本发明涉及包装装置技术领域,具体涉及一种通信机柜组件的包装装置。
背景技术
外包装是指以运输和储存为主要目的的包装方式,其可以防止在运输和储存的过程中发生货物的损差,避免外界对货物带来的不利影响。根据材料及结构的差异,可以将包装分为纸质包装、金属包装、木质包装等等。目前对于通信机柜的包装主要采用夹持板和木箱结合或者钣金件拼接的方式,这些包装方式虽然结构简单,但是使用过程十分繁琐,包装所用时间过长,且防护性和紧固性差,搬运的过程中容易造成通信机柜的损坏,搬运难度大,使用不便。
发明内容
本发明提供一种通信机柜组件的包装装置,以解决现有的包装装置防护性和紧固性差,搬运的过程中容易造成通信机柜损坏的问题。
本发明的一种通信机柜组件的包装装置采用如下技术方案:一种通信机柜组件的包装装置,用于对通信机柜进行包装夹紧,包括转动板、底板、至少一个传动机构和至少一个夹持板;通信机柜设置于底板上,至少一个夹持板围合在通信机柜的周向方向,且与通信机柜之间留有间距,夹持板能够移动以将通信机柜的四周夹紧;转动板与底板通过转动轴可转动地连接,转动板能够转动地设置,转动板转动能够使转动轴转动,转动轴转动以驱动传动机构,传动机构配置成能够促使至少一个夹持板向通信机柜靠近,将通信机柜的四周夹紧。
进一步地,传动机构设置为两个,夹持板设置为两个,每个传动机构与一个夹持板对应设置,夹持板为沿竖直方向设置的凹形结构,每个夹持板能够对通信机柜的两个直角进行夹紧;传动机构包括齿形带和螺旋轴,螺旋轴设置于底板内部,转动轴与螺旋轴通过齿轮带传动配合,夹持板下端设置有滑块,滑块滑动安装于底板,滑块上开设有螺旋孔,螺旋孔与螺旋轴螺旋传动,以在螺旋轴转动时,螺旋轴与螺旋孔螺旋配合促使滑块移动,滑块移动带动夹持板同步移动,使夹持板向通信机柜靠近,将通信机柜的四周夹紧。

本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的一种通信机柜组件的包装装置通过使转动板转动,在收起转动板的过程中完成了对于通信机柜的同步夹紧包装,实现对通信机柜的快速包装,通过一个动作实现包装四个方向的夹紧,操作简便,大大减少了工作人员的劳动强度。
2、通过设置第二减振板和第二弹簧,可以进一步对通信机柜进行夹紧,保证紧固效果,同时能够对通信机柜进行减震,降低运输过程中对通信机柜的冲击。

本发明的一种通信机柜组件的包装装置的实施例,如图1至图9所示。
一种通信机柜组件的包装装置,用于对通信机柜100进行包装夹紧,包括转动板200、底板400、至少一个传动机构和至少一个夹持板301;通信机柜100设置于底板400上,夹持板301设置为木板,夹持板301内部设置有第一减振板302,第一减振板302为橡胶材质,用于对通信机柜100进行减震及缓冲。至少一个夹持板301围合在通信机柜100的周向方向,且与通信机柜100之间留有间距,夹持板301能够移动以将通信机柜100的四周夹紧,转动板200与底板400通过转动轴206可转动地连接,转动板200能够转动地设置,转动板200转动能够使转动轴206转动,转动轴206转动以驱动传动机构,传动机构配置成能够促使至少一个夹持板301向通信机柜100靠近,将通信机柜100的四周夹紧。通过使转动板200转动,在转动板200的转动过程中完成了对于通信机柜100的同步夹紧包装,实现对通信机柜100的快速包装,通过一个动作实现包装四个方向的夹紧,操作简便,大大减少了工作人员的劳动强度。
