Abstract

一种座椅腿托延伸驱动机构,包括设置在座椅骨架上的腿托机构(200),腿托机构由一延伸机构(300)驱动进行往复运动;延伸机构至少包括第一、二菱形延伸部件(310、320)以及延伸驱动机构(330),其中第一菱形延伸部件的两端分别与腿托机构和第二菱形延伸部件铰接,第二菱形延伸部件与座椅骨架铰接,延伸驱动机构的固定端与座椅骨架连接,延伸驱动机构的驱动端铰接在第一菱形延伸部件与第二菱形延伸部件的铰接处。该座椅腿托延伸驱动机构的驱动力平行于腿托机构的运动方向即纵置,不再需要采用双螺杆丝杆,只要单向螺纹丝杆即可,优化了结构,降低了成本。同时延伸机构的驱动力位于延伸机构中间,与腿托机构的距离近,使得腿托机构全行程运行平稳。

Description

一种座椅腿托延伸驱动机构 技术领域
本发明涉及座椅技术领域,具体涉及一种座椅腿托延伸驱动机构。
背景技术
为满足乘坐舒适性的要求,乘客在车内处于乘坐姿态时,脚跟点的位置决定了座椅坐垫高度不可太高,且和小腿长度接近,腿托的支撑长度与坐垫高度接近。对50th以上的乘客,腿托抬起时只能对大腿起到支撑作用,小腿段无支撑作用,舒适性不足。
目前市场上存在的延伸腿托普遍为丝杆直推方式,行程端的布置需要提供较大的空间来实现整套机构的功能,长丝杆和滑轨的组合影响整套延伸机构的稳定性及结构强度,此外,电机丝杆行程过长导致全行程运动时间加长,影响乘客体验感。
目前有中国发明专利公开号CN101580034A公开了一种汽车座椅腿托机构,其包括腿托机构包括翻转机构、支撑机构、传动机构,该专利通过传动结构来实现伸展的作用且通过翻转机构来控制翻转角度,满足乘员的舒适性,但该专利存在如下缺点:
1.该专利延伸的驱动力为横向,要求电机丝杆为双向螺纹,对制造工艺的要求高,风险点多。
2.该专利的铆接点有9个,连杆间隙和扭矩控制要求高。
3.驱动力位于腿托的最后方,延伸长度越长,电机负载越大,影响延伸速度。
4.驱动力后置,全行程平稳性相对较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的上述不足和缺陷,提供一种座椅腿托延伸驱动机构,以解决上述问题。
本发明所解决的技术问题可以采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种座椅腿托延伸驱动机构,包括设置在座椅骨架上的腿托机构,所述腿托机构由一延伸机构驱动进行往复运动;所述延伸机构至少包括第一菱形延伸部件和第二菱形延伸部件以及一延伸驱动机构,其中第一菱形延伸部件的第一端与腿托机构铰接,所述第一菱形延伸部件的第二端与第二菱形延伸部件的第一端铰接,所述第二菱形延伸部件的第二端与所述座椅骨架铰接,所述延伸驱动机构的固定端与所述座椅骨架连接,所述延伸驱动机构的驱动端铰接在所述第一菱形延伸部件的第二端与第二菱形延伸部件的第一端的铰接处。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述延伸机构安装在所述腿托机构的内部。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述延伸驱动机构的驱动端铰接在所述第一菱形延伸部件的第二端与第二菱形延伸部件的第一端的铰接点上。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述延伸驱动机构施加给所述第一菱形延伸部件和第二菱形延伸部件的驱动力方向与所述腿托机构的延伸方向相同。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述第一菱形延伸部件包括第一固定块、第一连杆、第二连杆、第三连杆和第四连杆,所述第一固定块构成所述第一菱形延伸部件的第一端,所述第一连杆和第二连杆的一端均与所述第一固定块铰接,所述第三连杆的一端与所述第一连杆的另一端铰接,所述第四连杆的一端与所述第二连杆的另一端铰接;所述第二菱形延伸部件包括第二 固定块、第五连杆、第六连杆、第七连杆和第八连杆,所述第二固定块构成所述第二菱形延伸部件的第二端,所述第五连杆和第六连杆的一端均与所述第二固定块铰接,所述第七连杆的一端与所述第五连杆的另一端铰接,所述第八连杆的一端与所述第六连杆的另一端铰接;所述第三连杆的另一端、所述第四连杆的另一端、所述第七连杆的另一端、所述第八连杆的另一端铰接在一起;所述延伸驱动机构的驱动端铰接在所述第三连杆的另一端、所述第四连杆的另一端、所述第七连杆的另一端、所述第八连杆的另一端的铰接点上。