Abstract
本申请提供了一种用于淋浴房的屏面组件,属于淋浴设备技术领域。所述屏面组件包括第一面板、粘接层、第二面板和紧固件;其中,所述第一面板、所述粘接层和所述第二面板沿所述第一面板的厚度方向依次层叠;所述第一面板靠近所述粘接层的一侧表面具有至少一个沉头孔;所述沉头孔为通孔;所述紧固件的第一端穿过所述沉头孔,所述紧固件的第二端留在所述沉头孔内,以通过所述第二端通过所述沉头孔将所述第一面板压紧在所述屏面组件的安装平面上。该屏面组件消除了屏面一侧表面的卫生死角,降低了屏面的清洁难度。
Description
本申请涉及淋浴设备技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种用于淋浴房的屏面组件以及包含其的淋浴房。
随着家居产业的发展,淋浴房的应用越来越广泛。
现有技术中,淋浴房都是通过夹持器夹持屏面的两面从而实现对屏面的固定。例如,通过型材包围玻璃的边缘,然后将型材固定在墙上。这种方式通过型材或与型材连接的夹持器夹持屏面。再例如,通过夹板将屏面夹持,然后将夹板与铰链或墙壁连接。
现有技术中不论采用何种方式,夹持器在屏面的表面形成落差与缝隙,从而在屏面的表面形成直角状的卫生死角。尤其是淋浴房内侧的屏面上,夹持器与屏面接触位置的污垢极难清洁。
因此,亟需一种易清洁的用于淋浴房的屏面组件。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请要解决的技术问题在于提供一种用于淋浴房的屏面组件以及包含其的淋浴房,具有卫生死角少,易清洁的优点。
一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种用于淋浴房的屏面组件,所述屏面组件包括第一面板、粘接层、第二面板和紧固件;
其中,所述第一面板、所述粘接层和所述第二面板沿所述第一面板的厚度方向依次层叠;
所述第一面板靠近所述粘接层的一侧表面设置有至少一个沉头孔;所述沉头孔为通孔;
所述紧固件的第一端穿过所述沉头孔,所述紧固件的第二端留在所述沉头孔内,以通过所述第二端通过所述沉头孔将所述第一面板压紧在所述屏面组件的安装平面上。应理解,第二面板上不设置用于固定屏面的紧固件。
可选地,所述第二面板远离所述粘接层的一侧表面平整。
根据本申请的实施方式,该屏面组件的第一面板与墙面、靠墙座或铰链连接。可以理解,第一面板的安装平面为靠墙座表面或铰链的表面。需要说明的是,本申请实施例中,紧固件选自本领域技术人员常用的紧固手段,包括但不 限于螺纹紧固、销接、卡扣或过盈配合等手段。
该屏面组件中沉头孔的作用是使紧固件能够对第一面板施加一个垂直于第一面板的正压力。第二面板通过粘接层与第一面板层叠,既可以对第一面板的强度进行补强,也可以封堵第一面板上的沉头孔,防止紧固件沿沉头孔的轴线窜动。
根据本申请的实施方式,第一面板和第二面板为本领域技术人员常规选择的屏面材料。例如,钢化玻璃和有机玻璃等。粘接层为本领域技术人员常规选择的粘接剂,包括但不限于单组份粘接剂或双组份粘接剂。可选地,粘接层为夹胶玻璃的粘接材料。例如,聚乙烯醇缩丁醛酯(PVB,Polyvinyl Butyral Resin)、聚氨酯(PU,Poly Urethane)、乙烯与甲基丙烯酸的共聚物(SGP,Ethylene/Methacrylic Acid Copolymers)和聚乙烯醋酸乙酯(EVA,Ethylene Vinly Acetate)等。
