技术领域
本公开涉及空调技术领域,具体涉及一种电控组件、空调外机及空调器。
背景技术
空调、暖风机等电器设备的主机的壳体内部均设置在电控部件,用于控制设备的启动和运行,电控部件可以设置在电控盒中,将电控盒作为整体在主机内部进行安装,或者将电控元件布置在电控板上在主机内进行装配。相关技术中,面对用电结构较为复杂的电路布局,电控元件较多,会增大相应的电控板尺寸或电控板数量,电控板需要通过多个支架在主机进行安装固定。然而,目前的电控板的装配方式占用空间大,导致布局困难。
申请内容
本公开的主要目的是提供一种电控组件、空调外机及空调器,旨在解决空调中电控板的装配方式占用空间大,导致布局困难的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本公开提供一种电控组件,该电控组件包括安装支架和多个电控电路板,安装支架包括第一安装板、第二安装板和支撑件,多个电控电路板分别设置在第一安装板和第二安装板上,第一安装板与第二安装板连接,且第一安装板与第二安装板具有夹角,支撑件连接于第一安装板和第二安装板之间。
本公开的有益效果是:通过相连接的第一安装板和第二安装板对多个电控电路板进行固定,并利用支撑件进行强化结构,即保证了电控电路板安装的可靠性,有减小了电控组件整体的占用空间。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本公开还可以做如下改进。
进一步,第一安装板的侧边与第二安装板的侧边对接,支撑件的第一端与第一安装板的另一侧边连接,第一安装板的另一侧边相较第一安装板的侧边远离第二安装板,支撑件的第二端与第二安装板的另一侧边连接,第二安装板的另一侧边相较第二安装板的侧边远离第一安装板。如此设置,可以提高支撑结构的可靠性
进一步,第一安装板的板面与第二安装板的板面垂直,支撑件与第一安装板和第二安装板形成三角支撑结构。如此设置,可以提高安装支架整体的结构强度。

进一步,缺口的相对两侧均可以设有第一折边,第一折边沿缺口的边缘延伸,第一安装板面向中隔板的一侧具有凸出部,凸出部的形状与缺口的形状相匹配,且凸出部的侧边与第一折边抵接。如此设置,可以对第一安装板的左右位置进行过限位,避免第一安装板相对于缺口产生大幅度晃动。
进一步,电控组件可以包括散热器,散热器设置在凸出部上,且散热器至少部分延伸至第一容纳腔中。如此设置,可以通过第一容纳腔中的风机组件加速散热器的散热速度,提高散热效果。
进一步,中隔板的顶部侧边可以设置有第二折边,第一安装板的顶部侧边可以设有挂接部,挂接部与第二折边抵接。如此设置,中隔板可以对第一安装板起到支撑作用。
进一步,缺口底部可以设有第三折边,第一安装板的底部可以设有限位部,限位部与第三折边抵接。如此设置,可以对第一安装板的底部进行支撑和固定。
本公开还提供了一种空调器,包括空调内机和上述技术方案中的空调外机,空调内机与空调外机相连接。

具体实施方式
在相关技术中,空调、暖风机等电器设备的主机的壳体内部均设置在电控部件,用于控制设备的启动和运行,电控部件可以设置在电控盒中,将电控盒作为整体在主机内部进行安装,或者将电控元件布置在电控板上在主机内进行装配。电控盒的占用空间较大,因此许多小尺寸主机内部会将电控板直接装配在主机的壳体内,面对用电结构较为复杂的电路布局,电控元件较多,会增大相应的电控板尺寸或电控板数量,电控板需要通过多个支架在主机进行安装固定,例如,在三相电控(380V)布局中,三相电路的电路机构更加复杂,需要固定的电控板更多。然而,目前的电控板的装配方式占用空间大,单独设置多个电控板会挤占主机内风机以及压缩机管路的布置空间,导致空间利用率低,整体布局困难。
有鉴于此,本公开实施例的电控组件中,通过安装支架的结构设计,可以同时固定多个电控板,并且充分利用主机内的边缘空间,在保证固定的便利性和可靠性的同时,减小在主机内的占用空间,提高空间利用率,便于其他部件进行布置,提高布局的便利性。

如图1和图2所示,本实施例提供一种电控组件100,电控组件100包括安装支架110和多个电控电路板120,电控组件100可以应用于空调外机中,在电控组件100进行装配时,安装支架110可以与空调外机进行连接,多个电控电路板120可以安装在安装支架110上,电控电路板120上可以布置有电路元件,以控制空调外机的运行。
