安全鞋制造时,第一步,将袜套式结构的鞋帮1套进铝楦25,第二步,将足趾保护头6安装在鞋帮1的鞋头外部,第三步,将鞋帮1、足趾保护头6组合好的铝楦25放进动模21中,动模21中的左、右子模213、212将铝楦左、右夹紧,然后转动手柄31,通过偏心转轴32与开口圆柱孔33的偏心配合,带动楦头板30压紧铝楦25向上移动,从而带动铝楦25的后端向上移动,铝楦25的前端向下移动,使铝楦25背部与所述鞋头外包片注塑型腔211之间的配合面得到充分的压紧,第四步,动模21与铝楦25各个方向夹紧处理完成后,在静模20中注入聚氨酯鞋底原液,然后将动模21与静模20合模,放入烘干流水线上加热发泡,随着聚氨酯鞋底原液的发泡膨胀,在合模压力和聚氨酯材料发泡膨胀力的作用下,聚氨酯鞋底材料将动模21与静模20之间的鞋底型腔和鞋头外包片注塑型腔211充实填满,第五,发泡完成后,鞋底2与鞋头外包片6、后跟保护片5、内腰支撑片4和外侧支撑片7一体化成型连接,然后开模,脱楦,安全鞋制造完成。
综上所述,本发明与现有技术相比具有的有益效果:
1、鞋帮套楦方便,省略前帮机夹包绷紧工序,同时减少鞋帮、衬里及中底缝制的制造工序及劳动用工成本。
2、后跟保护片制造工序简单,材料成本低。由于后跟保护片与鞋底一体化成型连 接,减少了后跟的后帮与后帮衬里中间放热熔胶或者化学片的工序,利用鞋底材料一体成型后跟保护片,减少材料成本。
3、安全鞋在符合国家安全鞋的标准基础上,既具有良好的透气性,又具有较好的脚弓和鞋面支撑,以及后跟保护。
4、鞋帮只需一次脱楦,鞋腔不易发生变化,穿着舒适感强。
5、鞋头外包片无分型线,外观质量好,成型完整度高。
5、鞋头外包片、足趾保护头、鞋帮相互连接的牢固度强。
6、安全鞋不含胶水,环保性好。
7、鞋头外包片成型方便,节省许多成本。采用本发明的结构和专用模具,鞋头外包片与鞋底同时一次成型,非常方便,同时把鞋帮前头作为足趾保护头的内里,把聚氨酯一次成型片的鞋头外包片当作足趾保护头外包片,节省了帮面皮料与车帮成本。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种安全鞋,它包含鞋底(2)、鞋帮(1)、足趾保护头(6),其特征在于所述足趾保护头(6)安装在所述鞋帮(1)的鞋头外部,在所述所足趾保护头(6)的外部还设有鞋头外包片(3),所述鞋头外包片(3)与所述鞋底(2)一体化注塑成型连接,所述足趾保护头(6)的下端注塑连接在所述鞋底(2)上,所述鞋头外包片(3)将所述足趾保护头(6)外部注塑嵌合固定在所述鞋帮(1)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种安全鞋,其特征在于所述鞋帮(1)的面料为具有细孔结构的面料。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种安全鞋,其特征在于所述鞋帮(1)与鞋中底(8)一体成形,为袜套式结构,所述鞋中底(8)通过注塑料、鞋中底的面料细孔与所述鞋底(2)融为一体。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种安全鞋,其特征在于在所述足趾保护头(6)上设有注塑工艺孔(9),在所述注塑工艺孔(9)上注塑连接固定销(10),同时,在所述足趾保护头(6)内侧面形成鞋头内包片(11),所述鞋头内包片(11)通过注塑料、鞋帮的面料细孔与所述鞋帮(1)的头部融为一体。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种安全鞋,其特征在于在所述鞋帮(1)的内腰和外侧分别设有内腰支撑片(4)和外侧支撑片(7),所述内腰支撑片(4)和所述外侧支撑片(7)与所述鞋底(2)一体化注塑成型连接,所述内腰支撑片(4)和所述外侧支撑片(7)的内侧面通过注塑料连接在所述鞋帮(1)的面料细孔中;在所述鞋帮(1)的后跟部设有后跟保护片(5),所述后跟保护片(5)与所述鞋底(2)一体化注塑成型连接,所述后跟保护片(5)的内侧面通过注塑料连接在所述鞋帮(1)的面料细孔中。
  6. 一种制造权利要求1所述安全鞋的专用制造模具,它包含动模(21)、动模架(24)、静模(20)、静模架(23),其特征在于所述动模(21)由左、右子模(213)、(212)构成,在所述左模(213)的前端设有鞋头外包片注塑型腔(211),在所述动模架(24)上设有用于压紧铝楦(25)背部与所述鞋头外包片注塑型腔(211)之间配合面的压紧机构,所述压紧机构的输出端顶在所述铝楦(25)的统口端上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的专用制造模具,其特征在于所述左、右子模(213)、(212)之间的分型面按“7”字型进行剖面分型,横向分型面(215)位于所述鞋头外包片注塑型腔(211)与后部型腔连接处一侧,纵向分型面(214)沿后部型腔中心面剖面分型。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的专用制造模具,其特征在于所述压紧机构包含手柄(31)、偏心转轴(32)、楦头板(30),所述偏心转轴(32)两端与所述动模架(24)的底板转动连接,所述手柄(31)与所述偏心转轴(32)一端连接,在所述楦头板(30)上设有开口圆柱孔(33),所述偏心转轴(32)与所述开口圆柱孔(33)相互配合连接,所述楦头板(30)固定在所述铝楦(25)的统口端上。
