下面将结合本申请实施方式中的附图,对本申请实施方式中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施方式仅仅是本申请一部分实施方式,而不是全部的实施方式。基于本申请中的实施方式,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施方式,都属于本申请保护的范围。
这里将详细地对示例性实施方式进行说明,其示例表示在附图中。下面的描述涉及附图时,除非另有表示,不同附图中的相同数字表示相同 或相似的要素。以下示例性实施方式中所描述的实施方式并不代表与本申请相一致的所有实施方式。相反,它们仅是与如所附权利要求书中所详述的、本申请的一些方面相一致的装置的例子。

参见图1至图2所示,本申请实施方式的清洁系统包括清洁服务站1和清洁设备2。所述清洁设备2可以移动至所述清洁服务站1。所述清洁服务站1能够为所述清洁设备2提供服务,比如,清水补给、清洗拖布、充电、把清洁设备2的污物(污液和/或垃圾)抽出等。所述清洁设备2可自行移动至所述清洁服务站1,也可人工移动所述清洁设备2至所述清洁服务站1。
在一个实施方式中,所述清洁设备2包括扫地机等。
参见图3至图4所示,所述清洁设备2包括主体壳20、滚刷21、污液箱22与刮片23。所述清洁设备2能够用清洁液清洁物体表面,清洁液可以包括清水、水性液体、清洁剂或含有清洁剂的液体等。所述滚刷21用于对物体表面进行清洁。本申请并不对所述滚刷21的形状进行限制。所述污液箱22用于存储所述滚刷21掉落的液体,可以是污水、物体表面的液体污物等。
所述滚刷21可拆卸地组装至所述主体壳20,以便于更换所述滚刷 21。所述组装包括直接组装与间接组装,比如,滚刷21组装至所述固持框(未图示),固持框组装至所述主体壳20。
所述主体壳20设有滚刷槽200、入液口202、导流槽203与连通腔201。所述导流槽203连通所述污液箱22。所述连通腔201连通所述滚刷槽200与所述导流槽203。至少部分所述滚刷21收容至所述滚刷槽200内。所述入液口202连通所述导流槽203与所述污液箱22,以供进入所述导流槽203内的污液进入所述污液箱22内。
在图3中,所述主体壳20包括底壁205和侧壁206。所述底壁205和所述侧壁206围成所述导流槽203。所述入液口202设置于所述底壁205。所述导流槽203内的液体经所述入液口202进入所述污液箱22。
所述连通腔201包括开口部2010与导流面2011。所述开口部2010与所述滚刷槽200。所述开口部2010设置在所述滚刷21的右侧,以用于在所述滚刷21逆时针旋转时,所述滚刷21卷起的液滴能够穿过所述开口部2010;或,所述开口部2010设置在所述滚刷21的左侧,以用于在所述滚刷21顺时针旋转时,所述滚刷21卷起的液滴能够穿过所述开口部2010。
所述导流面2011连接所述开口部2010与所述导流槽203,所述导流面2011与所述开口部2010对应设置,使得所述滚刷21卷起的液滴能够穿过所述开口部2010,到达所述导流面2011,经由所述导流面2011导向至所述导流槽203。因此,滚刷21上掉落的污液从开口部2010进入,经导流面2011引导至导流槽203,然后经导流槽203上的入液口202进入污液箱22。因此,不需要使污液箱22的入液口202直接对准滚刷21,因为入液口202直接对准滚刷21时,需要将污液箱22沿滚刷21长度方向开设较长的入液口202,难以避免清洁设备2在晃动时污液箱22内的污液会从入液口202洒出。同时,由于所述导流面2011的设置,开口部2010可以做的很宽敞,以防止污物,比如,毛发等堵塞所述开口部2010。所述导流面2011呈向上拱起的弧形,导水效果较佳。
所述刮片23位于所述导流面2011靠近所述开口部2010的一侧。所述刮片23能够挤压所述滚刷21,以使所述滚刷21上的污液沿所述导流面2011进入所述导流槽203。所述刮片23可与所述主体壳20一体设置,也可分体设置。在一个实施方式中,所述刮片23由硅胶或者橡胶或氟橡胶等软性材质制成。
所述导流槽203相对于所述滚刷21的中心轴线倾斜设置,以使所述导流槽203的两端位于不同的水平面,所述入液口202位于所述导流槽203较低的一端。如此设置,使得污液快速流向所述入液口202处,以进入污液箱22内,避免污液积聚在导流槽203内。在一个实施方式中,所述底壁205倾斜设置,以有利于污液流向所述入液口202处。
所述污液箱22可与所述主体壳20一体设置,也可分体设置。在图3中,所述主体壳20包括自所述底壁205延伸的延伸部207。所述底壁205与所述延伸部207围成所述污液箱22。
所述清洁服务站1可包括污液回收机构(未图示)。所述污液回收机构能够将所述污液箱22中的污液回收至所述清洁服务站1。比如,可通过泵把所述污液箱22内的污液抽出。
参见图5至图6所示,所述清洁设备2包括密封装置24。所述密封装置24用于封闭或打开所述入液口202。