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述第三连杆与第八连杆连为一体,构成一第一整体连杆,所述第四连杆与第七连杆连为一体,构成一第二整体连杆;所述第一整体连杆与所述第二整体连杆通过一连接柱铰接起来。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述第一连杆、第二连杆、第五连杆、第六连杆、第一整体连杆、第二整体连杆均呈菱形。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,在所述第一连杆、第二连杆、第五连杆、第六连杆上均设置有加强筋。
在本发明的一个优选实施中,所述延伸驱动机构包括延伸电机和由所述延伸电机驱动进行直线运动的延伸丝杆,所述延伸丝杆的一端作为所述延伸驱动机构的固定端,所述延伸丝杆的另一端作为所述延伸驱动机构的驱动端与所述连接柱铰接。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述腿托机构包括一与所述座椅骨架铰接的支撑内盖板和滑动配置在所述支撑内盖板上的腿托板,所述第二菱形延伸部件的第二端和所述延伸驱动机构的固定端均与所述支撑内盖板固定连接,所述第一菱形延伸部件的第一端与所述腿托板铰接。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述腿托机构还包括一盖,所述盖固定在所述支撑内盖板上并在所述腿托机构使用时,包围在所述延伸机构的外 围,同时在所述腿托机构不使用时,所述腿托板能够缩回到所述盖与所述延伸机构之间被所述盖包围。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,在所述支撑内盖板上设置有与所述腿托板配合的多节滑轨。
在本发明的一个优选实施例中,在所述支撑内盖板上设置有一定位槽和一腰形槽,所述第二菱形延伸部件的第二端和所述延伸驱动机构的固定端固定在定位槽内,所述第一菱形延伸部件的第一端透过所述腰形孔铰接在所述腿托板上。

在本发明的一个优选实施例中,所述翻转驱动机构包括一翻转电机、由所述翻转电机驱动的翻转丝杆、翻转摆臂和翻转同步杆,所述翻转电机作为所述翻转驱动机构的固定端固定在一连接架上,所述翻转丝杆的一端作为所述翻转驱动机构的驱动端与所述翻转摆臂的一端铰接,所述翻转摆臂的另一端固定在所述翻转同步杆上,所述翻转同步杆的两端分别与一对第一翻转部件中的所述第一翻转连杆固定连接。
由于采用了如上的技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:
1.将延伸的驱动力优化为平行于腿托机构的运动方向即纵置,不再需要采用双螺杆丝杆,只要单向螺纹丝杆即可,因此优化了结构,降低了成本。
2.延伸机构的铆接点减少,由9个优化为7个,工艺控制要求降低。
3.延伸机构的驱动力位于延伸机构中间,且与运动方向一致,全行程电机负载变化很小,速率一致且实际运行速度是电机的2.5倍。
4.延伸机构的驱动力位于延伸机构中间,与腿托机构的距离近,使得腿托机构全行程运行平稳。
5.在整个腿托机构中再增加一个盖,能使得腿托机构无论在使用过程还是没有在使用时,都能使得腿托机构中的滑轨被遮盖住,提高整个腿托机构 的外形美观效果。

参见图1至图20所示的一种座椅腿托延伸驱动机构,包括腿托机构200、翻转机构100、延伸机构300。翻转机构100将腿托机构200连接到座椅骨架(图中未示出)上,延伸机构300滑动配置在腿托机构200上且驱动腿托机构200进行往复运动。
翻转机构100包括连接在座椅骨架(图中未示出)上的连接部件、翻转部件和翻转驱动机构。
连接部件包括一对固定在座椅骨架(图中未示出)左右两侧上的连接架110a、110b。
翻转部件包括一对连接杆140a、140b、一对第一翻转部件120a、120b和一对第二翻转部件130a、130b。

腿托机构200包括一与座椅骨架(图中)铰接的支撑内盖板210、腿托板220、盖230和若干多节滑轨。翻转部件将支撑内盖板210铰接在连接架110a、110b上,翻转驱动机构驱动支撑内盖板210进行翻转。翻转机构100位于支撑内盖板210的下方,并在腿托机构200不使用时被腿托板220遮盖。
