图1和图2分别显示的是本申请中加湿器的装配分解图和装配好的加湿器的纵向剖视图。下面将结合图1和图2说明本申请的加湿器的具体结构。如图1所示,加湿器为内、外筒结构,其包括外筒1和内筒2。图2中清晰地显示了外筒1和内筒2的结构和位置关系。如图2所示,外筒1的纵向截面类似“H”型,即外筒1内设置有第一横隔板11,并且外筒1具有外顶部边沿121。内筒2位于外筒1的内侧,其纵向截面亦类似于“H”型,即内筒2内设置有第二横隔板21,并且内筒2具有内顶部边沿221。其中,第二横隔板21上形成储水的水箱空间3,第二横隔板21上设有水箱下水口26,水箱下水口26内设置有水位控制开关27,内筒2的底部搁置在外筒1的第一横隔板11上。加湿器还包括出雾盖6,出雾盖6位于加湿器的顶部,出雾盖6与外筒1的外顶部边沿121密封连接,防止雾气从出雾盖6的四周散出,密封方式可以是在出雾盖6的四周设置密封圈或在外筒1的顶部边沿121的内周设置密封圈的形式。进一步地,如图所示,外筒1的外顶部边沿121高于内筒2的内顶部边沿221,也就是说,内筒2的整体设置在外筒1的内部,外筒1罩住了整个内筒2的外周。需要理解的是,内筒2外径稍小于外筒1的内径,以便内筒2能放置在外筒1的内侧,同时保证两者之间的间隙尽可能的小。
由此可见,本申请加湿器的内、外筒结构消除了现有技术中上下部之间的接缝,因此,即使下水密封机构失效,水也不会从接缝中溢出而流到桌面或地面,避免了加湿器周围因溢水而产生问题和/或安全隐患。并且,因为外筒2包住了整个内筒2,消除了传统加湿器水槽与水箱的装配缝隙,解决了该装配缝隙大且不均匀的问题。这正是由于此结构,加湿器的外观形成一个无缝的筒体,其整体更加整洁、美观。
进一步地,外筒1的第一横隔板11将外筒1的筒壁划分为上、下两个部分,即位于第一横隔板11上方的上外筒壁12,和位于第一横隔板11下方的下外筒壁13,上外筒壁12罩住了整个内筒2的外周,外筒1的外顶部边沿121即上外筒壁12的顶部边沿121。内筒1的下部设置有横向的第二横隔板21,同样地,第二横隔板21也将内筒2的筒壁划分为上、下两个部分,即位于第二横隔板21上方的上内筒壁22,和位于第二横隔板21下方的下内筒壁23。即下内筒壁23的底部搁置在第一横隔板11上。同样地,内筒2的内顶部边沿221即上内筒壁22的顶部边沿221。
进一步参照图2,内筒2的第二横隔板21上的水箱空间3由第二横隔板21与上内筒壁22围成,其上端敞开,该水箱空间3可容纳加湿器工作时需要的所有水量,用户可从其敞开的上部向其中添加需要的水。内筒2的第二横隔板21、下内筒壁23与外筒1的第一横隔板11包围形成另一空间4,即水槽空间4,水箱空间3通过水箱下水口26与水箱空间4相互连通,水箱空间3中的水可流入水槽空间4中。
由此可见,本申请加湿器的水箱空间3和水槽空间4之间没有接缝,因此,即使水箱空间3的下水密封机构失效,水槽空间4中的水也不会溢出而流到桌面或地面。
如图1和2所示,加湿器还包括雾化装置5和底盖7,下文将结合外筒1与内筒2的具体结构描述它们与外筒1和/或内筒2的位置连接关系。
下面结合图2以及图3A,3B详细说明本申请加湿器中的外筒1的结构。如图所示,外筒1的第一横隔板11上设置有安装孔16,雾化装置5的上部可穿过该安装孔16,同时雾化装置5的下部安装固定在该安装孔16上。第一横隔板11上还设置有两个向上延伸的通道,即排水通道14和出风通道15。排水通道14两端敞开,顶部为排水进口141,底部为排水出口142。当因误操导致大量灌水时,水箱空间3中的水超过警戒水位线,多余的水将从排水通道14向下流出,从而流到桌面或地面,这样用户容易发现并及时处理,以免造成事故。出风通道15靠近顶端的部位设置有出风口151,出风通道15底部连接风机152,风机152安装在第一横隔板11的下方。外部空气从风机152进入出风通道15,从出风口151吹出,以控制雾气的方向。为了避免水从出风口151倒灌进入加湿器内部而损坏内部电气件,出风口151的高度设计为高于水箱空间3内的最高水位。另外,如图所示,为了节省空间,排水通道14和出风通道15可一体成型,但两者之间相互隔绝。
下面结合图2以及图4详细说明本申请加湿器中的内筒2的结构。内筒2的第二横隔板21上设置有雾化通道24,雾化通道24的下端连接雾化装置5的上部,雾化通道24的顶端为出雾口241,经雾化装置5形成的雾气沿着雾化通道24从出雾口241排出。排出的雾气可在出风口151吹出的风的控制下,向目标方向发散。第二横隔板21上还设置有一个向上延伸的罩体25,罩体25内具有容纳排水通道14和出风通道15的空间,当内筒2装配在外筒1中后,罩体25刚好罩住排水通道14和出风通道15。罩体25上开设有对应于排水口141和出风口151的开口(未图示)。
进一步地,水位控制开关27,优选为阀体,其用于开启或关闭下水口26,从而控制由水箱空间3进入水槽空间4的水的量。另外,如图2所示,为了配合水位控制开关27的工作,水槽空间4中设置有浮子17,浮子17与水位控制开关27的位置对应,浮子17外围设置有限制其上下浮动的卡扣部(未图示)。浮子17与水位控制开关27配合控制从水箱空间3到水槽空间4的水流的流动。水位控制开关27和浮子17的具体结构和工作原理皆为现有技术,具体可参见中国专利文献CN206504431U。如上所述,如果水位控制开关27和/或浮子17失灵,不能及时关闭下水口26,因为加湿器的内、外筒结构,水槽空间4中的水也不会从其周边溢出。
