随着直播平台的兴起,越来越多的用户在直播平台的直播间利用直播的形式推广各种信息,例如,在直播平台带货,在直播平台教学、在直播平台表演等。
为了增强直播的趣味性和互动性,虚拟形象直播作为直播服务中非常重要的一部分,近年来在直播服务中占据着越来越大的比例。
但目前直播平台中直播房间内通过虚拟形象进行直播的直播方式固定、单一,无法更好满足用户需求,因此,亟需一种有效的方法以解决此类问题。

有鉴于此,本说明书实施例提供了一种虚拟直播控制方法。本说明书一个或者多个实施例同时涉及一种虚拟直播控制装置,一种计算设备,一种计算机可读存储介质以及一种计算机程序,以解决现有技术中存在的技术缺陷。
根据本说明书实施例的第一方面,提供了一种虚拟直播控制方法,包括:
设置虚拟人物在直播间执行与主题活动相关的新闻信息;
根据预设播报规则,驱动所述虚拟人物播报至少一个所述新闻信息;
获取与所述新闻信息相关的至少一个活动事件;
获取基于所述至少一个活动事件生成的静态活动素材;
响应于所述静态活动素材的展示指令,通过所述直播间的目标展示区域展示所述静态活动素材中的所述至少一个活动事件。

本说明书实施中,设置虚拟人物在直播间对某个主题活动的相关信息进行播报的过程中,除通过虚拟人物在直播间口播与主题活动相关的新闻信息外,还可在用户对与新闻信息相关的活动事件存在查看需求的情况下,通过直播间的目标展示区域展示基于活动事件生成的静态活动素材,有利于增强直播的趣味性和互动性,同时有利于实现直播方式的多样性,从而能够更好满足用户对不同类型信息的需求。