支撑内盖板210横截面呈类似“几”字型结构,其具有一上支撑横板211和与上支撑横板211左右两侧连为一体且向下延伸的左支撑竖板213a、右支撑竖板213b以及分别与左支撑竖板213a、右支撑竖板213b的底部连为一体的左下支撑横板214a和右下支撑横板214b;在上支撑横板211上设置有一安装槽211a,在安装槽211a中设置有定位槽211aa和腰形槽211ab。
腿托板220的横截面呈大致的“冖”字型,具有一上腿托板221和与上 腿托板221左右两侧连为一体且向下延伸的左腿托板222a、右腿托板222b。
多节滑轨分成两组,分别为左侧滑轨组件240a和右侧滑轨组件240b。
左侧滑轨组件240a安装在左支撑竖板213a与左腿托板222a之间,左侧滑轨组件240a中的固定部分241a与左支撑竖板213a固定连接,左侧滑轨组件240a中的滑动部分242a与左腿托板222a固定连接。
右侧滑轨组件240b安装在右支撑竖板213b与右腿托板222b之间,右侧滑轨组件240b中的固定部分241b与右支撑竖板213b固定连接,右侧滑轨组件240b中的滑动部分242b与右腿托板222b固定连接。
这样在腿托机构200不使用时,支撑内盖板210通过延伸机构300收回到腿托板220内,左下支撑横板214a、左支撑竖板213a以及左腿托板222a将左侧滑轨组件240a遮住,右下支撑横板214b、右支撑竖板213b以及右腿托板222b将右侧滑轨组件240b遮住。
参见图18,盖230的横截面呈大致的底部开口的“口”字型,具有一上盖板231和与上盖板231左右两侧连为一体且向下延伸的左盖板232a、右盖板232b以及分别与左盖板232a、右盖板232b的底部连为一体的左下盖板233a和右下盖板233b。
上盖板231包围在上支撑横板211的外围,对配置在安装槽211a内的延伸机构300进行遮挡;左盖板232a包围在左支撑竖板213a的外围,右盖板232b包围在右左支撑竖板213b的外围。
左下盖板233a包围在左下支撑横板214a的外围并通过两个螺钉234a固定连接;右下盖板233b包围在右下支撑横板213a的外围并通过两个螺钉234b固定连接;在腿托机构使用时,左盖板232a、左下盖板233a和右盖板232b、233b分别对左侧滑轨组件240a中的固定部分241a和右侧滑轨组件240b中的固定部分241b进行遮盖。
这样在整个腿托机构200中再增加一个盖230,能使得腿托机构200无 论在使用过程还是没有在使用时,都能使得腿托机构200中的滑轨被遮盖住,提高整个腿托机构的外形美观效果。
延伸机构300安装在腿托机构200的内部,尤其是安装在支撑内盖板210的安装槽211a内。
延伸机构300包括第一菱形延伸部件310和第二菱形延伸部件320以及一延伸驱动机构330,第一菱形延伸部件310的第一端与腿托机构200中的腿托板220铰接,第一菱形延伸部件310的第二端与第二菱形延伸部件320的第一端铰接,第二菱形延伸部件320的第二端与支撑内盖板210铰接,进而通过支撑内盖板210、翻转机构100与座椅骨架铰接。
延伸驱动机构330的固定端与支撑内盖板210固定连接,进而通过支撑内盖板210、翻转机构100与座椅骨架铰接,延伸驱动机构330的驱动端铰接在第一菱形延伸部件310的第二端与第二菱形延伸部件320的第一端的铰接处。
第一菱形延伸部件310包括第一固定块311、第一连杆312、第二连杆313、第三连杆314和第四连杆315。
第二菱形延伸部件320包括第二固定块321、第五连杆322、第六连杆323、第七连杆324和第八连杆325。
第一固定块311构成第一菱形延伸部件310的第一端,通过紧固螺钉安装在腿托板220上。
第二固定块321构成第二菱形延伸部件320的第二端,通过紧固螺钉固定在支撑内盖板210的定位槽211aa上。
第三连杆314与第八连杆325连为一体,构成一第一整体连杆340;第四连杆315与第七连杆324连为一体,构成一第二整体连杆350。第一整体连杆340的中间位置与第二整体连杆350的中间位置通过一连接柱360铰接起来,第一整体连杆340和第二整体连杆350可以绕连接柱360进行转动。 连接柱360穿过支撑内盖板210上的腰形槽211ab与延伸丝杆332连接,同时依靠腰形槽211ab进行导向。
