本申请提供的一种转轴装置,其包括支撑机构、转动组件及联动组件,支撑机构包括侧部支撑件;转动组件包括定位座及设于所述定位座相对两侧的转动机构,所述转动机构包括转动件及连接件,所述转动件的一端转动地连接于定位座,所述转动件相对的另一端转动地连接于所述连接件;所述联动组件包括联动座及设于所述联动座的联动机构,所述联动机构包括转动地连接于所述联动座相对两侧的联动件,所述联动件远离所述联动座的一端与对应的转动件之间通过第一弧形槽与第一导滑轴的配合连接,所述联动件远离所述联动座的一端与对应的连接件之间通过第二弧形槽与第二导滑轴的配合连接,所述侧部支撑件与对应的连接件之间转动连接,所述侧部支撑件与对应的转动件滑动连接;所述转动机构相对于所述定位座转动,以带动所述联动件相对于联动座转动以及带动侧部支撑件相对于所述定位座转动并滑动,以使两个所述侧部支撑件同步相互折弯或同步相互展开。
本申请还提供一种折叠壳体,其包括转轴装置及两个框体,所述转轴装置位于两个所述框体之间,两个所述框体分别连接于所述转轴装置的两个所述转动机构的连接件,所述框体带动所述转动机构相对于所述定位座转动,所述支撑机构随所述转动机构及联动机构实现同步折弯或展开。
本申请还提供一种电子设备,所述电子设备包括柔性件及折叠壳体,所述柔性件设置于所述折叠壳体上,所述柔性件随所述折叠壳体折弯或屏平。

具体实施方式
一种转轴装置,所述转轴装置包括:支撑机构,所述支撑机构包括侧部支撑件;
转动组件,所述转动组件包括定位座及设于所述定位座相对两侧的转动机构,所述转动机构包括转动件及连接件,所述转动件的一端转动地连接于定位座,所述转动件相对的另一端转动地连接于所述连接件;以及
联动组件,所述联动组件包括联动座及联动机构,所述联动机构包括转动地连接于所述联动座相对两侧的联动件,所述联动件远离所述联动座的一端与对应的转动件之间通过第一弧形槽与第一导滑轴的配合连接,所述联动件远离所述联动座的一端与对应的连接件之间通过第二弧形槽与第二导滑轴的配合连接,所述侧部支撑件与对应的连接件之间转动连接,所述侧部支撑件与对应的转动件滑动连接;所述转动机构相对于所述定位座转动,以带动所述联动件相对于联动座转动以及带动侧部支撑件相对于所述定位座转动并滑动,以使两个所述侧部支撑件同步相互折弯或同步相互展开。
所述第一弧形槽向远离所述侧部支撑件的一侧弯曲,所述第二弧形槽向靠近所述侧部支撑件的一侧弯曲,所述转轴装置在展平状态时,所述第一弧形槽相较于所述第二弧形槽更靠近所述侧部支撑件。
所述支撑机构还包括中部支撑件,两个所述侧部支撑件设于所述中部支撑件相对的两侧,所述中部支撑件及所述侧部支撑件用于支撑柔性件,所述侧部支撑件同步相互折弯过程中,所述第一导滑轴自所述第一弧形槽靠近所述中部支撑件的一端滑动至远离所述中部支撑件的一端,所述第二导滑轴自所述第二弧形槽远离所述中部支撑件的一端滑动至靠近所述中部支撑件的一端。
所述第一弧形槽设于所述联动件面朝所述转动件的侧面,所述第一导滑轴固定于所述转动件;或者所述第一弧形槽设于所述转动件面朝所述联动件的侧面,所述第一导滑轴固定于所述联动件,所述第一导滑轴滑动并转动地插设于所述第一弧形槽。

所述转轴装置还包括限位机构,所述限位机构包括设于所述联动件的抵推件、抵持件及弹性件,所述弹性件提供所述抵持件与所述抵推件之间相互抵顶的弹力,所述转动机构通过所述联动机构相对于所述定位座转动,所述抵推件相对于所述抵持件转动,所述弹性件被弹性挤压发生弹性变形,所述抵推件与所述抵持件之间的摩擦阻力使所述联动件相对于所述联动座定位,以实现所述侧部支撑件相对于所述中部支撑件定位在特定角度。
所述抵推件包括第一凸轮,所述抵持件包括第二凸轮,所述第一凸轮与所述第二凸轮相互可转动抵持,所述弹性件弹性抵推所述抵持件。
所述第一凸轮与所述第二凸轮之间的摩擦扭力大于所述柔性件的反弹力,以使两个所述侧部支撑件之间定位在特定角度。
所述抵持件及所述弹性件套设于所述转动轴,所述限位机构还包括设于所述转动轴远离所述抵推件一端的定位件,所述抵持件位于所述抵推件与所述弹性件之间,所述弹性件远离所述抵持件的一端弹性抵顶所述定位件。
每一联动件连接有所述抵推件,每一所述抵推件包括第一凸轮;所述抵持件包括两个第二凸轮,两个所述第二凸轮分别滑动地套设于两个所述转动轴,所述联动件随所述转动件沿所述转动轴转动以带动 所述第一凸轮相对于所述第二凸轮转动。
所述转动轴远离所述弹性件的端部连接于所述定位座。

请一并参阅图1至图8,本发明其中一实施例中的电子设备100包括折叠壳体20及设置于折叠壳体20上的柔性件30。柔性件30可为柔性显示屏、柔性触摸屏、柔性触摸显示屏等各种具备相应功能的柔性部件,或者为固定贴合有柔性支撑板的柔性部件,如贴合有柔性钢板的柔性显示屏、柔性触摸屏等。柔性件30随折叠壳体2折弯或展平。折叠壳体20包括两个框体21及连接于两个框体21之间的转轴装置22。柔性件30包括对应转轴装置22的可折弯区域31,以及连接于可折弯区域31相对的两侧的两个非折弯区域33。柔性件30的两个非折弯区域33可分别固定在两个框体21的正面上,可折弯区域31贴合于转轴装置22的正面上。柔性件30的可折弯区域31随转轴装置22折弯或展平。转轴装置22包括支撑机构23、转动组件25、联动组件26及限位机构27,联动组件26连接于转动组件25,限位机构27连接于联动组件26。支撑机构23包括中部支撑件231及设于中部支撑件231相对两侧的侧部支撑件233,柔性件30贴合于中部支撑件231和侧部支撑件233上。转动组件25包括定位座251及设于定位座251相对两侧的转动机构253,转动机构253包括转动件254及连接件256,转动件254的一端转动地连接于定位座251,转动件254相对的另一端转动地连接于连接件256。联动组件26包括联动座261及设于联动座261的联动机构263,联动机构263包括转动地设于联动座261相对两侧的联动件264,联动件264远离联动座261的一端与对应的转动件254之间通过第一弧形槽2640与第一导滑轴2540的配合连接;联动件264远离联动座261的一端与对应的连接件256之间通过第二弧形槽2561与第二导滑轴2641的配合连接,侧部支撑件233与对应的连接件256之间转动连接,侧部支撑件233与对应的转动件254滑动连接;转动机构253相对于定位座251转动,以带动对应的联动件264相对于联动座261转动及带动侧部支撑件233相对于定位座251转动并滑动,以使两个侧部支撑件233相对于中部支撑件231同步相互折弯或同步相互展开。
电子设备100的两个框体21分别连接于转轴装置22的两个连接件256,框体21通过连接件256带动转动件254相对于定位座251转动,且连接件256和转动件254带动联动件264相对于联动座261转动,以使得支撑机构23随转动机构253及联动机构263实现同步折弯或展开,柔性件30随支撑机构23折弯或展平,可折弯区域31可以弯折形成U形或水滴形或者其他形状。本实施例中,可折弯区域31 能弯折成水滴形。
本实施例中,所述正面指与柔性件30的出光面朝向相同的面,背面指与柔性件30的出光面朝向背离的面。电子设备100例如是,但不局限于手机、平板电脑、显示器、液晶面板、OLED面板、电视、智慧手表、VR头戴显示器、车载显示器等其它任何具有显示功能的产品和部件。本发明实施例的描述中的“连接”是包括直接连接和间接连接两种情况,比如A和B连接包括A和B直接连接或者通过第三个元件C或更多的其他元件连接。连接还包括一体化连接和非一体化连接两种情况,一体化连接是指A和B是一体形成并连接,非一体化连接是指A和B是非一体化形成并连接。