其中,安装支架110包括第一安装板111、第二安装板112以及支撑件113,多个电控电路板120分别安装设置在第一安装板111与第二安装板112上,第一安装板111与第二安装板112相互连接,且第一安装板111和第二安装板112之间可以具有夹角,支撑件113连接在第一安装板111和第二安装板112之间,以对第一安装板111和第二安装板112之间的连接起到支撑和稳定作用。
可以理解的是,本申请实施例通过相连接的第一安装板111和第二安装板112对多个电控电路板120进行固定,并利用支撑件113进行强化结构,即保证了电控电路板120安装的可靠性,同时,第一安装板111和第二安装板112之间具有夹角,在空调外机中布局部件时,可以避开空调外机中的其他部件,从而充分利用空调外机中的边缘间隙,减小了电控组件100整体的占用空间,提高了布局的便利性。
需要说明的是,第一安装板111可以采用的材质包括但不限于铁、铝等金属或其合金,或者塑料等,相应的,第一安装板111可以通过板件工艺成型或者注塑成型,第二安装板112以及支撑件113可以和第一安装板111采用类似的材质或者成型方式,本申请实施例对此不做具体限定。
在一些实施例中,第一安装板111的侧边与第二安装板112的侧边对接,支撑件113的第一端可以与第一安装板111的另一侧边连接,第一安装板111的另一侧边相较第一安装板111的侧边远离第二安装板112,支撑件113的第二端可以与第二安装板112的另一侧边连接,第二安装板112 的另一侧边相较第二安装板112的侧边远离第一安装板111,从而提高支撑结构的可靠性。
可以理解的是,第一安装板111和第二安装的尺寸可以相同或者相接近,或者当第一安装板111与第二安装板112的尺寸存在差异时,第一安装板111和第二安装板112的顶部侧边可以近似对齐。当第一安装板111与第二安装板112布置在空调外机中时,两者的板面具有不同的朝向,以利用空调外机内部空间的不同位置的间隙,而支撑件113在与第一安装板111和第二安装板112连接时,支撑件113的位置可以设置在第一安装板111和第二安装板112的顶部,从而将第一安装板111与第二安装板112之间主要的空间空出,以便于其他部件进行布置。

此外,第一安装板111和第二安装板112之间可以通过钣金折弯的方式成型,或者两个可以独立成型,并通过焊接连接或者可拆卸连接的方式进行装配,下面以可拆卸装配连接为例,对第一安装板111和第二安装板112之间的具体连接方式进行说明。
图3为图1中A位置的结构示意图,请继续参照图1至图3,在一种可能的实现方式中,第一安装板111的侧边和第二安装板112的侧边中的其中一者上设有卡槽1111,第一安装板111的侧边和第二安装板112的侧边中的另一者设有卡扣1121,卡扣1121卡接于卡槽1111中,从而可以提高第一安装板111与第二安装板112装配的便利性。
可以理解的是,可以是第一安装板111上设置卡槽1111,第二安装板112上设置卡扣1121,或者,可以是第一安装板111上设置卡扣1121,而第二安装板112上设置卡槽1111,亦或者,第一安装板111和第二安装板 112上均设置有卡槽1111与卡扣1121,只需卡槽1111与卡扣1121对应即可。

在一些实施例中,卡扣1121与卡槽1111均可以为多个,多个卡扣1121与多个卡槽1111一一对应,且分别沿第一安装板111和第二安装板112的侧边的延伸方向间隔排布,从而可以保证第一安装板111与第二安装对接侧边的各个位置均可以保持有效可靠的连接。
可以理解的是,卡扣1121和卡槽1111的数量可以为两个、三个或者更多个,在装配过程中,可以将第一安装板111与第二安装板112进行连接固定,再将第一安装板111与第二安装板112中的任一者与空调外机的内壁或者内部结构件进行安装。
下面对支撑件113与第一安装板111和第二安装板112的具体连接方式进行详细说明。

此外,连接段1132可以具有沿水平方向延伸的第一弯折部1134,翻边114的侧边具有沿水平方向延伸的第二弯折部1142,第一弯折部1134可以位于第二弯折部1142上方并与第二弯折部1142抵接,从而使得翻边114对支撑件113起到承载作用。在第一弯折部1134和第二弯折部1142上可以分别开设有相对的安装孔,利用螺纹连接件穿过第一弯折部1134和第二弯折部1142上的安装孔可以将第一弯折部1134和第二弯折部1142进行固定,从而将支撑件113与第一安装板111以及第二安装板112进行固定。