第一连杆312和第二连杆313的一端均与第一固定块311铰接,第一连杆312的另一端与第二整体连杆350的一端铰接。第二连杆313的另一端与第一整体连杆340的一端铰接。
第五连杆322和第六连杆323的一端均与第二固定块321铰接,第五连杆322的另一端与第一整体连杆340的另一端铰接,第六连杆323的另一端与第二整体连杆350的另一端铰接。
延伸机构300采用上述技术方案后,其铆接点减少,由CN101580034A公开了一种汽车座椅腿托机构的9个优化为7个,工艺控制要求降低。
另外,为了增加强度,第一连杆312、第二连杆313、第五连杆322、第六连杆323、第一整体连杆340、第二整体连杆350均呈菱形,同时在第一连杆312、第二连杆313、第五连杆322、第六连杆323上均设置有加强筋。
延伸驱动机构330包括延伸电机331和由延伸电机331驱动进行直线运动的延伸丝杆332,延伸丝杆332的一端作为延伸驱动机构330的固定端,其通过紧固螺钉321安装在腿托板220的定位槽211aa中。延伸丝杆332的另一端作为延伸驱动机构330的驱动端与连接柱360铰接,即使得延伸驱动机构330的驱动端铰接在第三连杆314的另一端、第四连杆315的另一端、第七连杆324的另一端、第八连杆325的另一端的铰接点(第一整体连杆340与第二整体连杆350的铰接点)上,也就是说延伸驱动机构330的驱动端铰接在第一菱形延伸部件310的第二端与第二菱形延伸部件320的第一端的铰接点上。这样延伸驱动机构330施加给第一菱形延伸部件310和第二菱形延伸部件320的驱动力方向与腿托机构200的延伸方向相同,这样由于延伸机构300的驱动力位于延伸机构300中间,且与运动方向一致,全行程电 机负载变化很小,速率一致且实际运行速度是电机的2.5倍。同时将延伸的驱动力优化为平行于腿托机构200的运动方向即纵置,不再需要采用双螺杆丝杆,只要单向螺纹丝杆即可,因此优化了结构,降低了成本。再者延伸机构300的驱动力位于延伸机构300中间,与腿托机构200的距离近,使得腿托机构200全行程运行平稳。
本发明还可以取消翻转机构100,直接将支撑内盖板210安装在座椅骨架上。或者采用本领域技术人员所熟知的翻转机构取代翻转机构100。
本发明的工作原理如下:
首先腿托机构200未延伸状态处于座椅骨架下方,不影响乘员的乘坐。在需要使用腿托时,通过乘员的按钮启动,翻转机构100和延伸机构300进行工作,其中翻转机构100中的翻转电机150启动后,带动翻转丝杆160进行直线运动,腿托机构200通过翻转丝杆160的驱动并在翻转摆臂170、翻转同步杆180、一对第一翻转部件120a、120b和一对第二翻转部件130a、130b的作用下,向外翻转,使得腿托机构200运动到座椅骨架的前侧。此时,延伸机构300的延伸电机331启动,驱动延伸丝杆332进行直线运动,推动第一菱形延伸部件310和第二菱形延伸部件320进行伸长运动,第一菱形延伸部件310和第二菱形延伸部件320在伸长过程中,推动腿托板220依靠滑轨相对支撑内盖板210进行运动伸出盖230,从而实现在腿托板220在翻转的同时进行延伸作用。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种座椅腿托延伸驱动机构,包括设置在座椅骨架上的腿托机构,所述腿托机构由一延伸机构驱动进行往复运动;所述延伸机构至少包括第一菱形延伸部件和第二菱形延伸部件以及一延伸驱动机构,其中第一菱形延伸部件的第一端与腿托机构铰接,所述第一菱形延伸部件的第二端与第二菱形延伸部件的第一端铰接,所述第二菱形延伸部件的第二端与所述座椅骨架铰接,所述延伸驱动机构的固定端与所述座椅骨架连接,所述延伸驱动机构的驱动端铰接在所述第一菱形延伸部件的第二端与第二菱形延伸部件的第一端的铰接处。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种座椅腿托延伸驱动机构,所述延伸机构安装在所述腿托机构的内部。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种座椅腿托延伸驱动机构,其特征在于,所述延伸驱动机构的驱动端铰接在所述第一菱形延伸部件的第二端与第二菱形延伸部件的第一端的铰接点上。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种座椅腿托延伸驱动机构,其特征在于,所述延伸驱动机构施加给所述第一菱形延伸部件和第二菱形延伸部件的驱动力方向与所述腿托机构的延伸方向相同。