由此可见,本申请加湿器为了对于溢水问题设置了多重保障,首先,由水箱空间3下 水口26处的水位控制开关27以及浮子17保证进入水槽空间4的水量适当,其次,即使水位控制开关27和/或浮子17失灵,水槽空间4中的水也不会溢出,最后,如果误操作注入太多的水,多余的水也能及时从排水通道14往下流到地面或桌面,能让用户及时发现和处理。
进一步地,加湿器的上述结构便于整体移动加湿器,用户手抓住外筒1壁上端即可提起整个加湿器,移动方便,不必如现有技术中那样需要同时抓稳水箱和水槽才能移动加湿器。同时,内筒1可被单个提起,为了便于提起内筒1,可在内筒1的顶部设置提手等的提起结构(未图示),又或者可以不设置提起结构,而抓握内筒1上的雾化通道24或者罩体25的顶端,即可提起内筒1,不必移动整个加湿器,便可实现往水箱空间3中加水,使得加水过程简单、便捷。
再次回到图1和图2,外筒1的顶端的出雾盖6刚好盖在出雾通道24和罩体25的顶部。出雾盖6上设置有出雾格孔61,出雾格孔61的位置与雾化通道24的出雾口241的位置相对应,以便顺利排出雾气。另外,外筒1的底端还配置有底盖7,底盖7上设置有连接排水通道14的排水出口142的开口71。底盖7可遮盖加湿器的内部部件,避免其受到损坏,同时也便于将加湿器放置到桌面或地面等处。
显然,上述实施方式仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本申请创造的保护范围之中。
Claims (14)
- 一种加湿器,其特征在于,包括:外筒(1),其内设有第一横隔板(11),且具有外顶部边沿(121);内筒(2),其内设有第二横隔板(21),且具有内顶部边沿(221),所述第二横隔板(21)上形成水箱空间(3),所述第二横隔板(21)上设有水箱下水口(26),所述水箱下水口(26)内设置有水位控制开关(27),所述内筒(2)的底部搁置在所述第一横隔板(11)上;和出雾盖(6),与所述外筒(1)的外顶部边沿(121)密封连接;并且,所述外筒(1)的外顶部边沿(121)高于所述内筒(2)的内顶部边沿(221)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述内筒(2)包括位于所述第二横隔板(21)上方的上内筒壁(22),和位于所述第二横隔板(21)下方的下内筒壁(23),其中所述第二横隔板(21)与所述上内筒壁(21)包围形成所述水箱空间(3)。
- 根据权利要求2所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述外筒(1)包括位于所述第一横隔板(11)上方的上外筒壁(12),和位于所述第一横隔板(11)下方的下外筒壁(13),所述第二横隔板(21)与所述下内筒壁(23)、所述第一横隔板(11)包围形成水槽空间(4),所述水槽空间(4)与所述水箱空间(3)连通。
- 根据权利要求3所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述水槽空间(4)中对应于水位控制开关(27)的位置设置有浮子(17)。
- 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述第一横隔板(11)上还设置有向上延伸的排水通道(14),所述排水通道(14)顶部为排水进口(141),底部为排水出口(142)。
- 根据权利要求5所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述排水出口(142)位于所述加湿器的底部。
- 根据权利要求6所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述外筒(1)的底端配置有底盖(7),所述底盖(7)上设置有供所述排水出口(142)通过的开口(71)。
- 根据权利要求5所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述第一横隔板(11)上设置有向上延伸的出风通道(15),所述出风通道(15)顶部设置出风口(151),底部连通风机(152)。
- 根据权利要求8所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述出风口(151)高于所述水箱空间(3)内的最高水位。
- 根据权利要求8或9所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述排水通道(14)和所述出风通道(15)一体成型且彼此隔离。
- 根据权利要求10所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述第二横隔板(21)上设置有向上延伸的罩体(25),所述罩体(25)内部具有容纳所述排水通道(14)和所述出风通道(15)的空间。
- 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述第一横隔板(11)上设置安装孔(16),加湿器的雾化装置(5)的下部安装在所述安装孔(16)上,所述雾化装置(5)的上部穿过所述安装孔(16)。
- 根据权利要求12所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述第二横隔板(21)上设置有向上延伸的雾化通道(24),所述雾化通道(24)的顶端为出雾口(241),底端连接所述雾化装置(5)的顶部。
- 根据权利要求13所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述出雾盖(6)上设有出雾格孔(61),出雾格孔(61)的位置与所述出雾口(241)的位置对应。
