第1の長さ部分は、前記シールド電線(20)の前記絶縁被覆(24)の外周面に接触または対面し、かつ前記シールド電線(20)の前記シールド部材(22)に囲まれるように構成されてよく、
前記金属パイプ(31)の前記第2の長さ部分は、前記シールド部材(22)の内周面に電気的に接続されるように構成されてよく、
前記金属パイプ(31)の前記第3の長さ部分は、前記金属固定部材(32)の前記パイプ固定孔(32c)に直接接触しかつ電気的に接続されるように構成されてよく、
前記金属パイプ(31)の前記第4の長さ部分は、前記金属ハウジング(50)の前記取付孔(50a)に受け取られるように構成されてよい。

- 芯線と該芯線の外周を覆う絶縁被覆と該絶縁被覆の外周を覆うシールド部材とを有するシールド電線の端部に固定されるとともに、取付対象に対して固定されることで、前記シールド部材を前記取付対象に電気的に接続するコネクタであって、
前記芯線及び前記絶縁被覆が通されるとともに前記シールド部材が接続される金属パイプと、
前記金属パイプの外周面に固定され、前記取付対象に固定される金属固定部材と、を備えた、
コネクタ。 - 前記金属固定部材は、板材によって構成されている、