在本说明书中,提供了一种虚拟直播控制方法,本说明书同时涉及一种虚拟直播控制装置,一种计算设备,一种计算机可读存储介质,以及一种计算机程序,在下面的实施例中逐一进行详细说明。
图1示出了根据本说明书一个实施例提供的一种虚拟直播控制方法的流程图,具体包括以下步骤。
步骤102,设置虚拟人物在直播间执行与主题活动相关的新闻信息。
具体的,直播间通常多是用于进行商品直播或游戏直播,但在出现某种特殊的主题活动的情况下,即可设置直播间的虚拟人物围绕该主题活动进行直播。其中,主题活动即可以是某种中型、中大型或大型活动、赛事或会议等。
实际应用中,可设置虚拟人物在直播间对该主题活动相关的商品进行直播,但本说明书实施例中,为满足用户对该主题活动相关的新闻信息的获取需求,可设置虚拟人物在直播间对与该主题活动相关的新闻信息进行24h轮播。
步骤104,根据预设播报规则,驱动所述虚拟人物播报至少一个所述新闻信息。
具体的,设置虚拟人物在直播间对主题活动相关的新闻信息进行直播的过程中,可预先设置对应的播报规则,以驱动虚拟人物按照该播报规则播报各新闻信息。
具体实施时,根据预设播报规则,驱动所述虚拟人物播报至少一个所述新闻信息,包括:根据至少一个所述新闻信息的生成时间以及历史播报记录确定至少一个所述新闻信息 的播报顺序;驱动所述虚拟人物按照所述播报顺序播报至少一个所述新闻信息。
具体的,由于新闻信息具有时效性,因此,在新闻信息的播报过程中,对于获取到的待播报的新闻信息,则可根据不同新闻信息的生成时间确定各新闻信息的播报顺序。通常情况下,新闻信息的生成时间越晚,可越优先播报,新闻信息生成时间越早,可越靠后播报。
根据新闻信息的生成时间确定至少一个新闻信息的播报顺序后,则可驱动虚拟人物按照该播报顺序播报各新闻信息。
实际应用中,除根据新闻信息的生成时间确定各待播报的新闻信息的播报顺序外,还可结合新闻信息的生成时间及其历史播报记录共同确定各新闻信息的播报顺序。通常情况下,若两则新闻信息的生成时间相同,则若其中一则新闻信息在某个历史时间已对其进行了播报,那么本轮播报过程中,另一则新闻信息即可在该则新闻信息之前进行播报。
另外,除根据新闻信息的生成时间和历史播报记录确定不同新闻信息的播报顺序之外,还可结合新闻信息的类别确定,以保证本轮播报的新闻信息的类别多样性。例如,若获取到的两条新闻信息,其类别分别是突发性新闻和周期性新闻、周期性新闻,而在确定一定时间段内未播报过突发性新闻的情况下,即可优先播报该条突发性新闻。
另外,该主题活动可包含至少两个主题子活动,相应的,根据预设播报规则,驱动所述虚拟人物播报至少一个所述新闻信息包括:驱动所述虚拟人物播报第一主题子活动相关的至少一个第一新闻信息;在检测到所述第一新闻信息的播报数量满足第一预设数量阈值,或所述第一新闻信息的播报时长满足第一预设时长阈值的情况下,则切换下一播报信息到第二主题子活动相关的第二新闻信息;驱动所述虚拟人物播报所述第二主题子活动相关的至少一个第二新闻信息;在检测到所述第二新闻信息的播报数量满足第二预设数量阈值,或所述第二新闻信息的播报时长满足第二预设时长阈值的情况下,驱动所述虚拟人物播报第一主题子活动相关的至少一个第一新闻信息。
具体的,由于主题活动中可包含至少两个主题子活动,因此,在对主题活动的新闻信息进行播报的过程中,可根据预设播报规则,对主题活动中各主题子活动相关的新闻信息进行播报。
其中,若预设播报规则为:播报第一主题子活动的第一新闻信息的播报总时长满足第一预设时长阈值的情况下,开始播报第二主题子活动的第二新闻信息,第二主题子活动的第二新闻信息的播报总时长满足第二预设时长阈值的情况下,开始播报第一主题子活动的第一新闻信息,则可通过确定当前播报的主题子活动的新闻信息的播报总时长是否满足预设时长阈值的方式,确定是否继续播报当前主题子活动的新闻信息,还是改为播报其他主题子活动的新闻信息。
实际应用中,第一预设时长阈值和第二预设时长阈值可以相等,也可以不相等,第一预设时长阈值和第二预设时长阈值的具体数值可根据实际需求确定,在此不做限制。
例如,第一预设时长阈值和第二预设时长阈值均设为10min,当前对第一主题子活动的第一新闻信息进行播报,则可在播报过程中,确定第一主题子活动的第一新闻信息的播报总时长是否达到10min,若是,则开始播报第二主题子活动的第二新闻信息。同样的,播报过程中,可确定第二新闻信息的播报总时长是否达到10min,若是,则接着再播报第一主题子活动的第一新闻信息,以此类推。
以本说明书实施例提供的虚拟直播控制方法应用于运动赛事虚拟直播场景为例,若主题活动为滑雪竞技活动,则第一主题子活动即可以是活动赛事赛程,第二主题子活动即可以是活动相关的百科信息等。因此,为避免直播间内播报的新闻信息过于单一,可通过设置不同主题子活动的新闻信息的播报时间,来实现对多种不同主题子活动的新闻信息进行交替播报,从而满足用户对不同主题子活动的新闻信息的获取需求。
本说明书实施例通过驱动虚拟人物对不同主题子活动的新闻信息进行交替播报,有利于保证直播间内,虚拟人物对主题活动的新闻信息的多样性、全面性以及完整性。
具体实施时,可基于一或多个信息来源的来源类型,确定与所述来源类型对应的新闻信息收集策略;基于所述新闻信息收集策略收集与预设条件匹配的新闻信息,其中,所述预设条件包括所述主题活动或预设自定义事件。
具体的,新闻信息收集策略可以理解为对信息来源中的新闻信息进行收集的方式,比如,可以从其他新闻网站、快讯平台中进行收集的方式、从人工编写来源中收集的方式。
实际应用中,虚拟直播控制系统通过确定各个信息来源的类型,确定每个来源类型对应的新闻信息收集策略,进而在获取到不同信息来源的新闻信息之后,可以采取对应的新闻信息收集策略进行新闻信息收集,以减少收集新闻信息资源的浪费。
步骤106,获取与所述新闻信息相关的至少一个活动事件。
具体的,由于在驱动虚拟人物对主题活动相关的新闻信息进行播报时,多是驱动虚拟人物对新闻信息进行口播,而对于部分用户而言,仅通过听的方式,可能无法快速准确的获取到其自身所关注的新闻信息,这种情况下,本说明书实施例可基于新闻信息相关的活动事件,生成可展示的静态活动素材,静态活动素材中可包含活动事件的文字和/或图片信息等。
而在生成静态活动素材之前,即可获取与新闻信息相关的至少一个活动事件,以基于该至少一个活动事件,生成对应的静态活动素材。
在用户存在查看相关活动事件的需求的情况下,即可为其展示该静态活动素材,以使得用户可通过查看文字和/或图片信息的方式获取相关的新闻信息。
沿用上例,若主题活动为滑雪竞技活动,则第一主题子活动即可以是活动赛事赛程,第二主题子活动即可以是活动相关的百科信息等;活动赛事赛程中涉及的活动事件即可以包括但不限于各竞技项目的开始时间、结束时间、进行状态、参与竞技项目的运动员等事件;百科信息中涉及的活动事件即可以包括但不限于活动起源、活动的开幕式信息、闭幕 式信息、吉祥物等事件。
获取这部分活动事件后,即可基于活动事件生成对应的静态活动素材。