本发明的电子设备100的转轴装置22包括支撑机构23、转动组件25及联动组件26,转动组件25的转动件254的一端转动地连接于定位座251,转动件254相对的另一端转动地连接于连接件256;联动组件26的联动件264远离联动座261的一端与转动件254之间通过第一弧形槽2640与第一导滑轴2540的配合连接,联动件264远离联动座261的一端与连接件256之间通过第二弧形槽2561与第二导滑轴2641的配合连接,侧部支撑件233与连接件256之间转动连接,侧部支撑件233与转动件254滑动连接。在两个框体21相互靠近或相互远离过程中,连接件256带动转动件254相对于定位座251转动,且连接件256和转动件254带动两个联动件264同步相对于联动座261转劝,以带动两个侧部支撑件233相互折叠或相互展开,从而实现柔性件30的折叠或展平。由于转轴装置22通过支撑机构23、转动组件25及联动组件26就能实现同步折叠或同步展平,相较现有技术中通过铰链机构支撑柔性件,本申请的转轴装置22的结构简单,制造成本较低,且各部件之间的连接可靠性高,整机强度提升;其次,本申请的转动件254或联动件264上的第一弧形槽2640,以及联动件264或连接件256上的第二弧形槽2561均采用开模成型制成,相较于现在技术中的联动件与转动件之间采用直线移动方式,即采用数控车床在连接杆或转动件上开设直线滑槽,使得开设所述直线滑槽的管控成本及加工成本增加,因此,本申请转轴装置22的制造管控成本及加工成本降低;另外,本申请中转动件254与联动件264之间采用弧形槽与导滑轴的配合来替代现有技术中的直线滑槽与滑轨的配合,减少了转轴装置22的整体宽度,从而减小转轴装置22占用壳体20的内部空间,有利于主板或电池等其他元件的布局。
本实施例中的转轴装置22包括一个转动组件25、一个联动组件26及一个限位机构27,转动组件25、联动组件26及限位机构27构成一个整体结构,所述整体结构设置于支撑机构23的背面。
在一些实施例中,转轴装置22也可以包括两个转动组件25、两个联动组件26及两个限位机构27,两个转动组件25分别设置于支撑机构23背面相对的两端,两个联动组件26分别连接于两个转动组件25,两个限位机构27分别连接于两个联动组件26。
在一些实施例中,转轴装置22也可以只包括三个或三个以上的转动组件25、三个或三个以上的联动组件26及三个或三个以上的限位机构27,三个或三个以上的转动组件25设置于支撑机构23的背面且沿支撑机构23的长度方向间隔排列,三个或三个以上的联动组件26分别连接于三个或三个以上的转动组件25,三个或三个以上的限位机构27分别连接于三个或三个以上的联动组件26。
如图1至图4所示,转轴装置22相对两侧的转动机构253分别固定连接于两个框体21,具体地,两个转动机构253的连接件256分别固定连接于两个框体21;其中一框体21相对于另一框体21折叠或展平,能带动对应的转动机构253相对于定位座251转动,转动机构253通过联动组件26带动两个侧部支撑件233相对于定位座251同步转动并滑动,直至两个侧部支撑件233与中部支撑件231同步折弯成水滴状或者同步展开成水平状,柔性件30的可折弯区域31随可折弯区域31折叠成水滴状或展开成水平状。
如图3及图4所示,具体地,框体21包括正面211、背面213、相对的两侧面214及两端面215,转轴装置22连接于两个框体21的两个端面215之间,柔性件30的非折弯区域33连接于框体21的正面211;每一框体21朝向转轴装置22的端面215设有收容槽216,收容槽216穿通框体21的正面211,收容槽216相对的两端延伸至靠近框体21相对的两侧面214。转轴装置22相对的两侧分别容置于两个框体21的收容槽216中,且每一连接件256与对应的框体21固定连接。框体21的背面213设有若干收容空间(图中未示),收容空间用于安装电路板、电池等电子器件。
请一并参阅图5及图8,中部支撑件231为矩形板状,中部支撑件231包括正面2311及背朝正面2311的背面2312,中部支撑件231的背面2312的一端相对的两侧分别凸设导滑块2313,导滑块2313背离正面2311的表面形成圆弧导面2314。中部支撑件231于两个导滑块2313之间开设相互间隔的两个避位孔2315,每一圆弧导面2314与对应的避位孔2315的侧面共面。中部支撑件231的背面2312于两个导滑块2313的四周设有若干连接筒2316,每一连接筒2316沿其轴向开设内螺纹;本实施例中,中部支撑件231的背面2312于两个导滑块2313的四角处分别凸设一个连接筒2316。中部支撑件231的中部相对的两侧分别设有两个间隔的第一避位口2317。
侧部支撑件233为矩形板状,侧部支撑件233远离中部支撑件231的一侧与连接件256之间通过第一圆弧槽与第一圆弧轨的配合连接。侧部支撑件233包括正面2331及背朝正面2331的背面2332,侧部支撑件233设有导滑块2333,导滑块2333设有第一圆弧槽2334,连接件256设有能滑动地插设于第一圆弧槽2334中的第一圆弧轨2562,第一圆弧槽2334的轴心线与侧部支撑件233与连接件256之间的转动轴心线共线。侧部支撑件233的背面2332远离中部支撑件231的一侧相对的两端分别凸设导滑块2333,每一导滑块2333为弧形块,第一圆弧槽2334开设于导滑块2333的侧面。第一圆弧槽2334的一端贯穿导滑块2333背离中部支撑件231的表面,第一圆弧槽2334相对的另一端延伸至侧部支撑件233 的背面2332,第一圆弧槽2334向远离背面2332的一侧弯曲,具体地,第一圆弧槽2334的中部向远离背面2332的一侧弯曲。本实施例中,导滑块2333背离中部支撑件231的表面与侧部支撑件233背离侧部支撑件231的侧面共面,两个导滑块2333面对的两个侧面分别设有第一圆弧槽2334,两个第一圆弧槽2334的轴心线共线,第一圆弧槽2334的一端贯穿导滑块2333背离中部支撑件231的表面。在一些实施例,两个导滑块2333相背离的两个侧面分别设有第一圆弧槽2334,两个第一圆弧槽2334的轴心线共线,第一圆弧槽2334的一端贯穿导滑块2333背离中部支撑件231的表面,第一圆弧槽2334向远离背面2332的一侧弯曲,即第一圆弧槽2334的中部向远离背面2332的一侧弯曲。在另一些实施例中,其中一导滑块2333相对的两侧面其中之一上设有第一圆弧槽2334,另一导滑块2333相对的两侧面其中之一上设有第一圆弧槽2334,两个第一圆弧槽2334的轴心线共线。
侧部支撑件233靠近中部支撑件231的一侧与转动件254之间通过滑槽与导滑柱的配合连接。本实施例中,侧部支撑件233的背面2332靠近中部支撑件231的一侧凸设导滑块2335,导滑块2335开设滑槽2336,滑槽2336贯穿导滑块2335相对的两侧面。滑槽2336向远离中部支撑件231的一侧倾斜延伸,也就是滑槽2336的第一端靠近背面2332,滑槽2336相对的第二端远离背面2332,滑槽2336自所述第一端向所述第二端倾斜延伸形成。侧部支撑件233靠近中部支撑件231的一侧设有相互间隔的三个第二避位口2337,三个第二避位口2337分别与中部支撑件231一侧的导滑块2313及两个第一避位口2317一一对应。
请一并参阅图5-图10,转动件254远离连接件256的一端转动连接于定位座251,侧部支撑件233远离中部支撑件231的一侧转动连接于连接件256;联动组件26连接于定位座251与连接件256之间。侧部支撑件233与连接件256之间通过第一圆弧槽2334与第一圆弧轨2562的配合可转动地连接;定位座251与转动件254之间通过第二圆弧槽2511与第二圆弧轨2541的配合可转动地连接。本实施例中,连接件256对应侧部支撑件233的第一圆弧槽2334设有第一圆弧轨2562,第一圆弧轨2562可转动地插设于第一圆弧槽2334内,以使连接件256与侧部支撑件233之间沿第一圆弧槽2334相对转动,第一圆弧槽2334的轴心线与第一圆弧轨2562的轴心线共线,第一圆弧轨2562的轴心线与侧部支撑件233和连接件256之间的转动轴心线共线。定位座251设有第二圆弧槽2511,转动件254设有对应第二圆弧槽2511的第二圆弧轨2541,以使连接件256与定位座251之间沿第二圆弧槽2511相对转动,第二圆弧槽2511的轴心线与第二圆弧轨2541的轴心线共线,第二圆弧轨2541的轴心线与转动件254和定位座251之间的转动轴心线共线。