可选地,所述沉头孔包括台阶孔和锥形孔。根据本申请的实施方式,所述沉头孔为广义的沉头孔。只要该沉头孔能够保持紧固件的端面不突出于第一面板靠近粘接层一侧的表面即可。并且,不难理解,该沉头孔使紧固件能够通过沉头孔的内表面对第一面板施加一个压紧力,该压紧力的方向沿着第一面板的厚度远离粘接层。
可选地,沉头孔为锥形孔。锥形孔的内表面与第一面板的厚度方向呈一定的角度,有利于缓解紧固件对沉头孔附近的应力集中区域的压迫。特别是,当第一面板为钢化玻璃时,锥形孔的存在可以避免紧固件将第一面板压紧在安装平面时造成第一面板上的应力集中区域因挤压造成破裂。
可选地,所述锥形孔的第一端与所述第一面板的第一表面的交线圆直径大于所述锥形孔的第二端与所述第一面板的交线圆直径;
所述第一表面为所述第一面板靠近所述粘接层的表面。
可选地,所述锥形孔的第二端位于所述第一面板远离所述粘接层的一侧表面上。
可选地,所述沉头孔还包括柱形段;
所述柱形段的一端与所述锥形孔的第二端连接;
所述柱形段的另一端位于所述第一面板远离所述粘接层的一侧表面上。
相比锥形孔的长度与第一面板的厚度相等的设计,沉头孔采用锥形孔加柱 形段的方式能够在分散紧固件对第一面板的压力的同时不减小紧固件对第一面板的支撑力。
可选地,所述紧固件包括螺杆;
所述螺杆包括杆部、夹持部和止退部;
所述杆部的至少部分表面具有螺纹;
所述止退部和所述夹持部分别与所述杆部的两端连接;
所述止退部位于所述沉头孔与所述粘接层形成的空腔中。
可选地,所述紧固件还包括第一缓冲垫;
所述第一缓冲垫设置于所述沉头孔与所述粘接层形成的空腔中;
所述止退部位于所述第一缓冲垫中。
可选地,所述紧固件还包括第二缓冲垫;
所述第二缓冲垫设置于所述沉头孔内表面与所述第一缓冲垫之间。
根据本申请的实施方式,第二缓冲垫用于保护第一面板,防止第一面板因紧固件的挤压而受损。根据本申请的实施方式,第一缓冲垫设置于第二缓冲垫中,用于减少因公差或制造误差引起的紧固件的轴线与靠墙座或铰链上的安装孔的轴线无法对准的问题。可选地,第二缓冲垫的硬度小于第一缓冲垫的硬度。例如,第二缓冲垫采用塑料或橡胶材质,而第一缓冲垫采用金属材质。同时,第一和第二缓冲垫能够固定紧固件,防止其在沉头孔中晃动。
可选地,所述止退部与所述杆部可拆卸地连接。
可选地,所述止退部为凸台。
可选地,所述夹持部包括内六角沉头、内三角沉头、一字槽、十字槽和凸台。
另一方面,本申请实施例还提供了一种用于淋浴房的屏面组件的生产方法,用于生产上述任一实施例提供的屏面组件。该方法至少包括以下步骤。
在第一面板上加工至少一个沉头孔,且沉头孔为通孔。
在沉头孔中置入紧固件,使紧固件的一端穿过沉头孔,而另一端留在沉头孔内。
在第一面板没有突出紧固件的一侧表面上涂覆粘接剂,以形成粘接层。
将第二面板覆盖在粘接层上,并等待第二面板与粘接层连接紧固。
再一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种淋浴房,其特征在于,所述淋浴房包 括如上述任一实施例提供的屏面组件。
可选地,所述屏面组件中所述第二面板远离所述第一面板的一侧表面朝向所述淋浴房内部。
由于屏面朝向淋浴房内部的表面更容易产生污渍的累积,因此,将表面平整的第二面板朝向面板可以使淋浴房更容易清洁。
本申请实施例提供的用于淋浴房的屏面组件,使用紧固件通过沉头孔将第一面板固定在安装平面上。通过粘接层使第一面板与第二面板层叠,第二面板既补充了第一面板的强度,又限制了紧固件的窜动。本申请实施例提供的屏面组件,优化了紧固方式,省略了传统屏面组件的夹持器,且第二面板远离粘接层的一侧表面平整,没有卫生死角,极大地降低了清洁难度。