需要说明的是,在进行装配时,可以先将第一安装板111与第二安装板112进行连接,再将插接部1133插入插孔1141内,完成支撑件113在第一安装板111和第二安装板112之间的定位,其后将第一弯折部1134和第二弯折部1142进行连接。
在一些实施例中,多个电控电路板120可以包括第一电控板121、第二电控板122、第三电控板123,电控组件100还可以包括散热器124,第一电控板121可以位于第一安装板111面向第二安装板112的一侧,散热器124可以位于第一安装板111背离第二安装板112的一侧,第二电控板122和第三电控板123可以分别位于第二安装板112的相对两侧,可以充分利用第一安装板111和第二安装板112上的装配空间。
可以理解的是,散热器124可以在电控组件100工作时,对多个电控电路板120起到散热作用,而第一电控板121与散热器124设置在第一安装板111的相对两侧,散热器124对第一电控板121的散热效果较好,因此,可以将发热量较高的电子元器件安装在第一电控板121上。
需要说明的是,电控电路板120上的电子元器件可以包括电容、电阻器、处理器、储存器等元件、保险管、滤波器等,不同的电子元器件之间可以根据电路的设计通过电缆进行连接,本申请实施例对电控电路板120上的具体电路布置以及功能不做限定。
图5为本申请实施例提供的空调外机的内部结构示意图,图6为本申请实施例提供的空调外机的内部另一视角的结构示意图,图7为本申请实施例提供的空调外机的中电控组件与中隔板的装配示意图,图8为图7中C位置的结构示意图。
请参照图5至图8,本申请实施例还提供一种空调外机,空调外机包括壳体200、中隔板300、风机组件400、压缩机组件500和上述技术方案中的电控组件100,中隔板300可以设置于壳体200的内部,并将壳体200的内部分隔为第一容纳腔210和第二容纳腔220,风机组件400设置于第一容纳腔210中,压缩机组件500设置于第二容纳腔220中,电控组件100可以安装在中隔板300面向第二容纳腔220的一侧,从而可以充分利用壳体200内部的空间,提供空间利用率。
可以理解的是,第一容纳腔210中风机组件400的风扇的旋转空间较大,相对而言,第二容纳腔220中主要布置压缩机组件500的管路,可以利用的间隙空间更大。示例性的,第二容纳腔220的下方可以布置压缩机,而电控组件100可以布置正在第二容纳腔220的上方,空调外机中还可以设有其他电控部件。
电控组件可以包括电抗部件,电抗部件包括三相电抗器600和支架700,三相电抗器600通过支架700设置在第一安装板111或者第二安装板112上。
示例性的,在三相电控方案中,还可以有三相电抗器600,三相电抗器600可以通过支架700单独设置在中隔板300面向第一容纳腔210一侧的上端。
在一些实施例中,电控组件100可以包括安装支架110和设置在安装支架110上的电控电路板120,电控电路板120可以控制风机组件400和压缩机组件500的运行,安装支架110包括相互连接的第一安装板111和第二安装板112,中隔板300的顶部可以设有缺口301,缺口301沿中隔板300的高度方向延伸,第一安装板111自上而下插接于缺口301中,即沿图7中的X方向,第二安装板112向背离中隔板300的方向延伸,可以对第一安装板111的安装提高导向,从而提高电控组件100与中隔板300装配的便利性。
可以理解的是,第一安装板111与中隔板300面向第二容纳腔220的 一侧板面对应,而第二安装板112与第二容纳腔220的一侧内壁对应,支撑件113可以位于第二容纳腔220的顶部,并连接第一安装板111和第二安装板112,从而电控组件100整体可以避开第二容纳腔220中的压缩机组件500的管路。
下面对第一安装板111与中隔板300的对接方式进行详细说明。
请继续参照图5至图8,在一种可能的实现方式中,缺口301的相对两侧均可以设有第一折边310,第一折边310可以沿缺口301的边缘延伸,从而在缺口301内限定出一个自身而下的移动轨道,第一安装板111面向中隔板300的一侧具有凸出部1112,凸出部1112的形状与缺口301的形状相匹配,且凸出部1112的侧边与第一折边310抵接,在第一安装板111装配在中隔板300上时,凸出部1112可以沿第一折边310移动,从而可以对第一安装板111的左右位置进行过限位,避免第一安装板111相对于缺口301产生大幅度晃动。