具体地,定位座251呈矩形块,其包括横截面呈圆弧形的背面及背朝所述背面的正面2510,定位座251的正面2510的中部相对的两侧分别设有第二圆弧槽2511。定位座251相对的两侧壁分别设有避位槽2513,避位槽2513贯穿定位座251的正面2510,两个避位槽2513分别穿通两个第二圆弧槽2511。定位座251的正面于两个第二圆弧槽2511的四周设有若干通孔2514。本实施例中,定位座251的正面于第二圆弧槽2511的四角处分别设有通孔2514。定位座251的其中一端面设有间隔的两个定位孔2516。
转动件254包括第二圆弧轨2541、连接部2542及连接于第二圆弧轨2541与连接部2542之间的支撑部2543,第二圆弧轨2541用于转动地连接于定位座251,连接部2542用于连接所述连接件256、联动件264及侧部支撑件233。第二圆弧轨2541为圆弧形块,所述圆弧形块的背面用于滑动地贴合于第二圆弧槽2511的内表面。连接部2542远离第二圆弧轨2541的一端沿平行于第二圆弧轨2541的轴心线方向设有轴孔2544。连接部2542面朝联动件264的侧面凸设第一延伸块2545,第一延伸块2545背离连接部2542的侧面远离轴孔2544的一端设有第一固定孔2546。连接部2542背离第一延伸块2545的侧面靠近支撑部2543的一端设有第二固定孔2547;第二固定孔2547位于轴孔2544与第一固定孔2546之间。转动件254还包括第一导滑轴2540及导滑柱2548,第一导滑轴2540固定于转动件254,第一导滑轴2540的轴心线平行于第一圆弧槽2334的轴心线。本实施例中,第一导滑轴2540的一端固定连接于第一固定孔2546,导滑柱2548的一端固定连接于第二固定孔2547。在一些实施例中,第一导滑轴2540也可以一体成型于转动件254。本实施例中,支撑部2543为倾斜条,支撑部2543相对的两端分别连接于第二圆弧轨2541的一端部及连接部2542的一端部。优选地,连接部2542背离第二圆弧轨2541的端面形成圆弧面。
在一些实施例中,定位座251上的第二圆弧槽2511与转动件254上的第二圆弧轨2541可以互换;如:可以在第二圆弧轨2541上设有圆弧槽,在定位座251设有对应所述圆弧槽的圆弧轨,所述圆弧轨可转动地插设于所述圆弧槽中,所述圆弧槽的轴心线、所述圆弧轨的轴心线,以及转动件254与定位座251之间的转动轴心线共线。
在一些实施例中,定位座251在第二圆弧槽2511的侧面上设有圆弧槽,转动件254的第二圆弧轨2541的侧面凸设对应所述圆弧槽的圆弧轨。具体地,第二圆弧槽2511相对的两侧面设有一对圆弧槽,第二圆弧轨2541相对的两侧面对应所述一对圆弧槽凸设一对圆弧轨,当第二圆弧轨2541插入第二圆弧槽2511内时,一对所述圆弧轨分别插入一对所述圆弧槽中;或者第二圆弧槽2511的其中一侧面上设有一个圆弧槽,第二圆弧轨2541对应所述圆弧槽的侧面凸设圆弧轨,当第二圆弧轨2541插入第二圆弧槽2511内时,所述圆弧轨插入所述圆弧槽中。
连接件256呈条状,具体地,连接件256包括矩形的连接板2560,连接板2560相对的两端分别设有第一圆弧轨2562。连接板2560面朝侧部支撑件233的表面相对的两端分别凸设支撑板2563,第一圆弧轨2562凸设于支撑板2563远离连接板2560的一端。本实施例中,两个支撑板2563相互背离的两侧 面分别凸设第一圆弧轨2562,两个第一圆弧轨2562的轴心线共线,第一圆弧轨2562用于转动地插设于侧部支撑件233的第一圆弧槽2334中。
在一些实施例中,两个支撑板2563相对的两侧面分别凸设第一圆弧轨2562,两个第一圆弧轨2562的轴心线共线,两个第一圆弧轨2562分别可转动地容置于两个第一圆弧槽2334中。
在一些实施例中,其中一支撑板2563相对的两侧面其中之一上设有第一圆弧轨2562,另一支撑板2563相对的两侧面其中之一上设有第一圆弧轨2562,两个第一圆弧轨2562的轴心线共线,两个第一圆弧轨2562分别可转动地容置于两个第一圆弧槽2334中。
在一些实施例中,侧部支撑件233设有第一圆弧轨,连接件256设有对应所述第一圆弧轨的第一圆弧槽;具体地,侧部支撑件233的导滑块2333上凸设第一圆弧轨,连接件256的支撑板2563上设有对应所述第一圆弧轨的第一圆弧槽,所述第一圆弧轨可转动地容置于所述第一圆弧槽中。
连接件256靠近联动件264处凸设导滑部2565,第二弧形槽2561设于导滑部2565。具体地,连接板2560面朝侧部支撑件233表面的一端凸设有导滑部2565,另一端凸设有相互间隔的两个凸耳2566。导滑部2565为自连接板2560向转动件254一侧延伸的导滑块,第二弧形槽2561贯穿所述导滑块相对的两侧面。第二弧形槽2561包括远离定位座251的第一定位段2561a、靠近定位座251的第二定位段2561b,以及位于第一定位段2561a和第二定位段2561b之间的导滑段2561c;第一定位段2561a、导滑段2561c及第二定位段2561b相互连通。本实施例中,第二弧形槽2561的导滑段2561c向靠近侧部支撑件233的一侧弯曲,即第二弧形槽2561的导滑段2561c的中部向靠近侧部支撑件233的一侧弯曲。两个凸耳2566远离连接板2560的端面形成圆弧面,两个凸耳2566之间形成第一连接口2566a,两个凸耳2566沿连接板2560的长度方向设有连接孔2566b。导滑部2565与其相邻的凸耳2566之间形成第二连接口2565a,导滑部2565与其相邻的支撑板2563之间形成第三连接口2563a。连接件256还包括连接轴2567,连接轴2567用于插接在连接孔2566b中。
请一并参阅图7-图10,联动组件26还包括位于两个联动件264之间的齿轮组合265及两个转动轴266,两个联动件264分别转动地连接于两个转动轴266。联动座261沿平行于转动轴266的方向设有连接轴2611,齿轮组合265设置于连接轴2611,每一联动件264远离连接件256的端部设有啮合齿轮组合265的第一齿轮2645。联动座261包括固定条2610及设于固定条2610上的相互间隔的两个连接轴2611。固定条2610包括位于其中部的第一固定块2612及位于第一固定块2612相对两端的两个第二固定块2613,第二固定块2613背离第一固定块2612的端面设为圆弧面。第一固定块2612沿垂直于固定条2610的长度方向设有间隔的两个连接孔,两个连接轴2611的中部分别固定插接于第一固定块2612的两个连接孔中。第二固定块2613的中部沿平行于连接轴2611的轴心线方向设有轴孔2615。
联动件264包括第一套筒2642及连接于第一套筒2642外周壁的连杆2643,第一套筒2642的外周壁设有啮合于齿轮组合265的第一齿轮2645,连杆2643用于连接转动件254和连接件256。本实施例中,第一齿轮2645的齿牙沿第一套筒2642的周向排列的转动角度范围为大于90度小于180度,即第一套筒2642大于四分之一且小于二分之一的外周壁上设有第一齿轮2645。第二导滑轴2641固定于联动件264,本实施例中,连杆2643远离第一套筒2642的一端沿平行于第一齿轮2645的轴心线方向设有固定孔2646,第二导滑轴2641的一端固定于固定孔2646中。第一弧形槽2640设于联动件264面朝转动件254的侧面;本实施例中,连杆2643面朝转动件254的侧面凸设第二延伸块2647,第二延伸块2647背离连杆2643的侧面设有第一弧形槽2640。第一弧形槽2640包括靠近第一套筒2642的第一定位段2640a、远离第一套筒2642的第二定位段2640b,以及位于第一定位段2640a和第二定位段2640b之间的导滑段2640c;第一定位段2640a、导滑段2640c及第二定位段2640b相互连通。本实施例中,第一弧形槽2640的导滑段2640c向远离侧部支撑件233的一侧弯曲,即第一弧形槽2640的导滑段2640c的中部向远离侧部支撑件233的一侧弯曲。