本申请实施例提供的用于淋浴房的屏面组件,通过在第一面板上设置沉头孔,将紧固件的止退部置于沉头孔中,再通过粘接层将第一面板和第二面板的层叠,实现第一面板与墙座或铰链面接触而第二面板表面平整。本申请实施例提供的屏面组件不通过夹持器便实现了安装,且始终有一侧表面的表面平整没有突起,也没有卫生死角,相比传统的淋浴房清洁难度大大降低。该屏面组件消除了屏面一侧表面上的落差和缝隙,进而消除了卫生死角,极大地降低了屏面的清洁难度。
本申请实施例提供的淋浴房,通过采用本申请提供的屏面组件,实现了一侧表面无落差、无缝隙,消除了卫生死角,极大地降低了淋浴房的清洁难度。

如图1至图7所示,该屏面组件包括第一面板10、粘接层20、第二面板30和紧固件40。
具体地,如图1、图2和图5所示,第一面板10、粘接层20和第二面板30沿第一面板的厚度方向依次层叠。根据本申请的实施方式,第一面板和第二面板为本领域技术人员常规选择的屏面材料。例如,钢化玻璃和有机玻璃等。粘接层20选用本领域技术人员常规选择的粘接剂,包括但不限于单组份粘接剂或双组份粘接剂。可选地,粘接层为夹胶玻璃的粘接材料。例如,聚乙烯醇缩丁醛酯(PVB,Polyvinyl Butyral Resin)、聚氨酯(PU,Poly Urethane)、乙烯与甲基丙烯酸的共聚物(SGP,Ethylene/Methacrylic Acid Copolymers)和聚乙烯醋酸乙酯(EVA,Ethylene Vinly Acetate)等。
进一步地,第一面板10靠近粘接层20的一侧表面具有一个或多个沉头孔101。该沉头孔101为通孔。可选地,第二面板30远离粘接层20的一侧表面平整,以使第二面板30与空气相邻的表面不存在卫生死角。此处表面平整是指表面没有落差,或没有用于安装其他部件的孔或突起。紧固件40通过沉头孔101将第一面板10压紧在本申请实施例提供的用于淋浴房的屏面组件的安装平面上。紧固件40的第一端穿过沉头孔101并突出于第一面板10远离粘接层20的一侧表面,以便与淋浴房的墙座或铰链连接;紧固件40的第二端位于沉头孔101与粘接层20形成的腔体中。前述沉头孔101与粘接层20形成的腔体在下文中也称为容置腔。粘接层20和第二面板30起到阻止紧固件40沿着 沉头孔101的轴线向靠近粘接层20的方向窜动。应理解,第二面板30上不设置用于固定屏面的紧固件。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例提供的沉头孔101为广义的沉头孔。也就是说,沿着远离粘接层20的方向,沉头孔101与紧固件40接触的内表面的至少一部分与沉头孔101轴线的夹角大于或等于0°,且小于或等于90°。或者,沿着靠近粘接层20的方向,沉头孔101的内径变大。例如,沉头孔101包括台阶孔和锥形孔。当该屏面组件处于安装好的状态时,紧固件40压在台阶孔内的台阶面上,或,紧固件40压在锥形孔的坡面上。沉头孔101使紧固件40紧固使对第一面板10施加一个压紧力,压紧力的方向与第一面板10的厚度方向平行,且远离粘接层20。
在一种可选的实施例中,如图1所示,沉头孔101为锥形孔。锥形孔的内表面(即坡面)与第一面板的厚度方向(即紧固件40提供的压紧力的方向)呈一定角度。锥形孔的内表面使紧固件40和第一面板10的接触面积增加,压强减小,有助于缓解紧固件40对沉头孔101附近的应力集中区域的压迫。特别是,当第一面板10为钢化玻璃时,锥形孔的存在可以避免紧固件40将第一面板10压紧在安装平面时造成第一面板10上应力集中区域因挤压造成破裂。