可以理解的是,电控组件100的散热器124可以设置在凸出部1112上,且散热器124至少部分延伸至第一容纳腔210中,从而可以通过第一容纳腔210中的风机组件400加速散热器124的散热速度,提高散热效果。
示例性的,凸出部1112可以呈方形,且凸出部1112的各个边角可以进行倒角,以便于加工成型,凸出部1112还可以采用的形状包括但不限于圆形、椭圆形或者其他规则多边形,本申请实施例对此不做具体限定。
在第一安装板111插入缺口301后,需要通过中隔板300上的结构对第一安装板111进行支撑和固定,在一些实施例中,中隔板300的顶部侧边可以设置有第二折边320,第一安装板111的顶部侧边可以设有挂接部1113,挂接部1113与第二折边320抵接。如此设置,中隔板300可以对第一安装板111起到支撑作用。
此外,第一折边310和挂接部1113上可以设置有相对的安装孔,在第一安装板111插入缺口301后,且挂接部1113与第一折边310抵接时,可以通过螺纹连接件依次穿过挂接部1113和第一折边310,从而将第一安装板111与中隔板300固定连接。
示例性的,挂接部1113可以包括第一延伸和第二延伸段,第一延伸段可以向第一容纳腔210的方向延伸,第二延伸段可以连接正在第一延伸段的末端并向下方延伸,在挂接部1113与第一折边310配合时,第一延伸段 可以与第一折边310的上表面抵接,而第二延伸段可以挡设在第一折边310的侧方,从而避免第一安装板111从缺口301中脱出。
在一些实施例中,缺口301底部可以设有第三折边330,第一安装板111的底部可以设有限位部1114,限位部1114与第三折边330抵接,从而可以对第一安装板111的底部进行支撑和固定。
可以理解的是,第三折边330可以向第一容纳腔210的方向延伸,限位部1114的下端可以相对于凸出部1112向背离第一安装板111的方向弯曲一定的角度,从而保证限位部1114的下端可以与第三折边330的上表面抵接。
需要说明的是,缺口301的尺寸可以根据第一安装板111的尺寸进行设置,并且第一安装板111的尺寸可以根据其需要布局的电控电路板120进行设置,本申请是实施例对此不做具体限定。此外,中隔板300的两侧也可以设置有折边,从而便于中隔板300与壳体200的内壁进行安装连接。
图9为本申请实施例提供的空调外机的中电抗部件的装配示意图,图10为本申请实施例提供的空调外机的中电抗部件与中隔板的装配示意图,图11为本申请实施例提供的空调外机的中电抗部件装配时的爆炸图,图12为图11中D位置的局部视图,图13为图11中E位置的局部视图。
请参照图9至图13,在一些实施例中,电控组件100包括电抗部件,电抗部件包括三相电抗器600和支架700,三相电抗器600通过支架700设置在中隔板300面向第一容纳腔210一侧的上端。
在一些实施例中,风机组件400包括风机支架和风机,风机支架安装于第一容纳腔210且支撑风机,风机支架顶部具有一顶板800,支架700的两端分别设置在顶板800和中隔板300面向第一容纳腔210一侧的上端。
在一些实施例中,中隔板300的顶部设有缺口301,电控组件100中的第一安装板111嵌设在缺口301中,中隔板300的顶部侧边设置有第二折边320,第一安装板111的顶部侧边设有挂接部1113,挂接部1113与第二折边320抵接,支架700靠近中隔板300的一端具有第一连接部710,第一连接部710连接挂接部1113且通过挂接部1113设置于第二折边320,支架700远离中隔板300的一端具有第二连接部720,第二连接部720连接顶板800。
在一些实施例中,第一连接部710、挂接部1113、第二折边320依次 搭接,且第一连接部710、挂接部1113、第二折边320中的每一者均设置有连接孔900,一紧固件贯穿第一连接部710、挂接部1113、第二折边320中的每一者的连接孔。
在一些实施例中,挂接部1113具有第一水平部1113a和自第一水平部1113a折弯的第一挡部1113b,第一水平部1113a搭接于第二折边320的上表面,第一挡部1113b的内侧面止挡于第二折边320侧面;第一连接部710具有第二水平部711和自第二水平部711折弯的第二挡部712,第二水平部711搭接于第一水平部1113a上表面,第二挡部712止挡于第一挡部1113b的外侧面。
本实施例采用了上述所有实施例中电控组件的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