每一联动件264连接有抵推件271,具体地,抵推件271为连接于第一套筒2642背离联动座261一端的套筒。抵推件271包括第一凸轮2710,第一凸轮2710设于所述套筒背离联动座261的端面。第一凸轮2710套设于转动轴266,第一凸轮2710的轴心线与第一套筒2642共轴心线,第一齿轮2645的轴心线与第一套筒2642的轴心线共线。第一凸轮2710包括设于所述套筒一端的凹凸面,所述凹凸面包括第一凸出部2712及第一凹陷部2714,第一凸出部2712及第一凹陷部2714沿所述套筒的周向依次间隔排列。第一凸出部2714的数量及第一凹陷部2715的数量可以根据需要进行设置,如第一凸轮2710可以包括一个第一凸出部2714及一个第一凹陷部2715、两个第一凸出部2714及两个第一凹陷部2715、三个第一凸出部2714及三个第一凹陷部2715,或者四个第一凸出部2714及四个第一凹陷部2715等。本实施例中,第一凸轮2710包括沿所述套筒的周向间隔排列的三个第一凸出部2712和三个第一凹陷部2714。
齿轮组合265包括两个相互啮合的第二齿轮2652,两个联动件264的第一齿轮2645分别与两个第二齿轮2652啮合,第二齿轮2652的分度圆的直径小于第一齿轮2645的分度圆的直径,且第二齿轮2652围设一圈的齿牙数量少于第一齿轮2645围设一圈的齿牙数量。
本实施例中,联动组件26还包括两对联动件及两个齿轮组合265,每一对联动件之间设有一个齿轮组合265;两对联动件分别设置于联动座261相对的两侧。需要说明的是:其中一对联动件264及对应的齿轮组合265和另一对联动件264a及对应的齿轮组合265分别设置于联动座261相对的两侧,其中联动件264a的结构与联动件264的结构相似,不同之处在于:联动件264a是在联动件264的基础上省 略了第二延伸块2647及第一弧形槽2640。
在一些实施例中,联动组件26也可以只包括一对联动件264及设于一对联动件264之间的齿轮组合265。
如图9及图10所示,转动轴266包括轴体2660及位于轴体2660一端的定位盖2662,轴体2660远离定位盖2662的端部设有卡槽2663。卡槽2663位于轴体2660的外周壁并沿轴体2660的周向围设一圈。
请一并参阅图5-图10,限位机构27包括设于联动件264、264a的抵推件271、抵持件273及弹性件274,弹性件274提供抵持件273与抵推件271之间相互抵顶的弹力,转动机构253通过联动机构26相对于定位座251转动,抵推件271相对于抵持件273转动,弹性件274被弹性挤压发生弹性变形,抵推件271与抵持件273之间的摩擦阻力使联动件264、264a相对于联动座261定位,以实现侧部支撑件233相对于中部支撑件231定位在特定角度。所述特定角度的范围为两个侧部支撑件233之间的夹角在70度-130度,具体地,当转轴装置22的两个侧部支撑件233通过转动组件25及联动组件26相互同步展开或相互同步折叠至等于或大于70度且小于或等于130度时,抵推件271与抵持件273之间的摩擦助力使两个侧部支撑件233定位,即在没有外力的情况下两个侧部支撑件233不相互转动。具体地,抵持件273包括第二凸轮2730,第一凸轮2710与第二凸轮2730相互可转动抵持,弹性件274弹性抵推抵持件273。当第一凸轮2710相对于第二凸轮2730转动时,第一凸轮2710转动地抵推第二凸轮2730向远离或靠近所述联动座261的滑动,弹性件274被挤压,第一凸轮2710与第二凸轮2730之间的摩擦阻力能使抵推件271相对于抵持件273限位至特定角度。
本申请中在两个转动轴266一定宽度和高度空间下,通过设置在两个转动轴266之间的两个第二齿轮2652来增大第一齿轮2645的分度圆的直径,从而能增大第一凸轮2710的外径,使得第一凸轮2710与第二凸轮2730之间能提供较大的摩擦扭力,且能减少第一凸轮2710的疲劳磨损,从而延长第一凸轮2710的使用寿命。第二齿轮2652的中部沿其轴向开设轴孔2654。
本实施例中,抵持件273包括连接部2732及设于连接部2732相对两端的两个第二凸轮2730,即两个第二凸轮2730位于连接部2732相对的两端,两个第二凸轮2730分别滑动地套设于两个转动轴266。两个联动件264远离第一凸轮2710的一端分别连接于两个连接件256及两个转动件254,两个联动件264a远离第一凸轮2710的一端分别连接于两个连接件256;联动件264、264a随连接件256及转动件254沿转动轴266相对于联动座261转动以带动第一凸轮2710相对于所述第二凸轮2730转动,抵持件273能沿转动轴266的轴向滑动。具体地,第二凸轮2730包括圆形的套筒及设于所述套筒一端的凹凸面,所述凹凸面包括第二凸出部2734及第二凹陷部2735,第二凸出部2734及第二凹陷部2735沿所述套筒的周向依次间隔排列;第二凸轮2730上的第二凸出部2734的数量及第二凹陷部2735的数量与第一凸轮2710上的第一凹陷部2715的数量及第一凸出部2714的数量一致,使得第一凸出部2714与第二凹陷部2735配合,第二凸出部2734与第一凹陷部2715配合。连接部2732沿第二凸轮2730的套筒的轴向设有间隔的两个导滑孔2737。
本实施例中,限位机构27包括两个抵持件273及两个弹性件274,其中一一抵持件273的两个第二凸轮2730分别与两个联动件264上的第一凸轮2710配合,另一抵持件273的两个第二凸轮2730分别与两个联动件264上的第一凸轮2710配合。弹性件2731为套设于转动轴266上的弹簧。
如图9及图10所示,限位机构27还包括设于转动轴266远离抵推件271一端的定位件275及垫片277,定位件275用于将弹性件2731定位于转动轴266上,垫片277套设于转动轴266上并位于定位件275与弹性件2731之间。定位件275包括定位片2751及设于定位件2751相对两端的两个卡扣2755,定位片2751相对的两端面形成为圆弧面,卡扣2755为C型卡环。垫片277相对的两端面形成为圆弧面,垫片277相对的两端分别设有通孔2772。
如图3-图6所示,转轴装置22还包括背盖28,定位座251及联动座261连接于背盖28。具体地,背盖28为条形框,背盖28具有收容槽280,定位座251及联动座261容置于收容槽280中并固定连接于背盖28。优选地,背盖28于收容槽280的内表面上设有第一安装部(图中未示)及第二安装部(图中未示),定位座251连接于所述第一安装部,联动座261连接于所述第二安装部。定位座251与所述第一安装部之间的连接以及联动座261与所述第二安装部之间的连接可以通过但不限于螺接、卡接或胶接等方式。
请一并参阅图3-图18,组装转轴装置时,将两个转动件254的连接部2542远离第二圆弧轨2541的端部分别容置于两个连接件256的第一连接口2566a中,使每一转动件254的轴孔2544与对应的连接孔2566b对齐,且每一转动件254的第一延伸块2545靠近连接件256的导滑部2565;将连接轴2567插接于轴孔2544及连接孔2566b中,使转动件254沿连接轴2567可转动地连接于连接件256;将两个第一导滑轴2540的一端分别插接于两个转动件254的第一固定孔2546,使第一导滑轴2540的另一端突出转动件254;将两个导滑柱2548的一端分别插接于两个转动件254的第二固定孔2547,使导滑柱2548的另一端突出转动件254。