所述密封装置24包括转动件241以及设置于所述转动件241的密封件242。所述转动件241能够带动所述密封件242进行转动从而实现封闭或打开所述入液口202。所述密封装置24的设置,可防止污液从所述入液口202处外溢。所述转动件241可转动地连接至所述主体壳20。所述密封件242可由硅胶或橡胶或氟橡胶等材质制成。所述密封件242可与所述转动件241一体设置,也可分体设置,可通过卡扣或者胶粘或螺丝锁定等方式固定至所述转动件241。所述密封装置24可位于所述污液箱22内,也 可位于所述导流槽203内。
所述清洁设备2还包括第一控制装置(未图示)。所述第一控制装置能够根据所述清洁设备2的状态信息控制所述转动件241的转动,从而实现所述密封装置24能够根据所述清洁设备2的状态信息封闭或打开所述入液口202。所述第一控制装置的设置,实现密封装置24的自动打开与关闭,不需要手动操作,密封效果较佳。在一个实施方式中,第一控制装置可以为机器人的控制器,如MCU。
所述第一控制装置能够基于所述清洁设备2的以下至少一种状态控制所述密封装置24封闭所述入液口202:所述清洁设备2处于非拖地状态时;所述清洁设备2处于脱离物体表面状态时;所述清洁设备2在物体表面处于倾斜状态时。
参见图7所示,在一个实施方式中,所述密封装置24包括连接部243与密封部244。所述密封部244位于所述连接部243的下方。所述连接部243连通至所述入液口202。所述连接部243围成第一入液通道2430。所述密封部244能够在受到所述第一入液通道2430内的污液的作用下从第一状态变形至第二状态。第一状态时,所述密封部244封闭所述第一入液通道2430,以断开所述第一入液通道2430与所述污液箱22,以防止污液箱22内的污液外溢。第二状态时,所述密封部244变形以打开所述第一入液通道2430,以供污液经过以进入所述污液箱22。
所述密封装置24结构简单,靠自身即可实现密封,防止污液箱22内的污液溢出,无需设置第一控制装置,节省了成本。所述密封装置24可由硅胶或橡胶或氟橡胶等材质制成。
参见图8所示,所述清洁设备2还可包括过滤装置25。所述过滤装置25设置于所述开口部2010处。所述过滤装置25能够阻挡所述滚刷21携带的至少部分污物进入所述导流槽203内,比如,阻挡毛发等,以防止 污物堵塞入液口202。所述过滤装置25可以是过滤网等。
参见图9至图10所示,所述清洁设备2还包括设置于所述导流槽203内的检测装置26。所述检测装置26能够检测所述导流槽203内的污液的浑浊程度。通过浊水检测结果,判断污液情况,如果太脏,说明地面比较脏,这时候可以增加拖地的力度、次数。
所述检测装置26包括红外发射器261与红外接收器262,其中一个安装在所述导流槽203的底壁205,另外一个安装在所述导流槽203的侧壁206,确保检测装置26可检测到污液。在图10中,所述红外发射器261位于所述导流槽203的底部,所述红外接收器262设置于所述侧壁206,可以确保在导流槽203中有污液的情况下,检测装置26均能够检测到污水的浊度。
所述清洁设备2还包括一对透光板27。其中一个透光板27位于所述红外发射器261的上方,以隔开污液与所述红外发射器261。另一个位于所述红外接收器262的外侧,以隔开污液与所述红外接收器262。
所述透光板27可与所述主体壳20一体设置,可以组装至所述主体壳20。所述透光板27也可围成密闭空间,所述透光板27位于所述底壁205的上方或所述侧壁206的外侧即可,与所述底壁205和/或所述侧壁206之间可固定,也可不固定。所述检测装置26位于所述密闭空间内。
所述清洁设备2还包括第二控制装置(未图示)。所述第二控制装置能够根据所述检测装置26的检测结果控制所述清洁设备2的清洁模式。比如,所述第二控制装置能够根据所述检测装置26的检测结果控制所述清洁设备2的滚刷21的旋转速度、滚刷21的对地压力等,以提高清洁效率以及干净度。在一个实施方式中,第二控制装置可以为机器人的控制器。
在一些实施方式中,所述第一控制装置与第二控制装置可以为同一个控制装置,也可为两个控制装置。所述控制装置可以是控制器或MCU 等。
所述清洁设备2可包括储液槽280,储液槽280能够储存清洁液,以给滚刷21提供用于清洁的液体。可以理解的是,清洁液可以为清水、水性液体、清洁剂或含有清洁剂的液体等。在一些实施方式中,储液槽280可以与主体壳20分体设置,储液槽280作为一个结构件组装至所述主体壳20上。在一些实施方式中,储液槽280与主体壳20一体设置。
参见图11至图14所示,所述清洁设备2包括自所述主体壳20延伸的挡墙28。所述挡墙28与所述主体壳20围成储液槽280。所述清洁设备2还包括盖板291与密封圈292。所述盖板291盖设至所述挡墙28,以用于封闭所述储液槽280。所述密封圈292设置于所述储液槽280的侧壁,用于对所述盖板291与所述储液槽280之间贴合密封。
所述挡墙28也可与所述主体壳20分体式设置,固定至所述主体壳20即可。