本申请实施例还提供一种空调器,该空调器可以包括空调内机和上述技术方案中的空调外机,空调外机与空调内机羸弱通过供换热介质流动的管线连通,空调外机中设置有上述实施例中的电控组件。
其中,空调器可以为中央空调,空调内机设置于室内,空调外机设置于室外,空调室内机和空调室外机均可以为多个,多个空调室内机可以设置于同一个室内空间,或者可以设置于不同的室内空间中,多个空调室外机都可以配备有电控盒,以分别对不同的空调室外机进行控制,不同的空调室外机之间可以进行通讯,相互配合,以实现多主机联合工作。
本实施例空调器中采用了前述实施例中电控组件和空调外机的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
在本公开的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本公开和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本公开的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、 “第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本公开的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种电控组件,其特征在于,包括安装支架和多个电控电路板,所述安装支架包括第一安装板、第二安装板和支撑件,多个所述电控电路板分别设置在所述第一安装板和所述第二安装板上;
    所述第一安装板与所述第二安装板相互连接,且所述第一安装板与所述第二安装板之间互成夹角,所述支撑件连接于所述第一安装板和所述第二安装板之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电控组件,其特征在于,所述第一安装板的侧边与所述第二安装板的侧边对接,所述支撑件的第一端与所述第一安装板的另一侧边连接,所述第一安装板的另一侧相较所述第一安装板的侧边远离所述第二安装板,所述支撑件的第二端与所述第二安装板的另一侧边连接,所述第二安装板的另一侧边相较所述第二安装板的侧边远离所述第一安装板。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电控组件,其特征在于,所述第一安装板的板面与所述第二安装板的板面相互垂直。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电控组件,其特征在于,所述第一安装板的侧边和所述第二安装板的侧边中的其中一者上设有卡槽,所述第一安装板的侧边和所述第二安装板的侧边中的另一者设有卡扣,所述卡扣卡接于所述卡槽中。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电控组件,其特征在于,所述卡扣与所述卡槽均为多个,多个所述卡扣与多个所述卡槽一一对应,且分别沿所述第一安装板和所述第二安装板的侧边的延伸方向间隔排布。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的电控组件,其特征在于,所述支撑件包括支撑段和两个连接段,两个所述连接段分别连接于所述支撑段的两端;
    所述第一安装板和所述第二安装板的侧边均设有翻边,两个所述连接段分别与所述第一安装板和所述第二安装板的所述翻边连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电控组件,其特征在于,所述连接段具有插接部,所述翻边上设有插孔,所述插接部穿过所述插孔并向远离所述插孔内壁的方向翻折。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的电控组件,其特征在于,所述连接段的侧方具有第一弯折部,所述翻边的侧边具有相对于所述翻边折弯的第二弯折部,所述第一弯折部位于所述第二弯折部上方并与所述第二弯折部抵接。
