为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明,但下述实施例仅仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非全部。基于实施方式中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得其它实施例,都属于本发明的保护范围。下述实施例中的实验方法,如无特殊说明,均为常规方法,下述实施例中所用的材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
实施例:
如图1-3所示,本发明提供一种飞机发动机风扇叶片清洗润滑设备,包括有叶片存储车和清洗润滑设备;
叶片存储车包括有叶片装卸工位、叶片储存装置、定位装置;
清洗润滑设备包括有清洗润滑装置、机械清洗工位、超声波清洗工位、润滑工位;
叶片装卸工位包括有护罩5、安装在护罩5上表面并通过底板1固定的叶片加持机构4、被叶片加持机构4加持的飞机发动机叶片3、固定在叶片加持机构4上表面一侧的电磁铁连接块2;
叶片储存装置包括有与护罩5上表面转动配合的旋转盘7、环形阵列安装在旋转盘7上表面且与底板1配合安装的顶柱6;
定位装置包括有与地面固定安装的定位导轨12、安装在护罩5底部的调节板13;
清洗润滑装置包括有转轮车底板17、安装在转轮车底板17上方相互配合滑动的X轴导轨39、Y轴导轨33、Z轴导轨21和安装在X轴导轨39的伺服电机38,Z轴导轨21的底部安装有与电磁铁连接块2磁性吸合的电磁铁19,转轮车底板17上方安装有发动机叶片及夹具18;
机械清洗工位包括有与转轮车底板17固定安装的叶片清洗水槽24、固定在叶片清洗水槽24上方一侧且将叶片夹持的叶片卡槽22、 下端沉浸在叶片清洗水槽24内部的旋转气缸26、与旋转气缸26输出端固定安装的旋转臂25、与叶片清洗水槽24远离旋转臂25一侧固定安装的清洁异形槽,电磁铁19一侧安装有可调节叶片旋转的旋转气缸;
超声波清洗工位包括有安装在转轮车底板17一侧的两个观察窗27、超声波清洗池、将填隙片30夹持的填隙片夹具28、上下伸缩运动且置于超声波清洗池上方的导杆气缸29,导杆气缸29伸缩端与填隙片夹具28固定安装;
润滑工位包括有与安装架固定安装的机械臂安装板31、安装在机械臂安装板31下方的工业机器人32、安装在转轮车底板17上表面一侧的喷罐安装板34和安置在喷罐安装板34上的润滑喷罐。
如图1所示,叶片存储车装置设计有叶片装卸工位,装卸工位由底板1、电磁铁连接块2、飞机发动机叶片3和叶片加持机构4组成,电磁铁连接块2固定在叶片加持机构4上,操作人员通过底板1固定叶片加持机构4后,将飞机发动机叶片3安装在叶片加持机构4上完成装卸作业。顶柱6、旋转盘7、法兰轴15、棘轮14构成了叶片存储装置,装卸工位装配完飞机发动机叶片3和叶片加持机构4,放置在旋转盘7的顶柱6上,法兰轴15和棘轮14完成旋转盘7的推动旋转,防爆车间中安装有定位装置,通过定位导轨12和调节板13构成,存储车推送至定位导轨12上即可与清洗润滑设备完成对接,等待自动化清洗、检测和润滑作业;
如图2所示,叶片存储车与清洗润滑装置对接后,清洗润滑装置中可看到转轮车底板17和发动机叶片及夹具18;
清洗润滑装置中X轴导轨39、Y轴导轨33、伺服电机38和Z轴导轨21构成了衔架移动式机器人,衔架移动机器人配合Z轴导轨21尾部的电磁铁19装置,完成了待清洗工件的运输任务,负责将待清洗工件传送至清洗、检测和润滑工位。三位摆台20控制叶片方向的旋转,叶片卡槽22、百洁布异形槽23、叶片清洗水槽24、旋转臂25和旋转气缸26构成了机械清洗工位,完成发动机叶片燕尾基座区域清洁功能。发动机叶片放置在叶片卡槽22内,叶片清洗水槽24中注入清洗溶液,旋转气缸26带动旋转臂25,控制与旋转臂25连接的百洁布异形槽23,对发动机叶片燕尾基座区域往复运动,完成机械清洗作业。观察窗27、填隙片夹具28、导杆气缸29构成了超声波清洗工位,操作人员将填隙片30安置在填隙片夹具28上,通过观察窗27将待清洗的填隙块9、填隙片夹具28放置在导杆气缸29支架上,导杆气缸29下降至超声波清洗池中进行超声波清洗作业。机械臂安装板31、工业机器人32、喷罐安装板34、二硫化钼喷罐35构成了润滑工位,操作人员将二硫化钼喷罐35安置在喷罐安装板34上,工业机器人32将自动抓取二硫化钼喷罐35,等待叶片运输至润滑工位后,完成自动化润滑作业。
优选的,清洁异形槽优选百洁布异形槽23,百洁布材质具有良好的防堵塞,耐水、耐油,且百洁布弹性研磨,能有效地防止过度切削和刮伤工件表面,旋转气缸优选三位摆台20,三位摆台20控制叶 片方向的旋转,润滑喷罐优选二硫化钼喷罐35,干式润滑剂可以在装配时提供保护,使用喷罐时,将会在所装配零件表面形成超薄润滑涂层,不会改变零件的配合公差,第一脚轮16、第二脚轮37优选重型脚轮,提高脚轮的整体强度。
在其他实施例中,旋转盘7包括有与护罩5转动配合的法兰轴15、套设安装在法兰轴15外部的棘轮14,且叶片储存装包括有二十四组顶柱6,法兰轴15和棘轮14完成旋转盘7的推动旋转,叶片存储装置一次可存储二十四片叶片,即一组发动机叶片。
在其他实施例中,护罩5上表面一侧安装有零件箱11,零件箱11上表面一侧设置有若干个填隙片加持机构8、若干个填隙块9,零件箱11表面一侧固定安装有扶手10,护罩5底部安装有若干第一脚轮16。
