在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“长度”、“宽度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。
在本发明中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
请参考图1所示,一种加湿器,包括:相互密封装配的底壳1和水箱组件2,水箱组件2位于底壳1的上方,在水箱组件2的顶部上设有水雾喷盖5,水雾喷盖5上设有出雾孔52。水箱组件2内用于盛水,在底壳1上设有通风孔12,便于空气进入至底壳1内,实现空气流通。在底壳1上还设有控制开关,控制开关用于控制加湿器的启闭和调档。在水雾喷盖5的表面设有装饰压纹,装饰压纹可以是多个圆形或条形或波浪形。
如图2所示,在底壳1内设有水槽11,在水槽11底部设有雾化器13,在水槽11一侧设有风机(图中未示出),在水槽11内还设有连通水箱组件2的控制水阀14,控制水阀14用于控制水箱组件2内的水流入至水槽11内,以便雾化器13将水雾化成水雾。
如图2所示,在本实施例中,水箱组件2包括:密封装配的水箱主壳21和水箱底板22,在水箱组件2内设有内中空的主出风管3,主出风管3贯穿水箱组件2并与出雾孔52连通,在水箱组件2上还设封雾盒4,封雾盒4设于水箱组件2和底壳1之间,封雾盒4具有封雾进风口41和封雾出风口42,封雾盒4内具有弯折的封雾风道43(图中箭头为风向),封雾风道43连通封雾进风口41和封雾出风口42,封雾出风口42与主出风管3对接连通,封雾进风口41与水槽11连通,封雾进风口41可进风和进水雾。
如图1和图2所示,当雾化器13工作时,风机将外界空气通过通风孔12吸入至底壳1内,并形成风流,雾化器13将水槽11内的水雾化成水雾,水雾随风流经封雾进风口41进入至封雾盒4中,经弯折的封雾风道43改变风向,以降低风速,并经封雾出风口42进入至主风道内,然后经出雾孔52喷出。风流经过折弯的封雾风道43后,风速会很小,这时所产生的声音不会干扰人们的正常休息或工作,保证了人们的舒适感。
本发明提供的一种加湿器,仅通过封雾盒4内的折弯封雾风道43,就达到了降噪音的目的,且无需其他降噪结构,降低了成本和提高了材料利用率,同时减少结构便于生产组装和提高生产效率。
如图2所示,在本实施例中,封雾风道43包括:相互连通的缓冲腔431和导向腔432;其中,封雾进风口41连通缓冲腔431,封雾出风口42连通导向腔432,缓冲腔431和导向腔432内的风向呈台阶型变化。具体地,封雾盒4包括:圆形的缓冲筒和圆形的导向筒,缓冲筒内具有缓冲腔431,导向筒内具有导向腔432,缓冲筒的高度大于导向筒的高度,这样缓冲腔431与导向腔432呈L型,当风流由缓冲腔431进入至导向腔432内时,风流会改变一次风向,当风流由导向腔432进入至主风道内时,风流再一次改变风向,风流两次改变风向,有效地降低了风速,从而降低了风声以实现降噪的目的。
如图2所示,在封雾盒4远离封雾出口处的、位于导向腔432处的内侧壁设为导向曲面44。具体地,在导向筒的底部设置成导向曲面44,导向曲面44的作用是对风流进行导向引流,从而减少风流与导向筒内壁的对冲,有利于减少因风流对冲而产生的阻力噪音,同时导向曲面44使风流逐渐改变方向,过渡平滑。
如图2、图3和图4所示,在封雾盒4上还设有水雾进口45,水雾进口45的进雾方向与缓冲腔431的风向相同,水雾进口45靠近水槽11设置。具体地,水雾进口45位于雾化器的正上方,这样雾化器产生的水雾能尽快进入缓冲腔431内,有效避免水雾重进凝结成水。在本实施例中,封雾进风口41主要用于进风,还可进少部分水雾,封水雾进口45主要用于进水雾,还可进部分风。
如图3和图4所示,在本实施例中,封雾进风口41设置在封雾盒4的侧壁上。具体地,封雾进风口41设置在缓冲筒的侧壁,这样当风流经封雾进风口41进入至缓冲腔431内时,会改变一次风向,进一步地降低风速。在本实施例中,封雾进风口41靠近风机的出风端设置,在封雾盒4上还设有挡风板49,挡风板49用于将风机提供风力阻挡,以使风流进入至封雾进风口41处。
如图3、图4和图5所述,在本实施例中在,水箱底板22靠近底壳1的一侧上设有向上内凹的容置槽221,封雾盒4可拆卸式设于容置槽221内。封雾盒4可拆卸式安装,便于清理一些死角位置产生的水垢,有效保证喷雾器13内的洁净。
具体地,在容置槽221的内侧壁上设有径向内凸的凸板222,凸板222上设有定位孔223,封雾盒4的外壁上设有径向外凸的弹性板46,弹性板46上设有与定位孔223插接的定位柱47,封雾盒4在容置槽221内能相对旋转以使定位柱47脱离或插入至定位孔223中。
具体地,弹性板46大致为L型状,弹性板46一端设置在封雾盒4上,弹性板46的另一端为活动端,以便弹性板46发生形变,定位柱47设置在活动端上。具体地,容置槽221大致呈L型用于安装封雾盒4,其中,封雾盒4以缓冲筒为转轴进行旋转,当转配完成后,弹性板46位于凸板222的下方并使定位柱47插入至定位孔223中,当需要拆卸封雾盒4时,按压弹性板46以使定位柱47脱离定位孔223,然后以缓冲筒为转轴进行旋转,使弹性板46完全脱离凸板222即可将封雾盒4从容置槽221中取出,具有安装、拆卸方便的优点。其中,凸板222和弹性板46间隔设置有两个、三个或更多。
