背景技术
随着我国国民经济的高速稳步发展,各类矿山,特别是大型露天矿山的建设方兴未艾,产量逐年攀升。大型矿用自卸车作为大型露天矿山的主要运输工具,使用量也在迅速增长。
然而,目前的矿用自卸车的车厢在受矿石冲击时,易出现钢板变形、焊缝开裂等问题,从而影响车厢的装载效率。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请实施例提供一种矿用自卸车车厢及矿用自卸车,主要目的是避免矿用自卸车车厢在受矿石冲击时,易出现钢板变形、焊缝开裂等问题,以提高车厢的装载效率。
为达到上述目的,本申请主要提供如下技术方案:
一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种矿用自卸车车厢,包括:
底板、连接于所述底板的前部的前板以及连接于所述底板的侧部的侧板;
所述底板的内表面中部设置有第一凸起部,所述第一凸起部沿所述底板的纵向延伸,所述第一凸起部包括第一侧面,所述第一侧面从所述第一凸起部的顶部向所述侧板倾斜设置;
所述前板的内表面中部设置有第二凸起部,所述第二凸起部沿所述前板的高度方向延伸,所述第二凸起部包括第二侧面,所述第二侧 面从所述第二凸起部的顶部向所述侧板倾斜设置。
进一步地,所述底板为一体成型结构,所述底板的中部弯折形成所述第一凸起部;
所述前板为一体成型结构,所述前板的中部弯折形成所述第二凸起部。
进一步地,所述侧板包括相连接的平直段和呈圆弧形的第一弯折段,所述侧板通过所述第一弯折段与所述底板连接;
所述平直段和所述第一弯折段一体成型连接,所述侧板为一体成型结构。

在一可选的实施例中,第一凸起部4两侧的两个第一侧面41之间的夹角角度以及第二凸起部5两侧的两个第二侧面51之间的夹角角度均可以为140-160度,从而更好地实现将矿石下落的冲量转化为侧向滚动的动量,进而更好地减小矿石对底板1和前板2的冲击力。
在一可选的实施例中,底板1为一体成型结构,底板1的中部弯折形成第一凸起部4;前板2为一体成型结构,前板2的中部弯折形成第二凸起部5。
上述实施例中,底板1和前板2可以采用一体成型的耐磨板,第一凸起部4和第二凸起部5可以由耐磨板弯折成型,且弯折角度为140-160度,这样的结构设置可以减少焊接量,不仅能够更好地避免出现焊缝开裂问题,还可以减少焊接工作量以及保证底板1的形状准确。
在一可选的实施例中,参见图1和图2,侧板3包括相连接的平直段31和呈圆弧形的第一弯折段32,侧板3通过第一弯折段32与底板1连接。
上述实施例中,第一弯折段32的弯折半径可以为400-600mm,侧板3通过呈圆弧形的第一弯折段32与底板1连接,使得底板1和侧板3的平直段31之间通过第一弯折段32过渡,即底板1和平直段31之间的结合处为圆滑过渡,相比于结合处为尖角,能够避免物料在尖锐的结合处聚集,减少挂料,从而增大车厢的运输效率。
在一可选的实施例中,平直段31和第一弯折段32一体成型连接,侧板3为一体成型结构。本实施例中,侧板3可以采用一体成型的耐磨板弯折成型,这样的结构设置可以减少焊接量,不仅能够更好地避免出现焊缝开裂问题,还可以减少焊接工作量以及保证侧板3的形状准确。
在一可选的实施例中,参见图1和图2,前板2包括主体21和 与主体21一体成型连接的第二弯折段22,第二弯折段22呈圆弧形;第二弯折段22与侧板3连接;主体21与底板1连接;第二凸起部5设置于主体21上。
上述实施例中,前板2为耐磨板弯折成型的一体成型结构,其通过呈圆弧形的第二弯折段22与侧板3连接,使得前板2和侧板3之间通过第二弯折段22过渡,即前板2和侧板3之间的结合处为圆滑过渡,相比于结合处为尖角,能够避免物料在尖锐的结合处聚集,减少挂料,从而增大车厢的运输效率。