可选地,锥形孔的第一端与第一面板的第一表面的交线圆直径大于锥形孔的第二端与第一面板的交线圆直径。可选地,锥形孔的第二端位于第一面板10远离粘接层20一侧的表面上。
本申请另一些实施例中,沉头孔101还包括柱形段。其中,柱形段的一端与锥形孔的第二端相连;柱形段的另一端位于第一面板10远离粘接层20的一侧表面上。
相比锥形孔贯穿第一面板10的设计,沉头孔101采用锥形孔加柱形段的设计,既能减小紧固件40对第一面板10压强,又不造成紧固件40对第一面板10支撑力被分解减小。
图8示出了本申请实施例提供的紧固件40的一种可选的结构示意图,其中图8a和图8b分别为紧固件40在不同视角下的结构。图9示出了本申请实施例提供的紧固件40的一种可选的结构示意图,其中图9a和图9b分别为紧固件40在不同视角下的结构。根据本申请的实施方式,如图8和图9所示,紧固件40包括螺杆401。
其中,螺杆401包括杆部4011、夹持部4012和止退部4013。杆部4011为圆柱状,圆柱的侧壁沿着轴线方向至少部分长度具有螺纹。夹持部4012和止退部4013分别与杆部4011的两端连接。止退部4013被设置于沉头孔101与粘接层20形成的腔体中。可以理解的是,杆部4011具有螺纹的突出第一面板10的表面。螺杆401可以在沉头孔101中围绕沉头孔101的轴线旋转,但应避不能晃动和窜动。
本申请一些示例的实施例中,如图8和图9所示,止退部4013与杆部4011不可拆卸地连接。止退部4013的外径大于螺杆4011的外径,且小于或等于沉头孔101最大内径。可选地,止退部4013的厚度小于或等于沉头孔101的容置腔的深度。例如,止退部4013可以为凸台,如图8所示。再例如,止退部4013也可以为锥台,如图9所示。在本申请另一些示例的实施例中,如图5所示,止退部4013与杆部4011可拆卸地连接。例如,止退部4013为螺母。可选地,止退部4013的材料可以选自金属、塑料、木材、树脂或橡胶等。当止退部4013的材质为非金属时,可以避免止退部4013对第一面板10的压紧力增加时造成沉头孔101所在区域应力超出安全阈值。
本申请一些可选的实施例中,如图8和图9所示,夹持部4012为负结构,设置在杆部4011远离止退部4013的端面上。通过与夹持部4012形状匹配的工具可以控制螺杆401围绕其轴线旋转。当本申请实施例提供的屏面组件与靠墙座或铰链连接时,螺杆401的夹持部穿过墙座或铰链上的螺纹孔。当通过夹持部4012使螺杆401旋转时,杆部4011表面的螺纹使螺杆401向墙座或铰链旋进,从而通过止退部4013带动第一面板10向墙座或铰链靠近,直至第一面板10压紧墙座或铰链。可以理解的是,夹持部4012也可以加工成突出杆部4011端面的正结构。在一些可选的实施方式中,夹持部4012包括但不限于内六角沉头、内三角沉头、一字槽、十字槽和凸台。
在一种可选的实施方式中,如图1、图8和图9所示,紧固件40还包括第一缓冲垫402,第一缓冲垫402被设置于沉头孔101的容置腔中,用于容置止退部4013。可选地,第一缓冲垫402远离粘接层20的一端设置有圆柱形延长段,圆柱形延长段的作用是进一步对紧固件40进行限位,以使紧固件40和其对应的安装孔的中心对准。第一缓冲垫401的形状与沉头孔101的容置腔形状相似。在一些情况下,当沉头孔101为台阶状时,第一缓冲垫402为圆环 形垫片。在另一些情况下,当沉头孔101为锥形孔或容置腔的内表面为锥形时,第一缓冲垫402为锥形的漏斗状垫片。优选地,第一缓冲垫401的外表面的锥度与容置腔内表面的锥度相同。在一些可选的实施方式中,第一缓冲垫402的内壁具有缩径设计以形成台阶4021,该台阶4021用于防止止退部4013从第一缓冲垫402中滑脱。
