在上述实施方式的基础上,在一个优选的实施方式中,水泵2的出水口202贯穿储水腔101的底壁并延伸至储水腔101的底壁的上方,储水腔101的底壁上环绕水泵2的出水口202设有环形壁1012,进水通道401与环形壁1012通过第一密封圈5密封连接。在该实施方式中,通过在储水腔101的底壁上设置环形壁1012,并使进水通道401的下端与环形壁1012密封连接,能够避免储水腔101内的水经过水泵2的出水口202与水箱1底壁的间隙流出。在一个可替换的实施方式中,可以使进水通道401的下端贯穿储水腔101的底壁与水泵2的出水口202连接,进水通道401与储水腔101的底壁密封连接。
在上述实施方式的基础上,在一个优选的实施方式中,进水通道401的下端外侧设有第一装配环槽4011,第一密封圈5设在第一装配环槽4011中。在该实施方式中,第一装配环槽4011的设置便于固定安装第一密封圈5,同时第一密封圈5不易脱落,从而保证密封效果。
在上述实施方式的基础上,在一个优选的实施方式中,湿帘组件3包括:底盖304、湿帘305、网罩306。其中,上水口301及排水口302均设在底盖304上;湿帘305设在底盖304上,如图3所示,湿帘305呈环形;网罩306与底盖304固定连接并环绕在湿帘305外,网罩306为镂空的支架,不会影响进风,网罩306上设有位于湿帘305顶部的布液器308,网罩306的内侧上水通道307,上水通道307的顶端与布液器308连通,进水通道401的顶端穿过上水口301并与上水通道307的底端通过第二密封圈6密封连接。在该实施方式中,储水腔101内的水通过水泵2沿着进水通道401、上水通道307泵送到布液器308上,布液器308上设有多个均匀分布的布液孔,使水均匀流到湿帘305上,对湿帘305加湿,空气经过湿帘305时空气的湿度增加,从湿帘305上流下的水可通过排水口302、回水通道402重新流回储水腔101中,使水回收利用。
进一步参考图3,网罩306上设有卡扣,能够与底盖304通过卡扣连接。
在上述实施方式的基础上,在一个优选的实施方式中,进水通道401的顶端外侧设有第二装配环槽4012,第二密封圈6设在第二装配环槽4012中。在该实施方式中,第二装配环槽4012的设置便于固定安装第二密封圈6,同时第二密封圈6不易脱落,从而保证密封效果。
在上述实施方式的基础上,在一个优选的实施方式中,湿帘305、底盖304、网罩306设在水箱1内并位于储水腔101的上方,湿帘组件3还包括湿帘支架309,湿帘支架309与网罩306固定连接并支撑在水箱1的顶端。在该实施方式中,湿帘支架309的设置便于安装固定湿帘组件3,具体可将湿帘组件3装配完成后,通过使湿帘支架309支撑在水箱1的顶端从而将整个湿帘组件吊在水箱1上方。
在上述实施方式的基础上,在一个优选的实施方式中,如图3所示,湿帘支架309上设有与湿帘305的中心相对的贯通孔,湿帘支架309上环绕贯通孔设有引流面3091,引流面3091能够将水引流至底盖304。在该实施方式中,引流面3091的设置便于对水箱加水,在加水时,水沿着引流面3091流到底盖304上,通过底盖304上的集水槽303回流至储水腔内。
需要注意的是,这里所使用的术语仅是为了描述具体实施方式,而非意图限制根据本申请的示例性实施方式。如在这里所使用的,除非上下文另外明确指出,否则单数形式也意图包括复数形式,此外,还应当理解的是,当在本说明书中使用术语“包含”和/或“包括”时,其指明存在特征、步骤、操作、器件、组件和/或它们的组合。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种加湿装置,其特征在于,包括:
    水箱(1),所述水箱(1)具有储水腔(101);
    水泵(2),所述水泵(2)的进水口(201)适于与所述储水腔(101)连通;
    湿帘组件(3),设在所述储水腔(101)的上方,所述湿帘组件(3)具有上水口(301)及排水口(302);
    水路结构(4),为一体成型结构,包括间隔开的进水通道(401)和回水通道(402),所述进水通道(401)的上端与所述上水口(301)相连,所述回水通道(402)的上端与所述排水口(302)相连,所述进水通道(401)的下端与所述水泵(2)的出水口(202)相连,所述回水通道(402)的下端与所述储水腔(101)内部连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的加湿装置,其特征在于,所述回水通道(402)包括导流面(4021),且自上至下,所述导流面(4021)朝向靠近所述进水通道(401)的方向倾斜。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的加湿装置,其特征在于,所述湿帘组件(3)的底部设有向下凹陷的集水槽(303),所述排水口(302)设在所述集水槽(303)的侧壁上,所述导流面(4021)的顶端延伸至与所述排水口(302)相对的一侧。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的加湿装置,其特征在于,所述回水通道(402)的底端延伸至所述储水腔(101)的底部。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的加湿装置,其特征在于,所述水泵(2)设在所述水箱(1)的下侧,所述水箱(1)具有下水口,所述水泵(2)的进水口(201)与所述水箱(1)的下水口连通。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的加湿装置,其特征在于,所述水泵(2)的出水口(202)贯穿所述储水腔(101)的底壁并延伸至所述储水腔(101)的底壁的上方,所述储水腔(101)的底壁上环绕水泵(2)的出水口(202)设有环形壁(1012),所述进水通道(401)与所述环形壁(1012)通过第一密封圈(5)密封连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的加湿装置,其特征在于,所述进水通道(401)的下端外侧设有第一装配环槽(4011),所述第一密封圈(5)设在所述第一装配环槽(4011)中。
  8. 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的加湿装置,其特征在于,湿帘组件(3)包括:
    底盖(304),所述上水口(301)及所述排水口(302)均设在所述底盖(304)上;
    湿帘(305),设在所述底盖(304)上;
    网罩(306),与所述底盖(304)固定连接并环绕在所述湿帘(305)外,所述网罩(306)上设有位于所述湿帘(305)顶部的布液器(308),所述网罩(306)的内侧上水通道(307),所述上水通道(307)的顶端与所述布液器(308)连通,所述进水通道(401) 的顶端穿过所述上水口(301)并与所述上水通道(307)的底端通过第二密封圈(6)密封连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的加湿装置,其特征在于,所述进水通道(401)的顶端外侧设有第二装配环槽(4012),所述第二密封圈(6)设在所述第二装配环槽(4012)中。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的加湿装置,其特征在于,所述湿帘(305)、所述底盖(304)、所述网罩(306)设在所述水箱(1)内并位于所述储水腔(101)的上方,所述湿帘组件(3)还包括湿帘支架(309),所述湿帘支架(309)与所述网罩(306)固定连接并支撑在所述水箱(1)的顶端。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的加湿装置,其特征在于,所述湿帘支架(309)上设有与所述湿帘(305)的中心相对的贯通孔,所述湿帘支架(309)上环绕所述贯通孔设有引流面(3091),所述引流面(3091)能够将水引流至所述底盖(304)。
