将实施例1、2和3制备的用于汽车空调压缩机驱动盘的橡胶分别进行耐久性试验,试验方法如下:
将外支架1固定,使内支架2受力产生轴向位移0.6mm,加在0-49N.m振幅 扭转,在120度高温箱中,测试整个汽车空调压缩机驱动盘的橡胶的耐疲劳性能,测试频率6Hz,扭转次数200万次。
经过耐久性试验,实施例1、2和3制备的用于汽车空调压缩机驱动盘的橡胶均无剥离、龟裂、破损和其他异常。由此能够证明本发明的用于汽车空调压缩机驱动盘的橡胶具有优良的耐高温和耐腐蚀性能。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种用于汽车空调压缩机驱动盘的橡胶,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制成的:溴化丁基橡胶80-100份,微晶蜡0.8-1.2份,炭黑52-56份,白炭黑8-10份,防老剂1-1.2份,酚醛树脂6-8份,氧化锌4-6份,促进剂DM 0.3-0.5份,促进剂NA-22 0.3-0.5份,氯丁胶15-45份,氢氧化铝80-150份,2-硫醇基苯并咪唑2-3份,N-异丙基-N′-苯基对苯二胺2-3份,ETU-80 0.8-1.2份,偶联剂1.0-2.0份,硬脂酸0.8-1.5份,硫磺粉1.5-2.5份,2脱氧22二氟戊芙兰糖1酮35二安息香酸盐1.0-3.0份,阻燃剂FR-320 1.5-3.5份,氢氧化镁2.0-4.0份,5-(4-羟基苯基)-2H-吡喃-2-酮10.0-16.0份,硼酸锌20-50份,加工助剂WB-16 4-6份,巴西棕榈蜡0.4-0.6份,二辛酯30-50份。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车空调压缩机驱动盘的橡胶,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制成的:溴化丁基橡胶80份,微晶蜡0.8份,炭黑52份,白炭黑8份,防老剂1份,酚醛树脂6份,氧化锌4份,促进剂DM 0.3份,促进剂NA-22 0.3份,氯丁胶15份,氢氧化铝80份,2-硫醇基苯并咪唑2份,N-异丙基-N′-苯基对苯二胺2份,ETU-80 0.8份,偶联剂1.0份,硬脂酸0.8份,硫磺粉1.5份,2脱氧22二氟戊芙兰糖1酮35二安息香酸盐1.0份,阻燃剂FR-320 1.5份,氢氧化镁2.0份,5-(4-羟基苯基)-2H-吡喃-2-酮10.0份,硼酸锌20份,加工助剂WB-16 4份,巴西棕榈蜡0.4份,二辛酯30份。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车空调压缩机驱动盘的橡胶,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制成的:溴化丁基橡胶90份,微晶蜡1份,炭黑54份,白炭黑9份,防老剂1.1份,酚醛树脂7份,氧化锌5份,促进剂DM 0.4份,促进剂NA-22 0.4份,氯丁胶30份,氢氧化铝115份,2-硫醇基苯并咪唑2.5份,N-异丙基-N′-苯基对苯二胺2.5份,ETU-80 1份,偶联剂1.5份,硬脂酸1.15份,硫磺粉2份,2脱氧22二氟戊芙兰糖1酮35二安息香酸盐2份,阻燃剂FR-320 2.5份,氢氧化镁3.0份,5-(4-羟基苯基)-2H-吡喃-2-酮13份,硼酸锌35份,加工助剂WB-16 5份,巴西棕榈蜡0.5份,二辛酯40份。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车空调压缩机驱动盘的橡胶,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制成的:溴化丁基橡胶100份,微晶蜡1.2份,炭黑56份,白炭黑10份,防老剂1.2份,酚醛树脂8份,氧化锌6份,促进剂DM 0.5份,促进剂NA-22 0.5份,氯丁胶45份,氢氧化铝150份,2-硫醇基苯并咪唑3份,N-异丙基-N′-苯基对苯二胺3份,ETU-80 1.2份,偶联剂2.0份,硬脂酸1.5份,硫磺粉2.5份,2脱氧22二氟戊芙兰糖1酮35二安息香酸盐3.0份,阻燃剂FR-320 3.5份,氢氧化镁4.0份,5-(4-羟基苯基)-2H-吡喃-2-酮16.0份,硼酸锌50份,加工助剂WB-16 6份,巴西棕榈蜡0.6份,二辛酯50份。
  5. 如权利要求1-4任一所述的一种用于汽车空调压缩机驱动盘的橡胶,其特征在于,所述溴化丁基橡胶为溴化丁基BIIR2255,所述微晶蜡为微晶蜡0K1900。
  6. 如权利要求1-4任一所述的一种用于汽车空调压缩机驱动盘的橡胶,其特征在于,所述二辛酯为环保DOA,所述炭黑为高耐磨炭黑N330。
  7. 如权利要求1-4任一所述的一种用于汽车空调压缩机驱动盘的橡胶,其特征在于,所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂,所述防老剂为防老剂MB,所述酚醛树脂为SP1055树脂。
  8. 如权利要求7任一所述的一种用于汽车空调压缩机驱动盘的橡胶,其特征在于,所述的偶联剂为si-69。
  9. 如权利要求1-8任一所述的一种用于汽车空调压缩机驱动盘的橡胶的制备方法,其特征在于:将溴化丁基橡胶在密炼机中塑炼,再加入2脱氧22二氟戊芙兰糖1酮35二安息香酸盐、微晶蜡、炭黑、白炭黑、防老剂、酚醛树脂、氢氧化镁、氯丁胶、氢氧化铝、偶联剂、硼酸锌、阻燃剂FR-320、二辛酯、巴西棕榈蜡、2-硫醇基苯并咪唑、N-异丙基-N′-苯基对苯二胺、加工助剂WB-16、5-(4-羟基苯基)-2H-吡喃-2-酮进行混炼,接着加入氧化锌、硬脂酸、硫磺粉、促进剂DM、促进剂NA-22、ETU-80进行密炼,得到混合物料;将混合物料加入平板硫化机中进行硫化,得到所述用于汽车空调压缩机驱动盘的橡胶。