在一可选的实施例中,参见图1和图2,矿用自卸车车厢还包括多个第一加强筋6,多个第一加强筋6设置于底板1的外表面,且沿底板1的纵向间隔排布;第一加强筋6包括第一侧边61,第一侧边61的轮廓形状与第一凸起部4的轮廓形状相适配,第一侧边61与底板1的外表面相适配连接。
上述实施例中,第一加强筋6的第一侧边61与底板1的外表面相适配连接,可以使得第一凸起部4和第一加强筋6组成三角形结构,在矿石物料的主要砸落区域提供较高的结构强度,从而更好地避免车厢出现钢板变形、焊缝开裂等问题,进一步提高车厢的装载效率。
上述实施例中,在底板1的外表面还可以设置与多个第一加强筋6交叉连接的多个纵筋,以进一步提高底板1的结构强度。
在一可选的实施例中,参见图2,该矿用自卸车车厢还包括多个第二加强筋7,多个第二加强筋7设置于前板2的外表面,且沿前板2的高度方向间隔排布;第二加强筋7包括第二侧边,第二侧边的轮廓形状与第二凸起部5的轮廓形状相适配,第二侧边与前板2的外表面相适配连接。
上述实施例中,第二加强筋7的第二侧边与前板2的外表面相适配连接,可以使得第二凸起部5和第二加强筋7组成三角形结构,在矿石物料的主要砸落区域提供较高的结构强度,从而更好地避免车厢出现钢板变形、焊缝开裂等问题,进一步提高车厢的装载效率。
上述实施例中,在前板2的外表面还可以设置与多个第二加强筋7交叉连接的多个纵筋,以进一步提高底板1的结构强度,而且,该 多个纵筋可以与底板1上的多个纵筋相连接。
在一可选的实施例中,参见图1和图2,第一加强筋6还包括与第一侧边61相背离的第三侧边62,第三侧边62上开设有呈圆弧形的第一豁口621,第一豁口621与第一凸起部4的最高点相对;第二加强筋7还包括与所述第二侧边相背离的第四侧边,第四侧边上开设有呈圆弧形的第二豁口,第二豁口与第二凸起部5的最高点相对。
上述实施例中,通过在第一加强筋6和第二加强筋7上受力较小的区域开设圆弧形的第一豁口621和第二豁口,可以减轻相应加强筋的重量,从而减轻整个车厢的重量。
在一可选的实施例中,参见图1和图2,矿用自卸车车厢还包括至少两个第三加强筋8,至少两个第三加强筋8连接于平直段31的外表面,且沿平直段31的纵向延伸;多个第四加强筋9,多个第四加强筋9连接于平直段31的外表面,且相互间隔地连接于至少两个第三加强筋8之间;多个第二加强筋7对应地与第四加强筋9和至少两个第三加强筋8连接。
上述实施例中,通过设置第三加强筋8和第四加强筋9,可以提高侧板3的结构强度,从而更好地避免车厢出现钢板变形、焊缝开裂等问题,进一步提高车厢的装载效率。
上述实施例中,多个第二加强筋7对应地与第四加强筋9和至少两个第三加强筋8连接,可以理解为:位于上部的第三加强筋8可以与前板2上位于上部的第二加强筋7连接,位于下部的第三加强筋8可以与前板2上位于下部的第二加强筋7连接,位于端部的第四加强筋9可以与前板2上位于中部的第二加强筋7连接,以提高整个车厢的结构强度。
在一可选的实施例中,参见图1和图2,底板1上的第一加强筋6延伸至第一弯折段32的外表面,并与第三加强筋8连接,以提高整个车厢的结构强度。
本申请实施例还提供了一种矿用自卸车,包括前述的矿用自卸车车厢。
本申请实施例提供的矿用自卸车,包括矿用自卸车车厢,该车厢 通过在底板1的内表面中部设置沿其纵向延伸的第一凸起部4,且该第一凸起部4包括从其顶部向侧板3倾斜的第一侧面41,同时,在前板2的内表面中部设置沿其高度方向延伸的第二凸起部5,且该第二凸起部5包括从其顶部向侧板3倾斜的第二侧面51,一方面,第一凸起部4和第二凸起部5能够提高底板1和前板2的结构强度,另一方面,在装料时,矿石块能够沿第一凸起部4的第一侧面41向底板1的两侧滚动,以及沿第二凸起部5的第二侧面51向前板2的两侧滚动,即第一凸起部4和第二凸起能够将矿石下落的冲量转化为侧向滚动的动量,从而减小矿石下落对底板1和前板2的冲击力,有效避免车厢出现钢板变形、焊缝开裂等问题,提高了车厢的装载效率。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种矿用自卸车车厢,包括:
