Abstract
Description
本発明はこのような課題に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、剛性及び強度を保ちつつ軽量な車両用のマウントブラケットを提供することにある。
その他の態様として、前記第1板部材は、車両上下方向に延在するとともに、前記延在方向の一端部が前記骨格部材の側面に取り付けられ、前記延在方向の他端部が前記骨格部材の底面に取り付けられることが好ましい。
その他の態様として、前記第1板部材の前記延在方向の一端部には、前記延在方向の中央部の弓なり部から前記骨格部材の側面に沿うように折り曲げ形成されて前記骨格部材の側面に取り付けられる取付部が設けられ、前記取付部の前記延在方向の一端部には、前記骨格部材と離間する側に延びる第1フランジ部が設けられ、前記第2板部材には、前記骨格部材と離間する側の端部に沿って、前記第2板部材の面方向と交差する方向に延びる第2フランジ部が設けられ、前記第1フランジ部と前記第2フランジ部とが接合されていることが好ましい。
これにより、ブッシュ支持部にブッシュを介して支持される部品と第2フランジ部とが接触することを抑制するとともに、部品重量を軽量化することができる。
その他の態様として、前記骨格部材は、車両前後方向に延在する一対のサイドメンバの一方であって、前記第2フランジ部は、第2板部材の車両後側の面から延びていることが好ましい。
その他の態様として、前記取付部は、前記弓なり部よりも前記延在方向に直交する方向に対して幅広に形成され、該両端部で前記骨格部材に取り付けられていることが好ましい。
その他の態様として、前記第1板部材の幅方向両端部には、前記骨格部材と離間する側に延在する第3フランジ部がそれぞれ設けられていることが好ましい。
これにより、第3フランジ部によって、第1板部材の剛性を高めることができる。
これにより、第1板部材を軽量化しつつブッシュ支持部付近の剛性を高めることができる。
これにより、1個の第2板部材によって第1板部材、延いてはマウントブラケット全体の剛性を十分に高めることができる。
以下、図面に基づき本発明の第1実施形態について説明する。なお、説明の便宜上、車両前後方向前方及び後方を単に前方または後方ともいい、車幅方向左方及び右方を単に左方または右方ともいい、車両上下方向上方及び下方を単に上方または下方ともいう。
図1を参照すると、車両1の下部の概略構成図が示されている。車両1は、車台3に駆動ユニット5、運転席等を備えたボディ7等を搭載した、前輪9及び図示しない後輪を駆動する4輪駆動式のフレーム車である。車台3は、左右一対のサイドメンバ11(骨格部材)及び複数のクロスメンバ13を有している。サイドメンバ11は、車両前後方向に延び、左右一対に配設されるフレーム部材である。クロスメンバ13は、左右一対のサイドメンバ11の間を車幅方向に延び、車両前後方向に互いに間隔をおいて複数設けられるフレーム部材である。
図2を参照すると、第1実施形態に係るマウントブラケット40の後方斜視図が示され、図3を参照すると、マウントブラケット40の後視図が示され、図4を参照すると、マウントブラケット40の上視図が示されている。また、図5を参照すると、車両1のサイドメンバ11に取り付けられたマウントブラケット40の後方斜視図が示されている。マウントブラケット40は、第1板部材42、第2板部材41及びブッシュ45を有している。第2板部材41は、車幅方向及び車両上下方向(所定方向)に延びる平板部材である。この第2板部材41には、マウント支持部51、第1脚部53及び第2脚部55が形成されている(図3参照)。
一方、マウント支持部51の右側部には、第1フランジ53aや第2フランジ55aのようなフランジが形成されていない。換言すると、第2板部材41は、右端に第1フランジ53aと第2フランジ55aとを切り分けるように切欠き部51bが形成されている。これにより、ブッシュ45に取り付けられるTFブラケット25a(図5参照)の車両前後方向の長さを小さくしても第1フランジ53aや第2フランジ55aのようなフランジにTFブラケット25aが接触することを抑制するとともに、部品重量を軽量化することができる。なお、本実施形態では、切欠き部51bにおいて第2板部材41にフランジが形成されていないが、第1フランジ53aや第2フランジ55aより低いフランジとなるように形成してもよい。
第1板部材42は、サイドメンバ11のうち、マウントブラケット40が取り付けられる右側面11a(図1参照)に沿って車両前後方向、及び車両上下方向に延びる平板部材である。この第1板部材42は、車両上下方向に緩やかに折り曲げられることで、車幅方向外側に凸となる弓なり形状の円弧部61(弓なり部)、第1内壁部63、第1取付部65(取付部)、第2内壁部67及び第2取付部69が形成され、第2板部材41のサイドメンバ11側の端部に位置する。すなわち、空間Aは、周縁がサイドメンバ11の右側面11aと第1板部材42とに囲まれて形成される。
第1取付部65には、第2板部材41の第1脚部53を挟んで、2個の略円形の第1開口65aが形成されている。これにより、第1取付部65は、第1開口65aにボルト等の締結部材を挿入してサイドメンバ11の右側面11aに当該ボルトを螺合することで、マウント支持部51の上部を第1脚部53を介してサイドメンバ11に固定することができる。