例如,用户点击日期这一活动事件集合时,为其展示“9月28日”、“9月29日”、“9月30日”等子集合,若用户点击任意一个子集合,则依次为其展示该子集合对应日期内进行的竞技项目的开始时间、项目名称以及活动状态等信息。或者,在用户继续点击运动员这一活动事件集合时,则从为用户展示日期这一活动事件集合中的新闻信息,切换至为 用户展示运动员这一活动事件集合中的新闻信息。具体可为用户展示“运动员U1”、“运动员U2”、“运动员U3”等子集合,若用户点击任意一个子集合,则依次为其展示该子集合对应的运动员所要进行的竞技项目的开始时间、项目名称以及活动状态等信息;上述项目子集合的操作同理。

获取到用户的主题交互信息后,可根据主题交互信息确定用户的交互意图信息,即确定用户想要了解或查看的活动事件信息。而在确定用户的交互意图信息与前述至少一个活动事件中的任意一个活动事件(目标活动事件)相关的情况下,即可生成该目标活动事件的静态活动素材的展示指令。
本说明书实施例中,可根据用户的主题反馈信息,为用户展示对应的静态活动素材,以保证展示结果的准确性,从而提高用户直播观看体验。
另外,本说明书实施例中,直播间内除可为用户播报主题活动相关的新闻信息外,还可为用户展示具有交易属性的目标对象的相关反馈信息,具体可获取用户在所述直播间提交的主题交互信息,并基于所述主题交互信息预测所述用户的交互意图信息。在确定所述交互意图信息与所述新闻信息中的目标对象相关的情况下,获取与所述目标对象对应的反馈信息,并通过所述直播间的目标展示区域展示所述反馈信息,其中,所述目标对象具有交易属性。

直播间内除可为用户播报主题活动相关的新闻信息外,还可在确定用户的交互意图信息与新闻信息中包含的目标对象相关的情况下,为用户展示该目标对象的交易链接,以提 高目标对象的转化率,即提高目标对象的交易量。
因此,可获取用户在直播间提交的主题交互信息,并基于主题交互信息预测用户的交互意图信息;在确定交互意图信息与新闻信息中的目标对象相关的情况下,可在虚拟人物口播新闻信息的同时,通过直播间的界面为用户展示目标对象的交易链接,以引导用户点击交易链接。在检测到用户点击交易链接的情况下,从直播间跳转至对象交易平台的交易页面,以引导用户进行交易。
沿用上例,若虚拟人物播报的新闻信息为滑雪项目的比赛时间,则目标对象即可以是滑雪服、滑雪板等。若用户通过提交评论的方式询问滑雪服或滑雪板的价格或材质等信息,即可在直播间为用户展示滑雪服或滑雪板的链接,以引导用户通过点击该链接进行交易。
本说明书实施例可根据用户的主题反馈信息,在直播间内为用户展示新闻信息中目标对象的交易链接,以满足用户获取不同类型信息的需求,还有利于提高直播间内播报内容的自由度,从而提高用户的交互体验。