上述实施例中,第一缓冲垫401的功能是对紧固件40进行限位,以起到调节紧固件40与靠墙座或铰链上安装孔的装配公差的作用,即解决由于制造误差造成的紧固件40的轴线与靠墙座或铰链上安装孔的轴线对不准的问题。优选地,第一缓冲垫402的材质为金属。
在另一些可选的实施方式中,如图1、图8、和图9所示,紧固件40还包括第二缓冲垫403,第二缓冲垫403被设置于第一缓冲垫402和容置腔内表面之间。可选地,第二缓冲垫403的内表面和第一缓冲垫402的外表面共形。可选地,第二缓冲垫403的外表面和容置腔的内表面共形。根据本申请的实施方式,第二缓冲垫403还包括延伸部4031,延伸部4031为空心圆柱状结构。当沉头孔101包括圆柱段时,延伸部4031延伸入沉头孔101的圆柱段中,有利于紧固件40和其对应的安装孔的中心对准。
上述实施例中,第二缓冲垫403的作用是在螺杆401穿过沉头孔101时对第一面板10提供保护,能够减小止退部4013施加在第一面板10上的压强。第二缓冲垫的材质包括塑料、树脂或橡胶等。第一和第二缓冲垫均可以有效防止螺杆401的晃动和窜动。
不难理解的是,可以通过在第一面板10上不同的区域设置沉头孔101和对应数量的紧固件40以实现在本申请实施例提供的屏面组件上增加可选的配件。可选配件包括毛巾架、香皂盒以及门把手等。
另一方面,本申请实施例还提供了一种用于淋浴房的屏面组件的生产方法,用于生产上述任一实施例提供的屏面组件。该方法至少包括以下步骤。
在第一面板10上加工一个或多个沉头孔101,沉头孔101为通孔。
在沉头孔101中置入紧固件40,使紧固件40的第一端穿过沉头孔101,而第二端留在沉头孔101内。
在第一面板10没有突出紧固件401的一侧表面上涂覆粘接剂,以形成粘接层20。
将第二面板30覆盖在粘接层20上,并使第一面板10和第二面板30分别与粘接层20连接紧固。可选地,通过加热固化使粘接层20分别与第一面板10和第二面板30粘接紧固。
再一方面,本申请实施例还提供了一种淋浴房。该淋浴房包括上述任一实施例提供的屏面组件。图10示出了该淋浴房的局部示意图。如图10可知,该淋浴房的屏面组件只有一侧表面(第一面板10远离粘接层20的一侧表面)与墙座或铰链连接,另一侧为平整表面。该淋浴房中的屏面不与墙座或铰链连接的一侧表面(即第二面板30),表面没有落差,不形成卫生死角,极易清洁。
由于淋浴房在使用过程中,相比淋浴房的外部屏面,淋浴房的内部屏面由于液体喷溅更易形成污渍。因此,优选地,上述淋浴房在安装时,屏面组件的第二面板30朝向淋浴房的内部。
综上所述,本申请实施例提供的用于淋浴房的屏面组件,通过在第一面板上设置沉头孔,将紧固件的止退部置于沉头孔中,再通过粘接层将第一面板和第二面板的层叠,实现第一面板与墙座或铰链面接触而第二面板表面平整。该屏面组件消除了屏面一侧表面上的落差和缝隙,进而消除了卫生死角,极大地降低了屏面的清洁难度。
本申请实施例提供的淋浴房,通过采用本申请提供的屏面组件,实现了一侧表面无落差、无缝隙,消除了卫生死角,极大地降低了淋浴房的清洁难度。
以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以对本发明进行若干改进和修饰,这些改进和修饰也落入本发明权利要求的保护范围内。