在本实施例中,如图2、图3、图4、图5、图6所示,传动机构设置为两个,夹持板301设置为两个,每个传动机构与一个夹持板301对应设置,夹持板301为沿竖直方向设置的凹形结构,每个夹持板301能够对通信机柜100的两个直角进行夹紧。传动机构包括齿形带404和螺旋轴403,螺旋轴403设置于底板400内部,转动轴206与螺旋轴403通过齿轮带传动配合,以在转动轴206转动时,通过齿形带404带动螺旋轴403转动,夹持板301下端设置有滑块306,滑块306滑动安装于底板400,具体地,底板400上开设有第二滑道402,滑块306滑动安装于第二滑道402。滑块306上开设有螺旋孔305,螺旋孔305与螺旋轴403螺旋传动,以在螺旋轴403转动时,螺旋轴403与螺旋孔305螺旋配合促使滑块306移动,滑块306移动能够带动夹持板301同步移动,以使夹持板301向通信机柜100靠近,将通信机柜100的四周夹紧。
优选地,本申请可将夹持板301设置为四个,同时将传动机构设置为四个,四个夹持板301设置为直角形结构,能够将通信机柜100的四周夹紧,每个传动机构驱动一个夹持板301移动,也能够实现对于通信机柜100的夹紧。
在本实施例中,如图2、图3、图4、图7、图8、图9所示,转动板200为斜板,其斜面201朝上设置,便于工作人员将通信机柜100推动至底板400上,转动板200两端设置有把手203,方便工作人员将转动板200抬起、放下。进一步地,一种通信机柜100组件的包装装置还包括两个挡块204和两个插块202;转动板200两端开设有两个第一滑道205,把手203能够滑动地安装于第一滑道205内,挡块204与把手203固接,挡块204与第一滑道205之间设置有第一弹性件,第一弹性件具有使挡块204向靠近把手203一端移动地趋势,第一弹性件为第一弹簧。
两个插块202分别安装于转动板200朝向通信机柜100的一端,插块202靠近插孔303的一端设置为斜面201,夹持板301上开设有插孔303,插块202能够插入插孔303,每个挡块204能够移动地安装于插块202内,以在推动把手203压缩第一弹性件时,挡块204能够缩回至插块202内。转动板200与底板400之间设置有弹簧伸缩板405,在转动板200转动的过程中推动弹簧伸缩板405伸缩。因此在转动板200即将转动到垂直于地面的状态时,向压缩第一弹簧的方向推动把手203,使把手203带动挡块204缩回,在转动板200转动的过程中插块202将不断的向插孔303靠近,直至插块202插入插孔303内,之后松开把手203,使第一弹簧促使挡块204复位,挡块204将伸入夹持板301,将转动板200与夹持板301卡住,将转动板200暂时固定,方便后续的运输。
在本实施例中,如图3、图4、图5、图6、图7、图8、图9所示,一种通信机柜100组件的包装装置还包括辅助夹紧机构,辅助夹紧机构包括齿条406、螺旋齿轮轴304、弹簧板307和第二减振板308,齿条406设置于底板400上,螺旋齿轮轴304能够转动且能够移动地安装于滑块306,具体地,螺旋齿轮轴304包括齿轮部3041和与齿轮部3041固接的轴体部3042,螺旋齿轮轴304的轴体部3042能够转动且能够移动地安装于滑块306。
螺旋齿轮轴304的齿轮部3041与齿条406始终啮合,滑块306移动使螺旋齿轮轴304的齿轮部3041与齿条406啮合传动,促使螺旋齿轮轴304转动,夹持板301上开设有沿竖直方向设置的安装腔309,弹簧板307以及第二减振板308初始设置于安装腔309内,弹簧板307和第二减振板308之间通过第二弹性件相连,第二弹性件为第二弹簧。弹簧板307与螺旋齿轮轴304的轴体部3042螺旋传动。