将两个齿轮组合265分别组装于联动座261相对的两侧,具体地,将两个齿轮组合265分别置于联动座261相对的两侧,并使每一齿轮组合265的第二齿轮2652套接于连接轴2611上,即每一连接轴2611插入对应的第二齿轮2652的轴孔2654中;将一对联动件264置于其中一个齿轮组合265相对的两侧,且联动件264的第一齿轮2645与第二齿轮2652啮合;将另一对联动件264a置于另一个齿轮组合265 相对的两侧,且联动件264a的第一齿轮2645与第二齿轮2652啮合;此时,每一第一套筒2642的内腔与对应的轴孔2615对齐。将两个抵持件273分别与两对联动件配合,具体地,将其中一抵持件273的两个第二凸轮2730分别与一对联动件264的第一凸轮2710配合,将另一抵持件273的两个第二凸轮2730分别与另一对联动件264a的第一凸轮2710配合,此时第一凸出部2714容置于第二凹陷部2735,第二凸出部2734容置于第一凹陷部2715,连接轴2611插入对应的导滑孔2737中。将两个转动轴266远离定位盖2662的端部分别插入与一对联动件264配合的抵持件273的两个第二凸轮2730的套筒中,使转动轴266依次穿过联动件264的第一套筒2642、联动座261的轴孔2615、联动件264a的第一套筒2642,以及另一抵持件273的第二凸轮2730的套筒,直至抵持件273止挡于转动轴266的定位盖2662。将两个弹性件274分别套接于两个转动轴266远离定位盖2662的端部;将垫片277套接于两个转动轴266远离定位盖2662的端部,即两个转动轴266远离定位盖2662的端部分别插入垫片277的两个通孔2772中。将两个卡扣2755分别卡接于两个转动轴266的卡槽2663。此时,两个卡扣2755分别抵顶垫片277,抵持件273及弹性件274套设于转动轴266,抵持件273位于抵推件271与弹性件274之间,弹性件274远离抵持件273的一端弹性抵顶定位件275,弹性件274处于被挤压状态,即弹性件274具有预弹力,若弹性件2731具有预弹力F0,每一第一凸轮2710可转动抵持于对应的第二凸轮2730,每一转动轴266上的第一凸轮2710及第二凸轮及2720上的轴向力F等于弹性件274的预弹力F0,即F=F0。
将两个转动机构253的第二圆弧轨2541分别放置于定位座251的两个第二圆弧槽2511中,将联动组件26放置于转动组件25的两个连接件256之间,转动轴266远离弹性件274的端部连接于定位座251,也就是联动组件26的两个转动轴266的定位盖2662分别插入定位座251的两个定位孔2516中,两个第一导滑轴2540远离转动件254的端部分别插入一对联动件264的第一弧形槽2640中;将一对联动件264的连杆2643远离第一套筒2642的端部分别容置于两个连接件256的第二连接口2565a中,将另一对联动件264a的连杆2643远离第一套筒2642的端部分别容置于两个连接件256的第三连接口2563a中;将两个第二导滑轴2641分别穿设于两个连接件256的第二弧形槽2561,且第二导滑轴2641相对的两端分别插接于两个连杆2643的固定孔2646中。将中部支撑件231覆盖于定位座251及联动座261上,使中部支撑件231的四个连接筒2316的内腔分别正对定位座251的通孔2514,四个螺丝钉分别穿过通孔2514后锁固于对应的连接筒2316的内螺纹,此时,转动件254远离连接件256的一端设于中部支撑件231与定位座251之间,即两个第二圆弧轨2541被定位座251和中部支撑件231夹持,第二圆弧轨2541的其中一圆弧面可转动地贴合于第二圆弧槽2511的内表面,第二圆弧轨2541通过第二圆弧轨2541能相对的定位座251转动;两对联动件264分别正对中部支撑件231的第一避位口2317。再将两个侧部支撑件233置于中部支撑件231相对的两侧,每一连接件256的两个第一圆弧轨2562分别插入对应的侧部支撑件233的两个第一圆弧槽2334中,并将转动件254的第一导滑轴2540可滑动地插入侧部支撑件233的滑槽2336中,侧部支撑件233的三个第二避位口2337分别正对转动件254、联动件264及联动件264a。当侧部支撑件233与中部支撑件231呈展平状态时,使侧部支撑件233和中部支撑件231并排,第一圆弧轨2562可转动地容置于对应的第一圆弧槽2334中,导滑柱2548位于滑槽2336的第二端,第一导滑轴2540位于第一弧形槽2640的第一定位段2640a,第二导滑轴2641位于第二弧形槽2561的第一定位段2561a。
此时,第一弧形槽2640向远离侧部支撑件233的一侧弯曲,即第一弧形槽2640的导滑段2640c向远离侧部支撑件233的一侧弯曲;第二弧形槽2561向靠近侧部支撑件233的一侧弯曲,即第二弧形槽2561的导滑段2561c向远离侧部支撑件233的一侧弯曲;第一弧形槽2640相较于第二弧形槽2561更靠近侧部支撑件233。转动件254与定位座251之间的转动轴心线平行于侧部支撑件233与连接件256之间的转动轴心线;转动件254与定位座251之间的转动轴心线平行于联动件264与联动座261之间的转动轴心线;转动件254与定位座251之间的转动轴心线平行于转动轴266的轴心线,且转动件254与定位座251之间的转动轴心线相较转动轴266的轴心线更靠近支撑机构23;第一导滑轴2540的轴心线、导滑柱2548的轴心线、连接轴2567的轴心线、第二导滑轴2641的轴心线及转动轴266的轴心线相互平行。
当连接件256带动转动件254相对于定位座251转动,联动件264、264a相对于联动座261转动,转动机构253带动侧部支撑件233相对于定位座251转动并滑动,以使侧部支撑件233与中部支撑件231同步相互折弯或同步相互展开。具体地,转动件254相对于定位座251通过第二圆弧轨2541与第二圆弧槽2511相对转动;联动件264随转动机构253沿对应的转动轴266转动,以使联动件264、264a的第一齿轮2645转动地啮合于对应的第二齿轮2652,实现限位机构27的两对联动件的同步转动,第一导滑轴2540在第一弧形槽2640中滑动并转动,第二导滑轴2641在第二弧形槽2561中滑动并转动;连接件256的第一圆弧轨2562转动地连接于对应的第一圆弧槽2334,导滑柱2548在滑槽2336中滑动并转动,以实现侧部支撑件233与中部支撑件231的相互折弯或相互展开。
如图19-图32,将转轴装置22由展平状态进行弯折时,将其中一连接件256相对于定位座251向另一连接件256弯折,所述其中一连接件256带动转动件254的第二圆弧轨2541在定位座251的第二圆弧槽2511中转动,转动件254上的第一导滑轴2540在对应的第一弧形槽2640中滑动并转动,且第一导滑轴2540从第一定位段2640a移动至第二定位段2640b,联动件264上的第二导滑轴2641在对应的第二弧形槽2561中转动并滑动,且第二导滑轴2641从第一定位段2561a移动至第二定位段2561b,以带动对应的联动件264、264a沿转动轴266转动。联动件264、264a的转动带动对应的第一齿轮2645 转动,通过齿轮组合265带动对应的两个第一齿轮2645同步转动,同步转动的第一齿轮2645带动对应的两个联动件264同步相互靠拢;同时,连接件256带动第一圆弧轨2562转动地连接于对应的第一圆弧槽2334中,转动件254上的导滑柱2548在对应的滑槽2336中从第二端滑动并转动至第一端;同时,联动座261相对两侧的联动件相对于联动座261同步转动而相互靠拢,以带动两个侧部支撑件233同步相互靠拢,直至两个侧部支撑件233与中部支撑件231围成横截面成水滴状。
