By disposing the spring plate 307 and the second vibration reduction plate 308, the communication cabinet 100 is further clamped, and meanwhile, impact on the communication cabinet 100 during transportation is reduced. A third vibration reduction plate 401 is disposed at the upper end of the bottom plate 400 for vibration reduction on the bottom plate 400.
Combined with the above embodiments, the specific working principle and process are as follows.
During use, the staff pushes a roller at the lower end of the communication cabinet 100 to slide up to the bottom plate 400 along the inclined plane 201 of the rotating plate 200, so that the communication cabinet 100 is located between the two clamping plates 301. In the application, by enabling the rotating plate 200 to rotate, the synchronous clamping and packaging of the communication cabinet 100 is completed in the process of folding the rotating plate 200, the rapid packaging of the communication cabinet 100 is realized, the clamping in four directions of packaging is realized through one action, and the operation is simple and convenient.
The helical gear shaft 304 is rotatably and movably installed on the sliding block 306, the bottom plate 400 is provided with a rack 406, the gear part 3041 of the helical gear shaft 304 is always meshed with the rack 406, in the moving process of the sliding block 306, the helical gear shaft 304 will be driven to rotate, the rotation of the helical gear shaft 304 will drive the rotation of the spring plate 307 in sleeving with it and the second vibration reduction plate 308 to rotate, the spring plate 307 and the second vibration reduction plate 308 are initially disposed in the installation cavity 309 formed in the vertical direction of the clamping plate 301, the rotation of the helical gear shaft 304 will drive the spring plate 307 in sleeving with it and the second vibration reduction plate 308 to rotate till contacting with the bottom plate 400, that is, the rotation stops after 90 °, the spring plate 307 is in screw transmission with the shaft body part 3042 of the helical gear shaft 304, the continuous rotation of the helical gear shaft 304 will cause the spring plate 307 to move, then the second spring is compressed to enable the second vibration reduction plate 308 to move towards the direction close to the communication cabinet 100, the communication cabinet 100 is further clamped, and meanwhile, due to the arrangement of the second vibration reduction plate 308 and the second spring, impact on the communication cabinet 100 during transportation is reduced.
When the rotating plate 200 is about to be rotated perpendicular to the ground, the handle 203 is pushed in a direction of compression of the first spring, so that the handle 203 drives the stop block 204 to retract, the clamping plate 301 is provided with an inserting hole 303,
the end, close to the inserting hole 303, of the inserting block 202 is disposed as an inclined LU504266 plane 201, during rotation of the rotating plate 200, the inserting block 202 will keep moving closer to the inserting hole 303 until the inserting block 202 is inserted into the inserting hole 303, then the handle 203 is released to enable the first spring to promote the stop block 204 to reset, the stop block 204 will extend into the clamping plate 301, the rotating plate 200 and the clamping plate 301 are clamped, and the rotating plate 200 is temporarily fixed, which is convenient for subsequent transportation.

A packaging apparatus for a communication cabinet assembly, configured for packaging and clamping a communication cabinet, comprising: a rotating plate, a bottom plate, at least one transmission mechanism and at least one clamping plate; the communication cabinet is disposed on the bottom plate, the at least one clamping plate is enclosed in the circumferential direction of the communication cabinet, a space is reserved between the clamping plate and the communication cabinet, and the clamping plate may move to clamp the periphery of the communication cabinet; the rotating plate is rotatably connected with the bottom plate through a rotating shaft, the rotating plate is rotatably disposed, the rotating plate may rotate to enable the rotating shaft to rotate, the rotating shaft rotates to drive the transmission mechanism, and the transmission mechanism is configured to enable the at least one clamping plate to be close to the communication cabinet to clamp the periphery of the communication cabinet; the number of the transmission mechanisms is two, the number of the clamping plates is two, each transmission mechanism is disposed corresponding to one clamping plate, each clamping plate is of a concave structure disposed in the vertical direction, and each clamping plate may clamp two right angles of the communication cabinet; the transmission mechanism comprises a toothed belt and a screw shaft, the screw shaft is disposed in the bottom plate, the rotating shaft is in transmission fit with the screw shaft through the toothed belt, a sliding block is disposed at the lower end of the clamping plate, the sliding block is slidably mounted on the bottom plate, a screw hole is formed in the sliding block, the screw hole is in screw transmission with the screw shaft, when the screw shaft rotates, the screw shaft is in screw fit with the screw hole to enable the sliding block to move, the sliding block moves to drive the clamping plate to move synchronously, and the clamping plate is enabled to be close to the communication cabinet to clamp the periphery of the communication cabinet.
2. The packaging apparatus for a communication cabinet assembly as claimed in claim 1, wherein the clamping plate is disposed to be a wood plate, a first vibration reduction plate is disposed inside the clamping plate, and the first vibration reduction plate is made of rubber.

The packaging apparatus for a communication cabinet assembly as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a rack, a helical gear shaft, a spring plate and a second vibration reduction plate; the rack is disposed on the bottom plate, the helical gear shaft is rotatably and movably mounted in the sliding block, a gear part of the helical gear shaft is always engaged with the rack, the sliding block moves to enable the helical gear shaft and the rack to be in meshed transmission, the helical gear shaft is enabled to rotate, the rotation of the helical gear shaft will drive the spring plate in sleeving with it and the second vibration reduction plate to rotate, the clamping plate is provided with an installation cavity disposed in the vertical direction, the spring plate and the second vibration reduction plate are initially disposed in the installation cavity, the spring plate and the second vibration reduction plate are connected through a second elastic piece, and the spring plate is in screw transmission with a shaft body part of the helical gear shaft; the rotation of the helical gear shaft will drive the spring plate in sleeving with it and the second vibration reduction plate to rotate till contacting with the bottom plate, that is, the rotation stops after 90°, the continuous rotation of the helical gear shaft will cause the spring plate to move, then the second elastic piece is compressed to enable the second vibration reduction plate to move towards the direction close to the communication cabinet.