所述储液槽280位于所述滚刷21的上方。所述储液槽280内设置有多个柱体281。所述柱体281凸出于所述储液槽280的底壁。所述柱体281设有出液口2810。所述多个出液口2810处于同一高度且高出所述储液槽280的底壁。所述多个出液口2810用于使位于所述储液槽280内的液体流出以到达所述滚刷21,以给所述滚刷21提供清洁用的液体。如此设置,可确保所有出液口2810可以达到同时出液的效果,使得滚刷21上的清洁液分布均匀,避免滚刷21局部干燥、局部湿润的情况发生,提高拖地效果;同时,结构简单、成本低、稳定性高。
所述出液口2810可设置于所述柱体281的顶壁或侧壁或顶壁与侧壁的连接处。参见图12至图13所示,所述出液口2810设置于所述柱体281的顶壁与侧壁的连接处,出液口2810的面积较大,不容易堵塞。
所述清洁设备2还包括注液口282。通过所述注液口282能够将外 界的清洁液注入到所述储液槽280内。所述储液槽280内设置有内挡板283。所述内挡板283沿所述注液口282的两侧延伸设置以隔开所述注液口282与至少部分的所述出液口2810,使得清洁液平稳地注满所述储液槽280,尽量避免在注液速度过快,液流还未流到储液槽280内的远端,已经出现局部液位先到达距离注液口282较近的出液口2810的情况发生,从而可以尽量使得所有的出液口2810同时出液,以提高滚刷21上的液体均匀性。可选地,所述注液口282位于所述储液槽280的中部。可选地多个所述出液口2810沿所述储液槽280的长度方向均匀分布。
为了进一步提高所述滚刷21上的清洁液的均匀性。参见图5所示,所述清洁设备2还包括设置于所述主体壳20的外挡部29。所述外挡部29朝向所述滚刷21的方向凸出所述主体壳20,用以抵接所述滚刷21从而使所述储液槽280中流出的液体能够扩散到所述滚刷21上。所述外挡部29可自所述主体壳20凸出设置,也可为软性材质,比如硅胶或者橡胶等材质,与所述主体壳20一体设置或者分体设置,组装至所述主体壳20。
在图14中,本申请实施方式的储液槽280用于给滚刷21提供清洁用液体,在其他实施方式中,所述储液槽280也可给滚刷21能碰到的地面或待清洁的物体表面均匀加水。
可选地,所述清洁服务站1也可给所述滚刷21提供清洁用液体。所述清洁服务站1包括清洁液补给机构(未图示)。所述清洁液补给机构能够向所述储液槽280中补给清洁用液体。

Claims (25)

  1. 一种清洁设备,其特征在于,所述清洁设备包括:
    滚刷,用于对物体表面进行清洁;
    污液箱,用于存储所述滚刷掉落的液体;
    主体壳,设有滚刷槽、导流槽以及连通腔,所述滚刷槽用于收纳所述滚刷,所述导流槽连通所述污液箱,所述连通腔连通所述滚刷槽以及所述导流槽;
    其中,所述连通腔包括用于连通所述滚刷槽的开口部以及用于连接所述开口部与所述导流槽的导流面,所述导流面与所述开口部对应设置,使得所述滚刷卷起的液滴能够穿过所述开口部,到达所述导流面,经由所述导流面导向至所述导流槽。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述开口部设置在所述滚刷的右侧,以用于在所述滚刷逆时针旋转时,所述滚刷卷起的液滴能够穿过所述开口部;或,所述开口部设置在所述滚刷的左侧,以用于在所述滚刷顺时针旋转时,所述滚刷卷起的液滴能够穿过所述开口部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述导流面呈向上拱起的弧形。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述导流槽相对于所述滚刷的中心轴线倾斜设置,以使所述导流槽的两端位于不同的水平面,在所述导流槽较低的一端还设置有入液口,所述导流槽内的液体经所述入液口进入所述污液箱。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述主体壳包括底壁和侧壁,所述底壁和所述侧壁围成所述导流槽,所述入液口设置于所述底壁。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述导流面连接所述侧壁,所述导流面靠近开口部的一侧还设置有刮片,所述刮片能够挤压 所述滚刷以使所述滚刷上的污液沿所述导流面进入所述导流槽。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述主体壳包括自所述底壁延伸的延伸部,所述底壁与所述延伸部围成所述污液箱。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述清洁设备包括密封装置,所述密封装置用于封闭或打开所述入液口。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述密封装置包括转动件以及与所述转动件连接的密封件,所述转动件能够带动所述密封件进行转动从而实现封闭或打开所述入液口;或,