上述过程中,侧部支撑件233相对于中部支撑件231折弯过程中,第一导滑轴2540自第一弧形槽2640靠近中部支撑件231的一端(就是第一导滑轴2540的第一定位段2640a)滑动至远离中部支撑件231的一端(就是第一导滑轴2540的第二定位段2640b),第二导滑轴2641自第二弧形槽2561远离中部支撑件231的一端(就是第二导滑轴2641的第一定位段2561a)滑动至靠近中部支撑件231的一端(第二导滑轴2641的第二定位段2561b)。导滑柱2548自滑槽2336远离中部支撑件231的一端(就是滑槽的第二端)滑动到靠近中部支撑件231的一端(就是滑槽的第一端)。每一转动轴266上的第一凸轮2710与对应的第二凸轮2730之间的轴向力等于弹性件274的弹力;第一凸轮2710与第二凸轮2730之间的摩擦阻力能使两个侧部支撑件233限位在70度至130度之间的特定角度。
在其他的使用方式中,可以将两个连接件256朝相向方向一同转动,每一连接件256通过对应的转动件254第二圆弧轨2541与定位座251对应的第二圆弧槽2511相对转动,以带动限位机构27的联动件264、264a沿对应的转动轴266转动;同时,两个连接件256同步带动第一圆弧轨2562转动地连接于侧部支撑件233对应的第一圆弧槽2334中,转动件254上的导滑柱2548在对应的侧部支撑件233的滑槽2336中滑动并转动,转动件254上的第一导滑轴2540在对应的第一弧形槽2640中滑动并转动,使第一导滑轴2540从第一定位段2640a移动至第二定位段2640b;联动件264的转动带动对应的第一齿轮2645转动,通过齿轮组合265带动对应的两个第一齿轮2645同步转动,同步转动的第一齿轮2645带动对应的联动件264、264a同步相互靠拢,联动件264上的第二导滑轴2641在对应的第二弧形槽2561中转动并滑动,且第二导滑轴2641从第一定位段2561a移动至第二定位段2561b;同时,限位机构27相对两侧的转动机构253相对于定位座251同步转动而相互靠拢,以带动两个侧部支撑件233同步相互靠拢,直至两个侧部支撑件233与中部支撑件231围成横截面成水滴状。
将转轴装置22由完全弯折状态进行展开时,将其中一连接件256相对于定位座251朝远离另一连接件256展开,所述其中一连接件256带动转动件254的第二圆弧轨2541在定位座251的第二圆弧槽2511内转动,转动件254的第一导滑轴2540在对应的第一弧形槽2640中滑动并转动,且第一导滑轴2540从第二定位段2640b移动至第一定位段2640a;联动件264上的第二导滑轴2641在对应的第二弧形槽2561中转动并滑动,且第二导滑轴2641从第二定位段2561b移动至第一定位段2561a,以带动对应的联动件264、264a沿转动轴266转动。同时,连接件256带动第一圆弧轨2562转动地连接于对应的第一圆弧槽2334中,转动件254上的导滑柱2548在对应的滑槽2336中从第一端滑动并转动至第二端;联动件264、264a的转动带动对应的第一齿轮2645转动,通过齿轮组合265带动对应的两个第一齿轮2645同步转动,同步转动的第一齿轮2645带动对应的两个联动件264同步相互远离;同时,限位机构27相对两侧的转动机构253相对于定位座251同步转动而相互远离,以带动两个侧部支撑件233同步相互展开,直至两个侧部支撑件233与中部支撑件231呈展平状。
上述过程中,侧部支撑件233相对于中部支撑件231展平过程中,第一导滑轴2540自第一弧形槽2640远离中部支撑件231的一端(就是第一导滑轴2540的第二定位段2640b)滑动至靠近中部支撑件231的一端(就是第一导滑轴2540的第一定位段2640a),第二导滑轴2641自第二弧形槽2561靠近中部支撑件231的一端(第二导滑轴2641的第二定位段2561b)滑动至远离中部支撑件231的一端(就是第二导滑轴2641的第一定位段2561a);导滑柱2548自滑槽2336靠近中部支撑件231的一端(就是滑槽的第一端)滑动到远离中部支撑件231的一端(就是滑槽的第二端)。每一转动轴266上的第一凸轮2710及第二凸轮2730上的轴向力等于弹性件274的弹力;第一凸轮2710与第二凸轮2730之间的摩擦阻力能使两个侧部支撑件233限位在130度至70度之间的特定角度。
在其他的使用方式中,可以将两个连接件256朝相互远离的方向一同转动,每一连接件256带动转动件254的第二圆弧轨2541沿定位座251的第二圆弧槽2511相对转动,转动件254的第一导滑轴2540在对应的第一弧形槽2640中滑动并转动,且第一导滑轴2540从第二定位段2640b移动至第一定位段2640a;联动件264上的第二导滑轴2641在对应的第二弧形槽2561中转动并滑动,且第二导滑轴2641从第二定位段2561b移动至第一定位段2561a,以带动对应的联动件264、264a沿转动轴266转动;同时,连接件256带动第一圆弧轨2562转动地连接于对应的第一圆弧槽2334中,转动件254上的导滑柱2548在对应的滑槽2336中从第一端滑动并转动至第二端;联动件264、264a的转动带动对应的第一齿轮2645转动,通过齿轮组合265带动对应的两个第一齿轮2645同步转动,同步转动的第一齿轮2645带动对应的联动件264同步相互远离;同时,限位机构27相对两侧的转动机构253相对于定位座251同步转动而相互远离,以带动两个侧部支撑件233同步相互远离,直至两个侧部支撑件233与中部支撑件231齐平。
在一些实施例中,转动件254上的第一导滑轴2540与联动件264上的第一弧形槽2640可以互换,也就是第一弧形槽2640可以设于转动件254面朝联动件264的侧面,第一导滑轴2540可以固定于联动件264,第一导滑轴2540滑动并转动地插设于第一弧形槽2640。具体地,在连接件256面朝联动件264的侧面设有第一弧形槽,在联动件264上设有能活动地插设于所述第一弧形槽中的第一导滑轴,在转轴 装置22弯折或展开的过程中,所述第一导滑轴在所述第一弧形槽中滑动并转动。
在一些实施例中,联动件264上的第二导滑轴2641与连接件256上的第二弧形槽2561可以互换,也就是第二弧形槽2561可以设于联动件264,第二导滑轴2641可以固定于导滑部2565,第二导滑轴2641滑动并转动地插设于第二弧形槽2561。具体地,在联动件264面朝导滑部2565的侧面上设有第二弧形槽,在连接件256上设有能活动地插设于所述第二弧形槽中的第二导滑轴,在转轴装置20弯折或展开的过程中,所述第二导滑轴在所述第二弧形槽中滑动并转动。
在一些实施例中,转动件254上的导滑柱2548与侧部支撑件233上的滑槽2336可以互换,具体地,在转动件254的连接部2542面朝导滑块2335的侧面设有滑槽,在侧部支撑件233上设有能活动地插设于所述滑槽中的导滑柱,在转轴装置20弯折或展开的过程中,所述导滑柱在所述滑槽中滑动并转动。
