Abstract
本发明涉及抛光装置领域,具体涉及一种表面智能抛光装置。夹持装置夹持多个待抛光的加工件,且带动加工件自转。支撑杆内部中空,支撑杆与联动缸内部相连通,以在支撑杆向远离滑动板的一侧滑动时,使联动缸内部压强减小。导轮架滑动地设在支撑杆上,且与支撑杆内部连通,以在支撑杆内部压强减小时,导轮架向支撑杆内收缩。每个导向轮转动地设置在一个导轮架上,抛光带的外表面和加工件的外表面摩擦接触。感应组件用于在加工件的直径增大时,带动支撑杆向远离滑动板的一侧滑动。抛光带对加工件靠近滑动板一侧的正压力保持不变,进而防止抛光带对工件的过渡抛光,进而能对不同尺寸的加工件进行抛光处理。