第2内壁部67は、第2脚部55の上端に沿うように形成され、第2凹部41cから第2脚部55の延長部56の左端までの範囲に形成される。第2取付部69は、第2内壁部67の左端からさらに左方に、延長部56に沿って延びる平板部である。この第2取付部69には、第2板部材41の第2脚部55を挟んで、2個の第2開口69aが形成されている。これにより、第2取付部69は、第2開口69aにボルト等の締結部材を挿入してサイドメンバ11の底面11bに当該ボルトを螺合することで、マウント支持部51の下部を第2脚部55を介してサイドメンバ11に固定することができる。
このようにマウントブラケット40の空間A側の端部に、第1フランジ53a及び第2フランジ55a同様の壁部としての第1板部材42を備えることで、マウントブラケット40は、全体としての剛性を高めることができる。また、円弧部61、第1内壁部63及び第2内壁部67の前端及び後端に沿うように第4フランジ42aを形成することで、第1板部材42の剛性を高め、ひいてはマウントブラケット40全体としての剛性を高めることができる。
第2板部材41と第1板部材42との接触部分には、アーク溶接による溶接部が形成されている。詳しくは、第2板部材41の空間A側の端部と第1板部材42との接触部分が第1溶接部W1で溶接され、第1板部材42の第1取付部65の右端と第1フランジ53aの上端との接触部分が第2溶接部W2で溶接されている。
これにより、ブッシュ45に揺動可能に取り付けられるTFブラケット25aがブッシュ45に近い位置に配置されたとしても、第1フランジ53aとTFブラケット25aとの衝突を回避することができる。したがって、第1フランジ53aとTFブラケット25aとが干渉しないようにTFブラケット25aを例えば車両前後方向に大きくする必要がないので、部品重量を軽量化することができる。
これにより、車両走行中において車両前方から跳ねてくる泥水等に対して、第1~第3フランジ53a、55a、56aが、特にマウント支持部51の下方に位置する第2フランジ55aが泥除けとなり、ブッシュ45を保護することができる。
これにより、サイドメンバ11と第1板部材42との取付部の強度を高め、振動や捩じりに強い構造にして、当該取付部の破損を防止することができる。また、第1板部材42の円弧部61において幅狭い形状にすることで、第1板部材42を軽量化することができる。
これにより、第4フランジ42aによって、第1板部材42の剛性を高めることができる。
また、ブッシュ45は円筒形状を有し、軸支持部45aは該ブッシュ45の形状に対応する円筒形状に刳り貫かれて形成され、第1板部材42は軸支持部45aの近傍が該軸支持部45aに沿って湾曲形成されている。
また、第2板部材41は、第1板部材42の延在方向と直交する車両前後方向の中央部に設けられている。
これにより、1個の第2板部材41によって第1板部材42の剛性を高め、マウントブラケット40全体の剛性を確保しつつ、第2板部材41の個数を抑えてマウントブラケット40の軽量化を図ることができる。
図6を参照すると、第2実施形態に係るマウントブラケット140の後方斜視図が示されている。以下、図6に基づき第2実施形態について説明する。なお、上記第1実施形態と共通の構成、作用効果については説明を省略し、ここでは第1実施形態と異なる部分について説明する。
したがって、第2実施形態に係るマウントブラケット140では、マウント支持部51のバーリング部51aの内周縁側にパイプ部材147を設け、パイプ部材147を介してマウント支持部51にブッシュ45を配設することで、ブッシュ45の軸支持部45aの車両前後方向の端部に上下方向の力が加わるような場合であっても、好適にブッシュ45を支持することができる。
従って、パイプ部材147を介するようにしてマウント支持部51にブッシュ45を取り付けたので、好適にブッシュ45を支持することができる。特に、ブッシュ45は、第2板部材41に対して垂直方向に延びる軸支持部45aを有し、第2板部材41がTFブラケット25aを揺動可能に支持しているので、軸支持部45aに車両上下方向や車幅方向に揺動するような力が加えられるような場合であっても、パイプ部材147によってブッシュ45を強く支持することができる。
例えば、本実施形態では、マウントブラケット40、140を、サイドメンバ11にトランスファ25を支持するためのTFブラケット25aを揺動可能に取り付けるブラケットとして用いたが、エンジンマウントやトランスミッションマウントとして用いてもよい。この場合、第1板部材42及び第2板部材41の板厚を大きくすることや、ブッシュ45の剛性を高めるようにしてもよい。
また、本実施形態では、マウント支持部51は、中央にバーリング部51aを形成したが、マウント支持部の形状をサイドメンバ11から離間する方向(右方)に向かって開口する略U字状に形成するようにしてもよく、ブッシュの形状や用途に合わせるようにすればよい。

- 所定方向に延在するとともに、車両の骨格部材と離間する側に凸となる弓なり形状を有し、延在方向の両端部において前記骨格部材にそれぞれ取り付けられる第1板部材と、
前記第1板部材の前記骨格部材と離間する側の面に沿って該第1板部材の長手方向に延設され、ブッシュを支持するブッシュ支持部が形成された第2板部材と、
を備え、
前記第1板部材と前記第2板部材とは、面方向が交差している、
ことを特徴とするマウントブラケット。 - 前記第1板部材は、車両上下方向に延在するとともに、前記延在方向の一端部が前記骨格部材の側面に取り付けられ、前記延在方向の他端部が前記骨格部材の底面に取り付けられる、