请一并参阅图1-图4,将安装完成的转轴装置22置于两个框体21之间,将背盖28相对两侧的连接件256分别容置于两个框体21的收容槽216中,并将两个连接件256分别固定连接于两个框体21。此时,两个框体21的正面211、两个侧部支撑件233的正面及中部支撑件231的正面2311共面。柔性件30的背面连接于两个框体21的正面2331及支撑机构23的正面2311,可折弯区域31正对支撑机构23,两个非折弯区域33分别正对两个框体21的正面。当柔性件30处在展平状态时,中部支撑件231与两个侧部支撑件233齐平,第一凸轮2710与第二凸轮2730相互贴合,以限定支撑机构23保持展平状态;由于支撑机构23的正面为完整面,因此,柔性件30在展平时不会受到段差处的冲击,柔性件30不会出现彩点、亮点等不良问题,保证柔性件30的可靠性,同时,也提升柔性件30的触摸手感,提高用户使用体验;另外,转动件254与联动件264之间通过第一弧形槽和第一导滑轴配合连接,联动件264与连接件256之间通过第二弧形槽和第二导滑轴配合连接,第一弧形槽的弯曲方向与第二弧形槽的弯曲方向相反,因此,能使转轴装置22中各元件间的连接更紧凑,从而减小转轴装置22的整体宽度,降低占用壳体20的内部空间,有利于主板或电池等其他元件的布局。
请一并参阅图29-图35,弯折电子设备100时,对电子设备100的两个框体21至少其中一个施加折弯的力,使连接于两个框体21的转动机构253朝相互邻近的方向转动,通过联动组件26实现转轴装置22的折弯,柔性件30的可折弯区域31随支撑机构23弯折。具体地,如对其中一框体21施加折弯的力,所述其中一框体21带动对应的转动件254相对于定位座251向靠近柔性件30的一侧转动,转动件254的第二圆弧轨2541与定位座251的第二圆弧槽2511相对转动,第一导滑轴2540在对应的第一弧形槽2640中滑动并转动,且第一导滑轴2540从第一定位段2640a移动至第二定位段2640b,第二导滑轴2641在对应的第二弧形槽2561中转动并滑动,且第二导滑轴2641从第一定位段2561a移动至第二定位段2561b,以带动对应的联动件264、264a沿转动轴266转动,联动件264、264a的转动带动对应的第一齿轮2645转动,通过齿轮组合265带动对应的两个第一齿轮2645同步转动,同步转动的第一齿轮2645带动对应的两个联动件264同步相互靠拢。同时,连接件256带动第一圆弧轨2562转动地连接于对应的第一圆弧槽2334中,导滑柱2548在对应的滑槽2336中从第二端滑动并转动至第一端;同时,限位机构27相对两侧的转动机构253相对于定位座251同步转动而相互靠拢,以带动两个侧部支撑件233同步相互靠拢,使得转轴装置22呈折弯状态;柔性件30的可折弯区域31随转轴装置22弯折,直至柔性件30的两个非折弯区域33的正面相互贴合,可折弯区域31弯折成水滴状,从而实现电子设备100的无缝折叠。
在上述过程中,每一转动轴266上的第一凸轮2710与第二凸轮2730之间的摩擦扭力大于柔性件30的反弹力,以使两个侧部支撑件233之间相对定位在特定角度,能使两个框体21限位在70度至130度之间的特定角度。柔性件30的可折弯区域31弯折围成水滴形,减少弯折后的可折弯区域31的占空比,从而能减小电子设备100的整体厚度。
在对电子设备100的其他折弯方式中,还可以同时对两个框体21施加折弯的力,两个框体21分别带动两个转动机构253向靠近柔性件30的一侧转动,并通过转轴装置22以实现电子设备100的折弯。
当需要展平电子设备100时,向外拉开其中一框体21,使连接于两个框体21上的两个转动机构253朝相互远离的方向转动。具体地,对电子设备100的其中一框体21施加向外拉开的力,所述其中一框体21带动对应的转动件254相对于定位座251向远离柔性件30的一侧转动,转动件254的第二圆弧轨2541沿定位座251的第二圆弧槽2511相对转动,转动件254的第一导滑轴2540在对应的第一弧形槽2640中滑动并转动,且第一导滑轴2540从第二定位段2640b移动至第一定位段2640a;联动件264上的第二导滑轴2641在对应的第二弧形槽2561中转动并滑动,且第二导滑轴2641从第二定位段2561b移动至第一定位段2561a;以带动对应的联动件264264、264a沿转动轴266转动;同时,连接件256带动第一圆弧轨2562转动地连接于对应的第一圆弧槽2334中,转动件254上的导滑柱2548在对应的滑槽2336中从第一端滑动并转动至第二端;联动件264的转动带动对应的第一齿轮2645转动,通过齿轮组合265带动对应的两个第一齿轮2645同步转动,同步转动的第一齿轮2645带动对应的两个联动件264同步相互远离;同时,限位机构27相对两侧的转动机构253相对于定位座251同步转动而相互远离,以带动两个侧部支撑件233同步相互远离而展平,使得转轴装置22展开,柔性件30的可折弯区域31随转轴装置22展开,直至柔性件30展平。
在上述过程中,每一转动轴266上的第一凸轮2710与第二凸轮2730之间的摩擦扭力之和大于柔性件30的反弹力,以使两个侧部支撑件233之间相对定位在特定角度,能使两个框体21限位在130度至70度之间的特定角度。
在对电子设备100的其他折弯方式中,还可以同时对两个框体21施加向外拉开的力,两个框体21分别带动两个转动机构253相对于向远离柔性件30的一侧转动,并通过转轴装置22以实现电子设备100的展开。
本发明的电子设备100的转轴装置22通过转动组件25及联动组件26实现同步折弯或展开,由于转动件254与联动件264之间及联动件264与连接件256之间均通过弧形槽和导滑轴配合连接,因此,能使转轴装置22中各元件间的连接更紧凑,从而减小转轴装置22的整体宽度,降低占用壳体20的内部空间,有利于主板或电池等其他元件的布局;其次,由于限位机构27的弹性件274能提供较大的轴向力,使得第一凸轮2710与所述第二凸轮2730之间具有较大的摩擦扭力;因此,由第一凸轮2710与所述第二凸轮2730之间的摩擦扭力形成的转轴装置22的总摩擦扭力足够大,能实现电子设备100弯折限位在70度-130度之间的特定角度,实现整机的悬停功能。另外,转轴装置22的联动组件26与转动组件25之间通过转动轴266与定位座251的定位孔2516固定连接、转动件254与联动件264之间通过第一导滑2540轴连接,联动件264与连接件256之间通过第二导滑轴2641连接,侧部支撑件233与转动件254通过导滑柱2548连接,以及侧部支撑件233远离中部支撑件231的一侧相对的两端分别与连接件256连接,从而使转轴装置22的结构牢固,提升电子设备100的整机强度。
以上是本申请实施例的实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请实施例原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本申请的保护范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种转轴装置,其特征在于,所述转轴装置包括:
    支撑机构,所述支撑机构包括侧部支撑件;
    转动组件,所述转动组件包括定位座及设于所述定位座相对两侧的转动机构,所述转动机构包括转动件及连接件,所述转动件的一端转动地连接于定位座,所述转动件相对的另一端转动地连接于所述连接件;以及