如图1所示,填隙片加持机构8用于存放待清洗填隙片工件、填隙块9放置在存储车尾部空板盘上,存储车尾部设有零件箱11,便于操作人员存放设备。车体护罩5构成了存储车外壳展示部分,扶手10和第一脚轮16的设计方便操作人员运输设备。
在其他实施例中,清洁润滑装置安装有若干第二脚轮37、靠近第二脚轮37安装的调节地脚36,清洗润滑装置安装有第二脚轮37和调节地脚36,可以完成设备的运输和固定操作。
在其他实施例中,包括有设备电气控制柜,设备电气控制柜包括有断路器40、接触器41、开关电源42控制设备的启停、PLC43对数 据进行编辑储存、数字I/O扩展模块44、CNC输入控制板45、CNC输出控制板46、工控机47、工业机器人控制板48、伺服驱动器49控制伺服电机38的启停。
本发明结合机械、工业机器人、组合式清洗和PLC技术,完成了航空发动机风扇叶片清洗润滑设备的工艺流程方案设计,研制了航空发动机风扇叶片清洗润滑设备样机,测试实验数据如表1所示,较人工作业效率提升339%。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种飞机发动机风扇叶片清洗润滑设备,其特征在于:包括有叶片存储车和清洗润滑设备;
    叶片存储车包括有叶片装卸工位、叶片储存装置、定位装置;
    清洗润滑设备包括有清洗润滑装置、机械清洗工位、超声波清洗工位、润滑工位;
    叶片装卸工位包括有护罩(5)、安装在护罩(5)上表面并通过底板(1)固定的叶片加持机构(4)、被叶片加持机构(4)加持的飞机发动机叶片(3)、固定在叶片加持机构(4)上表面一侧的电磁铁连接块(2);
    叶片储存装置包括有与护罩(5)上表面转动配合的旋转盘(7)、环形阵列安装在旋转盘(7)上表面且与底板(1)配合安装的顶柱(6);
    定位装置包括有与地面固定安装的定位导轨(12)、安装在护罩(5)底部的调节板(13);
    清洗润滑装置包括有转轮车底板(17)、安装在转轮车底板(17)上方相互配合滑动的X轴导轨(39)、Y轴导轨(33)、Z轴导轨(21)和安装在X轴导轨(39)的伺服电机(38),所述Z轴导轨(21)的底部安装有与电磁铁连接块(2)磁性吸合的电磁铁(19),所述转轮车底板(17)上方安装有发动机叶片及夹具(18);
    机械清洗工位包括有与转轮车底板(17)固定安装的叶片清洗水槽(24)、固定在叶片清洗水槽(24)上方一侧且将叶片夹持的叶片 卡槽(22)、下端沉浸在叶片清洗水槽(24)内部的旋转气缸(26)、与旋转气缸(26)输出端固定安装的旋转臂(25)、与叶片清洗水槽(24)远离旋转臂(25)一侧固定安装的清洁异形槽,所述电磁铁(19)一侧安装有可调节叶片旋转的旋转气缸;
    超声波清洗工位包括有安装在转轮车底板(17)一侧的两个观察窗(27)、超声波清洗池、将填隙片(30)夹持的填隙片夹具(28)、上下伸缩运动且置于超声波清洗池上方的导杆气缸(29),导杆气缸(29)伸缩端与填隙片夹具(28)固定安装;
    润滑工位包括有与安装架固定安装的机械臂安装板(31)、安装在机械臂安装板(31)下方的工业机器人(32)、安装在转轮车底板(17)上表面一侧的喷罐安装板(34)和安置在喷罐安装板(34)上的润滑喷罐。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种飞机发动机风扇叶片清洗润滑设备,其特征在于:所述旋转盘(7)包括有与护罩(5)转动配合的法兰轴(15)、套设安装在法兰轴(15)外部的棘轮(14),且叶片储存装包括有二十四组顶柱(6)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种飞机发动机风扇叶片清洗润滑设备,其特征在于:所述护罩(5)上表面一侧安装有零件箱(11),零件箱(11)上表面一侧设置有若干个填隙片加持机构(8)、若干个填隙块(9),所述零件箱(11)表面一侧固定安装有扶手(10)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种飞机发动机风扇叶片清洗润滑设 备,其特征在于:所述护罩(5)底部安装有若干第一脚轮(16),清洁润滑装置安装有若干第二脚轮(37)、靠近第二脚轮(37)安装的调节地脚(36)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种飞机发动机风扇叶片清洗润滑设备,其特征在于:包括有设备电气控制柜,所述设备电气控制柜包括有断路器(40)、接触器(41)、开关电源(42)、PLC(43)、数字I/O扩展模块(44)、CNC输入控制板(45)、CNC输出控制板(46)、工控机(47)、工业机器人控制板(48)、伺服驱动器(49)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种飞机发动机风扇叶片清洗润滑设备,其特征在于:所述清洁异形槽包括百洁布异形槽(23),所述旋转气缸包括三位摆台(20),所述润滑喷罐包括二硫化钼喷罐(35)。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种飞机发动机风扇叶片清洗润滑设备,其特征在于:第一脚轮(16)、第二脚轮(37)均为重型脚轮。