- 一种屏面组件,其特征在于,所述屏面组件包括第一面板(10)、粘接层(20)、第二面板(30)和紧固件(40);其中,所述第一面板(10)、粘接层(20)和第二面板(30)沿厚度方向依次层叠;所述第一面板(10)靠近所述粘接层(20)的一侧表面设置有至少一个沉头孔(101);所述沉头孔(101)为通孔;所述紧固件(40)的第一端穿过所述沉头孔(101),所述紧固件(40)的第二端留在所述沉头孔(101)内,以通过所述第二端与所述沉头孔(101)的面接触将所述第一面板(10)压紧在所述屏面组件的安装面上。
- 如权利要求1所述的屏面组件,其特征在于,所述第二面板(30)远离所述粘接层(20)的一侧表面平整。
- 如权利要求1所述的屏面组件,其特征在于,所述沉头孔(101)包括台阶孔和锥形孔。
- 如权利要求3所述的屏面组件,其特征在于,所述锥形孔的第一端与所述第一面板(10)的第一表面的交线圆直径大于所述沉头孔的第二端与所述第一面板(10)的交线圆直径;所述第一表面靠近所述粘接层(20)。
- 如权利要求4所述的屏面组件,其特征在于,所述锥形孔的第二端位于所述第一面板(10)远离所述粘接层(20)的一侧表面上。
- 如权利要求4所述的屏面组件,其特征在于,所述沉头孔(101)还包括柱形段;所述柱形段的一端与所述锥形孔的第二端连接;所述柱形段的另一端位于所述第一面板(10)远离所述粘接层(20)的一侧表面上。
- 如权利要求1-6任一所述的屏面组件,其特征在于,所述紧固件(40)包括螺杆(401);所述螺杆(401)包括杆部(4011)、夹持部(4012)和止退部(4013);所述杆部(4011)的至少部分表面具有螺纹;所述止退部(4013)和所述夹持部(4012)分别位于所述杆部(4011)的两端;所述止退部(4013)位于所述沉头孔(101)与所述粘接层(20)形成的空腔中。
- 如权利要求7所述的屏面组件,其特征在于,所述紧固件(40)还包括第一缓冲垫(402);所述第一缓冲垫(402)设置于所述沉头孔(101)与所述粘接层(20)形成的空腔中;所述止退部(4013)被设置于所述第一缓冲垫(402)中。
- 权利要求8述的屏面组件,其特征在于,所述紧固件还包括第二缓冲垫(403);所述第二缓冲垫(403)设置于所述沉头孔(101)内表面与所述第一缓冲垫(402)之间。
- 如权利要求7所述的屏面组件,其特征在于,所述止退部(4013)与所述杆部(4011)可拆卸地连接。
- 如权利要求7所述的屏面组件,其特征在于,所述止退部(4013)为凸台。
- 如权利要求7所述的固定杆组件,其特征在于,所述夹持部(4013)包括内六角沉头、内三角沉头、一字槽、十字槽和凸台。
- 一种用于淋浴房的屏面组件的生产方法,用于生产如权利要求1-12任一所述的屏面组件,所述方法至少包括:在所述第一面板(10)上加工至少一个所述沉头孔(101);所述沉头孔(101)为通孔;在所述沉头孔(101)中置入所述紧固件(40),使所述紧固件(40)的第一端穿过所述沉头孔(101),而所述紧固件(40)的第二端留在所述沉头孔(101)内;在所述第一面板(10)没有突出所述紧固件(40)的一侧表面上涂覆粘接剂,以形成所述粘接层(20);将所述第二面板(30)覆盖在所述粘接层(20)上,并使所述第一面板(10)和所述第二面板(30)分别与所述粘接层(20)连接紧固。
- 一种淋浴房,其特征在于,所述淋浴房包括如权利要求1-12中任一 所述的屏面组件或根据权利要求13生产的屏面组件。
- 如权利要求14所述的淋浴房,其特征在于,所述屏面组件中所述第二面板(20)远离所述第一面板(10)的一侧表面朝向所述淋浴房内部。