具体地,在封雾盒4上还设有径向外凸的、与弹性板46处于同一水平面的保护板48,保护板48具有开槽481,弹性板46部分容置在开槽481中并能 在开槽481中自由活动,保护板48可抵接在凸板222靠近所述容置槽221底部的一侧。弹性板46的活动端设置在开槽481中且能自由活动,开槽481的作用时使弹性板46能正常发生形变,保护板48用于防止弹性板46在正常安装好的情况下,直接向下(图2中是下方向)取出封雾盒4时而引起的变形,以保证封雾盒4安装的稳定性。当然,在其他实施了中,封雾盒4还可以采用锁螺丝的方式进行可拆卸式固定。
如图6和图7所示,在本实施例中,在出雾孔52下方的水雾喷盖5内设有挡雾板53。挡雾板53用于对风流进行阻挡,以改变风流的风向,进一步地降低因风速而带来的风声。在本实施例中,挡雾板53为半圆的平板,在其他实施例中,挡雾板53还可以设置成半圆的曲面板。
具体地,位于出雾孔52处的顶板51内侧设有凸出顶板51内侧表面的围板54。围板54同样用于对风流进入阻挡,以改变风流的风向,进一步地降低因风速而带来的风声。
对本实施例中的封雾盒4进行风速测试,在封雾盒4和通风孔12处的风速大致为2m/s时,进入至缓冲腔431内的风速为1.2m/s~1.6m/s,进入到导向腔432内的风速为0.6m/s~1.2m/s,通过主出风管3后从出雾孔52出来的风速小于0.4m/s,因此,通过封雾盒4后,风速有明显的降低,从而达到了降低噪音的目的。
本实施例的封雾盒4,通过缓冲腔431和导向腔432的两腔结构,缓冲腔431降低风速,导向腔432对风向进行导向、引流,明显地降低了风速;通过封雾盒4后不需单独增加其它的导向和引流装置,从而降低了成本低和提高了材料的利用率;封雾盒4的布局简单有序,利于加湿器的生产组装和生产效率的提高。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种加湿器,包括:具有水槽的底壳,密封设于所述底壳上的水箱组件,设于所述水箱组件内的、与所述水槽连通的主出风管,以及设于所述底壳内的雾化器和风机,其特征在于:在所述水箱组件上还设有封雾盒,所述封雾盒具有封雾进风口和封雾出风口,所述封雾盒内具有弯折的封雾风道,所述封雾风道连通所述封雾进风口和所述封雾出风口,所述封雾出风口与所述主出风管对接连通,所述封雾进风口与所述水槽连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种加湿器,其特征在于:所述封雾风道包括:相互连通的缓冲腔和导向腔,所述封雾进风口连通所述缓冲腔,所述封雾出风口连通所述导向腔,所述缓冲腔和所述导向腔内的风向呈台阶型变化。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种加湿器,其特征在于:所述封雾盒远离所述封雾出口处的、位于所述导向腔处的内侧壁设为导向曲面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种加湿器,其特征在于:所述封雾盒上还设有水雾进口,所述水雾进口的进雾方向与所述缓冲腔的风向相同,所述水雾进口靠近所述水槽设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种加湿器,其特征在于:所述封雾进风口设置在所述封雾盒的侧壁上。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的一种加湿器,其特征在于:所述主出风管的出风管口处设有水雾喷盖,所述水雾喷盖的顶板上设有出雾孔,所述出雾孔下方的所述水雾喷盖内设有挡雾板。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种加湿器,其特征在于:位于所述出雾孔处的所述顶板内侧设有凸出所述顶板内侧表面的围板。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种加湿器,其特征在于:所述水箱组件包括:密封装配的水箱主壳和水箱底板,所述水箱底板上设有内凹的容置槽,所述封雾盒可拆卸式设于所述容置槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种加湿器,其特征在于:所述容置槽的内侧壁上设有径向内凸的凸板,所述凸板上设有定位孔,所述封雾盒的外壁上设有径向外凸的弹性板,所述弹性板上设有与所述定位孔插接的定位柱,所述封雾盒在所述容置槽内能相对旋转以使所述定位柱脱离或插入至所述定位孔中。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种加湿器,其特征在于:所述封雾盒上还设有径向外凸的、与所述弹性板处于同一水平面的保护板,所述保护板具有开槽,所述弹性板部分容置在所述开槽中并能在所述开槽中自动活动,所述保护板可抵接在所述凸板靠近所述容置槽底部的一侧。
