Abstract
L'invention concerne une trousse de dosage d'immunoabsorption par enzyme liée (test ELISA) de lectine de Pinellia ternata et une application, se rapportant au domaine de la biotechnologie. La trousse contient un anticorps monoclonal 25E2E8 et/ou un anticorps monoclonal 28E3D3 ; la séquence d'acides aminés de la chaîne lourde de l'anticorps 25E2E8 est telle que présentée dans la SEQ ID NO : 4, et la séquence d'acides aminés de la chaîne légère de cet anticorps est telle que présentée dans la SEQ ID NO : 8 ; la séquence d'acides aminés de la chaîne lourde de l'anticorps 28E3D3 est telle que présentée dans SEQ ID NO : 14, et la séquence d'acides aminés de la chaîne légère de l'anticorps 28E3D3 est telle que présentée dans SEQ ID NO : 18. La trousse est préparée à partir d'anticorps monoclonaux de lectine de Pinellia ternata et peut détecter rapidement, de manière sensible et quantitative, la teneur en lectine de Pinellia ternata d'un échantillon.