    底板、连接于所述底板的前部的前板以及连接于所述底板的侧部的侧板;
    所述底板的内表面中部设置有第一凸起部,所述第一凸起部沿所述底板的纵向延伸,所述第一凸起部包括第一侧面,所述第一侧面从所述第一凸起部的顶部向所述侧板倾斜设置;
    所述前板的内表面中部设置有第二凸起部,所述第二凸起部沿所述前板的高度方向延伸,所述第二凸起部包括第二侧面,所述第二侧面从所述第二凸起部的顶部向所述侧板倾斜设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的矿用自卸车车厢,其中,
    所述底板为一体成型结构,所述底板的中部弯折形成所述第一凸起部;
    所述前板为一体成型结构,所述前板的中部弯折形成所述第二凸起部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的矿用自卸车车厢,其中,
    所述侧板包括相连接的平直段和呈圆弧形的第一弯折段,所述侧板通过所述第一弯折段与所述底板连接;
    所述平直段和所述第一弯折段一体成型连接,所述侧板为一体成型结构。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的矿用自卸车车厢,其中,
    所述前板包括主体和与所述主体一体成型连接的第二弯折段,所述第二弯折段呈圆弧形;
    所述第二弯折段与所述侧板连接;所述主体与所述底板连接;
    所述第二凸起部设置于所述主体上。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的矿用自卸车车厢,还包括:
    多个第一加强筋,多个所述第一加强筋设置于所述底板的外表面,且沿所述底板的纵向间隔排布;
    所述第一加强筋包括第一侧边,所述第一侧边的轮廓形状与所述 第一凸起部的轮廓形状相适配,所述第一侧边与所述底板的外表面相适配连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的矿用自卸车车厢,还包括:
    多个第二加强筋,多个所述第二加强筋设置于所述前板的外表面,且沿所述前板的高度方向间隔排布;
    所述第二加强筋包括第二侧边,所述第二侧边的轮廓形状与所述第二凸起部的轮廓形状相适配,所述第二侧边与所述前板的外表面相适配连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的矿用自卸车车厢,其中,
    所述第一加强筋还包括与所述第一侧边相背离的第三侧边,所述第三侧边上开设有呈圆弧形的第一豁口,所述第一豁口与所述第一凸起部的最高点相对;
    所述第二加强筋还包括与所述第二侧边相背离的第四侧边,所述第四侧边上开设有呈圆弧形的第二豁口,所述第二豁口与所述第二凸起部的最高点相对。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的矿用自卸车车厢,还包括:
    至少两个第三加强筋,至少两个所述第三加强筋连接于所述平直段的外表面,且沿所述平直段的纵向延伸;
    多个第四加强筋,多个所述第四加强筋连接于所述平直段的外表面,且相互间隔地连接于至少两个所述第三加强筋之间;
    多个所述第二加强筋对应地与所述第四加强筋和至少两个所述第三加强筋连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的矿用自卸车车厢,其中,
    所述第一加强筋延伸至所述第一弯折段的外表面,并与所述第三加强筋连接。
  10. 一种矿用自卸车,包括:如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的矿用自卸车车厢。