  5. 如权利要求1至4任一项权利要求所述的一种座椅腿托延伸驱动机构,其特征在于,所述第一菱形延伸部件包括第一固定块、第一连杆、第二连杆、第三连杆和第四连杆,所述第一固定块构成所述第一菱形延伸部件的第一端,所述第一连杆和第二连杆的一端均与所述第一固定块铰接,所述第三连杆的一端与所述第一连杆的另一端铰接,所述第四连杆的一端与所述第二连杆的另一端铰接;所述第二菱形延伸部件包括第二固定块、第五连杆、第六连杆、第七连杆和第八连杆,所述第二固定块构成所述第二菱形延伸部件的第二端,所述第五连杆和第六连杆的一端均与所述第二固定块铰接,所 述第七连杆的一端与所述第五连杆的另一端铰接,所述第八连杆的一端与所述第六连杆的另一端铰接;所述第三连杆的另一端、所述第四连杆的另一端、所述第七连杆的另一端、所述第八连杆的另一端铰接在一起;所述延伸驱动机构的驱动端铰接在所述第三连杆的另一端、所述第四连杆的另一端、所述第七连杆的另一端、所述第八连杆的另一端的铰接点上。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种座椅腿托延伸驱动机构,其特征在于,所述第三连杆与第八连杆连为一体,构成一第一整体连杆,所述第四连杆与第七连杆连为一体,构成一第二整体连杆;所述第一整体连杆与所述第二整体连杆通过一连接柱铰接起来。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种座椅腿托延伸驱动机构,其特征在于,所述第一连杆、第二连杆、第五连杆、第六连杆、第一整体连杆、第二整体连杆均呈菱形。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的一种座椅腿托延伸驱动机构,其特征在于,在所述第一连杆、第二连杆、第五连杆、第六连杆上均设置有加强筋。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的一种座椅腿托延伸驱动机构,其特征在于,所述延伸驱动机构包括延伸电机和由所述延伸电机驱动进行直线运动的延伸丝杆,所述延伸丝杆的一端作为所述延伸驱动机构的固定端,所述延伸丝杆的另一端作为所述延伸驱动机构的驱动端与所述连接柱铰接。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的一种座椅腿托延伸驱动机构,其特征在于,所述腿托机构包括一与所述座椅骨架铰接的支撑内盖板和滑动配置在所述支撑内盖板上的腿托板,所述第二菱形延伸部件的第二端和所述延伸驱动机构的固定端均与所述支撑内盖板固定连接,所述第一菱形延伸部件的第一端与所述腿托板铰接。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的一种座椅腿托延伸驱动机构,其特征在于,所述腿托机构还包括一盖,所述盖固定在所述支撑内盖板上并在所述腿托机构 使用时,包围在所述延伸机构的外围,同时在所述腿托机构不使用时,所述腿托板能够缩回到所述盖与所述延伸机构之间被所述盖包围。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的一种座椅腿托延伸驱动机构,其特征在于,在所述支撑内盖板上设置有与所述腿托板配合的多节滑轨。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的一种座椅腿托延伸驱动机构,其特征在于,在所述支撑内盖板上设置有一定位槽和一腰形槽,所述第二菱形延伸部件的第二端和所述延伸驱动机构的固定端固定在定位槽内,所述第一菱形延伸部件的第一端透过所述腰形孔铰接在所述腿托板上。