沿用上例,待执行动作包括但不限于舞蹈动作、滑雪动作、冰壶动作、花样滑冰动作等;若预设条件为包含预设关键字,即在检测到新闻信息中包含“滑雪”、“冰壶”或“花样滑冰”等预设关键字的情况下,即可在虚拟人物播报该新闻信息后,驱动虚拟人物执行滑雪动作、冰壶动作或花样滑冰动作。若预设条件为包含预设场景,即在检测到新闻信息中包含“运动员领奖”的场景时,可在虚拟人物播报该新闻信息后,驱动虚拟人物执行对应的庆祝类舞蹈动作。
或者,在检测到新闻信息满足预设条件的情况下,可通过虚拟人物向用户提示与主题活动相关的动作展示控件,所述动作展示控件与所述主题活动相关的至少一个备选待执行 动作关联,以引导用户通过点击动作展示控件的方式,提交备选待执行动作的执行请求。
实际应用中,在检测到用户点击该动作展示控件的情况下,为用户展示与主题活动相关的一个或至少两个备选待执行动作,然后在检测到用户点击其中的任意一个或至少两个备选待执行动作的情况下,可将该备选待执行动作确定为虚拟人物的待执行动作,并可驱动虚拟人物做出该待执行动作。
沿用上例,可在直播界面展示一个可点击图标,并在该图标附近展示类似于“我还会表演专业动作哦,快来选一选”的文字信息,以引导用户点击图标。在用户点击该图标的情况下,即可为用户展示滑雪竞技活动性相关的“滑雪动作、花样滑冰动作、短道速滑动作”等备选待执行动作对应的可点击控件,在检测到用户点击“越野滑雪”对应的可点击控件的情况下,即可驱动虚拟人物做出“越野滑雪”的动作。
具体实施时,待执行动作为舞蹈动作,所述驱动所述虚拟人物执行对应的待执行动作还包括:确定与所述舞蹈动作对应的背景音频;播放所述背景音频同时驱动所述虚拟人物执行所述舞蹈动作。
具体的,在驱动虚拟人物执行舞蹈动作时,可先确定该舞蹈动作对应的音频,然后将该音频作为直播间的背景音频进行播放,同时驱动虚拟人物执行对应的舞蹈动作,以增加直播间的趣味性。

    根据预设播报规则,驱动所述虚拟人物播报至少一个所述新闻信息;
    获取与所述新闻信息相关的至少一个活动事件;
    获取基于所述至少一个活动事件生成的静态活动素材;
    响应于所述静态活动素材的展示指令,通过所述直播间的目标展示区域展示所述静态活动素材中的所述至少一个活动事件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的虚拟直播控制方法,所述根据预设播报规则,驱动所述虚拟人物播报至少一个所述新闻信息,包括:
    根据至少一个所述新闻信息的生成时间以及历史播报记录确定至少一个所述新闻信息的播报顺序;
    驱动所述虚拟人物按照所述播报顺序播报至少一个所述新闻信息。

    响应于活动事件集合的切换指令,展示所述切换指令对应的第二活动事件集合中包含的至少一个活动事件。

    接收所述用户针对动作展示控件的点击指令,展示与所述主题活动相关的所述至少一个备选待执行动作;
    接收所述用户针对备选待执行动作提交的点击指令,确定所述待执行动作。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的虚拟直播控制方法,所述待执行动作为舞蹈动作,所述驱动所述虚拟人物执行对应的待执行动作还包括:
    确定与所述舞蹈动作对应的背景音频;
    播放所述背景音频同时驱动所述虚拟人物执行所述舞蹈动作。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的虚拟直播控制方法,所述主题活动包含至少两个主题子活动;
    相应的,所述根据预设播报规则,驱动所述虚拟人物播报至少一个所述新闻信息,包括:
    驱动所述虚拟人物播报第一主题子活动相关的至少一个第一新闻信息;
    在检测到所述第一新闻信息的播报数量满足第一预设数量阈值,或所述第一新闻信息的播报时长满足第一预设时长阈值的情况下,则切换下一播报信息到第二主题子活动相关的第二新闻信息;
    驱动所述虚拟人物播报所述第二主题子活动相关的至少一个第二新闻信息;
    在检测到所述第二新闻信息的播报数量满足第二预设数量阈值,或所述第二新闻信息的播报时长满足第二预设时长阈值的情况下,返回执行所述驱动所述虚拟人物播报第一主题子活动相关的至少一个第一新闻信息的步骤。
  13. 一种虚拟直播控制装置,包括:
    设置模块,被配置为设置虚拟人物在直播间执行与主题活动相关的新闻信息;
    驱动模块,被配置为根据预设播报规则,驱动所述虚拟人物播报至少一个所述新闻信息;
    第一获取模块,被配置为获取与所述新闻信息相关的至少一个活动事件;
    第二获取模块,被配置为获取基于所述至少一个活动事件生成的静态活动素材;
    展示模块,被配置为响应于所述静态活动素材的展示指令,通过所述直播间的目标展示区域展示所述静态活动素材中的所述至少一个活动事件。
  14. 一种计算设备,包括:
    存储器和处理器;
    所述存储器用于存储计算机可执行指令,所述处理器用于执行所述计算机可执行指令,该计算机可执行指令被处理器执行时实现权利要求1至12任意一项所述虚拟直播控制方法的步骤。
  15. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其存储有计算机可执行指令,该计算机可执行指令被处理器执行时实现权利要求1至12任意一项所述虚拟直播控制方法的步骤。