  9. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的电控组件,其特征在于,多个所述电控电路板包括第一电控板、第二电控板、第三电控板,所述电控组件还包括散热器,所述第一电控板位于所述第一安装板面向所述第二安装板的一侧,所述散热器位于所述第一安装板背离所述第二安装板的一侧,所述第二电控板和所述第三电控板分别位于所述第二安装板的相对两侧。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的电控组件,其特征在于,所述电控组件包括电抗部件,所述电抗部件包括三相电抗器和支架,所述三相电抗器通过所述支架设置在所述第一安装板或者所述第二安装板上。
  11. 一种空调外机,其特征在于,包括壳体、中隔板、风机组件、压缩机组件和权利要求1-10任一项所述的电控组件,所述中隔板设置于所述壳体的内部,并将所述壳体的内部分隔为第一容纳腔和第二容纳腔,所述风机组件设置于所述第一容纳腔中,所述压缩机组件设置于所述第二容纳腔中,所述电控组件安装在所述中隔板面向所述第二容纳腔的一侧。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的空调外机,其特征在于,所述中隔板的顶部设有缺口,所述电控组件中的第一安装板自嵌设在所述缺口中,所述电控组件中的第二安装板向背离所述中隔板的方向延伸。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的空调外机,其特征在于,所述缺口的相对两侧的侧缘均沿竖直方向延伸,且所述缺口的侧缘设有第一折边,所述第一安装板面向所述中隔板的一侧具有凸向所述第二容纳腔的凸出部,所述凸出部的形状与所述缺口的形状相匹配,且所述凸出部的侧边与所述第一折边抵接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的空调外机,其特征在于,所述电控组件包括散热器,所述散热器设置在所述凸出部上,且所述散热器至少部分延伸至所述第一容纳腔中。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的空调外机,其特征在于,所述中隔板的顶部侧边设置有第二折边,所述第一安装板的顶部侧边设有挂接部,所述挂接部与所述第二折边抵接;和/或,
    所述缺口底部设有第三折边,所述第一安装板的底部设有限位部,所 述限位部与所述第三折边抵接。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的空调外机,其特征在于,所述电控组件包括电抗部件,所述电抗部件包括三相电抗器和支架,所述三相电抗器通过所述支架设置在所述中隔板面向所述第一容纳腔一侧的上端。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的空调外机,其特征在于,所述风机组件包括风机支架和风机,所述风机支架安装于所述第一容纳腔且支撑所述风机,所述风机支架顶部具有一顶板,所述支架的两端分别设置在所述顶板和所述中隔板面向第一容纳腔一侧的上端。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的空调外机,其特征在于,所述中隔板的顶部设有缺口,所述电控组件中的第一安装板嵌设在所述缺口中,
    所述中隔板的顶部侧边设置有第二折边,所述第一安装板的顶部侧边设有挂接部,所述挂接部与所述第二折边抵接,
    所述支架靠近所述中隔板的一端具有第一连接部,所述第一连接部连接所述挂接部且通过所述挂接部设置于所述第二折边,所述支架远离所述中隔板的一端具有第二连接部,所述第二连接部连接所述顶板。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的空调外机,其特征在于,所述第一连接部、所述挂接部、所述第二折边依次搭接,且所述第一连接部、所述挂接部、所述第二折边中的每一者均设置有连接孔,一紧固件贯穿所述第一连接部、所述挂接部、所述第二折边中的每一者的连接孔。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的空调外机,其特征在于,所述挂接部具有第一水平部和自所述第一水平部折弯的第一挡部,所述第一水平部搭接于所述第二折边的上表面,所述第一挡部的内侧面止挡于所述第二折边侧面;所述第一连接部具有第二水平部和自所述第二水平部折弯的第二挡部,所述第二水平部搭接于所述第一水平部上表面,所述第二挡部止挡于所述第一挡部的外侧面。
  21. 一种空调器,其特征在于,包括空调内机和如权利要求11-20任一项所述的空调外机,所述空调内机与所述空调外机相连接。