即初始状态,如图5所示,弹簧板307和第二减振板308位于安装腔309内,此时螺旋齿轮轴304的轴体部3042与弹簧板307螺旋传动,但由于螺旋齿轮轴304可以转动,因此此时螺旋齿轮轴304与弹簧板307之间的螺旋传动失效,螺旋齿轮轴304的齿轮部3041与齿条406啮合,将带动弹簧板307和第二减振板308同步转动,螺旋齿轮轴304的齿轮部3041转动了90°后,弹簧板307和第二减振板308将与底板400接触,由于底板400限制,弹簧板307和第二减振板308不再能继续转动,因此在螺旋齿轮轴304的齿轮部3041继续与齿条406啮合传动时,将使螺旋齿轮轴304的轴体部3042与弹簧板307之间的螺旋传动生效,即螺旋齿轮轴304继续转动将促使弹簧板307移动进而压缩第二弹簧使第二减振板308向靠近通信机柜100的方向移动。
通过设置弹簧板307和第二减振板308进一步对通信机柜100进行夹紧,同时降低运输过程中对通信机柜100的冲击。底板400上端设置有第三减振板401,用于对底板400进行减震。
结合上述实施例,具体工作原理和工作过程如下:
在使用时,工作人员推动通信机柜100下端的滚轮使其沿着转动板200的斜面201向上滑动至底板400上,使通信机柜100处于两个夹持板301之间。初始状态第一弹簧处于原长,把手203和与把手203固接的挡块204伸出,向上提拉把手203,使转动板200绕着转动轴206转动,在转动板200转动的过程中,转动轴206转动将通过齿形带404带动螺旋轴403转动,螺旋轴403设置于底板400内部,夹持板301下端安装有滑块306,滑块306滑动安装于底板400,滑块306上开设有螺旋孔305,螺旋轴403与螺旋孔305螺旋传动,因此螺旋轴403的转动将带动滑块306移动,继而使夹持板301向靠近通信机柜100的方向移动,将通信机柜100进行夹紧。本发明通过使转动板200转动,在收起转动板200的过程中完成了对于通信机 柜100的同步夹紧包装,实现对通信机柜100的快速包装,通过一个动作实现包装四个方向的夹紧,操作简便。
螺旋齿轮轴304能够转动且能够移动的安装于滑块306,底板400上设置有齿条406,螺旋齿轮轴304的齿轮部3041与齿条406始终啮合,在滑块306移动的过程中,将促使螺旋齿轮轴304转动,螺旋齿轮轴304转动将带动与其套接的弹簧板307以及第二减振板308转动,弹簧板307以及第二减振板308初始设置于夹持板301在竖直方向开设的安装腔309内,螺旋齿轮轴304转动将带动与其套接的弹簧板307以及第二减振板308转动至与底板400接触,即转动90度后停止,弹簧板307与螺旋齿轮轴304的轴体部3042螺旋传动,螺旋齿轮轴304继续转动将促使弹簧板307移动进而压缩第二弹簧使第二减振板308向靠近通信机柜100的方向移动,进一步对通信机柜100进行夹紧,同时由于第二减振板308和第二弹簧的设置,降低了运输过程中对通信机柜100的冲击。
在转动板200即将转动到垂直于地面的状态时,向压缩第一弹簧的方向推动把手203,使把手203带动挡块204缩回,夹持板301上开设有插孔303,插块202靠近插孔303的一端设置为斜面201,在转动板200转动的过程中插块202将不断的向插孔303靠近,直至插块202插入插孔303内,之后松开把手203,使第一弹簧促使挡块204复位,挡块204将伸入夹持板301,将转动板200与夹持板301卡住,将转动板200暂时固定,方便后续的运输。
在运输后将通信机柜100进行拆除,先按压把手203,使挡块204与夹持板301解锁,下放转动板200使转动轴206反向转动,继而通过螺旋齿轮轴304与齿条406反向啮合,带动第二减振板308和弹簧板307复位,接着螺旋轴403与螺旋孔305反向螺旋传动,继而带动滑块306反向移动,使夹持板301向远离通信机柜100的方向移动,拆除对于通信机柜100的包装。
