By providing the spring plate 307 and the second vibration damping plate 308, the communication cabinet 100 is further clamped, and the impact on the communication cabinet 100 during transportation is reduced. The upper end of the bottom plate 400 is provided with a third damping plate 401 for damping the bottom plate 400.
With the above embodiment, the specific working principle and working process are as follows:

According to the invention, the rotating plate 200 is rotated, so that synchronous clamping and packaging of the communication cabinet 100 are completed in the process of retracting the rotating plate 200, rapid packaging of the communication cabinet 100 is realized, clamping of the packaging in four directions is realized through one action, and the operation is simple and convenient.
The helical gear shaft 304 is rotatably and movably mounted on the sliding block 306, the bottom plate 400 is provided with a rack 406, the gear portion 3041 of the helical gear shaft 304 is always meshed with the rack 406, the helical gear shaft 304 is caused to rotate in the moving process of the sliding block 306, the helical gear shaft 304 rotates to drive the spring plate 307 and the second vibration damping plate 308 sleeved with the helical gear shaft to rotate, the spring plate 307 and the second vibration damping plate 308 are initially arranged in the mounting cavity 309 formed in the vertical direction of the clamping plate 301, the helical gear shaft 304 rotates to drive the spring plate 307 and the second vibration damping plate 308 sleeved with the helical gear shaft to rotate to be in contact with the bottom plate 400, namely, the rotation is stopped after 90 degrees, the spring plate 307 and the shaft body 3042 of the helical gear shaft 304 are in helical transmission, the helical gear shaft 304 continuously rotates to cause the spring plate 307 to move and further compress the second spring to enable the second vibration damping plate 308 to move towards the communication cabinet 100, so as to further clamp the communication cabinet 100, and simultaneously, due to the arrangement of the second vibration damping plate 308 and the second spring, the second spring reduces the impact on the communication cabinet 100 in the transportation process.
When the rotating plate 200 is to be rotated to a state perpendicular to the ground, the handle 203 is pushed in the direction of compressing the first spring, the handle 203 drives the stop block 204 to retract, the jack 303 is formed in the clamping plate 301, the inclined surface 201 is arranged at one end, close to the jack 303, of the insertion block 202, the insertion block 202 is continuously close to the jack 303 in the rotating process of the rotating plate 200 until the insertion block 202 is inserted into the jack 303, then the handle 203 is loosened, the first spring enables the stop block 204 to reset, the stop block 204 extends into the clamping plate 301, the rotating plate 200 is clamped with the clamping plate 301, the rotating plate 200 is temporarily fixed, and subsequent transportation is facilitated.
After transportation, the communication cabinet 100 is removed, the handle 203 is pressed first to unlock the stopper 204 from the clamping plate 301, the rotating plate 200 is lowered to rotate the rotating shaft 206 in the reverse direction, and then the screw shaft 304 is engaged with the rack 406 in the reverse direction to drive the second vibration damping plate 308 and the spring plate 307 to reset, then the screw shaft 403 is in reverse screw transmission with the screw hole 305 to drive the slider 306 to move in the reverse direction, so that the clamping plate 301 is moved away from the communication cabinet 100, and the package of the communication cabinet 100 is removed.