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的一种座椅腿托延伸驱动机构,其特征在于,所述支撑内盖板的横截面呈类似“几”字型结构,其具有一上支撑横板和与所述上支撑横板左右两侧连为一体且向下延伸的左支撑竖板、右支撑竖板以及分别与所述左支撑竖板、右支撑竖板的底部连为一体的左下支撑横板和右下支撑横板;在所述上支撑横板上设置有一安装槽,所述延伸机构配置在所述安装槽内;所述定位槽和所述腰形槽配置在所述安装槽中;所述腿托板的横截面呈大致的“冖”字型,具有一上腿托板和与所述上腿托板左右两侧连为一体且向下延伸的左腿托板、右腿托板;所述多节滑轨分成两组,分别为左侧滑轨组件和右侧滑轨组件,所述左侧滑轨组件安装在所述左支撑竖板与所述左腿托板之间,所述左侧滑轨组件中的固定部分与所述左支撑竖板固定连接,所述左侧滑轨组件中的滑动部分与所述左左腿托板固定连接;所述右侧滑轨组件安装在所述右支撑竖板与所述右腿托板之间,所述右侧滑轨组件中的固定部分与所述右支撑竖板固定连接,所述右侧滑轨组件中的滑动部分与所述右左腿托板固定连接;在所述腿托机构不使用时,所述支撑内盖板通过所述延伸机构收回到所述腿托板内;所述左下支撑横板、左支撑竖板以及所述左腿托板将所述右侧滑轨组件遮住,所述右下支撑横板、右支撑竖板以及所述右腿托板将所述右侧滑轨组件遮住。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的一种座椅腿托延伸驱动机构,其特征在于,所述盖的横截面呈大致的底部开口的“口”字型,具有一上盖板和与所述上盖板左右两侧连为一体且向下延伸的左盖板、右盖板以及分别与所述左盖板、右盖板的底部连为一体的左下盖板和右下盖板;所述上盖板包围在所述上支撑横板的外围,对所述延伸机构进行遮挡;所述左盖板包围在所述左支撑竖板的外围,所述右盖板包围在所述右左支撑竖板的外围,所述左下盖板包围在所述左下支撑横板的外围,所述右下盖板包围在所述右下支撑横板的外围,在所述腿托机构使用时,所述左盖板、左下盖板和所述右盖板、右下盖板分别对所述左侧滑轨组件中的固定部分和所述右侧滑轨组件中的固定部分进行遮盖。
  16. 如权利要求9所述的一种座椅腿托延伸驱动机构,其特征在于,所述支撑内盖板通过一翻转机构安装在座椅骨架上。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的一种座椅腿托延伸驱动机构,其特征在于,所述翻转机构位于所述支撑内盖板的下方,并在所述腿托机构不使用时被所述腿托板遮盖,在所述腿托机构使用时被所述盖遮盖。
  18. 如权利要求17所述的一种座椅腿托延伸驱动机构,其特征在于,所述翻转机构包括连接在座椅骨架上的连接部件、翻转部件和翻转驱动机构,所述翻转部件将所述支撑内盖板铰接在所述连接部件上,所述翻转驱动机构驱动所述支撑内盖板进行翻转。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的一种座椅腿托延伸驱动机构,其特征在于,所述连接部件包括一对固定在所述座椅骨架左右两侧上的连接架;所述翻转部件包括一对连接杆、一对第一翻转部件和一对第二翻转部件,所述一对连接杆与所述支撑内盖板左右两侧连接,一对第一翻转部件和一对第二翻转部件的一端分别与一对连接架固定铰接,一对第一翻转部件和一对第二翻转部件的另一端分别与一对连接杆铰接;所述翻转驱动机构的固定端安装在一连接 架上,所述翻转驱动机构的驱动端与一对第一翻转部件铰接。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的一种座椅腿托延伸驱动机构,其特征在于,每一第一翻转部件包括第一翻转连杆和第二翻转连杆,所述第一翻转连杆的一端与对应侧的连接架铰接,所述第一翻转连杆的另一端与所述第二翻转连杆的一端铰接,所述第二翻转连杆的另一端与对应侧的连接杆铰接;每一第二翻转部件包括第三翻转连杆和第二翻转连杆,所述第三翻转连杆的一端与对应侧的连接架铰接,所述第三翻转连杆的另一端与所述第四翻转连杆的一端铰接,所述第四翻转连杆的另一端与对应侧的连接杆铰接;所述翻转驱动机构的驱动端同所述第一翻转连杆的另一端与所述第二翻转连杆的一端之间的铰接点铰接;另外每一第一翻转部件中的第一翻转连杆与对应的第二翻转部件的第四翻转连杆铰接。
  21. 如权利要求20所述的一种座椅腿托延伸驱动机构,其特征在于,所述翻转驱动机构包括一翻转电机、由所述翻转电机驱动的翻转丝杆、翻转摆臂和翻转同步杆,所述翻转电机作为所述翻转驱动机构的固定端固定在一连接架上,所述翻转丝杆的一端作为所述翻转驱动机构的驱动端与所述翻转摆臂的一端铰接,所述翻转摆臂的另一端固定在所述翻转同步杆上,所述翻转同步杆的两端分别与一对第一翻转部件中的所述第一翻转连杆的另一端与所述第二翻转连杆的一端铰接。