    联动组件,所述联动组件包括联动座及联动机构,所述联动机构包括转动地连接于所述联动座相对两侧的联动件,所述联动件远离所述联动座的一端与对应的转动件之间通过第一弧形槽与第一导滑轴的配合连接,所述联动件远离所述联动座的一端与对应的连接件之间通过第二弧形槽与第二导滑轴的配合连接,所述侧部支撑件与对应的连接件之间转动连接,所述侧部支撑件与对应的转动件滑动连接;所述转动机构相对于所述定位座转动,以带动所述联动件相对于联动座转动以及带动侧部支撑件相对于所述定位座转动并滑动,以使两个所述侧部支撑件同步相互折弯或同步相互展开。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的转轴装置,其特征在于,所述第一弧形槽向远离所述侧部支撑件的一侧弯曲,所述第二弧形槽向靠近所述侧部支撑件的一侧弯曲,所述转轴装置在展平状态时,所述第一弧形槽相较于所述第二弧形槽更靠近所述侧部支撑件。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的转轴装置,其特征在于,所述支撑机构还包括中部支撑件,两个所述侧部支撑件设于所述中部支撑件相对的两侧,所述中部支撑件及所述侧部支撑件用于支撑柔性件,所述侧部支撑件同步相互折弯过程中,所述第一导滑轴自所述第一弧形槽靠近所述中部支撑件的一端滑动至远离所述中部支撑件的一端,所述第二导滑轴自所述第二弧形槽远离所述中部支撑件的一端滑动至靠近所述中部支撑件的一端。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的转轴装置,其特征在于,所述第一弧形槽设于所述联动件面朝所述转动件的侧面,所述第一导滑轴固定于所述转动件;或者所述第一弧形槽设于所述转动件面朝所述联动件的侧面,所述第一导滑轴固定于所述联动件,所述第一导滑轴滑动并转动地插设于所述第一弧形槽。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的转轴装置,其特征在于,所述连接件靠近所述联动件处凸设导滑部,所述第二弧形槽设于所述导滑部,所述第二导滑轴固定于所述联动件;或者所述第二弧形槽设于所述联动件,所述第二导滑轴固定于所述导滑部;所述第二导滑轴滑动并转动地插设于所述第二弧形槽。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的转轴装置,其特征在于,所述第一导滑轴的轴心线平行于所述第二导滑轴的轴心线。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的转轴装置,其特征在于,所述侧部支撑件远离所述中部支撑件的一侧与所述连接件之间通过第一圆弧槽与第一圆弧轨的配合连接,所述第一圆弧槽的轴心线与所述侧部支撑件与所述连接件之间的转动轴心线共线;所述侧部支撑件靠近所述中部支撑件的一侧与所述转动件之间通过滑槽与导滑柱的配合连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的转轴装置,其特征在于,所述滑槽向远离所述中部支撑件的一侧倾斜延伸,所述导滑柱的轴心线平行于所述第一圆弧槽的轴心线。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的转轴装置,其特征在于,所述定位座与所述转动件之间通过第二圆弧槽与第二圆弧轨的配合连接,所述第二圆弧轨的轴心线与所述转动件与所述定位座之间的转动轴心线共线。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的转轴装置,其特征在于,所述转动件远离所述连接件的一端设于所述中部支撑件与所述定位座之间,所述中部支撑件设有对应所述第二圆弧轨的圆弧导面。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的转轴装置,其特征在于,所述转动件与所述定位座之间的转动轴心线平行于所述联动件与所述联动座之间的转动轴心线。
  12. 根据权利要求3所述的转轴装置,其特征在于,所述联动机构还包括两个转动轴及位于所述联动件之间的齿轮组合,两个所述联动件分别连接于两个所述转动轴,所述联动座沿平行于所述转动轴的方向设有连接轴,所述齿轮组合设置于所述连接轴,每一联动件远离所述连接件的端部设有啮合所述齿轮组合的第一齿轮。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的转轴装置,其特征在于,所述转轴装置还包括限位机构,所述限位机构包括设于所述联动件的抵推件、抵持件及弹性件,所述弹性件提供所述抵持件与所述抵推件之间相互抵顶的弹力,所述转动机构通过所述联动机构相对于所述定位座转动,所述抵推件相对于所述抵持件转动,所述弹性件被弹性挤压发生弹性变形,所述抵推件与所述抵持件之间的摩擦阻力使所述联动件相对于所述联动座定位,以实现所述侧部支撑件相对于所述中部支撑件定位在特定角度。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的转轴装置,其特征在于,所述抵推件包括第一凸轮,所述抵持件包括第二凸轮,所述第一凸轮与所述第二凸轮相互可转动抵持,所述弹性件弹性抵推所述抵持件。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的转轴装置,其特征在于,所述第一凸轮与所述第二凸轮之间的摩擦扭力大于所述柔性件的反弹力,以使两个所述侧部支撑件之间定位在特定角度。
  16. 根据权利要求13所述的转轴装置,其特征在于,所述抵持件及所述弹性件套设于所述转动轴,所述限位机构还包括设于所述转动轴远离所述抵推件一端的定位件,所述抵持件位于所述抵推件与所述弹性件之间,所述弹性件远离所述抵持件的一端弹性抵顶所述定位件。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的转轴装置,其特征在于,每一联动件连接有所述抵推件,每一所述抵推件包括第一凸轮;所述抵持件包括两个第二凸轮,两个所述第二凸轮分别滑动地套设于两个所述转动轴,所述联动件随所述转动件沿所述转动轴转动以带动所述第一凸轮相对于所述第二凸轮转动。
  18. 根据权利要求13所述的转轴装置,其特征在于,所述转动轴远离所述弹性件的端部连接于所述定位座。
  19. 一种折叠壳体,其特征在于,所述折叠壳体包括转轴装置及两个框体,所述转轴装置包括支撑机构、转动组件及联动组件,所述支撑机构包括侧部支撑件,所述转动组件包括定位座及设于所述定位座相对两侧的转动机构,所述转动机构包括转动件及连接件,所述转动件的一端转动地连接于定位座,所述转动件相对的另一端转动地连接于所述连接件;所述联动组件包括联动座及联动机构,所述联动机构包括转动地连接于所述联动座相对两侧的联动件,所述联动件远离所述联动座的一端与对应的转动件之间通过第一弧形槽与第一导滑轴的配合连接,所述联动件远离所述联动座的一端与对应的连接件之间通过第二弧形槽与第二导滑轴的配合连接,所述侧部支撑件与对应的连接件之间转动连接,所述侧部支撑件与对应的转动件滑动连接;所述转轴装置位于两个所述框体之间,两个所述框体分别连接于所述转轴装置的两个所述转动机构的连接件,所述框体带动所述转动机构相对于所述定位座转动,所述转动机构相对于所述定位座转动,以带动所述联动件相对于联动座转动以及带动侧部支撑件相对于所述定位座转动并滑动,以使所述支撑机构随所述转动机构及联动机构实现同步折弯或展开。
  20. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括柔性件及折叠壳体,转轴装置包括支撑机构、转动组件及联动组件,所述支撑机构包括侧部支撑件,所述转动组件包括定位座及设于所述定位座相对两侧的转动机构,所述转动机构包括转动件及连接件,所述转动件的一端转动地连接于定位座,所述转动件相对的另一端转动地连接于所述连接件;所述联动组件包括联动座及联动机构,所述联动机构包括转动地连接于所述联动座相对两侧的联动件,所述联动件远离所述联动座的一端与对应的转动件之间通过第一弧形槽与第一导滑轴的配合连接,所述联动件远离所述联动座的一端与对应的连接件之间通过第二弧形槽与第二导滑轴的配合连接,所述侧部支撑件与对应的连接件之间转动连接,所述侧部支撑件与对应的转动件滑动连接;所述转动机构相对于所述定位座转动,以带动所述联动件相对于联动座转动以及带动侧部支撑件相对于所述定位座转动并滑动,以使两个所述侧部支撑件同步相互折弯或同步相互展开;所述柔性件设置于所述折叠壳体上,所述柔性件随所述折叠壳体折弯或展平。