    所述密封装置包括连接部与密封部,所述连接部连通至所述入液口,所述连接部围成第一入液通道,所述密封部能够在受到所述第一入液通道内的污液的作用下从第一状态变形至第二状态,第一状态时,所述密封部封闭所述第一入液通道,以断开所述第一入液通道与所述污液箱,第二状态时,所述密封部开启所述第一入液通道,以供污液经过以进入所述污液箱。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述清洁设备还包括第一控制装置,所述第一控制装置能够根据所述清洁设备的状态信息控制所述转动件的转动,从而实现所述密封装置能够根据所述清洁设备的状态信息封闭或打开所述入液口。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述第一控制装置能够基于所述清洁设备的以下至少一种状态控制所述密封装置封闭所述入液口:
    所述清洁设备处于非拖地状态时;
    所述清洁设备处于脱离物体表面状态时;
    所述清洁设备在物体表面处于倾斜状态时。
  12. 根据权利要求4所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述清洁设备包括设置于所述导流槽内的检测装置,所述检测装置能够检测所述导流槽内的污液的浑浊程度。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述检测装置包括红外发射器与红外接收器,其中一个安装在所述导流槽的底壁,另外一个安装在所述导流槽的侧壁。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述红外发射器位于所述导流槽的底部,所述底壁设置有透光板,所述透光板位于所述红外发射器的上方,以隔开污液与所述红外发射器。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述清洁设备还包括第二控制装置,所述第二控制装置能够根据所述检测装置的检测结果控制所述清洁设备的清洁模式。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述第二控制装置能够根据所述检测装置的检测结果控制所述清洁设备的滚刷的旋转速度、滚刷的对地压力。
  17. 根据权利要求1至15中任一项所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述清洁设备包括过滤装置,所述过滤装置设置于所述开口部处,所述过滤装置能够阻挡所述滚刷携带的至少部分污物进入所述导流槽。
  18. 一种清洁设备,其特征在于,所述清洁设备包括:
    滚刷,用于对物体表面进行清洁;
    储液槽,位于所述滚刷的上方,用于储存清洁物体表面的清洁液;
    其中,所述储液槽内设置有多个出液口,所述多个出液口处于同一高度且高出所述储液槽的底壁,所述多个出液口用于使位于所述储液槽内的液体流出以到达所述滚刷。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述储液槽内设置有多个柱体,所述柱体凸出于所述储液槽的底壁,所述出液口分别设置于所述柱体上。
  20. 根据权利要求18所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述清洁设备还包括与所述储液槽连通的注液口,所述储液槽内设置有内挡板,所述内挡板沿所述注液口的两侧延伸设置以隔开所述注液口与至少部分的所述出 液口。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述注液口位于所述储液槽的中部,多个所述出液口沿所述储液槽的长度方向均匀分布。
  22. 根据权利要求18所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述清洁设备包括主体壳以及设置于所述主体壳的外挡部,所述外挡部朝向所述滚刷的方向凸出所述主体壳,用以抵接所述滚刷从而使所述储液槽中流出的液体能够在所述滚刷扩散。
  23. 根据权利要求18所述的清洁设备,其特征在于,所述清洁设备包括盖板与密封圈,所述盖板用于封闭所述储液槽,所述密封圈设置于所述储液槽的侧壁,用于对所述盖板与所述储液槽之间贴合密封。
  24. 一种清洁系统,其特征在于,包括:清洁服务站以及如权利要求1至17中任一项所述的清洁设备,其中,所述清洁服务站包括污液回收机构,所述污液回收机构能够将所述污液箱中的污液回收至所述清洁服务站。
  25. 一种清洁系统,其特征在于,包括:清洁服务站以及如权利要求18至23中任一项所述的清洁设备,其中,所述清洁服务站包括清洁液补给机构,所述清洁液补给机构能够向所述储液槽中补给清洁液。
